Feels like home away from home everytime.
A must try hotel when you're in Quebec City
The apartment was huge and very comfortable overall, but the cleaning crew did a horrible job with a big I cleaned area by the door, a dirty glove on the kitchen table and a dirty bag left in the clothes closet. Aside from the poor cleaning job the place was magnificent and highly recommended
Great property with ample space and very close to groceries, shops, cafes, and Vieux Quebec.
Really nice, cozy and clean loft. I was there with my boyfriend and my baby (1 year old). There was no highchair or baby bed, but the 2 bedrooms far from the living room was nice to put the baby to sleep and still have a relaxing evening. Great location: coffee places, restaurants, shops and grocery on the same street.
Excellent!
The loft is simply incredible! The space is vast and modern, boasting a minimalist design but includes everything you might need. The location is perfect, situated close to the old town and surrounded by some fantastic restaurants. I highly recommend it!
Absolutely incredible place to stay! We loved every second and was sad to leave! The property is stunning and is on a perfect location. Can't fault it.
Great space, particularly for families with the separate closed bedroom and bunk beds. Well equipped kitchen and safe premises interior. The area is a bit grungy and the parking for the lofts is in a back alley that did not always feel safe. There were some good restaurants and cafes around - it is definitely an area that is "gentrifying". The mattresses were a bit hard and there was not much decor in the lofts, but they were perfectly functional.
Clean and comfortable place to stay..i recommend this place and like to come back again.
Good location nice suite but a bit loud street noise
Good base for exploring the city
Good accomodation and facilities including parking. Walking distance to old city (uphill) so good sightseeing base away from the crowded areas.
The services management are really bad, unfriendly. The bed sheet can not covered the bed and really dirty. The window outside can hear the people singing during the midnight and the the window can not be closed totally which have a really bad smelling when the garbage can outside. I have report it to the hotel and nobody cares all the issues.
Love Les Loft
Les Loft are great. All amenities in the heart of Quebec city. Always clean, comfortable, home away from home.
Great place to stay in QC
Great place to stay. Clean and spacious and great location with reserved parking nearby (just behind the building). Communication was great and they were helpful. Definitely will use this company again in QC.
Large space with excellent amenities
Easy to walk to from the train station
Clean, modern and spacious
The property was clean and as described. Gentrifying area but there was a significant presence of homeless people in the area. At one point when we had to put our luggage back into the car, a homeless person followed us to the parking lot, which is located on a separate quieter street, and lingered around, making us uneasy. Also expect some delays in communication.
We loved the spacious apartment, especially the grandchildren because of the bunk beds. The only negative is the transitional neighborhood it is full of homeless transient people until one walks up towards the old city where one feels safe again. For this reason we did not venture out of Rue St. Joseph at night
I will consider this place again in the future
Beautiful property & very clean but no parking. Still worth it!
Comfortable and well appointed!
Very nice loft on Rue Saint Joseph with comfortable beds, full kitchen, washer/dryer and bath with a soaking tub. Enjoyed the loft very much and was quiet and comfortable. WiFi was not good-but didn’t need it much. If you are planning to work from here you will have issues.
Great place. Check in was a challenge as they did not send the codes.
Not enough air conditioning and very humid inside.
This apartment is amazing!!!! Its aboit 2000 sq ft! Big windows and Superr clean and stocked with so much!!
Too few restrooms
Only one bathroom made our stay inconvenient.
I’m satisfied with the stay, apartment is very spacious and clean. We were able to cook ourselves for a couple of simple meals. The only issue we had was after we entered the apartment they gave us, they told us that’s not the right room and front desk asked us to leave. There was no elevator in that building and we had to carry our luggage up and down and walk to a different building. They said they would compensate for the inconvenience but never did.
Loved the size and amenities within the space. We found it clean and convenient. The AC/fan unit was confusing to use but eventually got it going enough to move the air. Easy check-in/out. Great location. Unfortunately there was no parking, but I found a place 3 minutes away on ClicknPark to rent for a few days for very cheap.
It was amazing. We definitely come back whenever we will back to Quebec.
Comme d'habitude agréable. Grand condo, beaucoup d'espace, bien situé, stationnement à proximité.
We really like the mint condition of the apt. Everything looks brand new and works like that, very modern !!!!. For sure we are going to stay here next time !!!
Beautiful Stay
It was an overnight stay and it was amazing
Absolutely gorgeous property. Spacious. Ultra clean. Great facilities. Conveniently located in the Main Street so easy to live with some delicious food places and restaurants nearby which meant we ate like heroes. Parking was problematic in the whole downtown area which is run down and crummy in sharp contrast to the undoubted beauty of the old Quebec City. Would thoroughly recommend Les Lofts as it’s got everything you need.
A lovely stay in Quebec City
A modern and spacious apartment in an excellent central location. Could walk easily into city centre. Near grocery store. Hosts were very helpful re. parking.
J’ai adoré mon loft pour la nuit ! Très grand et beau !
Excellent stay
A perfect spot for a girls trip to Quebec city, extremely clean, comfortable with all the convenience of a fully established apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and look forward to coming back! *i learned a helpful tip, communicate with the apartment management prior to put down your deposit, there is no check in on site
No internet
No internet, we had to leave a day before check out because of the lack of connectivity.
Large 2 bedroom loft.
Best spot in Qc city
This is the best place to stay in Qc city! A real jewel that I rent every two months !
Second time staying at Lofts St. Joseph. The building and lofts are very nice and comfortable. It's very difficult to find parking, especially in the evening/night. The only other issue was that the internet barely worked at all. I had the tether my laptop to my cell just to browse the web.
Great place to stay, 4 mins walk from grocery store Metro. Parking is available on the front street, but tricky to use.
A remarkable oasis in the maelstrom of urban decay
This place was wonderful, on the inside of the property. The suite had everything you would need, from brand new appliances to comfortable beds. Great open concept made the space feel HUGE. Probably the best suite I've ever stayed in. Cons: LOTS of aggressive homeless people around. I went out for thai food 2 blocks away and ran into a legit bum fight between a psycho with 2 milk cartons full of something and 3 older bums using their stolen shopping cart as a battering ram. Ran into ANOTHER homeless guy a block away yelling at a brick column of a shuttered business thinking it was his dad or something. Finally, my wife got yelled at by a homeless guy in the alleyway where the Loft's designated parking space was. second con: hard to unload the car into the property as the street is one way, public parking in front of the door is by chance, and sketch people are eyeing you as you unload. Once inside though, the place feels like heaven. summary: GREAT lofts with everything you need, just a sketch location.
We had a great stay. Our unit was so spacious and charming. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a breakfast place just next door. We had a little bit of a hard time getting an Uber but they dont seem to be very popular in Quebec as they are in Montreal. Would definitely stay here again.
3 nights in Quebec City
The Loft was like home away from home for us… Everything we needed plus more. Highly recommended
I loved everything in this location. It's well located, the access is easy, the interior design is amazing, it's super quiet, clean, it's a house for the price of a hotel room.
The property is excellent in size for 6 people. The place is very clean and nicely furnished with all the essentials you need. The only thing like in every city parking is out back of the condo. Lugging luggage and boxes of stuff from the car is a little inconvenient. I would recommend staying here plenty of nice restaurants in walking distance. The kids will like the built in bunk beds. The condo also provides Netflix that helps with kids as well.
Great location and large appartement
Great property all around.
All good
Loved our space, and very conveniently located! There is a soup kitchen around the corner, but had we not seen the line two morning, we wouldn’t have noticed.
Immaculate. Liked layout. Restaurants close by. Convenient to shopping. Not far from Old Town. Would have been nice to have at least a hanging rack since there were no closets in the bedrooms. And coffee & creamer for 1 night as well as a roll of paper towels woukd have helped.
Good find!
Found this place after we had some trouble with our previous reservation in another app. Very happy with this find. Easy check in. Nice beautiful place. There was someone we could talk to when we had problems or questions. Good location in a quite nice part of town.
Super spacious and clean. Highly recommended!
Ever is good except the street nearby maybe need some caution
Spacious apartment
We had a good stay at ‘Les Lofts St Joseph’. As we were with 4 of us, we were not afraid to walk around in this neighborhood, but there were a lot of homeless people openly using drugs, which can be unsettling.
Nice overall. Saw other reviews about issues with parking and inquired with Les Lofts months in advance for assurance. Was told all we had to do was provide a license plate 24 hrs in advance of our stay. Did that, and then received and email 1.5 hours later stating, “ Unfortunately, we no longer have a parking spot available for your stay.” There is no parking for this hotel. You have to find a place on the street, where someone may defecate under your vehicle, or leave their smoking paraphernalia on it (yes, this happened to us), or find an open garage (not nearby). A significant inconvenience for a family with 4 children. Hard to find extra towels - drawer under bathroom sink doesn’t look like a drawer, and our call/email regarding more towels wasn’t answered. Oven mitts were old and missing material inside (I burnt myself taking pizza out of the oven.). Otherwise, nice space for our large group, felt safe, was clean and quiet. Just enough provided for stay in terms of kitchen amenities, toiletries (barely), and linens.
Nice
So dirty Airconditioning wasn't working Unsafe streets, parking was far..... Furniture was so old and in poor condition. Im not recommending this place 0/10
Utensils are old.
Great place.
Checking in was a nightmare. I never received the codes nor the email re the checking instructions. So i had to do all that at the door by phone! And having no humans arou d to assist was a major flaw! As i write this review, I am sweating because the AC is not working and the temperature outside is a very humid 76 degrees!! I regret this selection snd i blame Expedia for misleading me!
It was an interesting area to stay in. There was plenty of room. Just one suggestion would be to add a second bathroom. Overall it was a nice stay.
Everything is perfect except the bedrooms is a bit hot in summer.
See complaints first, but make sure to read until the end for the good stuff! 1) Area is starting to sadly get overun by homeless people [will be a shock if you're American] I do not recommend single women to walk alone at night, lots of mental health issues on the streets :( 2) More communication regarding parking/paying for parking 3) Should get an electric tea kettle 4) Provide one roll of paper towels for guests 5) Wth is going on with the shower door? Impossible to shower without getting the whole bathroom wet 6) Handshower was covered in buildup (nasty) 7) NEEDS DEADBOLT (Strange that is doesn't have one, had to put a chair behind the door) BUT ! Overall, good experience, felt safe in building, clean, lots of space, MAKE SURE YOU GO TO THE ROOF (Amazing Views) There is a grocery store down the street if you need to get food.
Had to call to get parking instructions sent to me once I got there. Did not get it beforehand even though it had been requested a week or two before. Had to unload our luggage on the street. A bit awkward! Condo nice but somewhat big for only two people.
The condo is exceptional. It is huge, very clean and comfortable. They have all the amenities for your perfect stay. They are great at communication, any questions is just a quick email away and they respond to you within minutes. The only thing is the parking; I wasn’t aware that I need to reserve in advance and they were out for the whole weekend. Though they are nice to give me suggestions, it was a hassle to walk blocks with your luggages, especially when it’s raining. Other than that, this is perfect
Loved the neighbourhood and apartment! Would stay here again.
My sisters and I loved staying at the Les Lofts Saint-Joseph. It was in a great neighborhood and was within walking distance to the old district. The apartment was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities needed to keep us comfortable during our stay. We communicated with their staff through email and always got a response within minutes after sending a message. We would definitely stay there again!
Our stay
All good with the loft, man yelling in the street in the middle of the night both night.
Very clean except for Bathroom tiles had mildew. Bathroom needs upgrade. Tv selection very poor for children Never heard a washing machine as noisy as in suite 201
Bel appartement
Grand et bel appartement bien situé. C'était propre et confortable.
It was an amazing 3 days, 2 nights stay for a couple. The place was huge and cozy. Communication with the team was fast. We arrived early on the day and they accommodated our early checkin at no cost. The area had a lot of dining options and shops. It's a good amount of walk to Old Quebec like 20 mins. When we got lazy, uber was just $9-15 to anywhere we went to. We will definitely book with them again on our next Quebec visit!
Beautiful apartment for family vacation
We had a wonderful two night stay in Quebec. The accomodation spacious, clean, and comfortable. The family loved it. Location to old Quebec was easy and parking was safe and convenient. Would happily stay here again!
Quebec City
Great, spacious property! Good location!
Excellent place I would recommend
The beds are not suitable. They need to be change. Very bad nights…too bad as it is our only one complaint but a major point to address.
Very spacious unit, with modernized kitchen and bathroom. Definitely recommended.
We loved our stay at "les lofts St-Joseph". We plan to rent again.
Close to the train station and a nice walk to the older parts of the city. Great place for two kids, two parents, and a grandparent!
Very difficult to find and access parking due to construction. The time to check out the parking (11 am ) is early compare to an hotel
The lighting was poor. We were unable to control the temperature. The dryer didn't work. Unfinished laundry was left for us. Customer service did not respond as promised.
Great location, great place.
Bathtub drainage clogged up a bit. Communication with staff was not clear depends on the representative
Ok stay
Good location, spacious room. But terrible bed, super uncomfortable and wifi really bad. No reception in bed room at all.
Loud music
Location was good, close to highway, restaurants and grocery store. Air conditioning was not working well and it was 24 in the apartment and bedrooms. There is a nightclub nearby and the music was loud until 3:30 am. I would not stay here again.
Great Location and unique modern property. My only issue was around how hot the bedrooms were. The AC overall could have been stronger. When I requested two fans one for each of the bedrooms one fan was provided, promptly. My suggestion is to keep two fans in the utility closet. So they are handy for guests. Also a nice touch might have been to provide a small bag of coffee and some cream in the fridge. These little touches would have moved my rating from great to excellent. OverallI would recommend this place.
Great place to stay, especially if you have kids. There's a Metro grocery store just down the street and loads dining options around. Parking is a bit of an issue so I suggest you book a paid parking spot at the Hotel lot (its $18 per day). Spots are limited so book early. Kitchen is well equipped with Crockery, cutlery and utensils. This hotel is also very close to Old Quebec and Ile d'Oeleans. Will definately stay here again!
Generally the apartments seem to be very nice. Someone forgot to empty the trash in the bathroom when we first moved in so after a day we noticed a terrible smell. It was other peoples used toilet paper that was accidentally left behind. This was an honest mistake but still off putting. The internet was terrible and the AC was not working. We wouldn’t stay at that particular loft again bc the location was ok but there were many men loitering around and twice, many outside the door of the lofts and when we let ourselves in, they wanted to walk in behind us. We had to close and lock door in their face which was uncomfortable. All this made for less than a five star stay. Also no parking and when I called to ask, they said they would set it up at 18$ a day but when we went to public parking it was only $14 a day.
it is roomy but only one bathroom
Excellent! Spacious, modern, comfortable, relaxing and clean. Perfect place to wind down after touring the sites of the area. Easy walking to some great restaurants and other areas of interest. Some evening noises from the neighbouring nightclubs but all in all we couldn’t have asked for a better place.
Overall the stay was fine. The location is close to the train station and some dinings. Guests are required to do some cleaning upon checkout, and there’s no single person to help at all like a hotel. Some towels and beddings are not clean. The bedrooms have no doors but only curtains, which looks cheap. My credit card was also mistakenly charged and hopefully they could correct the mistake sooner than later.
Pros: comfortable, spacious, clean, nice neighborhood. Cons: no parking options
Beautiful place, great location but..
Beautiful lofts, the location was great. I had to interact with the staff to book a parking. The guy I spoke with was rude. They did not seem to care for customer service. Beds are not comfortable and the appartment could have been cleaner. I found someone's underwear in one of the rooms and old pizza in the fridge when we got there.
Such a beautiful condo! Great location. 20 min walk to the old downtown. Lots of stairs and hills. Just take your time. Great Italian restaurant in the corner from the condo called Birra & Basta…. Highly recommend
We loved the loft! Clean, spacious, updated, great location. It was perfect!
great location, beautiful spot. lots of cool shops and food options close by, and close enough to the old port. would stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Quebec City.
