Sharing a Disappointing Experience at a Nha Trang

Before leaving Nha Trang, I booked a hotel to rest as I had some time before my flight. However, as the time to head to the airport approached, the hotel staff informed me that they needed to conduct an internal check and asked me to wait. After a long wait, I inquired about the delay and was told it was due to a missing teaspoon. As a rule, I don’t use hotel amenities for hygiene reasons and bring my own items. It was quite upsetting to have my valuable time wasted over such a minor item, especially one I would never take. This was, unfortunately, the only disappointing experience during my time in Nha Trang.

I really think this place is special location food restaurants shopping our room was amaculent very nicely priced i will stay there again when in town .only we couldent get a very hot shower but all and all we enjoyed our stay

Best resort

All the staff were very friendly and the facilities were perfect. My family thinks this is the best of any resort and we will stay here on our next trip.

전체적으로 0.5박에 위치 너무 좋았어요~ 첫날은 시에스타고 마지막이 여기였는데 두군데 다 좋았고 객실상태는 시에스타가 조금 더 좋았지만 벌레 없고 잠깐 쉬기 딱 좋았습니다. 발코니뷰는 레스참이 더 좋았고 단체 관광객 없어 한가해서 더 좋았어요~ 직원들 5성급 못지않게 친절합니다.

CCCP카페 바로 옆이어서 알려진 맛집, 마사지,쇼핑하기에 좋았어요. 호텔 컨디션도 가격대비 훌륭했고 직원들도 친절했어요.

샤워룸 배수에 조금 문제가 있지만 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 직원분들도 너무 친절해요.

잠시 반나절 머무르기 위해 택한 숙소였는데 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 조금 일찍 도착했는데 바로 체크인 가능한 방으로 안내해주셔서 잘 쉬었다가 갑니다~

Excellent hotel with friendly staff that genuinely want to make sure your needs are met. The pool is fantastic with great views over the city.

Very impressive

We loved staying here. The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are immaculate and have everything you need including sockets for all types of plugs. The room was cleaned every day and water, tea and coffee refilled. The view was great and the pool and gym were well equipped and a real bonus. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast is very good and has something for everyone. It's right in the centre of Nha Trang and right next to cafes, bars and restaurants with plenty of Ban Mi available. We extended our stay there twice because we loved it so much. Will definitely stay there again when we're back in Nha Trang ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very well located. Average fitness centre. Room service only available until 1730. Very little in the way of western breakfast options in the hotel. Many good eating options nearby. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed sixteen days very relaxed days in Le’s Cham. Extremely comfortable and pleasant stay. Will definitely revisit and plan to stay longer

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as Le’s Cham Hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay in Nha Trang. The property is well located and within walking distance to various cafes, eateries and convenience stores. The hotel staff from front desk to cleaning staff are pleasant and polite.

The hotel was perfect nice and clean, with fresh towels every night and staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions. Free bicycle renting and transport to and back to their private beach with beds/parasol that is along the shore of Nha Trang So many cafes, dining options around and marts for your convenience. If I come back to Nha Trang I would stay again. Thank you for an amazing stay. J

This was by far the best value hotel I stayed in while in Asia. The hotel lobby is nice and airy and the desk had people to help 24 hours a day. The rooms were also lovely and had all the extras I would expect. The pool which was I think on the 21st floor wasn’t particularly big, but a very nice addition to the hotel, and had lovely views. All the staff I came into contact with were extremely helpful. Another nice touch was that on every floor by the lift, there is an ioniser purifying the air and making the area smell nice. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel.

Loved the location and the staff are simply amazing! They will help you in anyway to make your stay better. “Laura” spent an hour with me trying to fix a problem with an airline booking. Thank you to everyone!

The hotel is neat and tidy. Lots of shops, restaurants and spa around the hotel. I stayed in a senior room with King Bed which was nice ( Big window and small balcony). Also, the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the Bellman HUY, he helped me a lot in transportation and restaurant issues. For sure I will stay in this hotel if I travel to Nha Trang again.

위치 가성비 갑입니다 바로옆에 cccp커피숍있고 주위에 걸어서 갈 수 있는 맛집 많습니다. 야시장도 가깝구요. 커넥팅룸으로 4인가족 지내기에 좋아요.

친절한 직원과 최상의 위치

우선 너무 친절한 직원분들로 숙박 기간동안 너무 좋았습니다. 방 콘디션도 좋고, 무엇보다 위치적인 측면에서 왠만한 곳은 운동삼아 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리라는게 최고의 장점이 아닐까 합니다. 그리고 바로 옆에 한국분들의 최고 커피숍 CCCP도 있고...선물숍도 있고... 조식 메뉴도 계속 변화가 있는게 호텔운영에 정성을 다하고 계신다는 생각이 들었네요. 충분히 좋았습니다만...복도에서 들으니 방음이 조금 아쉬웠네요.

시내근처에서 놀려고 숙박하게 되었는데 일단 가격도 저렴하고 청결상태도 좋았어요. 그리고 무엇보다 위치가 짱입니다. 걸어서 5분거리에 왠만한거는 다 있어요. 강력 추천합니다.ㅎㅎ

공항 도착 후 0.5 박을 목적으로 선택하였는데 객실과 위치에 매우 만족합니다. Connecting 객실 배정으로 4인 가족 모두가 불편함이 없이 이용했으며 다음에 나트랑 방문하며 재예약 하고 있습니다.
