The surroundings can be better. The gate close to the hotel was closed and it was a bit inconvenient to walk all the way over to the other gate
Very good
Room was a bit dirty and basic
Nice place to rest
The staff were really nice.
Room was spacious and comfortable, maybe a little dated but clean. The gym and spa facilities are quite old. Pool has a lot of pigeons flying around it and not very clean so didn’t use it. Rooftop bar/restaurant was excellent, delicious Indian and international food and very reasonable prices.
This hotel is lovely. We had a newly renovated room and really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and dark for sleeping. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and would go up to the rooftop to catch the sunrise & sunset - very beautiful! Highly recommend if you're in Jaipur.
We had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great
it is a good property with good food.Hard drinks are offered with very decent price.
Exceptional staff
Staff at the Lemon Tree were fantastic. They all spoke excellent English and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant had some excellent food at reasonable prices and the Pastry Chef produced a large selection of beautiful sweet treats.
The check in process was smooth and the staff was very cordial and nice..Room service was also upto the mark..The breakfast was amazing and we were pretty impressed
Things I liked: Room and indoor facilities were clean and seems fairly well maintained. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. Things I didn't like: Rooftop pool has a lot of pigeons around it and a lot of their droppings near it. Seems pool is used a bird bath. I didn't use it because if this. Rooftop bar/restaurant was under construction (9/23) so wasn't able to use. Location is not really in walking distance of anything so need to get a cab to go anywhere. Not a huge issue though.
Lemon Tree almost ruined our whole trip to Jaipur because of the scam at their travel desk (which was manned at times by Hotel staff). The scam goes that you cannot visit any of the forts (major tourist attraction) unless you go with a tour group. Then also because the forts are on a hill they charge an extra separate fee for the hill climb. I have a hearing disability but my hearing aids were in and I heard and understood perfectly what they were saying so if they come on here and say different don't believe them. Fortunately we found a driver on our own who took us to the forts for much less than their tour cost. The hotel rooms were clean and Ok. They should not allow the tour desk to outright lie about how to get to the forts. I also found out there is a bus that goes to Amer and the nearby forts. Some hotels are forthcoming about tips like that but not Lemon Tree Jaipur.
All was good
Given room on 3rd floor overlooking air con Hall carpets worn Room old Front desk curt Location not great Rooftop bar nice with great views and lovely staff Not as looks in Expedia But cheap
power outage in middle of the night
There was power outage or something like that in middle of the night at 2:00 am and AC kept shutting down and switching back on for 5-6 times with loud noise which disturbed my sleep. I was jetlagged and decided to sleep in hotel instead of at home, so that I can get good sleep. Hotel staff was unapologetic and when complained did not offer anything.
Everything was quite and peaceful but the coorrdination of staff was not good. They did't decorate the room or even not trued to inform us as well. Secondly i told them to email me a copy of invoice and i m still waiting.
Decent spot, clean, nice restaurants.
During check-in the rooms were not clean. However, they did make it up l;ater and ofcourse the service standards were excellent. Other than the cleanliness only during check-in, everything else was excellent.
Break fast buffet started at 7.45 am with less food items . in reception they told me that breakfast starts at 7 to available11 am . There is a confusion between the reception and Breakfast buffet team about the timings
absolutely wondeful
location -class breakfast - wonderful staff- extra courteous comfort - best well being
Good hotel
It was great service, central location and great room.
I arrived noon and they gave me a
Great Location, friendly staff. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.
the service of the staff was excellent. they went an extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable. Thank you so much for that.
Now style of interior, cleanliness & service options on menu
Not a comfortable stay
Our rooms were at eighth floor and major construction works were going on at ninth floor. We had to suffer from the annoying sounds of hammering and drilling. We complained many times but that didn't work! Housekeeping services were slow and we had to call several times for a service. Then there was water lickage from the commode and they could not fix it during our stay. Food was good and my special thanks to Chef Daya
Overall Good Experience
The hotel was quite good in terms of cleanliness, amenities, food service etc. Only downside was that, they didn't have driver room for guest staff, it had to be arranged personally, which could be little inconvenient for business travelers.
CENTRAL LOCATION !!!! THAT'S IT , FOOD WAS BELOW AVG. ROOM SERVICE NOT UPTO THE MARK .... KEEP CALLING
Pleasant, clean and comfortable
Had a pleasant stay - the room and bathroom were large and clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and eager to please. The breakfast buffet was great too as were all the servers and the omelet chef. I visited the spa one morning, and although the masseuse was fine, they played thumping techno music which was far from relaxing, and the shower afterwards had no hot water - sort of negating the whole treatment. Oh well. Best of all was the driver I was fortunate to be assigned by the travel desk in the lobby. Saleem was a great driver and a relaxed, interesting person who offered excellent suggestions and additions to my sightseeing plans for the day. Highly recommend him.
Wonderful modern hotel with great customer service. Very comfortable stay.
The first hotel of our trip,a very good impression
After a long journey, we were received by the hotel staff. We could immediately realize how friendly and courteous they were. The room was very well equipped, clean, bright, and even had a minibar and hair dryer :-D, and very spacious bathroom. Since we arrived in January, the room was a bit chilly, but an electric heater was immediately provided. Brunch buffet was full of Indian and Western cuisine and nothing was missing. As they are currently working on a rooftop lounge, the pool was not very appealing to use. I'm sure the terrace will be great once they are done. Also, we had WiFi for just an hour in the room; hope that gets better. Thanks to the very friendly staff!
Great comfort, nice food, spacious room, having both shower and bath tub was great. They accommodated our requests for car booking etc very well. We stayed from 31dec for 3 nights. We had missed to notice mandatory year end party for all members with separate payment. We could negotiate discount on number of members for us. We'll be pleased to stay at Lemon Tree anytime.
Very nice hotel loved every part of it.
To start with reception was very nice explained everything very clearly, room was perfect nice attached bath in it very good views. Allacarte menu was very good if you didnt want Buffett. Even the travel guide was very good on providing transportation. Thank you Lemon tree
Great Hotel in Jaipur
Staff were very welcoming and courteous and room clean and well presented. Enjoyed the international offering in the dining room and the quirky humour of the placemats on the tables. We travelled as small family group (3 couples) and we all had a wonderful experience.
Stayed here for just a day..it wad comfortable over all. We ate at the citrus cafe and the dinner buffet was decent although a bit on the expensive side.. Only thing that really surprised me was only 1 hour free internet use for expedia guests. It was a bit ridiculous .
Okay not great
More modern hotel than others in the area, but not as friendly and much more expensive. We had booked a room with free wifi. Staff had a lot of trouble believing this and it took a long time to prove what was booked.
Nice hotel
Nice clean hotel. Staff pleasant. Only issue is they don’t have free WiFi you pay after 30 minutes which is unusual and they should change this.
Great place
This was a great stay in a great hotel. Upon check-in, the hotel automatically upgraded my room and helped me with my luggage. Breakfast every morning had a wide selection and was always fresh and tasty, with attentive wait staff. Pool was nice with an almost 360 degree view of the city. Only criticism would be the location that doesn't have much around but isn't a problem if you have a car and driver or have the front desk call a taxi. Also, wifi is only 1 hour per day unless you want to pay more for 24 hours, which was kind of annoying.
can have bigger swimign pool
Swimming pool can be better and bigger. WIFI can be made free.
best nothing more to say!!!
Nice hotel centre easy to go any place
I like this hotel but having one problem that in bathroom there must be exaust fan
Enjoyable and Comfy stay
We had a very comfortable stay and the staff too were very cooperative and friendly in all departments, ie Front Desk, Cleaning and Restaurant. Although we had a confirmed stay for one night ie 21st Jan, and were to move out to Ibis, yet on our request the front desk extended our stay by another night. The only bother was the short duration the wifi, 30mts
Very Good Service overall. Good employees. Restaurant & Breakfast Area had strong smell of Eggs and Non-Veg food, so us being a Pure Vegetarian, it was very difficult to sit in the Restaurant for eating. Employees were very good to set us up in the separate closed area of the restaurant. Chef and Waiters always were very good to give us our Vegetarian Food service different from the set breakfast buffet items.
Nice Visit
Lemon tree is very nice place to stay. The luxury of the hotel is absolutely as per the today's standard. And what makes it more special is the staff working in this hotel. My special thanks to Sofikul and his team to make our stay pleasant. Ankita one of the staff member is also very friendly. The location of the hotel is fine, no issues.
Room service food was not good at all
Excellent hotel, few KMS, away from Pink City
Well maintained hotel. Room was very comfortable, neat and value for money. Everything was in a working condition. Their greatest asset is definetly their staff - friendly and accomodating. Great travel desk managed by Yadav and we were lucky to have Vinod as our driver for 3 whole days. Hats off to the management for employing physically challenged youth.
Not Suggested
Staff very slow to react if requested
Room worked out for the price. Staff at restaurants were great and friendly. Wifi at hotel was only free for an hour - that is an issue where we would not com back.
A TRIP TO JAIPUR
We stayed from 25th June to 27th June 2016 in this hotel..and booked 2 rooms... we had not a good experience about hotel staff service / courtesy during break fast as we had invited some of our guests to have breakfast together and specially asked to the staff to take care of them / us but none of them were bothered. And even after complaining there reaction was so carelessness!! secondly, in the room toiletries were not properly arranged by the staff themselves while making /cleaning the room,,and even after making the request it was provided with too misery !!!! It is too ridiculous!!!
Pleasant stay
It was comfortable. Staff was very nice. Neat and clean rooms. Pleasant stay.
Subpar hotel a Real Disappointment
Had much higher hope but ended up quite disappointed. Put in a suite which I was told was one of the best rooms. It overlooked an empty roof top. The deco was really dated and lacked warmth. Think Motel 6 back in the United States. Breakfast buffet was mostly indian food variety and the quality was barely ok. Rememebr it is free so you'll feel better. Last day I had a late afternoon flight so I kindly asked the female receptionist at the front desk if I could have a late checkout. She said oh there was a lot of people checking in today so very difficult. Then, she passed me a hotel customer survey and hinted in unsubtle way that I should fill it up. And yeah here is her name tag on her uniform. I smiled and obliged. Everything was rated perfect and she was the best employee of the hotel! She made sure her name was spelled correctly. Now I got the late checkout I want! But seriously this left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll never come back to any Lemon Tree properties. Nor would I recommend anyone else to go.
Poor Reception. Room not ready even at 3pm.
It is a comfortable place. Good size room. Clean toilet. Room n toilet provided with everything a room should have. Good quality sleep. Nothing much to speak about neighbourhood as the hotel is not an independent structure but part of a building housing a mall etc. It was not well staffed during the breakfast. One has to look for staff to attend. Replenishment of items took considerable time.
It is ok with comfort
Room are good staff cooperative Enjoyed stay Food quality ok Ambiance ok
A quick stay before a tour
We chose this hotel because it rated well on expedia and because we needed a place to stay prior to our Rajasthan tour. The beds were very hard, but then again all the beds in all the hotels in India appear very hard. This is more of a business hotel we found out. There are lots of smaller tourism hotels that are likely better and cheaper options.
my stay
It was a good stay
very nice experience
Very beautiful hotel. Good staff. The staff lady at breakfast helped us by packing food for my small baby. Really appreciate. Nice roof top swimming pool.
Nice hotel, but the basic facilities missing
There is no complimentary breakfast of wifi as mentioned on the booking page. Otherwise, a great hotel.
nice hotel but expensive
hotel was very nice and comfortable, however it is expensive. Internet is only free for 1 hour each day. buffet restaurant has great selection (our server Deepika was very friendly and attentive). taxes and service charge is ridiculous. hotel is not in ideal location.
Good one
It was very comfortable and breakfast is very nice with lot of variety.
Very nice hotel, very clean and courteous hotel staff, enjoyed out stay in this hotel.
Not what we expected
The front staff were rude amd more interested in saving a penny then helping customers. Dinner was mandatory on new years but didnt start until 830pm. We were forced to eat in our room as all piblic areas were shut down. Room and wifi were ok and passable except the grimy cloth used to clean our toilet flusher. Made you wonder how clean the rest of the place was. A solid budget place but if you want luxury, you wont find it here.
You get what you pay for
Check in staff were rude and unhelpful. They operated to make processes convenient for themselves, not their guests. Room was basic and clean except for the bathroom. Someone had cleaned the toilet flusher with a dirty rag and it was very streaked and grimy. It made us wonder what else in the bathroom had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. Prices for extras posted on expedia were half of what they actually were. The hotel indicated this wasnt their problem but an Expedia problem. Food was not available during normal dinner hours from 5 to 8pm to prepare for their mandatory new years meal starting at 830pm. We had to eat in our room as all public spaces were closed off. This was supposed to be a premier luxury business hotel chain and india and they have sadly out marketed themselves. This is a high end motel chain at best.
Jaipur trip
Had a good and comfortable stay. The staff were hospitable and very courteous. Enjoyed our stay very much. .
the best hotel ever :)
everything was wonderful. the staff were super polite and nice. the food was great :) we really felt like home there. we had high speed internet for free. the room was really nice and clean :) we had a driver for three days, whose name was something like Nonkishrove (i'm not sure about the spelling:p ) and he really made this trip very memorable for us. he was a great guide and he was more like a good and helpful (also very patient) friend :) there was also a nice guy whose name was JP , who was our driver the last day and took us from Jaipur to delhi's airport. he was really really nice and polite and we had a great time talking with him during our trip to the airport. i would highly recommend this hotel if you're planning to enjoy your time in india :) if i wanna go back to this country, "Lemon Tree" would be the only hotel i would look for.
great hotel, not so good locations
Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, hotel restaurant was good. Hotel location is a little out of the way for tourist.
Great Hotel
A great hotel in central Jaipur. A superb breakfast.
nice place
decent place , but the reception staff needs to be more pleasant and cheerful.
Good place
I was quite disappointed at the quality of the room walls. We could overhear loud conversations.
Good business hotel
would rate the hotel as a fair place to stat. Comfortable rooms. Food was a bit of a disappointment. Overpriced mainly and not particularly great in taste. Even the breakfast was average.. We felt the staff was a bit inexperienced but this is not a complain.. just an observation.. we could see the nervousness in some of the staff which is understandable..
Hotel treats you like Maharaja !
We stayed for four days in Lemon Tree Premier. Very courteous & pleasant staff, Deepika & Somveer at the restaurant and Hari Tank & Yogesh from kitchen looked after us personally.
tinted windows cut off day light.
the room feels like a grave: tinted windows make the room dark and you dopn pt know the time of day by looking outside. and with central air, no windows open. made me gasp for air and want to leave the second I got there. sorry, because it is otherwise a nice place. also musty smell in room.
Lemon tree premier jaipur
Maintainance and condition of hotel is very good. But, had some prob while checking in. I was driving fem delhi to jaipur, whn I reached hotel it was already midnight, at arrival, hotel staff asked me to show my id and my wife's id as well. Firstly, I was not informed about carrying my wife's id and it is not at all normal to carry one's wife id along. It left furiously angry and irritated. Hope these thinhs are not at all repeated. After short argument they were ok with it, if it is an hotel policy thn thy shld hav stuck to it.
Good one
awesome................ fun...... luxurious..........
greet hotel in a low price
I have being in several places in india and pay 3-4 times then lemon tree but none of them gave me the value that i got on lemon tree The service, the food, the design, the crew .. All was just perfect!
Great Place and one of the best buffets
Beautiful place to stay, friendly staffs, wouldnt mind for a second to recommend this place to anyone.
Everthning about the service as excellent
The hotel was excellent and value fro money. The staff were very supportive. What really impressed us that you employed staff with disabilities that is fantastic. We commend the organisation on this. We will recommend hotel to family and friends. Keep up the excellent work.
Nice hotel in not so good neighborhood
Nice hotel an good breakfast and friendly staff but let down by substandard towels, the management accepted the concern but did nothing, will not stay in this hotel again
Just Brilliant!!!
Would Highly recommend. Will stay here always. Service and comfort was excellent. Everything was provided. Food and dinner buffet was brilliant.
Room Smelled
The room smelled like urine, especially in the bathroom. Told them about it, but after cleaning, it smelled the same.
Nice hotel with friendly staff
Chose hotel based on reviews and was not disappointed. all the facilities of a five star hotel without the pretension of some
great hotel to stay
We had a good time, during our stay. The staff were attentive and provided good service.
A perfect break away
Decided to stay at the Lemon Tree after staying at several Havelis and older properties in my trip. It was a great choice to treat myself to some modern comforts and pampering. Facility is clean, rooms are comfortable, hot water available at all times, extremely good dining room whi great food. Great value for money!
Real value for money
The room was comfortable. The new year dinner was not prepared in line with the charges. The food variety for veg option was low. The live band was average.
Great hotel
Was a great hotel. Good breakfast. Nice clean rooms. Loved the smell of lemon in the entire property
Wonderful place!
The rooms are extremely clean and was definitely 5 star quality. They are also extremely spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well mainatained and clean. The experience was even better with great service and food. The chef was happy to whip something outside the menu at all times.
Good hotel with courteous & prompt staff.
The reservation counter took time to check in bcoz of group of travellers checking in. So instead they allotted room and took details in the room. Reasonable spacious fitness and spa section. Room sizes and cleanliness is admirable...good hotel and more than comfortable stay. They can really take good care of your requirements and act fast too. As hotel is launched in sep or oct...they need to be focus on improving cafe...spa and fitness.cafe feel ws nt spacious...although chef was prompt on requirements. ..fitness section hv small requirements say bottled water, wrack of fresh towel's. ..at spa significant aroma and welcome drink went missing at SPA.. Despite all small improvements reqd ...as the hotel is launched recently but the staff is prompt to make you feel home and take care pf you.
Big Bed Bigger Staff
Great experience at the Lemon Tree, we were concerned that the beds might be small, we are very tall, but they were not small and very comfortable. The rooms are nice with modern bathroom and a large living / sleeping area, carpet was a little worn but that was the only negative. Great breakfast buffet was included. Bonus was the staff, very helpful; we had some work to accomplish and the staff was able to provide some assistance in getting things printed and ready to go.
Attentive and attention to detail
The hotel was wonderful and the entire staff were attentive and polite. It had great food and bar. Close to town. The view is not great and the bed was hard, but overall a great value. I also had laundry done while staying in this hotel and they did an outstanding job pressing my clothes.
Nice hotel in nice area!
Rooms were nicely appointed; comfortable, clean and quiet. The carpet in the room was old and was little worn out (I read a sign at the front desk "We are being refreshed, please bare with us", so maybe they are working on it). You can smell lemon fragrance everywhere.
Smart, clean, reasonable hotel, with great service
It was great. Room was clean and smart, service was great and food was fabulous. All the key amenities were there - no stinginess on important stuff like clean bed sheets, towels, drinking water etc. No unnecessary fluff was there in the hotel : like large lobbies, random-large-table-in-the-middle-of-the-room, carpets-with-life-forms-in-them etc. I will certainly frequent the chain.
soo fancy! Honestly, the nicest hotel I stayed in my entire trip. Anyways, very good. Nice staff. Very clean. The only thing I could complain about is that people sell stuff in the lobby of the restaurant and they are very persistent.
Great hotel prixe d right for the comfort
Last year I stayed at Lemon Tree New Delhi that kind of convinced me to pick this hotel chain again at Jaipur. Very good check-in / checkout experience. Friendly staff. Laundry delivery was not done until the following day and that also until I asked but they got it to me immediately, may be some coordination gaps but not a big deal. Overall it was a very good experience. I will come again.
Nice hotel
Had a good 2N3D stay.. Close to the railway station and the walled city.. Comfortable rooms, good provisions, decent but a little overpriced food..
Best stay we had in Jaipur
Beautiful hotel, only thing they need is to clean up the area in front of the hotel - I mean accross the hotel - not gives very good view, otherwise great hotel with good staff. please go and stay there.
The staff are pleasant and helpful when needed. The hotel facilities are nice. Good location. Definitely worth the money.
good stay
neat hotel with comfortable and pleasing rooms. location is kind of not good with no exciting places to cover by walk
Very nice hotel. Excellent staff
It was a wonderful experience for my family and my self to stay in Lemon Tree - Jaipur
Comfort bed
Good but no local food in dining hall

BE AWARE ABOUT AIR CONDITIONING I came from Australia and lived in room 506 in December 3024 I was not comfortable in my room as it was not cool enough as required Technician and the Manager confirmed me these are centrally air/water cooled room and NOT air conditioned
