Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Their Sky Bar & restaurants were amazing. They even allowed us late check out but then gave us a complimentary room for an hour in the evening to freshen up before we left for the airport. This was a game changer & have never had this before. Was a blessing with small kids. I couldn't fault them anywhere. Will definitely be returning back to Lebua when we are in Bangkok next time.

True 5-star service, care and luxury.

Absolute 5-star service all the way. From the moment of arrival to the second we left, there was always an attentive, caring staff member looking after our needs, even anticipating what we want. From the relaxed check-in process to the service during every interaction with a staff member, whether holding the lift doors open for us, wishing a lovely day, asking genuine questions about how long we were staying etc, etc And the suites were superbly appointed with thoughtful and generous amenities, more space and comfort than we needed. True luxury at every level. And to have your own private balcony, with breathtaking views over the city at sunrise, sunset and night was fabulous.

Overall it is an amazing room and hotel, but I did expect the elevators to be faster…it is an extremely long wait whether you stay on the lower floors or the State Tower more expensive rooms. Please also include clear events and times on a sheet in the room, a lot of us don’t know to check the website. Especially older people like my parents.

Amazing hotel, wonderful views, great staff!

this hotel has a fantastic view especially for sunset and night city view. also staff was very friendly and nice. However, as a Expedia platinum member, this hotel's vip perk wasnt that helpful. when other VIP hotel offered a bottle of wine for free beverage, they just offered can of beers. it would be better if they offer room service with lounge access. they offered room service only with different view and actually when I was booking, there is no much cost difference between two.I believe it is hard to say room upgrade.

The breakfast was fab. Lots of options including my favorite South Indian, Dosa, Idli, Uthappa, etc. The chefs Avinash and Bijendra were freindly and masala chai was a treat from Birendra.

Our stay at Lebua has been great, the staff is excellent and the service is the best. Will come back!

Perfect New Year’s Eve

Really nice hotel, huge room with a balcony overlooking the water. Perfect room for New Year’s Eve. We watched the fire works. Magical! Great breakfast, nice roof top over looking the city. Negative- pool pretty cold and does not get much sun.

Don’t like the staffing

Stay far away!!! Overrated and incompetent

There is so much staff it would be very impressive if they were on the same page and helpful but it’s quite the opposite. Rooms are old and dated. Their security measures are insulting and excessive. My Girlfriend is Thai and was treated extremely poorly as if she was a “Freelancer” even though her passport was given with mine at check in…she’s was forced to show it every time we returned from being out. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This isn’t our first stay here and unfortunately had the same experiences last time. Nothing has changed. I booked the largest 2 room suit for the upcoming week as well but cancelled due to all the constant and consistent problems and disappointments. I think the main reason of booking here is for the views and balconies and movie exposure but the balconies have to Air Con units on them each side and have no chairs and are load and old and look very unattractive. I’ve been a Chef for 30 years and in my opinion the restaurants are overrated and extremely over priced. So in conclusion of this review which I also never mango contribute, my advice is to stay very far away from this Hotel. There are so many more better establishments in Bangkok and even in the river area that don’t even compare to the overrated incompetence we experienced 2 years in a row. Lastly…they are made aware of these issues and do absolutely nothing to make things or your experience better. They for sure will leave a apology comment after mine but trust, that’s it!

This is hotel had the worst welcome. I was tired and hungry after 3 hr drive from pattaya. They offered a small amount of juice on arrival . I kept telling the front desk , concierge, I wanted a place to eat nobody offered any information on places to eat . I found out later there was 5 restaurants in the hotel itself I got stuck in a taxi for over 45 min during traffic hour just to get to Iconsim mall. Food at mall was ok. The hotel itself is very old and runned down . The floors were dirty , carpet dirty , wood floor squeaky , wood floors with black marks and black stains. The manager asked if I would return to keep her card . I would not recommend staying here. I have traveled the world this place is overpriced for the one bar on the 64th floor that was featured on the hangover . We received two free drink tickets for the bar for the inconvenience the first day. I ordered the hangover drink. It was not that great at all and the drinks were overpriced at the rooftop . Not even good for free. I booked my hotel for two nights . I wish I booked only one night . I would have left right away . The next two nights I booked my hotel at the standard Bangkok. It is the most amazing hotel for half the price I paid at lebua!! Do not stay at lebua. Big let down. Gross. Dirty .

Had a bug show up on our ceiling. Other than that everything was very nicely put. Lots of good room services.

Property is still nice but a lot of things need to be renovated and modernized. Pretty disappointed with hotel itself. I noticed that the property wasn’t full booked but staff declined to provide an upgrade. Asked if I can get at least access to the lounge but turned down by management. They did say they do recognize my platinum status but didn’t bother to make me feel recognized. I will skip this property next time and will try other VIP property and hopefully feel valued. Housekeeping, Maintenance, front desk were all awesome and respectful. Management or supervisor seems to care less.

The suite we stayed in was really spacious and very clean, cleaning staff were very good and always stocked us up with water. Check-in was very swift, airport transfer upon arrival was very good although the return transfer was terrible, driver kept putting his foot on the accelerator and taking it off causing a sickly ride. We ate @ the Mezu restaurant on the 1st night and had to send our main courses back twice. Rice was cold - Twice and the 2nd time it came back our food which accompanied it was just left on the side near the till on the bar after sending it back on the 1st occasion. Really really poor and not what we expected, we paid for our starters and drinks and left to find a local restaurant near by. Sad really as the breakfast in the same restaurant every morning was really good and had a great selection. Omelettes were very nice. Would we stay again? Yes but wouldn’t book the restaurants tbh. Scirocco restaurant also was very overpriced but great views.

I love staying here, it's has everything. Great location as well, near Icon Siam. Great restaurants and the famous Sky Bar. I would recommend the Tower Club with the River View. Rajan and his team is Amazing, can't say enough to go above & beyond to make you comfortable. They're all like my family, can't wait to visit again soon.

Quick 1-night stay at the end of our trip. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite on 53F and it was incredibly large with 3 balconies - the best views of Bangkok we've ever seen - overlooking the city side and the Chao Phraya river for a stunning sunset. Wish we had more time to enjoy the room, but it was the perfect way to end the trip. Great views, excellent buffet breakfast with vegan options clearly marked, good gym, excellent showers with extra-plush robes - shame we didn't have time to use the pool.

Staff services were second to none. Very attentive and always go above and beyond. This is a must in the service industry and Labua has exceed that in this area.

Perfect stay, roof top bar prices need to be looked at! I mean I get it but maybe hotel guests should get some discount. £64 for 2 vodka and coke we paid 🤔

Excellent 5-star hotel! Fantastic view from the balcony!

Beautiful but pricey

The hotel was gorgeous! Our room was practically a one bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the river. We did not stay on the club floors. The only issue I had was with the Sky Bar. The views are splendid while the prices are "Sky High"! 1700 Baht for a 4 oz glass of wine. Go up for the views but have a cocktail elsewhere. We didn't eat at the restaurants because there prices were high as well. I will say the breakfast which was included in the price of the room, was exceptional! Would recommend but eat your meals elsewhere unless you want very high end prices.

Dream River View

My 6th stay at my favourite hotel. The view from the balcony of the Chao Phraya river was stunning - also the perfect location for the NYE fireworks. A short walk to Saphan Taksin BTS and the River Boat to the Icon Siam. Lots of supermarkets and shops close by. Large, comfortable and well equipped room.

Excellent breakfast buffet, breathtaking view. Very friendly staff. They let us enjoy the honeymoon amenities they forgot to took off after the honeymoon couple was upgraded to another room.

What a beautiful hotel in downtown Bangkok! From your arrival until departure, the staff works hard to please their guests! Because of our Expedia level, we were upgraded to a larger, corner room which included breakfast, drinks in the fridge and unbelievable views! The breakfast buffet was absolutely spectacular and reason enough to stay! The hotel is known for its sky bar, and it's amazing! But beware, drinks are pricey...$50 on average. We happened to stay on New Year's Eve and were able to sit on our balcony to enjoy the fireworks. Lebua Tower is a special place!

Rooms are tired , I'm a businessman who has travelled around the world and I know a business that is trying to squeeze every penny out a property , especially one with the natural attractions they have (roof top bars are cool ) . Example tiny non smart tv in my $1000 room . Staff naturally wonderful but I would not reward penny pinching owners again , I'll just go to bars (not long , crazy expensive) . Invest a little in the rooms (livingroom seems like after thought with original furniture). My guess an investment fund or the like owns it ? Again visit just don't stay in incredibly mediocre rooms !

We were absolutely impressed by the hospitality, the room was so huge and beautiful, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was awesome - everything was over the top. The Sky bar was iconic, albeit grossly overpriced. Our suite with river view on the 52nd floor was a bit tired and dated, but comfortable. The staff were incredible.

Ultimate in luxury ! Staff are welcoming and offer to take photos of you. The view from rooftop bar is worth it. Staff were very kind and accommodating to me. The limo ride to the airport was comfortable and reliable. The driver Nicky was so sweet and happy.

None of the landmark are close, everything to see is 24 min in car

The roon was very big ,kitchen area seating area,huge bathroom and a balcony with great views over the city 👍 Check in not so good we arrived at 9.30 am but wouldn't let us in the room until after 1pm

The rooms need an upgrade, and the mattress is so hard but the breakfast and the Tower Club Lounge make up for it.

Room is very large due to the building being a bit old, but the service and amenities were top class. Service from staff was excellent as well The rooftop bar prices are a joke though, one of the most expensive prices in Bangkok (highly recommend to go to a different hotel rooftop bar because it's not worth it).

Great Hotel

Nice hotel to stay on, there is a bit mutch noise from Bangkok also on 51 floor. The drinks at skybar is tasting great, but to pay 50 % off the room rate fore two drinks up there is too mutch. The Hotel and breakfirst is great overall

The staff are wonderful, though our check in was interrupted by another group and our host left us for a while. Buffet is very good and was never too busy, and loved the view from our room! However, the hotel is very dated and rooms are large but sparsely decorated. Much like a hotel in Las Vegas. Some parts of the hotel seemed abandoned with only a couple of tailor shops and a hair salon on the bottom floor open. Wish they had an amenity shop onsite so save the walk to the 7-11. We did not go to the top dome bar so cannot comment on that, but that seemed to be the main draw of the hotel. Overall a nice hotel, but not would not have stayed if paying normal room rates. Grateful always to be able to have the chance to travel to see new things and places!

The bathroom had a cockroach every day I saw in the bathroom cockroach, every day even I informed the management still the next was cockroach. 90 Well, some mistakes with the hotel about the rooms that stuff didn’t help at all

The breakfast included was very good, lots of options. The staff was great , very friendly and helpful. Now to the “bad” - The “upgraded” room had a shower that couldn’t regulate heat properly, an air conditioner that broke multiple times and when we informed the staff they said to just turn off the cool air for an hour and try it again. The tv, switches and most things inside of the room were outdated and seemed to be very old. They overcharge for anything involving room service at all. They charged literally 10USD for a can of Coke Zero. It seems to me they rely on being a hotel that was in a movie once and then charge you outrageous prices for anything. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice view of Chao Phraya river. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of varieties. Staff are friendly and helpful, specially housekeeping ladies. Noo was very thoughtful.

Excellent service and staff

Very fussy from the outset. All rules and very little in the way of welcome. The dead cockroach just outside our room was the nail in the coffin. Otherwise, nice place with outstanding views from the bars/ restaurants. I'm sure others have had good experiences here, we didn't.

The hotel is very nice i want to give a nice review to rose very kind and sweet front desk and evryone at the hotel was very nice 😀 and even the turndown service attended were so sweet only thing i would say is that every morning i would get a card from the housekeeper saying if they wanted to clean but i mean its not even 11am and i already got a card saying if they want to clean the but thats the reason because i have a non distrub sign but if i didn't they would either knock i hope the room cleaning can improve that other than that i was very satisfied with the hotel with the lounge the roof top bar and evening piano woman who plays the piano in the lobby so kind .

Come on guys…

When I arrived they told me that the room I had booked and paid for was occupied (?) and so was every other room on the floor. All the river view rooms were occupied and only city view was available. But they told me that they we’re going to give me an upgrade so that wasn’t an issue. It turns out that the “upgrade” was a room on the 21st floor instead of the 51st floor, which I had booked and paid for. Obviously unacceptable, I argued for about 20-30 min with different staff and managers when they suddenly found a room on the 51st. The room was equipped with 2 queen-sized beds instead of the king-sized I had ordered. Not the welcoming I was expecting having arrived at night after an 11 hour flight…

We had the most amazing stay here. We had a club suite on the 54th floor. Very spacious and river views were breathtaking. The staff could not be more helpful & gracious.

Perfection describes every single detail of our experience here! They noticed it was my husband’s birthday and immediately upgraded us, what a nice surprise! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely not a luxury hotel

Absolutely not a luxury hotel. The room carpet was disgustingly filthy; we encountered marked dirt on the floor. Attached is a picture showcasing the abominable state of the room carpet (just one example) and a repulsive cockroach found in our bathroom.

They tried to trick us by saying we have provided you upgrade while room was downgraded to 21st floor from. 52nd floor when we asked for original room configuration they said only option we have is queen bed. After long struggle they were able to give us room at 53rd floor. Room had no wifi after complaint of 12 hours wifi was fixed. Really horrible experience can’t trust them again with my stay.

It was a great experience feom checkin and the concierge, to checkout and booking a taxi to take us to the next area we were staying. When staying in rooms above the 50th floor you share an elevator with guests going to the many upper level bars and restaurants, this meant we had to wait a couple times for another elevator.

This really was incredible!! We had dinner at Sirocco and it was perfection. The room was beyond amazing. My only critique would be the tower lounge service. Breakfast wait staff were taking the plates from us when we were still chewing, the food was mostly cold (poached eggs precooked and warmed up in a hot water bath) and I ordered a mimosa which they charged 1300 baht for, thought that was pretty tacky given the standard. I’ve stayed at the Pullman G, lesser stars, and they will keep politely bringing mimosas (free), to add to that they brought me the bill for the drink after I’d taken one sip. Again, felt fairly low rent. As I said, the tower lounge guest experience is the only thing I can fault as the staff for sure need further training (just the men, the women were amazing!). Overall though really it is 5 stars, the room was out of this world and the dinner experience was special. Thanks Lebua (and Expedia!!) for the upgrade! We will be back for sure

Dated Room, Service was laking for "5-Stars"

Overall, the property is OK, definitely not 5-star. Restaurants and amenities are excellent, and rooms are outdated an in serious need of renovations. Service left a lot to be desired for a property that claims 5-stars. We stayed here for my wife's birthday weekend, I requested a bottle of champagne and flowers for when we arrived. I requested this in writing, I called to confirm and I reconfirmed at check in. When we arrived in the room, no champagne, no flowers. I go down to reception (see note on the elevator below) to speak with the gentleman who checked us in. So he said he'd take care of it while we were at dinner. After dinner we came back to the room and there was an cheap bottle of screw-top white wine and some balloons. Extremely disappointing. I also called the hotel two times and messaged them to arrange for a car to pick us up from the airport. They said that they could not get a hold of the transportation team, but that the transport team would take care of it. They never called to confirm, so I arranged for a black car on my own. At the airport, we ended up with 2 car waiting, even though no one confirmed. One more thing about the elevators, if you happen to stay in the higher floor suites, 51 and up, god help you getting to your room or downstairs. They use the same elevators to get to the restaurants and bars on the 64th floor, so on a busy weekend you might be stuck 5-10 minutes just on the elevator, and that is after you paid extra for the upper floors.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast. The views from the rooftop at night were amazing. The check-in process on arrival was slow.

Centrally located with easy access to river boat transportation. Very welcoming staff. Beautiful lobby with excellent pianist added to the ambience. Fresh flowers in the lobby was appreciated. Perfumed lobby was overbearing.

My room was spacious and clean. I stayed on the 24th floor with a balcony overlooking the river, which was nice. I liked that the hotel was located within easy walking distance to the river ferry system. The bar at the top was beautiful (but you definitely pay for the view!). I would stay again.

The staff is very attentive and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean. They can arrange transportation for you and train is right down the road.

10,000 baht deposit really threw me off. The room upgraded concept of this hotel was really strange. It was our first time getting a room lesser than what we actually booked. The air conditioner was so noisy we couldn't sleep. The breakfast was just okay.

I had a remarkable stay at the Lebua Hotel. The suite we occupied featured three balconies, two rooms with en suite bathrooms, a living room, and a dining room. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, offering breathtaking views of Bangkok and the river. I highly recommend opting for a higher floor with river views. The breakfast buffet showcased a diverse selection of fresh and delectable international cuisine. The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness, kindness, and respect throughout our stay. I intend to revisit the Lebua Hotel in the future.
