Fantastic location, room and staff! Room was clean and quiet, well decorated and a great location overlooking the Spanish Steps. The staff was always helpful when we had questions and getting us a taxi. Wonderful stay. Would stay there again in the future.

This was such a beautiful property! Conveniently located next to the Spanish steps. Walkable to everything! It was very clean and the staff were very polite! My husband and i were here for our honeymoon, along with other hotels throughout Italy and this was one of the ones we would definitely return back to!

Great care and very central.

Amazing location literally steps from Piazza di Spagna! My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here and will look to stay again next time we are in Rome! Our only gripe was what looked like mold developing on the ceiling of our bathroom... but everything else superseded this issue and overall exceeded our expectations.

Location! Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Rome! We stayed in the room with the patio and it was definitely worth it! The view of the Spanish Steps was incredible. Place was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. This place made our 15 year anniversary Italy trip truly memorable! Would definitely stay here again!

This is by far the best property I’ve stayed at during my time in Rome. The view of the Spanish steps was unbelievable and the staff were very accommodating and friendly!

The location is perfect for walking, but traffic is terrible and it can get quite noisy while your trying to sleep.

I wish I could give 10 stars for Les Diamants. The team is extremely helpful and friendly. The check in process was proficiently fast and the information they provide for the surrounding area is great as well. The location is great, right next to the Spanish Steps and less than 1 min away from luxury shopping. I would definitely stay here again whenever I return back to Italy. Thanks you Les Diamants!!!

It is more like renting an apartment but it is a hotel. The staff were great. I would stay here again.

Loved my stay!

The view from our room to the Spanish steps was beautiful! The location of this hotel is Great for walking to different restaurants and shopping. Also close to the Trevi steps and Pantheon! The staff was courteous. The hotel was very clean and everything was wonderful! I would definitely book this room again!

We stayed for a week in a room with an incredible balcony and view of the Spanish Steps. The hotel website photos do not do this space justice, it is fantastic. Having a late night glass of wine on the balcony while listening to musicians on the Steps is not something that I will ever forget. It’s a lovely space and the staff was super helpful and patient. It’s really a hidden gem.

We had the most wonderful stay at Les Diamants Spanish Steps. The location was second to none, the room was better than expected and we felt incredibly comfortable during our stay. They provided convenient amenities such as a kettle and tea which was greatly appreciated. A special thank you and mention to the front of house staff Giulia and Elisabetta who were incredibly helpful and lovely throughout our entire stay. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Rome.

Wonderful property in the heart of Rome. Very clean and convenient however, the only negative thing is that they do t do check ins after 8:30 pm. In other words you will miss the night if your flight arrive later than 8:30 pm. Other than that it’s a wonderfully place when in Rome.

The staff were courteous and highly professional, but went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect...thank you...the free room upgrade made our stay in Rome just perfect.

Truly amazing location. Our patio overlooked the Spanish Steps. The room was really lovely. Downside is no lobby or any amenities.

Cant beat the view of Spanish steps! Availability of tansport to and from airport is an option, Driver of shuttle is trust worthy , My daughter left her CP and it was returned before the end of the day, Grateful.

Nice hotel good location and very friendly staff

The view of the Spanish Steps was beyond expectations. It must be the best accommodation in the area for this. We had the double room with balcony. The balcony had shade and we could people watch day and night. The room was perfect for us. Would return and do exact same.

Behind the hotel is the Spagna Line A station. Very convenient to reach the airport. View from our room window is the spanish steps. I love this hotel. Staff are very accommodating.

This property is in a fantastic location. Our room overlooked the Spanish Steps. The only drawback is there isn't front desk staff all day. You had to go through 3 locked doors and an elevator (tiny) to access. The room was very nice. Very spacious and clean. We did meet up with the front desk staff who assisted with check-in.

Great Location

A very nice modern room that overlooked the Spanish Steps. Very close to amazing shopping, restaurants and other great site in Rome.

The room was modern clean and quiet. It was extremely safe with keys to three locked doors to the room. We Were adjacent to the Spanish Steps with a view from our room. The location was perfect. The staff was accommodating.

This was mine and my husband’s second visit to Rome but our 12 year old son’s first. We knew how much walking there would be which would be hard on him so I picked a central location for this reason. We arrived at the hotel at approx 10.30am after a very early flight not expecting the room to be ready but it was. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The view from our room was directly over the Spanish Steps and a quaint courtyard, and the exit just down a set of stairs popped us out immediately next to the Spagna Metro station and opposite a small store where we could grab a coffee and delicious pastry for breakfast. The beds were super comfortable - my son said it he had the best nights sleep ever! The only thing worth mentioning is that you have to climb several flights of steps to access the hotel. There was a lift (though we never used it) but it’s worth considering if steps are an issue - but if they are an issue for you then I’m not sure Rome is the city for you. I personally wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It was fabulous.

Best location/room ever

This was probably one of the best places I have ever stayed in my life. The room was incredible with the balcony overlooking Spanish Steps. I will recommend this property forever!

We arrived in Rome at 8a and were able to check in when we arrived even though check in time was much later. We had a balcony with a view and right on the Spanish steps. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely return!

This hotel was in a perfect spot for exploring Rome. Our room was right next to the Spanish steps, we could look out the window and watch all the people on the steps. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The only issue was that the bed was VERY FIRM. Too hard for me, didn’t sleep well.

THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN

We had the best time in Rome because we had the best room in town! We were literally right beside the spanish steps!

This was a fantastic location, central to all of Roma, in the middle of a shopping district with many restaurant's to choose from. The staff was amazing, i would recomend this loction to anyone travelling to Rome.

Elegant, great view of Spanish Steps

Beautiful window views from both sides of bedroom including the Spanish Steps. Spacious room, elegant modern decoration, walking closet.Shower might be a little small for a large person.If you get the chance, use the stairs rather than the elevator to appreciate the beautiful building. We are thankful to the three members of the staff who waited for us to arrive at the hotel after 10:30pm

Great view

What a wonderful hotel to stay at! We had a triple room which gave us plenty of room. The hotel is extremely clean and charming. Our window opened to a view of the Spanish Steps. It was always entertaining to open the window and people-watch. It was also entertaining to listen to the police blow their whistles at the people who sat on the steps. The location is excellent. Many, many restaurants to choose from. A lot of shopping if you are into that. A very small hotel and a little difficult to find. When you walk into #20 you have to take the elevator to the 3rd floor. The signage could be better so it would be easier to locate. Luckily, there was a person downstairs who could direct us. I would stay here again if I return to Rome.

Our view was amazing. They also give you one free coffee and one free tea per day, per person. The shower and bathroom was extremely modern and nice. The service was exceptional and the room was very clean. Highly recommend.

A room with a view

Location, location, location! It is a beautiful building with nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Spanish Steps! Perfect!!

The accommodations were very nice and the view was truly exceptional. Only suggestions would be to provide and iron in the room. Also the desk area is very close to the bed and not room to move if someone is sitting at the desk.

Superb location

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Room was pokey and small. Hotel was not flexible with late checkout or free upgrade even though there was availability. Expected me to pay a nights accommodation for 4 hours late check out as we had a late flight. I think is better value elsewhere.

Amazon location right in the center of all the shopping. We loved the room. My husband really appreciated the two high powered ac’s in the room. The check in process was confusing as it seems there are several hotels in this one building. It wasn’t clearly labeled which floor we should go to for Les Diamants. Reception wasn’t very welcoming, which I suppose is the norm for Rome.

Spanish Steps Hotel

Loved this place. I had the “luxury suite” with the balcony which helped. Room was small like all rooms in Europe and big cities everywhere but very nice. Great shower and Nespresso machine. Loved the balcony overlooking the Spanish Steps.

Spainish Step Hotel

It's a great location if you come into Rome from the Metro. Just get of the train walk out side and it's right there. They do need to put up a sign that says where the hotel is. I stood in front of it for 10 minutes till I figured out I was right there. The sign is so small you cant see it. The elevator is right out of the early 1900's so if you like this stuff you'll love it. The room is modern and clean but small. Overall, a nice stay.

Great location, a very clean hotel.

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff is very helpful, the place is so nice, our room is very comfortable with a view of the Spanish Steps. They don’t offer breakfast though so we had to walk around the area to look for a restaurant. Otherwise, everything was great! We loved our stay!

This hotel was amazing and the location was perfect! The room was awesome, spacious and very clean with a cool modern bathroom. The view was unsurpassed. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome and I can’t wait to come back myself!

View from balcony of Spanish Steps

This location is truly unbelievable, and the view from the balcony has got to be one of Rome’s best. The room itself is quite small; it reminded me of a cruise ship cabin’s efficient use of space. That said, the bathroom was massive & luxurious. Overall, I wouldn’t hestitate to stay here & may never stay anywhere else in Rome.

The location of this property is fantastic. Central to all the major tourist sites in Rome. The room was clean, updated and had a coffee maker and nice linens. Keep in mind this is property is set up more like a guest house, so there is no proper concierge to assist with advice, making reservations, etc. so you are a bit on your own to navigate those things. This was not my first trip to Rome, but for those coming to Rome for first time, may benefit from staying at a property with a more available staff.

Amazing value for a memorably positive experience

At the risk of listing a number of cliches that often adorn positive reviews, I have to say this was one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had at a spot that epitomizes ‘touristy’. The hotel location is phenomenal; staff extremely professional and impeccably helpful. A list of recommendations they leave in each room came in handy when we tried to squeeze in the best of Rome in such a short, but memorable trip.

This place is magical! From the check in to the check out everything was amazing. The location is wonderful and the view from my balcony suite is like no other. It was truly what I envisioned my italian vacation to be like and more. Thank you Daniel and The staff. Also they allowed me to bring my small dog with me and that truly won my heart. This place is where you need to be, right in the historical center. This was truly my favorite vacation spot ever.

Prefect Spanish Steps view

A bit small but great location and perfect view of whole Spanish Steps!

A beautiful place in a great location. We expected a balcony as the picture on my hotel.com confirmation indicated, but we did not have a balcony. Somewhat disappointing. The bed was awful. Way to hard and firm! Otherwise, all was good.

View of the Spanish Steps

I stayed at Les Diamants during a 5 week trip to Europe with my family. This property was my favourite by far! The most fantastic view of the Spanish Steps, a great location and spotless accomodation. Staff were also amazing, always willing to help and make recommendations. We will return to this property when we are next in Rome.

Our widow was a few yards from the Spanish Steps PERFECT location Near transportation and shopping and History as well a s a good assortment of food venues

Nice hotel and great price point

The hotel was under construction but did not effect our stay. The room was small but immaculate and had a very nice bathroom and shower. The room overlooked the Spanish Steps and had a lovely little balcony which had a table and chair. Great location.

Cute hotel with a view to Spanish stairs

Stayed in a room where we could directly see the Spanish stairs through window. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is also close to various shopping stores and walking distance from Fontana di Trevi amongst several other historic sites. Recommended!

Awesome!

My family and I had enjoyed our stay Les Diamants Spanish Steps Suite. Although there’s still some construction going on on the floor that we were staying but it did not bother us. Love the style of the room, very comfortable and clean. The best part is the view of the Spanish Steps right by our window. The staff are very friendly, helpful and speak fluent English. We will definitely come back to this hotel whenever we’re in Rome. Love it! Love it! Love it!

Nice location

The room was clean and modern. There was construction going on in the building that we had to walk through to access our room, which was strange and sometimes inconvenient. The walls were so thin we could hear the actual words in our neighbor's conversations. The access to the Metro was very important to us. We had a nice view of the Spanish Steps. We would probably stay here again if there wasn't a better option for the price range.
