Me & my wife had the most amazing honeymoon at this beautiful hotel! To say we were spoilt would be an understatement, we just loved every detail. The hotel decor & grounds are simply stunning, so tranquil & relaxing with amazing wildlife. Our Suite room was beautiful with unique decor & a lovely relaxing garden. A complimentary bottle of champagne was waiting for us too. The Staff were amazing and so thoughtful in everything they did. Presentation for food & drinks was spot on. We had a traditional Hamman at the Spa which was amazing too! Hotel was about 20 mins from central Marrakesh so perfect location to go in to the city as required. Honestly one of the very best hotels we’ve had the pleasure to stay in. We will certainly be back in the future. Thank you, Jake & Sioned x
Fabulous hotel
Fabulous luxury hotel just outside Marrakech. The rooms are beautiful as are the grounds and there was a free shuttle available into the city.
Amazing
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The food, service, accomodation are all first class. Without exception, the staff at this property are exeptional and a credit to the hotel chain. A particular thank you to Maryam (client relations), Aziz (restaurant manager) and Zouhir (head barman).
A proper 5-star hotel, in every aspect of service and quality of amenities. Recommended
Favourite place to stay in Marrakech
The hotel is based in the Palmeraie area of Marrakech, around 20 mins from the centre but this was perfect for me - I wanted a relaxing environment. Les Deux Tours is a beautiful property surrounded by nature, with a lovely heated pool, fantastic food and wonderful staff.
Amazeballs
The property and grounds are beautiful. The staff are so warm and helpful. The food was amazing. Breakfast was perfect. Everything was so clean. I never normally swim but the pool was so clean and inviting I ended up swimming and loving it. Pool side dining service was lovely. Had such a great experience and will be returning. Customer service was 5* The manager was so engaging and courteous and resolved the one minor issue we encountered with our luggage so quickly and efficiently we were stunned and so grateful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful break in a paradise.
Made my heart sing. Just beautiful
Superb! Loved it. So beautiful, peaceful, dreamy. Very kind staff as well, sweet little gym and pool. Creative touches in the garden were unique. Great prices considering how luxurious and gorgeous the place is! Shukran :)
The hotel very much has a Shoreditch/Soho House type of vibe in terms of comfort and decoration. Bed was very comfortable and showed excellent. Great bar and pool areas and loved that there were lit fires everywhere. I had dinner in the main restaurant one evening and lunch at the pool. The food could be improved in terms of quality (found veg was overcooked and local dishes such as tagine just ok) especially given the price. They also need to learn how to make a martini as the one I had was not good. However the breakfast is outstanding especially the pastry basket, local bread selection and freshly squeezed orange juice. Appreciated that it wasn’t a buffet and that you could order extra if needed and they were always very generous. The only thing that would improve it would be if they had a sausage/bacon option. I also booked a session at the spa for my mum and I. I took a package option and my mum only had a hamman. I would definitely recommend taking a package as the hamman on its own is not worth the price (it was just a scrub and while the description notes that it includes a facial, it really isn’t a proper one but just the scrub being used on your face in the process so felt this was a bit misleading) but the package was definitely good value for money and the massage was heavenly. Just remember yo bring cash to tip as you can’t add it on and the staff are a bit aggressive in asking for it but my treatment warranted giving it so I was happy to do so.
Les Deux Tours is an oasis of calm, luxury and tranquility away from the business of Marrakech. My classic double room including patio was stunning and the perfect place to relax to after a busy day in Marrakech. The free shuttle bus was perfect for me getting in and out of Marrakech and very reliable in terms of timings. The pool (heated to 28 degrees in January) was gorgeous and I enjoyed wandering through the extensive gardens taking in the smells of nature, the sounds of the birds and watching the tortoises in the large pond. The gardens are just glorious. Breakfasts and dinners in the stunning restaurant were delicious. (Breakfast is table service.) I cannot commend the staff enough in terms of their friendliness and hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble. The greatest compliment I can give is to say that I will definitely return. This is one of my most favourite solo trips. Thank you to previous guests who gave glowing reviews to Les Deux Tours and helped me with my decision to stay here.
I couldn't love this hotel more. A beautiful, calm oasis in the dynamic city of Marrakech. The staff is professional and very welcoming, the grounds and rooms are magnificent, the food is great. I am a loyal visitor who looks forward to my yearly stays!
Oasis of luxurious calm
Amazing experience with beautiful facilities and excellent service. This place really is an oasis of luxurious calm. A special mention to Wafa, the customer experience manager who organised a full trip to the medina including booking taxis and a hidden gem of a restaurant.
Calm and beauty
We adored our stay. It was an oasis of calm and beauty
Tenth year of visiting this place oasis. Unpretentious service. Seems close to and enveloped in nature. I love it
This is a wonderful property. The rooms are large, clean and beautiful. This is such a relaxing place and the staff is lovely. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is really beautiful. A total gem for a very good price.
Amazing
It’s was okay but breakfast was same every day
Fab fab fab! Everything about the hotel is fab!
It was great! We got a free upgrade to an amazing suite to better accommodate the children. It is a perfect place to relax !
Second stay here - one of our favourite hotels
We came here a few years ago and had always wanted to bring our parents back one day - nothing has changed, it was just as good. The vibe is perfect - relaxed, unfussy five star. Blend of architectural interest and an abundance of flora and nature. Our favourite hotel in marrakesh and possibly the world as we rarely visit the same place more than once.
Outstanding. We stayed in a junior suite 28 April to 1st May and loved every minute. Professional and friendly staff, superb food and amazing wine. The Moroccan wine list is excellent. Many thanks to Ismail who served us every night at dinner, great humour and a fabulous personality. Keep up the running! The MDS awaits. The staff at reception are just so good and make you feel welcome and at home. Finally Kudos to the Hotel Manager, often visible, talking with the guests, making sure everything is okay in a low key, confident manner. He should be confident, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are lovely (we had a 2.5m wide bed!) and everywhere you walk is filled with birdsong and beauty. It’s a really special place. It was so good we booked another stay in October!
The staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was spotless and provided a cosy and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Additionally, the location was perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city and finding some much-needed peace and quiet.
Beautiful hotel and surrounding! Would come again
We had a wonderful stay at Les Deux Tours. What a beautiful hotel! The food, the staff, service, facilities and decor were fantastic. Highly recommend!
Beautiful stay. Special place.
3-night stay, following time in Marrakesh’s medina and the Atlas Mountains. Total escape. Very relaxing and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Extremely happy with our room, well-measured service - unobtrusive, very friendly, always there when needed but not OTT. Beautiful shared spaces, thoughtfully arranged. One thing to remember if you are travelling without children - this is not an adult’s only hotel and the pool is for everyone, so of course sometimes children will play with some noise. But plenty of other spaces around the grounds if you are looking for total silence. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend if you are weighing up where to choose. All the conveniences of a larger hotel but with the individual care and attention of a smaller boutique property.
The hotel is beautiful. We spent four days and still had parts we had not explored. Loved that every room is different. The staff at Salammbo for breakfast is lovely and they treated us like family. The evening service was a bit slow but the food amazing and always on point. We loved the overall stay. Beautiful property! The rooms are very clean and well maintained and we had a beautiful view from the room and balcony. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay away from the busy Medina, this place is very peaceful. They have a great pool. I asked for a blowdry from the spa and that would be my only negative feedback. For the price I paid it was a very basic blow dry and I was not at all happy with my hair. I told the spa services but they didn’t do anything about it.
I adore this place and come every year. Friendly welcoming staff, gorgeous property, great food and entertainment options. Won’t stay anywhere else in Marrakech!
Love the architecture and old Morocco feel,.. plus the gardens. A magical place!
A most beautiful property with unique ideas all around the grounds. The gardens were so well kept and the gardener explained what they were doing with their plants and trees. Totally relaxing and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. The only point to note is that you have to take a 20mintaxi/Shuttle to get into the Medina or Guilez if you wish to go our of the hotel grounds. Easily arranged for about eur12 each way.
Great hotel to stay however if you have cat allergy or scared of cats please refrain from staying at this hotel. They have 4-5 cats. The cats would crawl under the table while we were having breakfast and they would run along the restaurant, was near the pool basically everywhere there were cats. Had I known they had so many cats I would not have chosen to stay at this hotel. On the hotel information they stated pets not allowed but yet they have cats in the bar, in the restaurants, the area near the pool, garden and even in the reception area. So appalling and scary experience.
I really wish I could give this place 5 stars. The property is really lovely. The suite was private and beautiful and the service was attentive but not overly so. The food was also pretty good by Moroccan standards. Unfortunately the very first morning, we left for breakfast and when we came back, the room was cleaned and bed was made etc but $200 had been taken from our bags. Not a huge sum of money and frankly the person could have taken a lot more. But the cash was deep in some bags and it's just really upsetting and creepy that someone had gone through all of our stuff. Plus for a fairly high end and expensive property, I really didn't think theft by staff would be such a problem. We informed the administration and they told us they conducted an investigation and searched their staff but didn't find anything. I understand that, I didn't expect it to be recovered anyway but it's just very upsetting that it happened and I have no choice but to give 2 stars. Just left a bad taste in the mouth. I looked through other reviews and this does not seem to have happened to anyone else either, guess we were just very unlucky
Good amenities
Great hotel with good service, albeit spa staff were distracted using phones during treatments and cutting treatment times
Exceptional staff and a wonderful calm. Great place for couples and older families.
Beautiful property with a great staff! Definitely 5 stars!
Stunning Hotel
Really lovely hotel about 10 mins taxi from the Medina and away from the hecticness. Beautiful Gardens and setting for the Hotel. The room was lovely, we were in a Suite with 2 bathrooms and lots of space. Food was amazing in the Sushi restaurant and the main restaurant. Breakfast could have been a little better. Everyone was really lovely and friendly. Very good service. They even surprised me with a delicious cake as it was birthday! Thank you all for a very lovely stay. we will come again
Really great place. Only wished we stayed longer. Highly recommend
Tranquil and refined retreat, with attentive service, amazing staff, great food and beautiful gardens in the countryside near Marrakech
Perfect stay
Perfect stay, cannot recommend highly enough
Thus property is in an area north of Marrakech center requiring transportation to get to the main square & Koutoubia Mosque . The grounds are beautiful with pool area to relax by. The dining facilities are stunning and the food incredible. If you are wanting to return to an oasis surrounded by palms after a day of sightseeing this is the place for you !
Paradise in the palm grove
Absolutely amazing hotel, located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet only a 10minute drive away. Our suite was spacious and homely. Lots of character throughout the whole hotel and some beautifully considered interior design. The staff were all really friendly and it was nice to get to know them during our stay, excellent service all round. The grounds are beautifully maintained with nice touches having daybeds and loungers dotted around. Loved the kitchen garden too, providing produce for the restaurant and nice having the animals such as peacocks and goats on the property. Amazing pool heated to a nice temprature. Would definitely want to come back to this hotel, absolute paradise. Thanks for having us.
My second stay at Les Deux Tours, and just as lovely as the first. The property is beautifully decorated, elegant, "modern Moroccan" with lots of authentic touches and atmosphere, and not the overdone Moroccopalooza that you find elsewhere in Marrakesh. The staff is kind and responsive, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced for its quality. A really wonderful retreat!
Always amazing due to amazing people!
Beautiful property - very peaceful only a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Food was good. Served quickly. Felt clean & healthy with the use of lots of herbs. Lovely architecture around the hotel. Amazingly high ceiling, beautiful chandeliers added grandeur, the bar has a pool table & chess boards dotted around, they had a projector screen to allow you to watch the World Cup games (my husband was v pleased with that!). There was a lovely atmosphere, peacocks & cats wondering around. Deceptively large swimming pool to lounge around beside. Great service. When I called up for a yoga matt within minutes staff dropped it off. As was the case when it came to lighting the fireplace in the bedroom in the evening. Thank you! The only improvement I’d recommend is perhaps having a few activities which guests can attend, a 1 hour bike ride around the local area visiting a local village, and hour of yoga in the beautiful gardens, or stargazing in a local spot where they light a fire and tell some stories about the country’s history// cinema under the stars. We’ve stayed at a few places which put these sorts of activities on and it really makes a difference. The only negative is the rooms have single glazing. It didn’t bother us, but if you’re a light sleeper, you maybe woken up by others talking / going to and from the rooms.
Little piece of paradise close to Marrakech
Absolutely gorgeous property located in peaceful La Palmerie on the outskirts of Marrakech. One of the most charming hotels I’ve been to - with lot’s of character and excellent service - discreet and friendly. The gardens are beautifully maintained and full of tropical plants and calming water features. The hotel provides a perfect blend of boutique and bucolic ambience and it’s only a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of the famous Medina of Marrakech. I’m already considering a come back :)
Absolutely loved this hotel. Calm environment, beautiful grounds with excellent facilities and a number of superb restaurants and bars. Very pleased i chose to stay here.
Amazing hotel the staff is amazing they go above and beyond also the massages are top tier.
Absolutely beautiful property! The staff was super nice and our room was nice and spacious. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
Nothing special
Place is overall lovely particularly the pool and garden, but the service was mediocre, particularly at the restaurant and bar. At one point I asked to order a drink and waited 30 minutes for the bar tender to come by - I’d walked off by the time he started to come back and it was hardly busy. After paying hundreds for the night, it was an utter disappointment that I could hardly sleep. Dogs barked until early hours of the morning at nearby villas and the hotel could not do anything about it. A total shame.
Excellent relaxing atmosphere
Great stay, it was a pity we just stayed for one night. But for sure coming back for at least one week. Staff and place is great 👍 Thanks for the breakfast even it was so early 🙏 See you next time Samira Riane
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, the hotel was beautiful but the staff were fantastic and made our experience faultless
A real experience
It was absolutely amazing! Thank you
Everything was outstanding. Friendly service, beautiful landscaping, the food was tremendous (all produce grown on site), the pools are beautiful, the hammam (Moroccan bath) was super relaxing. 10/10 will recommend.
Classy and relaxing
We had a wonderful stay as a couple at les deux tours, in a junior suite with a private snug and open fire - lovely in the chillier months. I would recommend the dinner by 1000 lights too, it was so romantic and private. Every single member of staff is welcoming and the place is 5 star, but also rustic so it feels relaxing and charming. Mostly French clientele who we found to be pleasant and respectful
Wonderful calming trip
This was my 8th visit there. I love the staff - so friendly and helpful, I love the location and it is peaceful and calm, food it good and it is the exact place you need to completely unwind but knowing the medina is close for shopping and something more lively
It is an outstandingly situated property almost like a small tropical paradise village everything is positioned and designed to give you and all your travelling companions space to wonder around the self sufficient grounds where they grow all their own vegetables they keep goats, peacocks are strolling past you as you take breakfast on the terrace. The heated out door pool is exceptional the apartments are as stylish as all the main interior details of the bar reception and spa. Truly breathtaking we shall return
A dream!
Excellent stay
Everything was great from the collection at the airport to the arrival at the resort. Yousef and Mustafa on the front desk were awesome: extremely helpful and professional and always with a smile and can do attitude. Stayed for 3 nights in a junior suite which was excellent. Breakfast was brought to my room each day. The restaurant was terrific. Had a great dinner one night.
Amazing hotel
Amazing stay staff were incredible nothing was too much.
Beautiful hotel with mostly great service.
We stayed in room 2 with a pool. The room was clean, but the pool was a little dirty with a little too much floating in it. Our shower also didn't drain properly. Beautiful otherwise with a massive bed. Would have been great but for the baby and family next door - the walls turned out to be super thin and we could literally hear everything very loudly. Staff are friendly, but service could be brushed up (the management is excellent though). At check in, our bags took so long to be delivered that we went back to get them ourselves. We were told we would be shown around the hotel but then was taken straight to our room and left there. We had to go back to ask where everything was. Housekeeping also ignored the do not disturb sign 3 times. We had a big issue with the spa including appointments they cancelled randomly and the therapist turning up to the premises 15 minutes late, but the manager sorted this out for us and was great at dealing with this. At two meals, my drinks arrived after my food which was annoying. Their airport transfers are very reasonably priced compared to other hotels, so do use this. Food is average and not hugely vast, but the drinks selection is fantastic (including non-alcoholic). If you can spare some money, definitely try the private dinner for two. It was the most romantic thing we had ever experienced.
Little oasis in Marrakech
If you are looking for something different from the traditional hotel, this is the place to stay in Marrakech. Very charming hotel ,Les deux tours is a kind of country hôtel . The staff is friendly, the garden is beautiful, the atmosphere is great . One thing I did not like was the room and the bathroom something has to be done to make those area more attractive.
Very friendly staff - beautiful gardens - spacious and charming room
Extreme Luxury
Could not fault it. Upmost luxury in every way. I have actually come back to this hotel a week after my stay for another stay and am sat at the pool writing this review right now.
Loved everything. Gorgeous property. Really relaxing.
Les Deux Tours is simply fantastic in every way. The service is second to none. If you want a stunning hotel which is beautiful but is unique rather than looking like any other 5 star hotel, look no further! The grounds and gardens are beautiful and it feels like a Moroccan Palace. The food is excellent but the most wonderful bit is the pool. It is a peaceful hotel, not suitable for large noisy groups. They provide a free shuttle bus, three times a day into Marrakesh which is really helpful. We loved looking at the little terrapins in the many pretty pools, sunbathing. The directer general, Eros Abraile, was so welcoming and would make any adjustments to make your stay even more comfortable. We needed help at the last minute and nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly return to Marrakesh and would only stay at this hotel - you can't beat it!
An excellent venue with exceptional service from the staff. We were warmly greeted by Chantelle - who showed us to our pool suite. The hotel is located about 20 minutes taxi drive from the old city - Medina (roughly DH 100-150). There is a hotel shuttle to the new city area (called Gueliz) where you can go shopping and then take a taxi to the old city (DH 50) or about 20 minutes walk. Overall, the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle from the old city (Jemma El Fna).
Beautiful relaxing tranquil place to spend a few days. Peacocks wandering the beautiful grounds. Lots of little lovely private spaces to relax, read or enjoy a cool drink
Great hotel and great staff
The hotel was amazing and the staff very accomodating and amiable
Heaven!!
I loved, loved, loved this fabulous boutique hotel in Marrakesh - it's my idea of heaven: away from any noise with gentle flowing water, nature and various birds tweeting. The staff and management care about their clientele and will do all they can to resolve any issues. Buffet breakfast was so peaceful and I very much enjoyed the fresh baguettes baked daily. The only things they could change is: 1) Have shuttles going to the Souk and back every 4 hours from 9am to 9pm. 2) In the rooms please attach towel hooks as there was nowhere to hang a towel once used. 3) Stop people smoking where others are eating, us non Smokers hate the smell of cigarette smoke
It was typically Morrocean and authentic in a a beautiful setting. Tranquil chilled and very stylish and chic
Outstanding in every respect.
A wonderful, relaxing, rather special place - with smiling, attentive, calm staff. Luxurious yet unhurried, and refreshingly unpretentious. The pool, common areas and garden grounds are just lovely too. Must try the spa next time!
Stay here in Marrakesh!
The most beautiful oasis - excellent staff, stunning rooms, great atmosphere!
Beautiful setting - calm peaceful. Very good service - great food. Short taxi ride to the medina but nice to be also away from the hustle and bustle of the centre.
This resort was gorgeous! We had a pool suite and it was well worth the extra money. Just a heads up, the private pools are not heated, but you may request them to be (WELL WORTH IT) for about $55 USD. Mohsen, who was the staff member who checked us in actually provided a heated pool service for free during our stay to help us feel a little better after our luggage was delayed for a day. I would say two things I wish were better: The food options (if you're vegetarian and/or don't like french foods) are extremely limited. We had an OK penne pasta twice for dinner while we were there. You're about 20 minutes away from the city center so it's not practical to expect yourself to be able to get food whenever you want and therefore the overpriced hotel options are all you have access to. Secondly, it was a good thing that we really wanted to relax by the pool when we were on this trip because there's nothing near the hotel for you to wander to at night and there's nothing organized to do at the hotel either. There are three shuttles that run throughout the day into the city center. One at 10AM, one at 330PM, and one at 7PM, with only two returning times back to the hotel, 4PM & 730PM. If you want to go out into the city after 7PM, expect to take a taxi back for $15 USD. The hotel is really good about organizing cabs into the city though so just request them to set things up if you're not planning on hanging in the city center (it's about a 30 minute walk from Jemaa el fnaa).
Stunning hotel in fab surroundings
Amazing hotel. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds and fab pool.
A delightful and calm oasis outside the hustle and bustle of marrakech.
Best Hotel I ever stayed at.. Great staff, great service!! Great suite!!!Great pool, Great Everything.
amazing!
amazing!
Wonderful!
Property is pretty and clean. Food is mediocre at best. Word of advise ... if you leave any sort of valuable out it will be stolen. I had $200 taken from my room.
Highly recommend this Beautiful hotel! Amazing staff and management, my new home away from home family! A Must stay when visiting Morocco!
Beautiful Place
The plus: It was a beautiful relaxing , wonderful spa & gym! Very friendly staff! Away from the busy areas! Taxi to Medina 25 minutes! The negative: I just wished the rooms were better, they were charming but old ! The menue was limited, good & healthy but not so many choices!
Amazing
Lovely stay they could not do enough children enjoyed it as well.
Lovely hotel with great atmosphere. The website doesn’t do it justice.
Amazing service and peaceful setting
A perfect getaway where we were able to relax and enjoy a beautiful environment and great service. The local staff in particular are so warm, friendly and hospitable.
lovely people lovely place! a rare find a rare gem!
Relaxing stay
Relaxing stay away from the hussle & bussle of the main city.
Lovely hotel
A lovely hotel in a peaceful location away from the "madness of Marrakech". We stayed in a junior suite which was beautiful. The included breakfast is excellent , and the evening meals we ate in the restaurant were wonderful. Staff were great. Altogether a wonderful experience. We will return .
Paradise
An easy ten minute ride out of Marrakech central, this is a real oasis. Impeccable service, stunning interiors and incredibly tranquil. Can't wait to get back there.
Gorgeous hotel. Wonderful grounds.
Beautiful hotel, attentive staff and delicious food. No wifi in room and sun beds a little awkward - only negatives in what was still a 10/10 hotel experience. We’d recommend to friends and would love to stay again.
Peaceful intimate hotel in la Palmeraie
Charming place with many intimate spaces. Lovely garden, each room has a different feel. Very good breakfast. A place for families and group of friends.
Lovely quiet hotel, pretty gardens & great food
Went for quick “fly & flop” break. Hotel lovely with quirky rooms, nice public areas and great restaurants and very good staff. Access to pool was tricky as no conventional steps or ladder just very large 1.5 ft steps forming a series of graduations into the water. Not ideal for everyone. Transfers from airport Ian’s into town available (at a cost) and free shuttle bus 3 times a day.
Oasis of calm
Our experience at this hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived until our departure. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed and beyond. The junior suite was beautiful with its own patio area and outdoor four poster bed. The food was all freshly cooked and the waiters checked every single time that it met my needs as I am gluten/lactose intolerant.
Beautiful hotel with peace and quiet in abundance
The most beautiful hotel and the staff were brilliant. Will certainly return as soon as possible Main restaraunt could possibly do with extending the menu during the week.
Breathtaking
What a beautiful boutique hotel, just far enough away from the maddening crowd. The hotel lays on a shuttle bus if you prefer the noise, otherwise this was a really tranquil and pleasing space. The peacocks on the garden made it all the more worthwhile. Will definitely come back. A bientou
Quiet and private hotel
Magical gardens, loved to see the veg plots and fruit trees.

Les Deux Tours is a magical place. A little slice of heaven. I will definitely be back.
