Stay at Leonardo’s
Great hotel. Lovely staff and amenities.
Bed bugs bed bugs and bed bugs. Itchy itchy and itchy. 4th floor hall stinks. The pool was not safe for our female boss to be sexually assaulted. They watched and just walk the pervert out of the property. We had to beg the hotel management Asan Nissan to call the cops. Very disappointing. Rundown hotel with AC problems the whole time we stayed.
Loved our stay
We had the best time at the Leonardo. Location was perfect and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful.
48 hours in London
Last minute 48 hour stay in London. This hotel was cost effective while being comfortable.Awesome shower in room.Less than a ten minute walk to Aldgate East tube station and opposite a weather spoons pub
Night away un the city
We had a lovely stay . Service was excellent. The riom was fantastic. Restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. Our server went above and beyond. He gave me a lovely desert for my birthday along with a glass of prosecco. Would definitely stay here again.
A regular favourite!
A lovely stay, as always!! The pool is massive, the lobby pristine and the rooms are spacious.
Great place but didn’t have electricity for half my stay?
Was a good experience Evwrything was perfect
Please do not stay in this hotel. Our host was sexually assaulted at there own women’s only shower area. They have told the predator a few times to stay out of the women’s bathroom. And he went for a second time and attacked one of our member in our group. They did zero to make her feel safe in her stay. I hope the upper management will find and reach out for solution to this traumatizing experience.
Luxurious and spacious common areas. Tastefully decorated and nice touches around the hotel.
Home from home.
This is our third year staying at this hotel. We love the convenience of the location, the facilities, the reasonable price, but most importantly we love the friendliness of the staff.
Ok so had a Lovley two night stay in the hotel , it was great and all staff were attentive . Hotel was hot inside and the lifts are not the best when busy . Spa Lovley good size . Didn’t have breakfast so couldn’t comment . Yes would yuae again . Great location
Lovely staff. Fabulous breakfast!
Pillows in bedroom hard/uncomfortable. Limited lifts resulting in delays/queues to access floors. Air conditioning not working properly in room.
Good
Great hotel, only thing was the sink tap was leaking from the sprout, so had to put a towel on the side to stop it dripping, but hotel was great and would stay again
Happy to check out
Hotel was basic for price. Shower/bath facilities hazard as marble & slippy. Shower/bath water hot and hard to turn off. Bed uncomfortable/hard and slanting to one side. Pillows like 2 bricks. Bath robes tiny. Terrible view from room. Room was too hot and no windows. Air con didn’t work was hotter when on. Won’t be stopping again!!
Wonderful hotel and great value for money. Was a little disappointed the hot tub was not working but everything was great . Will return and hopefully be able to use hot tub !
It nice place and clean comfortable But there is one big problem in the shower room was flooded the hole bathroom because of the shower door is leaking and water is escaping to the hole bathroom We informed the hotel
The property is very nice, food is great! In other Leonardo hotels I experienced more modern / nicer rooms, but it’s ok. What we had problem with is the elevator. Very low capacity, on check our day, we needed to wait 25 mins to be able to get in the elevator with our luggages. It was quite unconvenient with also a toddler waiting… (From the 9th floor staires were not an option.)
High quality hotel
Lovely hotel handy for underground and attractions. Good restaurant with attentive staff. Need to look at how the lifts work though!
Great stay in a good central location pool and spa are well maintained annd the reom was spacious clean and comfortable
Nice modern hotel
Nice modern hotel in a good location for Tower Bridge/Tower of London. Nice pool area, a bonus when staying in London.
Nice hotel but very busy pool and spa
Hotel was nice overall, however the spa and pool area was extremely (and uncomfortably) busy, with large groups. No loungers, constantly full steam room and sauna and about a group of 12 somehow in the jacuzzi! I travel a lot and I’m not sure I’ve seen anything so busy like that before.
good hotel and convenient area.
Super Stay
Such a nice hotel. Great location. Parked at Minories car park which was right next door. Breakfast is sssoo good! Bed was massive and super comfy!
Great location, comfortable and clean. Lovely pool!
Everything was near by.
Lovely hotel, super convenient for the clipper boat, dlr and tube. Wonderful spa, all staff v helpful
Excellent service
Our stay was really good, the best was the service. Personal was very kind, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was very tasty and personal in the restaurant was incredibly helpful and nice. We really like it.
I felt like a princess! Amazing luxury.
Wonderful stay! Great staff, I was delighted to get upgraded to the executive floor which meant I could access the executive lounge. The pool area was simply amazing.
Another excellent stay.
Nice stay
Perfect stay!
Brilliant hotel! We stayed for my 25th birthday and the hotel staff wrote me a birthday card and set out some little sweets! Hotel was very clean and the pool and hot tub area was so nice!
Hotel was great - lovely room and breakfast
Wonderful staff. Impressive breakfast especially catering forvegan/gluten free.
Lovely stay. Very quiet place to stay
Room is dirty painting fell on my partner. Water stains on shelves in bathroom. Light broken and flickering. Was turned away from the spa because another branch’s spa was broken so all their customers came over. Paid to use amenities and wasn’t able to will not be staying again.
Wont be coming bachere again
Had to change room as tv didnt work maintenance tried to fix it,eventually got an upgrade which was nice but the Bath was broke somebody camevto fix it said they would come back as i really wanted a bath not a shower as i suffer with chemo induced neurology but he didnt bother coming back great
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful & it was a great location near Tower Bridge.
The hotel room was very nice, with soft carpets and a big bathtub. However, the elevators were always packed to the point that multiple had to pass before there was space. The thermostat also had a mind of it's own.
Staff were very accommodating, we were celebrating a special occasion and they acknowledged this, room was clean too and the housekeeping team was lovely
Great location, excellent service.
Tony, the concierge was excellent . He made my family and I feel at home. Latecia, who is one of the servers was awesome and extremely helpful! My stay was exceptional and I when I return to London, I am going to stay here again! Just lovely!
Property was convenient to the Tower of London and tower bridge. It’s also near the underground and bus stops. The property is clean, nice and staff was courteous. It made my stay in London very pleasant.
I loved the property. I wish there was a fridge we could've utilized for our own snacks and drinks to keep cool.
Great hotel
Great location. Amazing food and lovely room. Close to Tower Bridge and Tower of London and tube stations. Great choice, especially for travellers who have never been to London.
Disappointing
The bedding in our room was dirty. It was impossible to swim in the swimming pool because of the chlorine, everyone coughing and red eyes.
Not what I paid for
We had a very pleasant stay at the Leonardo at Tower Bridge. We were able to check-in early which was a gift. We greatly appreciated the waters in the room, daily, and the location was perfect bc we were equidistant between two Tube stops that both offered Circle lines. I wish we had read earlier that the hotel can provide adapters and some other amenities, but that was also very much appreciated. We did not take adv. of the breakfast (at cost), but the restaurant seemed very busy every morning.
Convenient, clean, friendly staff!
The room and bathroom to small for family of 4
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel in my entire life. From the moment I arrived, my experience was riddled with unprofessionalism and a lack of basic hospitality. On my first night, I ordered room service, only to receive a bizarre assortment of random items I did not order. Despite pointing out the mistake, no effort was made to rectify this. Each night, I specifically requested my room to be cleaned, yet it was never fully cleaned. Food items from the previous night were left untouched, and the bed was not made. While I could tell someone had entered the room—trash was taken, and new towels were provided—the half-hearted effort to clean was unacceptable for a hotel of your supposed standard. The final night, however, was the most appalling and unacceptable experience. I urgently needed assistance with laundry services to clean mine and my children’s clothes. When I approached the concierge for help, I was treated dismissively and made to feel as though I was a nuisance. The concierge curtly informed me that dry cleaning would take two days—an impossible option given our imminent departure—and suggested I “just Google a laundromat,” providing no helpful recommendations. Following this unhelpful advice, I found a laundromat myself, only to have the washer and dryer break mid-cycle. I returned to the hotel with soaking wet clothes, leaving puddles behind me as I begged reception for assistance. Their solution? To suggest I “use a hair dryer.”
Amazing place with an amazing staff, specially the manager Makul Malik. The kindest and the most amazing person ever!!!!
Nice hotel! Carpet in room was either new or something- carpet kept piling up/coming up all over. Asked to vacuum but didn’t help. Otherwise nice and super good staff!
Everything was wonderful!
This is a conveniently located hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff that seemed to go out of their way to be of service. The pool and accompanying facilities are very enjoyable and the rooms are nice. I have stayed here a few times now and have never regretted it.
Very good hotel and location for the price.
Comfy bed
The bed was comfortable and I slept well, although would have preferred a selection of pillows to choose from. The room was modern. It's a very quiet hotel. The spa area was nice. Breakfast was a good selection, my only complaint is that they started clearing away food before 10.30 when we were still trying to eat. Oh and they had sauteed potatoes instead of hash browns which was disappointing.
The pillow were very hard and unable to access the fridge
We had an executive room and it was dirty! The sink in the bathroom had stains all over it, there were dirty marks all over the ceiling. There was one small bottle of still water available in our room between two of us and the mini bar was locked. For the amount we paid for an executive room I would expect it to at the very least be clean.
Everything was great and friendly staff. Very clean rooms and great food at the restaurant.
Easy to get to & very clean. Would definitely stay again!
Great location!
I loved the room upgrade and view. Only having two elecators took a long time for getting to and from the room. Hallway smelt bad
Great for a short stay and close to transport
Heating control for room small and difficult to see and use. Small cramped shower with hard to grip shower head, despite executive upgrade. Executive lounge beer and wine fridge always locked when we wanted it, only unlocked when we were out to dinner, so no use to us. So, some negatives, but otherwise a nice hotel.
Great hotel, gym is a bit tired but otherwise excellent
Average, probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Average stay, average hotel. Beds and pillows were not that comfortable and I didn’t feel relaxed in the room, it felt cramp and a bit dark. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean and in good condition, although tv reception wasn’t good, most channels didn’t work. Contact with hotel staff was limited but they seemed friendly. I wouldn’t stay here again but it served a purpose.
The staff were pleasant, breakfast was good, room was comfortable, location is a 10 minute walk to Tower Bridge and was close to transportation.
Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, came down for a trip to the theatre and the stay here was enjoyable and relaxing. Recommend this hotel.
Great hotel
Great hotel. Will happily stay here again
A great place for a spa break
Couldn’t use the spa or the breakfast

Good Hotel, great location, Great staff
Lovely hotel but no vip benefits offered
Immaculate!
I have stayed many times at this hotel and on reflection the hotel is deteriorating in many aspects. The lift is constantly out of order. The delay trying to get to your room is ridiculous. The television in your room does not work properly. The picture flickers and keeps pixalating and so you cant watch properly. The food in the restaurant for breakfast the choices are not great. Why do you not have hash browns and the bacon is of poor quality. The room was cold and looked outdated.
The pool area was nice
Not the best
I had an issue in my room and was told 3 times that someone would come to sort it- I had to keep calling reception until someone came! Had room service- not impressed at all- food was like warm.
Needs a make over..
Room 601 was ok but needs a 'deep' clean as it's suffering from wear & tear with broken fixtures and dirt in the more difficult cleaning areas.
Lovely hotel, with great facilities. Easy transport links. Great location.
Beautiful hotel very modern, close to everything amazing breakfast buffet
Amazing hotel. Great location. Breakfast lovely. Pool added bonus and was beautiful will be definitely back
A decent choice in a business area, which means that it is dead and eery over the weekend. The room was superficially clean, the bathroom was tiny. There were convenient tea and coffee facilities in the room. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is about 10 min to the tube, walking distance to the Tower of London.
This is my third time staying here for my husbands birthday and every year I order balloons. I got a confirmed email that the balloons I ordered would be in the room. The gentle at the front desk also confirmed the balloons but when we got to the room no balloons and no surprise. I am a little upset about this because last year the staff had set up the room and everything was perfect. I got a call about a few hours after I checked in to ask how check in went when I arrived. I told the gentle over the phone that the balloons were missing but he said they had no more balloons! I know it could be way worse but it’s just a tradition now for my husbands birthday. Overall I still love this hotel and we will be back next year.
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Great room and room service.
Great location! Excellent service, love how modern this hotel is! Would definitely be back !
Short stay in London
Enjoyed our stay at the Leonardo Tower Bridge. Very comfortable and a great base to explore London.
Good spot for a visit to London. Great trip!
overall the staff didnt seem to interested in the tourist that where staying at the hotel more intrested in buisness guests breakfast has alot of options but cooked breakfast eg bacon/sausages are over cooked , the room was comfy and quiet with a slight view of the shard and london bridge, the rooms advertise as having a fridge which is actually a mini bar and you can't store personal food drink or medicine items in the fridge. property is in a good location for easy transport access and alot of attractions are in walking distance
.
Convenient location
Hotel is very good as the breakfast was amazing especially for gluten free, just missed gluten free sausages and hash browns. The staff were great lovely and friendly and the room was lovely and spacious. There were a few disappointments. The pillows are too hard, the steam room didn’t have any steam, also was given an accessible room which meant the floor in the entire bathroom was wet after a shower.
The hotel was clean the staff were all very polite and helped with any issues
