TravellerWhile the staff that was present during check in was friendly, they did not honor my reservation as I had booked it on Expedia. The reservation was for a private room but once I showed up, I was asked to pay more or move to a dormitory even though I had priced checked the place and seen the room. The dormitory did not have a lock adding to my uneasyness. Once, the owner fine tunes hostel management and customer service, I think it will be a better place to stay.
