Great
Near every facility transportation, shopping champs Élysée .. I love it
Great location near many sights. The restaurant has a very limited menu so we found other options. The room was clean and comfortable.
Convenient
Great NYE stay
Great location visited for NYE very busy as expected room was clean and comfortable
Older property, could use some renovation. Friendly staff, very good breakfast. They should provide options for guests needing to check out early.
We enjoyed our stay … the staff were very helpful and even went out of their way to booked us for an outside excursion last minute .thank you and we’ll be back soon
Great customer service
I didn't like the mold in tge bathroom shower
Convenient location near the Champs Elysees and metro station.
First and last time
The room service is stingy
The room was poor, everything in the room let you thing how stingy is the administration from the water pressure of the shower to coffee and the small accessories
I wish the hotel would post the jazz shows when room is booked, because they sell out fast
I really enjoyed my stay
Bathrooms could be improved!!
The hotel is excellent
The property had a lot of outside nose , from the soccer / basketball field area . Also, limited amount of taxis .
Thanks to Mr Jonthon
Very clean and very safe
Front desk staffs and concierge were very nice, but the clean crews are horrible. Bathroom’s ceiling was full of dripping yellow spots. Took them 2 days to clean up after complaints and complaints. They cleaned the room only when they want to at their convenience time. Otherwise they would not bother to clean my room. This is the worse hotel I ever stayed in Europe. Hair dryer was sticky and dirty. They have a serious problem with the cleaning crews.
Staff was friendly and helpful
I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again if I return to Paris.
Okay location. Super quiet. Very comfortable beds.
This is a great hotel to stay in! Next to metro, walking distance from attractions, and great rooms , awesome service!
Very good hotel
Overall good. Breakfast spread has scope for improvement
I have stayed at the hotel a number of times in the past. The property seemed a bit "tired" and in need to a refresh.
Accomodating staff.
Great staff, very accomodating.
The hotel was clean, walking distance to many areas and restaurants and shops are near by the hotel. The hotel staff missed cleaning our room a few nights in row.
One of the worst experiences.. usually hotel doesn’t go wrong with the bed … guess what my mattress was aquard abd a bingo curve in the centre which I can only sleep on the edge .. escalated to the concerns but of ourse no one bather .. my bed sheet have some mark which I am a Shane to say .. will never stay in this hotel
Perfect place for a short trip
Convenient to conference center. Many amenities available.
Room was to small
Clean large hotel with air conditioning
Great location when visiting Paris. Close to many restaurants and Metro station. Property is clean, bed is comfy and staff are extremely helpful
It was nice
Nice facility. front desk unreliable in communications.
Everything was nice
Hotel had an excellent location . Rooms aren’t big but they are ok if you don’t take in consideration the fact that toilet had a separate door, what is good , but there is no water to wash your hand , so after use of toilet you go out open two doors to enter in the bathroom and wash your hands. Every morning staff is knocking on the door before 0900 if they could do a service , not pleasant at all!!! Hotel is clean , no issues about that and breakfast is pleasant.
Checking in
We were able to check in early and we were very happy with our suite and service
Superb service, delightful staff. Impeccably clean and well maintained. Hot breakfast not as good as I would have expected
Needs some updates.
The property is extremely safe and the staff is so helpful. My room was nice and clean and I also enjoyed the amenities.
This was a perfectly fine hotel. Nothing fancy and the quite American in style, so comfortable and big. used for lots of flight crews. doesn't feel like you are in Paris but nothing particularly wrong with the hotel. I would stay again if on a work trip but not if it was a special occasion. very comfortable beds though!
The staff was amazing and helpful
I had asked for a room with a walk in shower. It was not provided. I am a disabled senior. I was getting out of the tub and took a terrible fall causing me to hit my head and severely sprain my hand. The hotel staff did not make an incident report, nor did they have any bandage wraps in their first aid kit to assist me. This is horrible and I was in terrible pain until I returned home to go to Urgent Care. The toilet also overflowed. I am no stranger to Paris as this was my fourth trip to Paris. I feel that I should have been compensated for all of this. The hotel said that since I did not book with them it was not their responsibility. I was an injured senior disabled person, and something should have been done to either make my stay a little better or be financially compensated.
Good property and location. My room’s main entry lights didn’t work at all. Would stay again though. Lots of airline employees stay here.
We will stay here again. Service was excellent.
probably worst hotel in paris. i dont recommand we asked the staff to make the beds for the kids in the aofa bed we come back 8 h later nothing was done. then an hour later or 2 maybe they bring us sheets and ask us to make the bed ourselves . furthermore i bought two same junior suite they were not the same at all. i m requesting a full reimbursement otherwise i will have to report to the best business bureau in the us
Staff was wonderful. So very friendly and helpful. Location good, many restaurants and a mall across street. Easy to get to metro for sight seeing. I would definitely stay again.
Bien, mais....
Bien dans l’ensemble. Mais plafond de la salle de baibs écaillé, ce qui n’est pas digne de cet etablissement.
Dirty rooms
Very good
The only negative was the check in. Very slow and the person wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Didn’t offer us a map or anything. Other than that it was great. There are a ton of places to eat all around, a couple of small grocers, close to the metro. The concierge was very helpful.
Housekeeping staff was rude and unprofessional. Check in took too long and the room is tiny. Not worth the price.
Just ok.
Overall a lively stay, staff is very helpful and friendly. The property could do with a little renovation though.
This hotel used to be great hotel now its very old and outdated in winter its cold and in summer its hot their wifi speed is poor and their lounge is nothing special and their price is really high which is not competitive and not worth it.
The hotel is very clean. Rooms are clean as well. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommend
It is super convenient to hop on the subway to go around the city. Walking distance to Arc de Triumph and Champs Elysees. Staffs are super helpful and courteous. Lots of small restaurant's selections also offered lots of variation of delicious food at very reasonable prices.
Definitely worth it for your Parisian trip
Absolutely outstanding experience. Great location, easy access to public transportation, minutes away from major touristic attractions and a very courteous staff.
Highly recommended.
The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the bed and the quiet. I would definitely stay there again.
I horrible hotel experience.
It's my third week in France, Le Meridien claimed that the temperatures in the rooms should be maximum 19 Deg Cels. Our was constantly 16-18. We protested several times. The management said they are booked out, sent several technicians, without any success. We were not offered any room change, upgrade or even a small heater (Paula from reception tried to help us immensely though). In short we stayed 4 nights sleeping with our ski base layers and mid-layers barely risking showers. My daughter's room was very warm though (thank God). So, the "law" didn't apply there. In both other hotels I stayed the temperature was both adjustable to human conditions. It was horrible at Le Meridien. Ruined our full Paris experience. Were glad we did not get sick. Moreover the bathtub had holes in it, the sink was clogged. Breakfast was at most mediocre. This hotel is a shame to Le Meridien brand. In the past I had a very positive image of this brand, from now on I will not go near it. I also recommend you the same.
Good hotel but...1 sachet of coffee in the room (stingy), paper cups!, did not replace used toiletry, holes in curtains, curtails coming off the rails.
Location was great, room was good. Extra bed was not ready when we arrived at 1am even if we received a confirmation email from the hotel and even if the reception guy confirmed the room was ready.
Quite central but a bit tired
Wonderful property and staff. The location is super central and would recommend for future trips
The beds are absolutely horrible… my worst night in Paris ever. We went to celebrate 2 birthdays, they gave us the worst views, inside looking old and ugly buildings. Their mattresses needs serious replacing. The only good thing about this hotel is their location, which apparently they know it, so they don’t care about the quality of their rooms and/beds. The worst thing of all, I’m staying there again on my way back to the states…. This Le Meridien doesn’t deserve to be under the banner of the Marriott hotels….
Location
The hotel was clean in the common areas. However, the cleaning of our room was unacceptable which seemed to consist of only making the bed and replenishing bathroom supplies. There was a error with our reservation which resulted in us need to extend our stay. The gentleman at the front desk informed us that he would have to get approval from the manager to extend our stay. The manager told us that they would extend our stay for one day only because they were completely booked. We called corporate, went on the website and checked Expedia. All revealed that rooms were in fact available. We booked through Expedia to receive the two day extension and the manager refused to speak to us afterwards. We spent an unnecessary two hours on this, missing an important meeting, when the manager could have just extended our reservation. This was NOT the experience expected from a Marriott property. Especially, with my husband being a Titanium Member. We were very disappointed.
Excellent place to stay
.
the closet door had to be repaired, the tub had stain marks everything else was good
Had to keep asking for extra bed to be set up even though booked. Kept not giving right number of towels.
Staff ok but phone didn’t work room dirty
Good
I like the breakfast
the facility was clean and made my family and I feel comfortable
Great location, but we booked a wheelchair accessible family room, which wasn't available when we checked in, so they gave us two separate rooms instead (one accessible, one not). The separate rooms had no connecting door either.
when checking in the lady at the front desk was very rude to my wife. My wife arrived early than I did and tried to check into the room, after requiring a email from me to confirm the early check in, the clerk was short and rude when addressing my wife. I am a Marriott Titanium Elite Member and certainly not use to a rude check in person. There also a shortage of bath towels and it took repeated request for towels to be delivered to our room. In my room there was no where to sit, no chair or sofa. Certainly this hotel has lost a level of style and service it has had for many years, as I have stayed here many time before!
Poor service, rooms not as pictured
The hotel experience we had was quite poor, much worse than I would expect for a 4 star. The room we got on the 3rd floor was completely run down and falling apart and not properly cleaned (food on the ground, stains on the walls, dust on furniature) we refused to stay in the room as we had already waited 3 hours for it "to be cleaned". We were given a new room on the 6th floor which was better, however the small toiletries were used already which is odd for a "new room" We went to the gym, which is nothing like that pictured on the website, and much worse. We typically work out daily thus the gym is important, and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. When we inquired about it, they said they "just moved the gym 2 days ago due to COVID" which is odd given it is over 2 years into the pandemic and there was customized art on the wall, signs installed, etc. There were issues with cleaning staff as well, one day they took all the toiletries and towels and didn't replenish them, they toiletries wren't even empty at that point. Another day we left at 8am and returned at 5pm and still the room had not been cleaned. To top it off, when we made complaints, one of the managers made comments which made it sound like he thought we just wanted upgrades and free things. All we wanted was the room and gym from the pictures on the site, which they did not deliver. One of the other manages did leave a token in the room ofter the first few days which was appreciated
Disappointment
Very disappointing and has nothing to do with Le Meridien standard
Perfect location and very cordial staff. They are great!
It was a pleasant
It was a pleasant
Lovely modern building with friendly staff
Convenient to the conference center
Brilliant breakfast buffet: anything you could want.
Nice place
Spacious
great
Overall, the facilities were excellent! However, at times it felt like anyone can walk straight into the lobby from the street, take any elevator to any floor unbeknown to anyone. Only one time that I had to insert my card room to activate my floor number in the elevator. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay.
Poor housekeeping. Very late evening cleaning after I asked. Next day no towels or trash removal.
the location of the hotel is walking distance. we enjoyed the walks to the Arc de Triumph, we walked all the way to Champs Elysee, also to the Louvre. However, I do not recommend the hotel. First some staff at the reception are not welcoming nor nice. the food at the breakfast, especially the cereal variety is not for a 4 stars hotel. the bar staff are super disrespectful, in one evening, i was sitting with a visiting friend and both my daughters (4 and 6 yrs of age), very quite kids, they were running around without yelling or annoying, and there were only 2 other tables with people, one guard came to tell us the bar is not for running, while the place was empty, and in addition the hotel has no activities for kids whatsoever. in addition, for the first 3 days we had to always request shampoo, as there were no refills, they put also only 2 towels while we were 3 in the room. in the 3rd day i told the staff in the morning to put shampoo and towels, the lady was so rude and said i will put enough, i came back to the hotel after a long day with my kids at 11:30 pm to find no shampoo at all. i had to call the reception and ask so i can shower the kids. totally the stay is not worth the money, nor the hotel should be for 4 stars. it was totally disappointing.
Nice hotel with great location but the servicing of the room was disappointing : no refill of water or coffee, garbage not empty on a regular basis, etc....
Great hotel and worth value per money. Staff in reception was the best. Super close to the main tube station which is the best connection for all Paris. The only bad point was that my room was not cleaned one day and generally the room needed attention as there was dust and kettle was unclean.

Petite Chambre d’angle bruyante
