Excellent breakfast included, great location but taxis are so cheap it wouldn’t matter where it was situated. Very nice clean room too. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Unfortunately I booked this hotels in 3 cities, Vienna, Bucharest and Amsterdam. In Vienna I placed a police report agains the technician and the hotel members because my wife was trapped in the elevator for 45 minutes, the personal did not not call the emergency, instead called a technician when he arrived and open the door he started yelling to my wife so I intervine and then he pushed us and try to hit us by rising his hands, the hotel personal did notging to stop him. I place a police report for the technician attack. Ofcourse I moved inmedially to another hotel and I reported it to Expedia as well. In Bucharest it seems that all personal have a bad day every day. At the time I writing am heading to Amsterdam, Leomardo Amsterdam it is very uncovinient. Nice receptionist but I won't stay in these hotels ever again.

Convenient and close to the city. It was just what we needed for our 1 night stay.

Es una excelente opción en Bucarest. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero el precio es bueno y el hotel está muy cerca de muchas opciones de comida y comercio todo funcionó muy bien y el desayuno estuvo bueno.

Relative to the price, the hotel is a reasonable But I took a deluxe room, sun from the window and no air conditioner, bad smell from the bathroom The service of the people is excellent

Basic hotel in good location close to Calea Vitoria

Great location, good coffee joints, Great shoping, boulevard a pedestrian are on weekends.

Nice hotel, customer service could be better.

Selected 3 single bed room but when arrived only double plus single was available. There was no safe in the room and one was not provided even when receptionist said they would sort it out. Same for additional blanket, never arrived. Buffet breakfast looked good but hot items where cold, perhaps table service on hot items would be better solution. Overall it is nice hotel but service was lacking

Lovely modern hotel. Our room was very comfortable and not too noisy even though it was overlooking the main road. Very close to shops/bars/restaurants on Calea Victoriei, and walkable to the historic centre and other sites. Easy to reach the airport by bus.

Great location for what we needed to do and the aircon was a lifesaver

Nice place to stay

The hotel is located near high end stores and gourmet food.

Good hotel and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a triple room but found that they only provided one complimentary bottle of water for three people. Given the fact that there is more than one person staying in the room, they should’ve provided more bottles than just the one. Moreover they did not provide additional bottles during room service, you would have to buy water at reception. This is the only drawback that I would have with the hotel. I would recommend that they provide complimentary water to all of their guests and ensure they provide adequate number of bottles dependent on how many people stay in the room. The manager Gabriella was very friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early without charge. When I enquired about this via email, they did say a charge May incur, so very grateful that they didn’t. Overall, liked the hotel and would stay there again. No issue with hearing outside traffic at night in the room that we were staying in.

Would have been 5 stars except for the shower. Water pressure was very low!

We stayed at the Leonardo from 3-4 Feb and we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are nice and spacious and very clean with a cotempary feel. The service at Conceirge was friendly and efficient. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Bucharest

Amazing Hotel and Staff, Good breakfast,No-Parking

The room was super nice, the hotel had 2 elevators, We got a room that was look bigger in the picture (with 3 king beds) but we got 2 king size bads, and 1.5 sofa bed, Overall everything was comfortable, breakfast was good with a lot of options. Amazing friendly staff. The only cone was that was no parking, but there is in front of the hotel a parking that you need to pay via the application\website, make sure you read everything because it a private and non Governmental service. overall - recommended!

Great newly refurbished, modern hotel, with great stylish rooms and a lot of day light. Helpful service. Central location, a lot of nice restaurants and bars around

Great hotel

We paid for a deluxe triple room, and got a double. We all had to sleep in the same bed as they said there was nothing they could do. Staff were rude.

NICE HOTEL THAT NEEDS WINDOWS CHANG

The ops manager that attended me was great. The room nice and the bed comfortable. The negative was the traffic noise from the street at night It was terrible and sleeping was difficult.

This wonderful hotel is in such a great area. Lots of cafes, cocktail bars and great for people watching. Clean and modern rooms! Would definitely stay here again.

It was an excellent stay, very central, in walking distance to many restaurants, bars and attractions. Breakfast was very good. We would stay again.

Good location, but noisy

Very nice hotel, good location, spotlessly clean. Only problem was toral lack of sound proofing. We could hear absolutely everythjng from the interconnected room.

The managers Dana and Alina offered top customer service and were very attentive to all of our needs. It really made our stay wonderful. Thank you. We will definitely recommend to this hotel to our friends and family.

Hotel it self is in nice area for eating and drinking. Easy to navigate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room has a small fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Breakfast was a very nice as well

Lovely, comfortable hotel

Lovely comfortable new hotel, in a perfect central location. The only thing I didn’t like was my room had an adjoining door to the next room and there was no noise insulation. They did offer to move me after the first night but I was settled by the.

All was good but room was small. This is comon to Europe.All was good and receptionist was all nice

We arrived at the hotel at 1100 They told us that the room is not ready to come at three ! The room was not ready at three and we were waiting fior another’s hour . No soap at the bathroom, no welcoming water in the fridge Staff nice and kind Good location Small room Good price!!!

Overall good stay, nice room and perfect location. However, the fitness room is the worst I’ve ever seen, literally 3 machines and no space is there’s more than 1 person

The bar and restaurant closes too early, by 5 pm the bar is closed. This need to improve as people might need tea or coffee late in the evening. This is the greatest draw back

Nice hotel and a great price and in a great location. Staff were polite and friendly

The only reason I didn’t like the stuff there, was because they started to repair something around 7AM , (big noise), but didn’t even apologized for inconvenience. Many people had the same problem in that morning.

No hot water in shower for first 2 days of stay. Requested a room with three single beds but got a double bed and a pull out camp bed. Only one bottle of water in room which wasn’t replenished

This hotel has a great location and from here you can pretty much get you any part of the city easily through various means of transportation. The breakfast was wonderful fresh every morning. The rooms were very comfortable. I do wish the food and drinks available for purchase at the reception Selection was a little bigger just because there’s not a whole lot of supermarket/minimart right near the building.

This was our second stay. This time we had a 7th floor room that provided a great of the city. The staff reconized us from our first visit and pointed out additional resturaunts.

The staff was indispensables in recommending great dining options to us. The beds are comfortable, no problems. There is an Expresso machine in the room and even a how water heater for tea.

Beautiful modern, clean hotel, nice location, friendly staff. Breakfast is limited and the bathroom need improving. Can hear at night through the paper thin walls and the rooms are very hot that can’t be turned off completely

The hotel room was very clean. Which was great! However, the air conditioning wasn’t working and I asked the front desk to have someone check it and it didn’t happen…it was very hot and uncomfortable in the room for my entire stay. Also, the bed was hard and the walls are thin and you can here the neighbors.
