Good stay but likely will not return

Staff was incredibly kind. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Hotel had limited room service (and limited western food options). Room temperature could not get lower than 75F, which was uncomfortably warm. Hotel needs to update some of the decor but overall a good stay. Will likely try another hotel for future trips, hoping for better food and room temperature regulation.

Nice property.

Facility was very clean, staff were very attentive, restaurant was fantastic. Will be my go to Hotel next trip to Shanghai.

Though no smoking allowed inside the facility but people can be seen smoking nearly at anytime in front within 3ft distance of the entrances. Cigarette butts can be found everywhere. People inside the lobby are suffering from second smoking even within 40ft when doors are opened and wind blows in. However, no hotel staff seems care of the situation and non-smoking policy becomes just a joke. Should an enforcement of non-smoking on the property be implemented?

The location is not in the city centre but was very easy to travel around. The staff was very friendly and accomdated to all our needs, i would stay here again if i ever visited shanghai again.

Close to my office

On the first day of breakfast, the staff asked what I wanted and while I was waiting, they asked where I sat so they would deliver the scrambled eggs that I had asked for. This was very kind since I had to watch my two young kids.

When in Shanghai

When I travel to Shanghai which is quite often, I always choose the Le Meridien Minhang Shanghai. I have been staying at Bonvoy properties for years over 19 years and lifetime elite. The quality of service, value and convenience can't be beat in Shanghai. Grace Song of the executive staff makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. I will give all my hotel business in Shanghai to the Le Meridien, the Sabartia Spanish restaurant and Spa are all excellent.

Is it a genuine 4-star or is it really just 3-star

Quality of executive lounge is poor. The biggest disappointment is the restaurant at the lobby level. I made the mistake of treating a local friend at the restaurant without checking it out, it was a disaster, the worst buffet I have seen. It is rather sad to see the quality of a known global brand fallen to such a level.

Friendly staff, very nice clean rooms. Spacious workout facility. Starbucks and lots of restaurants across the street. Short walk to the subway make connection throughout Shanghai easy.

clean, convenient and modern hotel. A big shopping mall nearby with many foods to eat and things to buy. Very near to Hungqiao airport. I will choose this hotel when I go to Shanghai again.

Glad we stayed here!

Le Meridien was everything I wanted it to be: swanky, clean, spacious, good vibes, and good service. My fiancé and I had breakfast one morning as well, which was fantastic. We also loved exploring Qibao Ancient Town nearby. The mall next door was also very convenient. We stayed here a couple nights for fun before heading closer into town for business. Recommend this hotel if you want to see the nearby water towns, need accomodations close to SHA airport, or want a nice, modern, comfortable hotel. Definitely recommend.

Aside from some issues communicating with room service, the staff at this hotel is fantastic, friendly and super helpful. The hotel is new and totally gorgeous, super cozy, clean, great amenities. Breakfast is average; I think they should focus on quality over quantity.

Apart from flea ridden bedding the hotel was fine.

My last night I was bitten Bady by fleas in the bed. I mentioned it when checking out. At my next destination Hong Kong I had to see a doctor as the bites had swollen and very painful.

I got ripped off by the hotel

I prepaid for this hotel through Expedia and I explained them when checking in. They confirmed my hotel booking was prepaid through Expedia. On the day, I was checking out, the receptionist gave me a bill for 3,129 RMB and she said she charged my credit card on file. It took me a good 15 minutes to explain her she shouldn't have charged me the money and I showed her the prepaid transaction. Finally, she agreed after I showed her the proof and said my account will be credited in a couple of days. This happened on 6/19 and today is 6/28. Not sure, what couple of days meant to her. Now, I am calling American Express to dispute and jumping through hoops to get this figured out. This was my first time stay at this Le Meridien. I always stay at the one near People Square. This will definitely be my last stay as well.

Excellent hotel. A little slow on check in. But facilities in gym and pool excellent. Great food and breakfast facilities

A great business hotel close to the airport

We have stayed at this hotel before and continue to use id for our business trips in Shanghai as its very close to the airport but also close to the centre of Shanghai. It is very clean, classy and the rooms are very spacious, we will stay the again

I really liked this hotel the staff were pleasant and the rooms were very comfortable, the only bad thing i could say is the bar isn't great but the ambiance of the hotel and the decor is great.

Nice room, close to airport.

Stayed on the club level but didn't get to experience the club because they didn't serve breakfast . Out most of the day so we didn't go for happy hour either. Beautiful room. Very comfortable. The delux Toto toilet that washes and blows your bottom dry was fantastic.

무엇보다 메르디앙 특유의 정성어린 서비스로 매우 기분좋게 숙박하고 있습니다. 단한가지 아쉬운점은 본 호텔 수영장이 다른 시설에 비해 노후화가 심각한수준으로 타일이 떨어져나가거나 검은색으로 변하여 미관상 좋지 않습니다. 이부분만 개선되면(수리되면) 흡잡을 때가 없는 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

클럽룸 숙박해서 아침, 점심, 저녁 전부 잘 먹었습니다. 클럽룸 고르시는분은 조식미포함이라고 아쉬워 마세요. 아침 포함입니다. 수영장의 타일이 막 깨끗하지는 않습니다. 참고하세요

모든 부분에서 만족한 호텔이었습니다.

장인 장모님과 잠시 쉬어가기 위하여 찾았던 호텔인데 위치, 환경 모두 좋았습니다. 4인 가족이 쓰기에도 넉넉한 침실 및 침대였고 다음에도 꼭 오고 싶은 호텔이었습니다.

宿泊トラブルでエクスペディアさんと相談していたら、どうぞってコーヒーを出してくれました。スタッフのサービスも嬉しかったです。

環境清潔舒服 地點方便

シャワーブースの排水が流れず、ロビーに修理を依頼したが、修理をしてもらえなかった。 そこで、ルームキーパーに再度依頼をしたら、直ぐに丁寧に対応をしてもらえた。 フロント社員の伝達ミスなのか？ ロビーの受付社員の対応は悪くないが、無駄話をしていることが多く、お客が待っていても、気付かず話し込んでいる。 部屋の所々に、カビが広がっていて、掃除が行き届いていないと思いました。 新しいホテルなのに、残念でした。

이번 투숙은 여러가지로 실망이 많네요.

2월 예약시 전반적으로 마음에 들어서 이번에 다시 예약을 했습니다. 그러나 이번 투숙은 여러가지로 실망이 많네요. 우선 3012호의 경우 위에층에서 샤워하는 소리와 변기 물내리는 소리가 아래층으로 다 들리고, 아침 8시 부터 아래층에서 들리는 음악소리로 잠을 깼습니다. 이번에 3일을 투숙하였고 예약시 2일을 예약하고 일정이 추가되어 다시 1일을 예약했습니다. 체크인 과정에서 직원에게 3일에 대한 예약에 대해 전달을 했고 직원 역시 확인을 했습니다. 그런데 3일째 되는날 저녁 10시 조금 넘은 시간 호텔 로 돌아왔으나객실 방문이 열리질 않았습니다. 1층 카운터에 내려가 직원에게 말을하니 호텔 예약을 2번을 걸쳐 한것이라 예약자의 잘못이고 호텔측의 잘못이 아니라는 답변을 받았습니다. 처음 체크인때 분명 확인을 했고 설령 업무 처리 과정에서 전달이 안되었어도 예약자의 잘못이라는 그 여직원의 태도는 불친절했고 기분이 상했습니다. 이러한 부분들이 다음번 호텔 투숙에 분명히 영향을 미칠것이라 생각합니다.

숙소는 깔끔하고 만족합니다. 공항에서도 가깝구요. 근데 호텔스닷컴으로 예약하면 호텔마일리지는 적립 안되나요?
