The staff were so friendly. They inquired about our stay, made recommendations for dining, shopping. They even accommodated and were able to check us in early. The hotel is clean and in a walkable location. About 10 mins from Eiffel towel. Our room had a nice view of the tower. The rooms and even the hotel is small and quiet. Intimate setting. There isn’t a restaurant on site but room service is quick, sourced from partnering surrounding restaurants. Served hot and fresh.

Enjoyed the stay. The area is safe and quite around 2AM.

The property is very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is only two blocks away from the metro station which is fantastic. The room was lovely, clean, and had a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. Would definitely stay here again!

Air conditioning! There was a heat wave while we visited so having air conditioning was lovely. The amenities were nice, particularly the small fans and flags we were able to take with us to the Olympic events. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food.

Rooms smell bad

The room has a bad smell even though it’s a non- smoking hotel, but reality is different!

This is the cutest hotel that I’ve ever been to. I had a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower and the people were extremely sweet.

I felt very welcomed upon my arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Macaroons and welcoming note was very nice. The room was very modern, clean and the bed very comfortable. Also, enjoyed the breakfast provided in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

There are a Monoprix supermarket, a subway station, McDonald and Starbucks nearby. Across from the hotel, there ate plenty of dining options, brasseries, cafes and you can safely walk back to the hotel. I originally booked a room with a view of Eiffel Tower and they upgraded to a larger room on the 6th floor where I slept on an extra bed watching the sparkling tower. Breakfast is plentiful and pretty decent and the staff was very friendly.

I chose this hotel to have a view of the Eiffel Tower. From our room, we were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. But, this hotel was much more than the view and good, clean facility. The manager Nasim helped me to find a reasonable ticket for Versailles when all other guides request hundreds of euros. On the day of departure, I had my backpack stolen in the nearby metro station, including my passport, mobile, credit cards, etc. It was horrible. I came back to the hotel with two little daughters. I left them in the hotel and ran to the policy station for hours. In the meantime, the manager Nasim and the staff were extremely caring and kind, feeding my kids lunch and comforting crying girls, etc. They really helped me guide to the police station, etc. He also called my next hotel in Nice to explain to them that I lost my passport and could check in without my passport. In the time of extreme difficulty, Nasim and his staffers were extremely helpful, caring and comforting. Without them, our family could have gone through more difficulty. I very much appreciate their help, and based on my experiences, strongly recommend this hotel!

Would give this place a 5/5! Beautiful little boutique hotel walking distance from the Eiffel tower. Staff was so friendly, courteous, and helpful. There was always water and little pastries at the front desk. Hanging out in the lounge area was great as well. I’ve been to Paris multiple times and this was one of the best places to stay for a good price.

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy walk to Eiffel Tower and several amazing restaurants. The train runs right outside and on Wed and Sun there is an amazing farmers market under the tracks.

Paris Family Trip

we stayed on the 3rd floor, room with a view of the eiffel. We can see the lightworks which is great. Bed and pillows are really comfortable. There’s nespresso and good tea in the room, including biscuits. Bottle water is also provided. Small things that we appreciate.

The staff was gracious, we needed assistance daily, we are from the US and it is tough to know who, what, when and where... They definitely helped us navigate daily (printed tickets, helped with bus/train etc. No restaurant onsite but options on every street -- so convenient to Eiffel Tower and we had a view of the tower (so fun!) Room 54.

Helpful staff and very accommodating. I needed a travel adaptor and the staff searched around to find one for me to use. Excellent customer service.

Our room (toilet) was used by someone - toilet not flushed and bottle of water taken. No apology and staff seemed quite unconcerned about it.

Boutique hotel with lovely helpful and friendly staff. Gorgeous Eiffel Tower view from our upgraded room. Wonderful breakfast. Never saw cleaning staff but everything was immaculant. Close to Metro line 6 so very convenient as well. Stayed over on a Sunday and there was an amazing farmers market right across the street!!

The room wreaked of some moldy, cigarette, damp, semi-rancid smell. Uncomfortable linens. Tiny bathroom. Disproportionate beds. Hardly any storage - Barely enough storage for one occupant, let alone two! Will never recommend. Place seemed like it was being ran by two young kids. Worst hotel in Europe we’ve ever stayed in.

Hotel was walking distance to the tower. We were on the top floor and had a partical view of the tower which was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing i would change is that i felt that our room had a weird smell.

I had an early morning flight and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I got the the airport on time and safely.

Hotel very good overall and enjoyed our stay, but not impressed with their admin as booked and paid premium for room with view of Eiffel Tower (confirmed by email) but on arrival was told none available until tomorrow! The hotel got their dates mixed up. Shame as it was a surprise/special occasion,......BEWARE

Home comforts

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were willing to chat in French but could switch to English to include everyone. The rooms were well decorated. We were upgraded to a room with a double bed and a single which suited me and my daughter. Everything worked well and the Nespresso machine was much appreciated. I did not try the sauna and gym. The conservatory in the lobby is very stylish.

Way underrated

This place was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spacious "for paris" with working AC, incredibly patient and polite staff, with hot water and raining shower head. They even give you a working smart phone to take around the city! With internet and calling to keep you safe. Easily the one of the best, and honestly, better than the other 2 "5 star" places I stayed at.

The best choice

It’s was amazing service & very friendly & helpful staff. Very secure with24 hours of monitoring who is in & out. Close to everything with walking distance to get to Eiffel Tower.

The room was lovely and the staff very helpful. When checking in i had to put a deposit downa nd was told that i would get it back when checking out. When checking out the man behind the desk said that the deposit transaction would be cancelled but this has not happened. I have tried contacting the hotel but has not heard anything back!

Great stay location to visit Paris

Hotel staff was very welcoming and room was very spacious compared to European standards. The location is perfect for visitors; close to the metro, Eiffel Tower, and Grenelle Market takes place Sunday and Wednesday and offers delicious ready to local foods. Recommend bringing cash to make purchases.

Good location

Very good location, about 20-25 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. Hotel was very clean. We were sharing between 3 and it was a nice big size of the room...but our shower room was really small. Plus there was wet carpet surface as you enter into the bathroom. Although we did mention this to staff, the carpet remained wet throughout our stay. But overall happy with staff members who had a very friendly approach

Great modern boutique hotel close to Eiffel Tower!

The hotel was situated in the perfect location from the Eiffel Tower (15mins walk), Trocadero Gardens (15-20 mins walk), the Metro (right outside the hotel), the Montparnasse Tower (30-35 min walk), and a 20 min or so taxi ride to all the other main attractions like Paris Gare Du Nord station,The Louvre & Arc De Triomphe. The hotel itself was modern and clean. Checking in & out was easy. The reception & bar/breakfast area was beautiful. Our room was sufficient for us as we spent a lot of our time out & about however the lock on the toilet door did not work & the sink in the bathroom got clogged quickly and water did not drain properly. The bathroom and shower were a really good size. I personally wished the water could have been a bit hotter. Daily roomkeeping was provided but not until the afternoons. Unfortunately we didn't have a view from our room but as we passed by in the hallways we caught glimpses of the other rooms & they seemed bigger & brighter. The guy on reception in the evening was very helpful and kind. All staff spoke English. They offer you a free phone you can use during your stay which came in handy when out & about. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel & generally food & drink prices in Paris seemed quite high, however there was a McDonalds & Starbucks not far from us and plenty of lovely cafes and patisseries. Would definitely recommend & book this hotel again :)

Great hotel for a city break

Room was great, spacious and comfortable. 5/10 minute walk to Eiffel tower and 1 min walk to metro station for transport to the rest of Paris. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Staff helpful and friendly too.

A great stay!! The guy at the front desk was able to get us a room with a view of Eiffel tower. He explained the charges very well. the rooms were a little cozy but will take that anytime for the view. Eiffel tower is 10-15 mins walk. train station is 2 mins walk. The staff was very helpful. Would surely recommend the hotel!!

Outstanding value with a view

We stayed as a mother and a baby (5 months old!) and we had requested a room with an Eiffel Tower view. I teach French, and I travel to France once a year and I know Paris like the back of my hand. I knew the Grenelle district was an ideal location close to central Paris, but with enough locally to feel like home. There are lots of convenient shops, pharmacies, and even a Starbucks and a McDonalds for Americans who need their fix. The staff was outstanding, the price was phenomenal, and the hotel was spotless. I was surprised at just how comfortable the mattress was! The shower had a tub component that I took advantage of a nice soak after a particularly wet and chilly day. The bath amenities were spectacular (brand Occitane, very high class brand in France!) and I cannot think of a single complaint. Even the breakfast was above par! In all honesty, I am very critical of hotels and restaurants. The room size was comparable for a typical European hotel, and once I figured out how to use the Nespresso machine it was quite lovely to have some coffee before heading out of the room. Two quick elevators (remember things are smaller in Europe!) and every staff person was incredibly understanding, patient and accommodating. I will book this hotel on future trips for sure.

Good Eiffel view but too expensive.

We selected this hotel for the Eiffel Tower view and although it was foggy during our stay the view was what we expected, however the room was very expensive for the size and the room features were very limited. There was only one English tv channel and whilst I appreciate we were in France I would expect more choice from an expensive international hotel. Our room was a tripple occupancy but there was only 2 robes and 2 cups/glasses etc.

Paris, We Love You

As soon as we arrived, even with my poor French, we were welcomed warmly. The staff was most kind and heading to our room on the fifth floor, we were delighted to see such a beautiful room. The view was amazing. Location was also great, as we had the metro so close and were able to see it from our room; then the next morning we woke up to the market across the street where we were able to buy yummy fruit and our warm baguettes. During this time, the streets were busy with locals and other world travelers; making us feel like we belonged there. The location was also great as it was close to the Le Bus station and only a short ~10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and Big Red Bus station. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I am glad I was able to share this beautiful experience with the parents. Although, we were there during some troubling times for France, we saw the beauty in how the country came together even in tragedy. France and all, je t'aime and merci beaucoup for having us.

Okay for short stay, but not for business

As a business traveler, having fast Wifi is critical. This was not the case with Le Parisis... truly awful, slow internet. Didn't bother asking the staff, because I anticipated them not being experts. Paid extra for the Eiffel Tower view... it wasn't worth it, especially with the train line and buildings in front of it. No food in the evenings, but you can always go to a restaurant nearby. Ironing board (business traveler) was wobbly.

Cheated out of money and view wasn't as pictured

I booked the classic room with Eiffel Tower views for 4 nights for 1 adult. I had looked at the price for the same room for 1 or 2 adults and it was the same price (as it is with all hotels). Turns out a friend wanted to see me one night in Paris last minute. When we arrived around noon the woman at the desk immediately said "check in is at 2" and was extremely dismissive (didn't check to see if rooms were available and just said no). When she saw my friend she insisted on charging me 10 Euros more a night saying 2 guests pay more.She actually didn't know the price at first but insisted that hotels charge more for 2 guests. I checked their own website again and they charge the same price if it's only 1 or 2 guests. I tried arguing but she insisted so I gave up. I can understand paying extra for the city taxes (which I did for the extra night guest) but she just made up a number. Next time I book I'll always just saw 2 guests in a room. Finally, I paid a lot to have a view of the Eiffel Tower. I was originally going to pay a similar price to have a view of the Arc de Triomphe but decided on this hotel because of the pics. I was on the 3rd floor of 6 or 7 floors and the view was pretty awful. A building blocked off 3/4 of the tower. I essentially only saw the top tip and a bit if the tower which was not worth the price.

Beware room 27!!!!

Upon check-in we were not given the internet access or telephone use guidelines and assigned room 27. Room 27 faces a white blank wall and has absolutely no view when you open the drapes and is a corner room near the exit door. According to the staff there is no room on the other side of the wall, yet we were awakened each morning by the daily banging on the other side of it. Being the light sleepers that we are, this made our stay there miserable. And by extension being tired each day, our visit to Paris was less enjoyable. When we complained to the desk, they acted like we were lying and nothing was done about it. Because the room was prepaid, we suffered it for three nights and couldn't wait to check out. And upon using the restroom for the first time a square wall tile about 12 inches in diameter fell out of the wall almost hitting one of us (we have a photo of the tile to prove it). This room was the loudest place we've ever stayed, and we've been in many Hotels.

Very friendly

The staff was nice, accommodating and welcoming. The gave recommendations for restaurants and the best way to travel while in the city. I had a good view of the Eiffel Tower.

Good location, close to the E.Tower & Metro

Facilities were clean, staff were friendly and helpful and speak a range of languages. Maybe the room we picked was a bit basic, as we did not have slippers or bathrobes, but we did see it on the housekeeping trolley! (for those who care for these things). The shower had a good strong pressure and a range of temperature settings and is fitted with one of those rainfall shower heads. Main gripe is that we didn't get an ironing board when we requested an iron, so had to do the ironing on the bed. Fitness centre is very small and limited- one treadmill and one all in one weight machine, a shower and a sauna that was so clean, we don't think anyone has ever used it- Water and towels are provided in the fitness centre. WiFi is very reliable, we were able to stream off our iPads before bed as French TV went straight over our heads and had limited channels. The local food and nik naks market open on Sundays is wonderful and directly outside the hotel. Walk to the Eiffel Tower takes about 15 mins. Food in the surrounding area is a bit touristy and overpriced, better to go further afield for some good nosh. Overall a pleasant experience and is great if you're just using it to sleep rest up after a long day of walking around the city. Not a recreational hotel, where you can spend all day in.

They do not honor your reservation, stay away

I booked the hotel 1.5 month in advance for a good price. I checked the price one week before the check-in time and the price was almost doubled. I was happy I reserved early. But, the hotel cancelled my reservation when there was less than 15 hours left for check-in. They must have sold my room for the highest bidder. Most of the hotels in Paris were fully booked by then. It was not a pleasant situation to be in. Stay away from this place if you do not want to end up like us.

Veldig fint opphold. Interessant med markedet utenfor hver onsdag og søndag. Her selges mye for alle og enhver. Frokosten var også ganske bra. Hører ikke noe støy, så du sover godt. Litt harde puter, men du blir vant til det. Kort vei til Eiffeltårnet. Kun 15 minutters gåtur. Av restauranter så anbefales La Bouchon Steakhouse. Meget god mat. Spiste Boeuf Bourgogne og Bbq pork. Anbefales.

Bei meinem kürzlichen Aufenthalt im Le Parisis Hotel war ich äußerst zufrieden mit der Erfahrung. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war bemerkenswert und trug zu einem angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt bei. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein – nur wenige Schritte vom Eiffelturm entfernt, was es zum perfekten Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt macht. Das Personal an der Rezeption verdient besondere Anerkennung; sie waren rund um die Uhr hilfsbereit und stets bereit, jede Anfrage mit einem Lächeln zu erfüllen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und gut ausgestattet, mit einer Vielfalt, die wirklich jedes Herz höher schlagen lässt.

Water boiler broke down

This hotel is conveniently located: 20min walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, and you were also able to see the top of the Tower from the rooms; 5 min walk to subway station. The room was small, and appear to be a little dated, but just enough for our stay as we spent most of our time walking around the city. However, on my third night, also last night of the stay, the water boiler of the hotel broke down and there was no hot water at all for the entire hotel for shower, and the staff has no back up plans, and no way for them to get the technician to fix it at night. Best part of the hotel was their kitchen - their breakfast was great - broad selection of pastry and hot dishes for breakfast, and their crossiant was perfect. And I've ordered room service for once as well the food was delicious too.

Tivemos alguns problemas pois nem todos os quartos tem visão para a torre e vc vai na expectativa e a realidade é um paredão na frente mas o atendimento é impecável e conseguiram dar um jeito de trocar com quarto para a vista da torre. O que foi o diferencial foi o impecável das recepcionistas apenas um novo recepcionista que nos deu uma informação errada e nosso carro foi guinchado na porta do hotel devido a uma feira que tem aos domingos.
