It is a nice value for money place and centrally located. The breakfast had a sumptuous spread and had dishes from different parts of India and the service was above average. The rooms ( though small ) were neat and tidy and seemed renovated. An additional huge plus is morning walks by the river side. Would definitely recommend for short 2-3 days business stay.
The property is quite grand with good sized rooms and a very good setting with all rooms having external views. The properties food service is not that great though.
The towels are old and need to be changed. The tea sachets quality in room was very poor.
Pathetic Service and extremely rude front desk
No iron in the room, no hairdryer either. My family and I had to bring our own suitcases into the hotel which was a first as no one from the hotel came out to help, they just starred at us. My driver himself got angry at the hotel staff for not helping us. The staff on front desk by the name of Vijay was extremely rude, spoke in a complete disgusting manner and created a whole problem from nothing. I will never stay at this hotel, I rather pay slightly more and stay at other hotels such as Hyatt Regency in Amdavad instead of Lemontree. Some of their staff don't speak/understand English so I often had to repeat myself 2-3 times and break down the sentence. I was charged room bill for something I didn't use and Vijay from front desk kept on blaming me and spoke disgusting. This Lemontree Hotel chain has no customer service. Furthermore, their swimming pool was dirty and during afternoons I noticed was closed. Due to the atrium, you can hear all the hustle/noise in your bedroom at times in the evenings. At 6am I had a next door room having maintenance works done with drilling and hammering which woke me. On my right room the walls seem to be so thin that you can hear people in the other room and their TV on. Would not stay again and would not recommend to anyone. Only recommendation I have is for a breakfast kitchen staff I think by the name of Amal who was very kind and went out of his way.
Very unprofessional.. No help with luggage. Had to call several times to get iron Only one towel in bathroom everyday even though there were two in room House keeping incompetent. Reception staff very rude
The room was comfortable. Had river view. Pillows was very very hard. Never slept on such hard pillows. Food was good. Staff was very courteous
Bed is not comfortable
Bed is not comfortable. Toiletries supplied is not good, especially shampoo and conditioner.
Nice Stay
Good
Excellent ambience
The decor and ambience is great giving you a feeling of an european style. White colour background enlightens the ambience and gives a cool and refresh look.
Great place in the banks of Sabarmati
Nice likeable place with good comfort and ambience. But the neighborhood seemed clustered.
Nicely kept hotel in the heart of Ahmedabad
Hotel was very clean. Staff was very helpful and professional. The immediate area around the hotel was not very walkable or nice though.
Comfortable Stay
It was good
Excellent
Is excellent
Poor and disappointing
Although we paid for triple occupancy, neither bedding nor towels nor coffee mugs nor bed sheets were prepared for the same. Even after reminder the needful was done at 1 am in the morning. Even the AC stopped working at 1.30 in the night. When feedback was provided during checkout, the lady receptionist was not even interested in knowing details. All we got was a rude look.
Value for Money
Good location, service & food quality. Reception staff was very friendly, specially Sangeeta & Chaman
A good option near the airport
Stayed overnight. Comfortable and meets expectations of a business budget hotel with a bit of added luxury. But too far from the city.
Clean and nice
It was good. Except we had a problem while checking in. Our booking through Hotel.com was not confirmed and also we were told that breakfast was not included when we had a confirmation from hotel. com that the room was including breakfast. Anyway the hotel front desk was very helpful and sorted it out for us. I was not happy with the response I got from your call centre.
nice hotel
comfortable
New property but telephones were not working.
Receptionists who greeted us at the time of check in were very rude, particularly, the lady called Pooja. We booked two rooms but the kids were given room in a different floor despite a pre-confirmation. Location of the hotel was terrible. The staff at the restaurant were very good and the chef Rana was a delight.
