The riad was ok, I didn't get anyone who spoke English. I was with my family and breakfast was basic and cold. The description of accommodation was not as described on hotel. But as I have visited Marrakech many times I felt leaving and coming back to riad we were not given a key for main entrance when coming back. We always had to knock which was a pain especially coming back late.

Very friendly staff, and great breakfast and room but the area is not easy to reach by cab especially during the day and walking around at night does not feel that safe especially if you are not with a group. Also getting inside the hotel at night was not easy without an outdoor key.

Stay here, you will be glad you did.

Book this Riad if available. Good location, amazing property with real charm and attention to detail, unrivalled service. Each meal well thought out, stupid tasty tagines and breakfast a healthy treat.

Spotless accommodation with the most helpful staff. The location was within minutes of lots of attractions and we always felt safe walking even in the evening. The breakfast was different every day and very satisfying. The lamb dinner was superb and the staff could not have been more helpful and full of humor. We highly recommend this location. The manager helped with arranging a hike to the High Atlas mountains that i would not have wanted to miss. Thank you for providing a wonderful experience.

No fire safety!!! There are no smoke alarms,water sprinklers, fire exits, instructions in case of fire and no safety lights. I woke up to a large fire in my room on the first night, I then had to run through the hotel to go find a member of staff and wake him up. I was very lucky to have woken up because if I hadn’t I think everyone in the hotel would now be dead. If the fire had spread outside my room the 2 rooms next to mine one which had a family in, would definitely not have been able to escape as the only exit was past my suite.

Staff and riad are both amazing. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely come back here when back in Marrakech.

This is a wonderful small hotel in a great location. The staff was warm and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The service was first rate. We took a class cooking class and arranged a massage. We were there for New Years and the staff arranged such a fun and special New Years dinner. We had a blast. Samer was especially funny and kind and took great care of us. The Riad is beautiful and well maintained, and the location is very convenient but also far enough from the chaos of the souks to be a restful oasis.

Wonderful 5 days at this Riad. As everyone says the staff are so helpful, really do look after you and make sure you have everything you need.

Location safe and good. Good feeling. Near airport .. don’t pay more than 10 euros for ride from airport. Good people. Good dinner breakfast and Berber music was awesome at nights play in open space.

Excellent riad, best service/staff ever had!

I chose this riad by the reviews it had and I can safely say they all were right! The riad is located in an anonymous place about 10 min walking distance from the main square. Once you enter you are in a beautiful riad, nicely decorated. But the best thing of this place is the staff, so helpful, kind and friendly. They go out of their way to meet your needs. I strongly recommend this place especially if you're looking for a romantic, clean, safe and relaxing place. Oh and the atmosphere for the dinners are amazing with local entertainment! Great food too!

We stayed at two properties in Marrakech. This road was absolutely stunning both inside and out. The staff were all kind and attentive, always approaching conversations with a smile. On two occasions, they went above and beyond - whether it be assisting with transit or preparing breakfast at 2am before our flight. Amazing hospitality! The room was attended to well by the staff - clothes were folded, items organized and the room was always cleaned to perfection. We enjoyed dinner onsite one night which was by far the. best meal we had and the ambiance was lovely. The only downside was the longer commute to Jemma El Fina - roughly twenty minute walk through some areas which were either smelly (morning market w chicken and fish) or highly trafficked with cars.

What didn’t I like??????? I made a reservation for 3 nights. My father got ill so I emailed the riad twice to confirm that I could not check in on the date stated but that I would arrive the next day. Travelling to Marrakech from Rabat, they then inform me that they cancelled my reservation. This riad was not cheap and I am disgusted they would cancel my reservation without even contacting me. They then arranged for us to stay at another riad - which we had to make our own way too. Once we arrived at this riad, we were then told that nobody had contacted them and that only one room was available(I booked two rooms). My parents took the one room available and my husband and I had to wait until 11:30 at night to get another room - which would not be clean as housekeeping would not be available. Terrible night sleep in a dirty bed - we were then told we had to leave as they only had these rooms for one night. It goes on but I will contact Expedia to discuss this matter further

Fabulous, friendly and welcoming riad close to a lovely square and both the Saddians tombs and Palace of Badi. The staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough and made us feel very at home, would love to come back

We absolutely loved staying at this riad. The staff were amazing, friendly and always happy to help and give extra assistance upon request. Our room was upgraded complimentarily, which was amazing. I cannot fault Yosra, Toufik and all staff!

Beautiful Riad

Great welcome from the staff when we arrived at the Riad. We were served some mint tea and some sweet pastries while waiting for our room to be cleaned (we got there approximately 2.5 hours before check-in). The staff is wonderful and the décor outstanding. The Riad is a 25 minutes walk from the Jeema La Fna which we didn't mind but still well located. The rooms are large and very well decorated (our bathroom was HUGE). I highly recommend it for anyone who wants the local experience with close attention to detail.

Saubere Zimmer und Sanitäreinrichtungen, gutes jedoch nicht preiswertes Restaurant, einfache Ausstattung der Zimmer, das Mitbringen oder Bestellen von externen Speisen oder Getränken ist nicht gestattet.

Geweldig personeel! Dit riad zag er prachtig uit. Heel schoon met mooi verlichte gangen en de geur van sinaasappelbloesem overal. Het eten en ontbijt waren heerlijk. Het bed was altijd mooi opgemaakt en lag ook prima. De badkamer was ruim en mooi gedecoreerd.

Magnifique séjour

Le personnel nous a accueilli chaleureusement dès notre arrivée; en partageant un thé, nous avons pu recevoir de précieux conseils sur la ville de Marrakech en attendant que nos chambres se libèrent (nous étions arrivés avant l'heure). Le personnel est très attentionné et particulièrement serviable, les chambres sont magnifiques, très bien décorées et très grandes. Ce Riad est situé à env. 25 minutes à pieds de la place Jeema La Fna : idéal pour s'immerger dans l'atmosphère de la Médina

Der Aufenthalt im Riad war sehr angenehm. Bereits bei der Ankunft hat sich herausgestellt, dass der Service hervorragend war. Man hat uns herzlich empfangen. Und bei Interesse erhält man wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung und Ausflüge. Wir hatten die Imperial Suite, die schön geräumig, sauber und gemütlich war. Abends bei Ankunft nach unserem Ausflug wurden wir mit sehr angenehmen Klängen (durch eine einheimische Band) empfangen, die das Innere im Riad erfüllt hat. Es herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Und würde es jedem weiter empfehlen.

UN BEL RIAD ALL'INTERNO DELLA KASBAH

Il Riad è molto bello, la Suite Royale elegante, comoda per una coppia e due figli, i servizi attenti, il ristorante ottimo, l'ospite seguito. Alla posizione nella kasbah dopo qualche giorno ci si abitua. Se tornassi un giorno a Marrakesh ripeterei la scelta.

There was a wonderful experience and this Riad made it even greater. The reception proccess and welcome was top of the line. All personal specialy Medhi, Mohamed, Mohamed the manager and Kalid were very dedicated very friendly and always ready to asist. The room was just beautiful, air conditioned, very spacious and clean but more important the bed was very confortable. The kitchen is also good, either breackfast and dinner. The services and tours that they propose ane good and fair in price. Located inside the Medina in a friendly area, walking distance from everywhere. The place and the people just make you feel special, I would return anytime and recommend it without any doubt.

Lovely riad.

Great riad in a quiet part of the medina. Short walk to most of the sights of the old city. Very charming. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. We travelled with children, they are a little older but I would recommend this place for couples.

Teilweise unvollständige bzw. kaputte Möbel (Knauf an Schublade fehlte, Lampe kaputt, Stecker-Verkleidung kaputt), kein Safe, kein Fernseher, keine Extra-Zahnbürsten. Äusserst nettes Personal und Service, ausgezeichnetes Essen!

Séjour de 4 nuits en couple

Le Riad est bien situé dans une toute petite rue à proximité du palais royal. La visite de la médina peut largement se faire à pieds, un taxi est nécessaire pour aller du côté de Guéliz. Néanmoins la qualité du service est quelque peu à revoir, entre le "chauffeur privé" de l'hôtel qui est facturé 15€ pour n'importe quel trajet (même de 5 mins), le personnel à qui vous avez demandé d'appeler un taxi (avec compteur) et qui n'a pas l'idée de vous prévenir que votre taxi ne viendra pas alors que vous attendez depuis 30 mins au soleil et le serveur qui vous débarrasse votre assiette avant même que vous ayez terminé de manger.

Wir hatten eine von beiden Suiten. Alles war sehr oriental eingerichtet und sehr schön. Einziges Manko - die Temperatur im Riad. In den Wintermonaten ist das gesamte Haus sehr, sehr kalt. Beim Frühstück sitzt man mit Jacke. Obwohl im Zimmer eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist und ein kleiner Radiator ist es am Abend, in der Nacht und am Morgen unheimlich kalt - aber das wussten wir vorab. Ansonsten war der Service hervorragend. :)

Prachtige Riad. Hartelijk onhaal, iedereen heel vriendelijk. Lekker ontbijt, lunch en het diner is werkelijk subliem, complimenten aan de kok. Zekker een aanrader.

I absolutely loved it! The Riad is super magnificent and our beautiful suit was awesome. What makes the Riad so special is that it‘s modern and that the atmosphere is very charming. A big thumbs-up goes to the wonderful team. Everything was home-made and really delicious. Keep it up!
