Great Stay
Really great hotel, room was clean with fun things for the kids, entertainment was great and the food was lovely.
Poor breakfast service
Room great, Breakfast service very poor put in a corner and forgot about for 25 minutes
The rooms were great for the kids, as were the facilities inside the hotel. One thing that is not good is the door locking, not overly secure, and the childrens bed area is close by. Think a bolt high up iwould be a goid solution.
Mixed feelings with a lack of advertised Christmas
Overall fun for young kids of course. Sadly a lot of things advertised didn’t happen such as the elf events after dinner. No one turned up and no one said it wasn’t happening. I went to reception and they didn’t know either. Unfortunately much of the pool splash area wasn’t working - sprinkler parts etc Drinks in the playroom were £3.50 for a Coke and £5.50 for a brownie which is ridiculous. Even the staff said so. The treasure hunt and little gifts are a lovely touch and themed rooms fun. Most staff delightful and doing their best.
Amazing stay
Great themed family room, entertainment was excellent. Would highly recommend
A good stay
A great hotel for it proximity to the main attractions in the area, but the bedrooms are looking a little tired and in need of some TLC
Meh
I wasn’t particular impressed. Reception staff were very unhelpful at check in pointing to the screens, but I tried to explain I didn’t have the number it was asking for. The room was a nice size family themed room with bunk beds and a double bed. The bricks restaurant was over priced and very average. The staff made us stand at the counter until the restaurant opened, but I couldn’t understand why we could have just been seated to wait. Breakfast was very average too, service was cold and no interaction with children or anything, which you would expect. It was just an undercooked buffet, but served from the kitchen. Swimming pool was tired and busy, then cut short because someone had defecated in the pool. The changing room felt unclean and needs a revamp. The Lego play room is excellent, but the coffee bar had a machine which didn’t work (very handy) and no explanation of where we could get a coffee. I found overall service so strangely cold / off.
Great deal.
Staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. Food was ok. Breakfast was ok, but nearly cold. Fresh, clean and good vakue for money
Fantastic for families!
Amazing hotel for families! So much detail into decorating, the rooms were themed fantastically - our little girl loves the treasure hunt within the room, excellent added touch! Staff were brilliant and very helpful! Food was over priced and breakfast was ridiculously busy with not enough staff to mange but that was the only thing letting the hotel down!
outdated property - needs to be revamped
A lot was closed because being out of season
Amazing for kids
We loved our stay at Legoland for our son’s birthday. Food was lovely and came out quickly. Room was lovely, slightly dated but clean and plenty of room to run around! The treasure map and gift was a lovely surprise.
I had a wonderful day in hotel, I swam with my little one and had a dinner at hotel restaurant. My little one enjoyed a lot too.
First time staying here. Loved it. Food in restaurant was expensive but was really nice and very nice and very quick service. Room was awesome and some nice touches for the kids. Free parking aswell
Room wasn’t clean. Chocolate wrappers left on the dressing table when arriving to room. Room was very dusty, like everywhere. The bathroom walls had toothpaste splatter around the sink. Room also smelled musty. Not worth the money at all! Premier inn is better and so much cheaper.
Lovely stay!
We had a lovely time at the hotel. All the staff were friendly and willing to help with anything you needed. Nice relaxed feeling there even though it was busy. Attention to detail at the legoland hotel was amazing, lots to see amd do.
Room and pool area a little dated and could benefit from a spruce up. But staff, entertainment, parking and area around the hotel made up for this.
Designed around children very noisy
It was a lovely stay. Emilia and Jenni from the bricks resturant were lovely and helpful
Great fam stay
Great stop with the kids before Lapland Uk, evening entertainers till 8.30/9pm, beer on tap to be avoided and heard the restaurant is overpriced and no good but ate before we got to eve and the play areas were great, room really great for fam with cute treasure hunt for kids and Lego gift
Fantastic hotel the boys loved it
Check in issues
Awful experience from as soon as we tried to check in resulting in 2 payments instead of 1 being taken. Staff very unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue
Swimming pool area in desperate need of a refurb, very disappointed. Food for dinner too expensive
Love the family hotel
Hotel is fantastic for the family. The room could have been cleaned better. Excellent location. Room are a good layout and lovely surprise for the kids
Terrible: arrived at 5 after flight was canceled and stuck after hours to come to a hotel with VERY rude staff. Yelling that I should have checked in online. Which we were unaware of. Room was not even ready. Then the staff lied to us and made us wait another 40 minutes by telling us housekeeping was putting the toys in the safe for the kids. We get to the room, no toys, no sheets, room is not very clean. A lot of the amenities were unclean, example play areas. Had to go to the desk 2 times back to rude employees to continually ask for the toys. Had to request linens for the beds. The store really only has legos and the hours are 10-6, not very convenient. I would recommend staying at a motel 6 or super 8 before recommending this hotel. The rudeness was unnecessary and uncalled for. Especially at a resort supposedly geared towards children. They may want to hire employees that actually like children. Do not waste your money.
Hotel Stay
Hotel was the most reasonable priced in the area, bed was not great but the place was decent. Not really the place I would normally stay but it was OK.
Was very enjoyable experience. My grandchildren love it
Self check in a disaster with 3 attempts to payand now with 2 pending transactions of 286 pounds, night staff seemed clueless and unable to help. Room made up for 4 people, but we were 5 so had to ask for more bedding and towels. 2 x coffee in room very stingy. Seems everything you need you have to book online, such as breakfast. But day staff more helpful who managed to email a receipt ( no staff managed to print one!).positives.. kids loved the pirate room, pool and breakfast.
The hotel is very unique and of course aimed at Toddlers up to early teens so the setup for them is very good. Staff are fantastic but let down by the tired looking facilities and average food and drink offerings.
Paint flacking in the bath room was rubbish under the bed and the lamp was falling apart
Very untidy bedroom was dirty got bed bugs and bitten
We had a lovely stay at the legoland resort, we booked it the day before as a last minute decision and were so happy we did. The receptionist at check in was fab, I think he was called Jay, he made our experience kick off to a great start! The room was brilliant, love the separate area for the children and we all enjoyed the treasure hunt! Such a lovely touch, and theres so much to do in the hotel we couldnt believe the choice! There were a few areas in the room that need a quick once over (cobwebs in the corners and dirt on the bins/ceilings) but it didnt feel dirty. Our room was perfectly placed, however we were right behind the dragon so we struggled to sleep with the light. Parking was so convinent and access to the park the next day was amazing! The whole thing felt so magical, food wasnt great and really over priced but its a theme park, we understand. Overall we had a great time and would stay again :)
Too expensive for the way you treat and receive clients. No daily clean room, no change of sheets in the 4 days stay, most of the staff is bored of us, clients, busy and no interest of providing high quality services. We coming to this resort because of the park and children entertainment, but if it were just for the resort we will definitely would have skiped it. You should do your "homework" better and learn what services you should offer for such high prices.
What a disappointment. One thing after another. The staff communication between each other is terrible. Told one thing, then told another, sent here and there. Sent away at breakfast. When we got breakfast it was awful. Undercooked pancakes. As soon as you sit down staff pounce on you for your order. The swimming pool was grotty and nothing more than a small baby splash pad with a tiny slide and a small area for swimming. We lasted 15 minute. The lego play area is an extra £10 a kid. The room stunk of wet dog, the bathroom was dirty and hair from someone else was left in the bath. There was only one lift working so we had to keep waiting 10 minutes each time to use it. The park opens half an hour early for guests but thats only for 4 rides. It was very disappointing and im very annoyed. I just wouldn't botter. Go to a premium inn.
Not worthy a penny!!! Overated! Overpriced, mold smell carpets- horrible food restaurant choices with reservations only! Not convenient to shipping, eating or any transportation . Staff was so mean and quite unprofessional- possible racism practices exhibited at front desk
Fun hotel for kids
Hotel was amazing for the kids. They were so excited seeing all the Lego, completing the treasure hunt in room to open the safe and see their treasure. The swimming pool was fun, although a few of the jets were not working. The kids loved the bunk beds in the room, and the rain shower. There were a few cobwebs around the window handles and a bit of damp smell in the hallway but otherwise very clean. It’s great that you can just walk straight into the resort from the hotel and go on some rides 30min earlier than general public.
Title: A Delightful Adventure at LEGOLAND Hotel! Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As the Head of Edible Straws at a company that thrives on innovation and fun, I can confidently say that my stay at LEGOLAND Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the day I checked out, every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel's design, inspired by the iconic LEGO bricks, instantly transported me into a world of imagination and creativity. Everywhere I looked, there were vibrant colors, larger-than-life LEGO sculptures, and an atmosphere of pure joy. It truly felt like stepping into a childhood dream come true. The staff at LEGOLAND Hotel deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly assistance throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail and enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences truly made me feel like a valued guest. The rooms themselves were fantastic, featuring LEGO-themed décor and playful touches that brought out the inner child in me. The attention to detail was remarkable, with LEGO models adorning every corner and a treasure trove of LEGO bricks to inspire endless creativity. I found myself building towers and structures, losing track of time and simply relishing in the joy of play. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The themed swimming pool was a splashing success.
Brilliant family stay.
Truly great experience, the hotel was brilliant for children. We enjoyed the swimming pool and our little ones loved the treasure hunt in there room where they got to hunt for Lego they could take home. Great stay.
Family friendly hotel, my 3 daughters loved the lego themed hotel, playing with lego in reception and in room. Also the combination to open the safe and collect their reindeer lego packs to take home. We've loved it all
Worth while if staying out of park season
We stayed out of season so the value for money was great. I’m not sure if had of paid the higher prices if I would have felt the same . Our only criticism was the choice and quality of the breakfast served . We had a full English which was clearly precooked and had been sitting it was luke warm and tinned mushrooms were just awful. Shame as this really was our only gripe.
It was very good
Our third visit and is amazing every time!
Staff were really friendly and gave my boys lots of attention. Great room. Only things I would mention is shame the breakfast is not a buffet anymore..
Super fun! And everyone was very kind!
Hotel apenas pra pernoitar
Terrible service at the Bricks hotel restaurant, they don’t respect the reservations at this restaurant for hotel guests. The front desk doesn’t give accurate information about the restaurant and the late checkout fees
