Had a great stay. Property was clean and staff was attentive. Really close to Roma Termini station.
I like my room, the quite and nice lobby. The size of a small hotel in the very crowded and turístico Rome. Very well located near the main station for train and metro. I’d recommended fully
Welcoming staff, friendly, they helped getting taxi’s as needed! Wonderful hotel with 2 elevators!!!
Amazing hotel
Very nice. Great location. Great service. Small but well appointed.
I absolutely loved this Hotel. The only hiccup I had was being charged twice for must stay and the gentleman being a bit confused about what to do about it. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic.
This location was excellent, just two blocks from the train station. It’s a boutique hotel which means yes, the room is small, but very clean. Big bonus my last night after traveling through Italy with many stairs…to have a bathtub…and reserve the jacuzzi on the rooftop. Only negative was when I arrived for my reserved jacuzzi time, a family with two young children were in there and kids were happy splashing all over the place not realizing you are to reserve it so when staff informed them they had to leave, the young girl gave me very angry faces! Maybe having signage in the jacuzzi area to reserve time with the front desk would avoid that discomfort. Would definitely come back!!!
Excellent hotel near Termini Station. Very helpful staff, great room. Only criticism is that breakfast could be improved.
I was excited to book this hotel based on reviews I'd read online. The hotel is very modern but the room we had was literally tiny. We paid $177 with taxes and I felt paying that kind of money for a room where you couldn't walk around the double bed was very expensive, considering 2 weeks earlier, we stayed in another area of Rome, had a very large room with a phenomenal view for $140 with taxes. The area is sleevy and not very safe. Not many options for restaurants in the area. The only good thing is it's walking distance to Termini Train station in case you need to travel by train anywhere. I would not stay here again.
Stayed here due to its proximity to Termini to take a train after our stay. Hotel is great as is breakfast. I wish we had stayed more central though Rhis hotel is far from major sites. Taxis and Ubers were necessary to get to most places
Nice hotel. Area not so nice. Room small but clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Excellent hotel for our stay, a quick walk from the Rome Termini station, several historic sites and dining nearby. In our case, they allowed us to check-in early which really helped us. Really good service overall!
A great stay! Loved the private jacuzzi!
It was very close to the train station. Hotel was quiet and comfortable.
One night stay before leaving Rome
This hotel was located about 500 m walk from Roma terminai station. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room is quite small, but for a couple was functional. In our situation they allowed us to check in about an hour early and were also able to allow us to check out about an hour late which was very useful as we had a tour booked for the morning of our departure. Metro access is easy via one of two stations. The room contains a small fridge for keeping drinks cool and a safe for your important documents. Air conditioning works well and the room was quiet. Breakfast was quite comprehensive with cereals cold meats cheeses and some hot breakfast products as well as juice and coffee. There is a small hot tub upstairs which must be booked if you wish to use it.
Cost Too much and no return.
No air conditioning and it was over 100 degrees outside. They had one but it wouldn’t work and we made a call every day for them to fix. They did send an engineer that got it working for an hour. The shower has a window facing other units and the curtains didn’t block the view. So we gave a show every night to the neighbors. The bellman do nothing. They stood there and watched as we struggled bringing luggage up stairs to get into hotel. No help and no greeting. There was no attendant at the bar so we gave up. Not one English station on the tv.
Great hotel and lovely staff very convenient to Roma Termini to get around to other cities in Italy
Lovely hotel, short walk from all of the attractions and close by to loads of nice restaurants and gelato shops. Staff were super helpful and the bar man was brilliant, made cocktails to our own taste. Private hot tub booking was a really lovely end to the holiday. Breakfast was unreal, great selection of cooked food and fresh fruit. Will definitely be returning!
We had a great time in ROME!! Concierge staff and Bartender were amazing!!
Great location and friendly helpful staff
The Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Rome offers an exceptional experience with its amazing service and friendly staff. The rooms are stylish and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The location is convenient for exploring Rome's attractions. Highly recommended for those seeking a welcoming and pleasant hotel experience.
Three blocks from central train station. Expensive but so is everything else in Rome. The morning breakfast is outstanding.
Great location, lovely facilities (including a pool for those tired bodies after all the sight seeing and walking) friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast
Handy hotel
Lovely service room was average size but had a huge patio. Good breakfast and location
It was ok. Lack of clarity @ different levels.
Mediocre.
Most unhelpful barman….seemed furious as we asked for ice to take to room. Guy on check in very good. Not a great area…room just ok.
Very good hotel
Nice
Well priced hotel near the train station. Bathroom was slightly tired, but rest of room and hotel areas were well looked after with friendly staff
overall positive experience! great breakfast & staff are lovely. the rooms are tightly compact, but very practical and a good layout of the room. my one downside is that it is very noisy and the website claims to have soundproof rooms but that is far from it! can hear everything from outside in the street, downstairs in the bar & everything outside in the corridor! but nevertheless i would stay here for a little citybreak in rome again!
The check in was super fast. The front desk was really helpful. Our room was little bit small but I didn't mind because most the time we were outside. This property is 5 mins walk to the terminal station and the area is safe. I didn't feel safe to walk other side of the terminal station. so I avoid walking there during night. The last day we actually had breakfast at the hotel. the breakfast was good. In total, I was happy staying at Leonardo hotel and i give them 4 Stars.
Mediocre hotel by train station
We booked because of the good reviews but I do not believe the reviews are accurate. We had very large bags and there are seven steps to the lobby with no ramp and no staff to assist. We then check in and meet very unfriendly front desk staff. The door to room was VERY hard to open and we thought the key was not working but was actually just a crappy door. We booked a 3 person room that included a pullout sofa but it was not made up and there were no sheets in the room. Fortunately, the linen closet was just across the hall and much like everything also had a broken door so we helped ourselves to sheets. The sink and shower both drained very slowly so I showered in ankle deep dirty water. At least we were only there for 5 hours before our flight.
Very nice boutique hotel. Nice rooms close to the train station and restaurants.
Great Hotel!
Excellent location, just 3 short blocks from Termini. Rooms are tight but have all the amenities and some touches with ice lighting. Front staff is very helpful; one even helped me find a great barber shop. Bed was a bit firm for my taste. This was my second time staying here and it’s been great both times.
El hotel esta ubicado excelentemente, cerca de la termina termini y alrededor tiene muchas opciones para comer
Pricy but well located, comfy and clean!
Place was located within a 5 minute walk of the main train station (Termini) which connected you to all over. Check in was fast and personnel was super friendly, patient and attentive; she spoke perfect English too. The hotel is clean and bed comfortable. The only down size was that the room was very small and that to iron I had to go to the -2 level rather than have an iron in my room.
Lovely modern and stylish hotel in quiet area of Rome with great transport links to all areas. Staff were excellent and professional.
Nice hotel near train station
Hotel was very nice. I would have rated it higher but we found the bathroom a bit odd with the frosted glass door. Short walk to the train station. Helpful staff.
Stylish well managed hotel in centre of Rome.
super near everything, public transportation is so esy
Cool Place!
Front desk was very welcoming and polite. Lobby/bar area is neatly decorated. Room was very clean and functional. We enjoyed the breakfast and took advantage of the included spa. Walking distance to Termini train station and many restaurants. Helped arrange a taxi for early morning trip to the Airport. Would recommend.
The property was clean, staff was personable , would stay there again
This hotel is ok - but definitely not worth the 4 star rating it advertises. Our room was ok - but some of the hotel staff at breakfast were a bit surly and we couldn’t get a drink at the bar on our last night because the staff member was on her mobile!
Nothing unique. Bad breakfast food. Rooms are so small there is no room for two suitcases
Location for transportation is so close. Property bathroom shower drain and sink was not working, overflowing out of shower. There wasn’t power and USB outlets next to bed side. There wasn’t table clock next to bed. Breakfast was okay but missing feta cheese and cream chese. There is no shampoo holder for n the shower. Towel heater was not working.
Beautiful hotel 4 min walk from termini and you can use the metro to get around to the famous monuments . Clean and friendly staff . Delicious breakfast. Only thing I was missing was the air conditioner but everything was perfect .
Great staff, good location
Walking distance from Termini Station which is really convenient. Nice staff and quiet & clean rooms. Will be coming back
Lovely hotel
Wonderful location close to the train station. The staff was very helpful with dining recommendations as well as arranging transportation to the airport for our early flight. Cute little bar inside and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay here.
I love to come back again and again.
Beautiful hotel, near Rome Central Station. Proffessional staffs
Great boutique hotel clean quiet & great hot tub
Comfortable and well located.
Enjoyed my stay; the room was confortable and the bathroom modern. Located close to Roma Termini and the subway. There is an option to have breakfast though I prefered to have coffee outside and could have used a little more variety kn the breakfast. The staff was great and we enjoyed our stay.
Nice design . Accommodating staff . Cute bar . Good breakfast
Very good location about 5 minutes from Roma Termini train station. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. There’s a breakfast and a bar. Hotel has jacuzzi and steam room. Provides shuttle service to the airport. There are no upscale restaurants around, but plenty of places of eat. I would recommend “Bacco Al Pretorio” (about 10 minutes walk from the hotel) for dinner: nice food and friendly staff; “REbasilico” serves nice pizza.
Excellent
Everything was great. The rooms were very clean, location was great, staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back
A very nice hotel within a few easy walking blocks of Roma Termini train station which made it a very good hub for us.
Accessibility. Staffs are great. Clean and convenient location
Had a lovely (albeit small) room with a huge balcony. It was great sitting out there in the evenings.
Good ubication, nice hotel
The hotel is good, the breakfast is enough but the breakfast lounge very small, sometimes you need to stay outside and it was cold. All days the toilet draining water they couldn´t resolve it in 4 nigths
Antonella and Genaro made this for an easy process and wonderful stay. They were very accommodating & helpful
Great
We had a fantastic stay, our room was great, the staff very friendly and breakfast was just right. Location was idea for everywhere we needed to get too. We would stay again. The gym was perfect for a morning workout and the hottub was great after a long day of walking in the hot sun. The price of the drinks in the bar was not too bad too. We had a great experience and stay.
Clean rooms, polite staff, great area that was quiet and close to cafes/train station and metro. great for our 2 night stay
The hotel was conveniently located near Termini for trips to Florence and other local sites. Enjoyed the hotel gym, air conditioning and lemon water in the foyer. Also close to restaurants, supermarkets and Termini stores.
Highly recommend when in rome
The receptionist at check in was not friendly. She didn’t even welcome us to the hotel. She gave us one hour late check out and said that’s the most she can do. The room is tiny. The mattress on the bed is hard like rocks I woke up with so much pain in my back I needed pain killers. The washroom door is see through, neither i or my husband were able to use the washroom when the other person is in the room. It is a horrible experience and an overpriced hotel that just doesn’t have anything to offer.
Friendly and helpful staff. Room was ok however it was on the ground floor and did not resemble the pictures online. We had requested a double bed and had twin beds - not a major issue however upon check in another couple had stated they had a similar issue. Overall a good experience and handy for the train station.
Excellent clean hotel within walking distance of Termini. Breakfast was really good. Room was small but comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Would recommend.
Solid choice for a Termini area hotel.
Solid choice for a Termini area hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was solid. Rooftop deck with hottub was great. Several good restaurant options within a block. Close, easy access to the Termini station, which worked out great for us.
Very clean, nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to Termini train station. Lots of delicious restaurants and bars nearby.
What can be more important in the hotel than a good mattress? I think that mattresses in this hotel are made from wood. I did complained about it.
Rome trip (April 2022)
Ideal hotel… the comfort room I had was ideal for a solo traveller or a couple, ideal size. Breakfast was more than adequate in the mornings (€10 per day, if not included in your booking), the hotel is situated approx 3/5 mins walk to the main station where you’re able to get a train, bus or metro around the amazing historical sites that Rome has to offer.
Great Location within walking distance to all attraction, very close to the main train bus and taxi station Roma Termini which u can get to from the airport by train within 30minutes.
Great hotel with perfect location to Termini Station for exploring Rome. Modern rooms and friendly staff
Excellent boutique hotel close to downtown
This is a fabulous boutique hotel, clean, comfortable and close to the Rome terminal and the main city attractions. I would recommend to everyone visiting Rome to stay here. The sauna and jacuzzi are also great!
Very good.except I was stay by street a little noisy.
Great stay in Rome
Breakfast buffet was so good and cheap; 10 euros per person. This hotel has no ramp for luggage, so you need to carry the suitcases up the stairs. It's located 3 -min walking to Rome Termini.
It was a great Stay. The manager and Staff very helpful. We will back again.
It was great for the money

Do not go! Horrible place, horrible staff
Junior suite room has a beautiful balcony. Near the Termini. 2 blocks. Nice breakfast and several restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Checked us in early. Very nice rooms and spacious bathrooms.
This hotel is located not in the best part of town. I felt unsafe walking around the neighbourhood. My room was not clean, dirty shower/bath, hair everywhere, sink was nothing draining. The staff of the hotel was very nice and friendly. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.
The property goes above and beyond to make their guests welcome. The first night we stayed, there was an error, and the walked us to the property next to them. When we returned for the rest of the stay, they offered us breakfast and a bottle of wine. That is fantastic hospitality, and we were very impressed.
Felt more like home than a hotel room. Liked everything, no complaints Excellent service, the breakfast was very good also
Great stay at a hotel with great location
My sister and I arrived at yhe Leonardo Hotel for a two night stay. We had a twin toom. While the room size was small it was spotlessly clean with nice modern furniture. There are about 6-7 stair steps at the entrance and a bit tough to manage with luggage. CLAUDIA at the Front Desk is a STAR. A helpful, charming staff member shows great professionalism doing her job with a lovely attitude whether there was 1 person or 6 asking for her help. Claudia made sure I would could continue to support the Leonardo Hotels chain businesses. Breakfast staff was good, ot breakfast items were cold.
Clean, helpful and good service, very good breakfast. The aircon was noisy.
Best Hotel
Great staff, great hotel&location, unbelievably clean. Would recommend 100%.
Clean. Good quality for the price as expected
It was a lovely hotel and had a pleasant stay. However we were interested in using sauna, spa and gym facilities… we were told we had to make an appt which we did but were not able to use it as it was being cleaned at the time we wanted to use it! Other than that, it was great!
The room was very tiny and old fashioned
Perfect place to stay. I would go back again.
Great location and kind staff!
Leonardo Boutique Hotel Aug 2021
The stay is good. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned on daily basis. Close by Roma termini station and easy to commute.
mixed feelings
if you need close access to train station then this is great location. in general hotel and staff is nice but I think I was unlucky. firstly spa /sauna /pool area was closed which is not advertised when booking - I would think twice before booking. excuses for covid are like yesterday news because a lot of places have those open. secondly my mattress was upside down and I just realised after day and a half afer having terrible sleep. some staff at main desk is not even communicative but other speaks perfectly.
I recommend 100 percent this hotel.
the hotel is located near the train station where one moves very quickly. very friendly workers all the time. super clean. small rooms but super comfortable. restaurants nearby.
Close to Train Station
Good location if you want something close to train station. Modern, clean, friendly staff.
Clean hotel near Termini train station.
The hotel is great, has a jacuzzi on the top floor. Staff is nice. Room is a bit small and awkward but if you organize your things correctly it wont be a problem. Great location near the major train station and they cleaned the room everyday.
Very good
Very nice
Lovely hotel
