It was excellent in all areas

In love with Novotel

Love the place , the staff , the room was roomy and comfortable , the hotel is close to everything , clean , the pool is awesome , the gym ,

The only think ime and my family got sick because the ac doesn't work good.the fan was blowing all day and night .it make us get a cold and coughing

If you need to stay in the centre of Bangkok, you would not be disappointed with your stay at the Novotel. It has a good location, but is very quiet, clean with lovely amenities.

Be careful you go to the right Novotel. There is another one nearby Other than that, everything was great. The mexican bar is pretty cool and they host some fun nights.

Amazing family stay!

We have stayed here multiple times for our last trips in Bangkok and we have loved everything about the hotel! With two kids the room is so spacious and has everything you need. The kids room is just fabulous situated just by the pool where we could relax while the kids were enjoying the kids playroom. The pools is great! Most of all though the staff are amazing! Everyone goes above and beyond and does a great job , from reception to cleaners, bar staff , restaurant staff the doormen! All around fabulous ! We will back! Thank you! ☺️

Great hotel with a challenging location

Great family orientated hotel with expansive breakfast options, activities, and pool. Excellent and friendly service from the staff and large, comfortable rooms to boot. The only drawback would be the location. The area is very very busy making anything but taking the BTS a time consuming, frustrating challenge. The issue is that the two nearest stations are at least a 12 to 15 minute walk, which on a hot, humid day with a toddler, can be uncomfortable. Therefore, we chose to use cabs to leave the hotel, then took the BTS to get back to our room. The proximity to the BTS was the only drawback to staying here, because everything else was pretty perfect. The 60 bhat iced coffees from the restaurant deserve mention as well!

This was a perfect family stay in the heart of Bangkok. The hotel provides endless amenities for kids - amazing pool & waterslide, free pop corn, happy hour milkshakes, kids club, activities in the room (colouring books, stuffed animals, toys). It was so easy and fun to stay there as a family.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with my wife and daughter, it was a good experience. Breakfast buffet was great, service excellent. I would repeat next time in Bangkok

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable too! A special thanks to the staff for getting in contact with my taxi driver after I forgot my passport and money in the safe!

It’s a central point which gives great access to any shopping malls, food and cafes.

We had some small problems with our original room, and we were upgraded to a deluxe room, which we greatly appreciated. Sometimes things happen, but the staff here made it right. Our new room was wonderful, the staff prompt and attentive, and the hotel is easy walking distance to dining, shopping and BTS Skytrain. Highly recommended!

Bangkok family trip

The property is tucked away on a side street in close proximity to Emsphere and Em district. It was within easy reach to food, shopping and transport. But it was still quiet and you couldn't head much of the noise from the main street. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. One small negative was that the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was very kid friendly and the kids club and pool were fabulous additions to entertain and break up the day in Bangkok. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bangkok.

very nice hotel... spacious room with a nice bathroom with quality shower products. I needed an iron and and ironing board and they sent one to my room immediately. my only complaint, and it's a small one- I could not figure out the light switches, even after staying 3 days lol. I would definitely stay there again.

Convenience location, friendly staff and the good service.. However the noise from next door was quite loud at the night.

good location with reasonable price

The location and staff are fantastic. Quieter but still busy enogh.

One of the best room I've had in BKK; spacious, clean, affordable and the high number of pillows which are of the right body (not too soft or too hard). Shower pressure is a bit too low abd standing bathroom has no place for shampoo stuff. The IPTV often lagged resulting in cut off during shows.

The family room was perfect for a family of 4. Very near to Emsphere and walkable to Asok and Phong Phrom BTS.

My stay with the hotel is excellent which great comfortable room, amenities and breakfast. Tug away from the main street, it is pretty quiet for a good rest.

cold water pressure is so so weak!! but hot water is very very hot . so I almost got burned while shower.

A very nice hotel on a street with poor access

It was a very nice and spacious suite. The property has a fun little Mexican Restaurant, which is an oddity in Bangkok. The margaritas and tequila were expensive, but the food was surprisingly authentic. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the access to the property - it was dangerous. The street to the property was one lane with 2 way traffic and no sidewalk. If you leave the hotel, just call a taxi to the hotel.

Perfect location within walking distance to Emsphere, Emquartier, and the BTS.

Was our first time at this property. We found it so convenient. It’s so well located. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Great property for toddlers too! Our 2 year old really enjoyed the bunk bed and was always greeted by staff. The staff always were so helpful with whatever our needs were. Will definitely be back!

Very very happy with my stay. The suite was fantastic. Even though there are a lot of kids it is still quiet and private. Only downside was the streaming apps didn’t work on the tv.

The stay was good and the hotel was clean but the staff was very rude and impolite. Wouldn’t recommend for next time.

I had a great stay...staff was friendly and attentive. Only negative was the A/C unit in my room stopped working 3 times during my stay. Overall, I really like this hotel. I would consider staying here again.

Family friendly place and location. The beds was comfy but the pillow which I slept on was slightly too high /big/hard for me (I am short). And the bunk beds that my teenagers kids slept on were comfy and no squeaking noise was heard from them at all. Buffer breakfasts were good as well- variety fruit selections which I enjoyed the most Thank you for having us and will definitely recommend to friends with kids

Great hotel and location. Set back from the main road it benefits from more peace and quiet. Room was great and staff very attentive. Hope to be back soon

Really satisfied with this hotel. Great breakfast spread. Great location close to usable public transportation. One nit - bathroom needs to have clothes hooks for hanging clothes and towels.

2 day family stay

Good stay rooms with the bunk beds just what we neede hotel in a good area for walking to malls and the BTS. Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast. Will stay again if in Bangkok.

We were arranged in a room that faced the pool on the lower floor. It's quite noisy after 8 am when people start gathering at the poolside. Plus the kids at up stair is keep jumping and running in the room. We talk to the duty manager and she is kind and helpful. she moved us to the suite which is quiet and nice. We sure will come back to this hotel.

good option for family

I had stayed here before NOVOTEL took over. The equipment is old. Staff english language and check in guide was poor. Very friendly but with a room number like 2109 it is either 2nd or 21 floor. However it refers to block 2, 10th floor?? Definitely need explanation for that. Washing machine was not checked its condition my cloths was stuck inside resulting a change of colour. The maintenance team were amazing and house keeping were amazing and patience. This sweet house keeping lady who asked the maintenance to look into my washing machine was an angel. The stay started bad but overall the housekeeping team cleaning my room was amazing. I will not returned. Too crowded and the staff hardly understand what you need.

Best stay experience in Bangkok

My hotel stay in Bangkok exceeded my expectations. Whether it is exquisite room design, excellent service attitude, or rich and delicious dining options, every detail shows luxury and quality. Especially the bathtub in the room allowed me to enjoy relaxing moments every day. Overall, this stay was a true five-star experience and comfort.

Walking on the atreet to get to the main atreet, is unaafe.

The room is spacious and in good conditions. Beds were comfortable. However, the aircon breakfast area is too small. Breakfast is also so so only and not much varieties. The hotel is in the middle of 2 train stations so need a bit of walking and it is not so pleasant during raining. The front of the hotel main road is having construction so making walking along the path not too safe. Other wise the hotel is a good choice.

Amazing

Everything was great except for the pesky mosquitoes at the pool!! You can’t really enjoy a drink by the pool without being attacked by a swarm of mosquitoes!!

Small but big hapiness

Overall hotel size is a little vit, but room is greater than any others. My family feel so good to stay your hotel.
