Credit card was stolen by Housekeeping

Had a group booking of 11 rooms for four nights. PRO Price but you can see why as it's in desperate need of a renovation. Location (but guests walk in from the beach sopping wet so puddles everywhere) Breakfast buffet Pool and fitness center CONS Housekeeping came in when I asked not to and all my things were left out, including my CREDIT CARD WHICH WAS STOLEN. Only one key card issued per room - very odd. Was told to leave key at front desk if we had a roommate. Spa - would not recommend. Better places to go. Coffee shop and upstairs bar never opened.

Great View From Room

Hotel is need of a make over, Room needs revamping and new TV installed. The location is great and the staff veru friendly apart from when i checked out some lady was trying to enter room when i was packing !! WHY I dont know. Would i stay again Maybe not sure so many hotels in that area. The View from room was great and loved that

Good value for the price. Not really an American 4 Star hotel, but a clean, descent, reasonable enough to come back for future trip. Best location if you are planning to visit Million God Gaming Japanese Slots Casino. 2 minutes walk from this location!

Property in excellent location. However, they refused to meet their commitments as they could not provide the pool or rooftop bar service. If we had known this we had free cancellation 2 days prior to arriving. But we were not informed. Never go back to this hotel refused refund so had to go to another hotel. Diamond Sea is better

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is nicely located across the street from the beach. VERY comfortable room. Breakfast selections were both traditional and diverse. The only thing missing was that the rooftop bar has been closed since the pandemic. And the pool area itself is a little tired. Otherwise, wonderful, especially for the budget price.

Very nice staff, clean facility.

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach (across the street), as well bicycle rental, swimming pool and gym. However, the gym needs some TLC (broken equipment) and the bar and coffee shop on the 19th floor are not open. The breakfast buffet has great food options, eggs are made to order. A big THANK YOU to the General Mgr Lucy and her staff for being always friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

It’s nice and convenient location: beach, restaurants and street vendors, etc. The hotel staff is nice and the breakfast is so good! Definitely recommend it to anyone who looks for 3-4 stars hotel in Đà Nẵng.

Good location and best breakfast coffee.

I booked family room(2 separate room)Very spacious and comfortable for 3 people. Staffs so helpful. Good location next to beach. But it was main streets so quiet. Beach was beautiful. 25mit walk to dragon bridge and night market. (Grab taxi 5mit). Behind hotel street has so many massages place good restaurants. (Seafood and local food) breakfast was great and coffee was amazing . Restaurant manager was so friendly. Hotel may not perfect for everyone because not 5 star hotel but it was perfect hotel for my family.

Hotel is set just across the road from the beach which was clean and safe. Rooms a little dated but clean, pool was clean and had a great view. Breakfast was Vietnamese but plenty of choice. All the staff were amazing, they went out of their way to make your stay perfect, truly a credit to the owners. An extra special thanks to Lucy who helped us with transport around DaNang

From the moment we walked through the door the staff were fantastic, they were friendly, happy and helpful. Always willing to take time to chat and assist. The room was lovely, open sea views of My Khe beach, I do recommend getting the sea view room with balcony.

Excellent hotel. There is construction going on next door so there is some building noise but it didn't bother us too much since we have grown used to noise in Vietnam cities now.

We arrived early after our long flight and as the room wasn’t ready yet (usual check in time is 2pm), Cindy, the manager, upgraded us for a lovely huge room facing the seaside, which was amazing. Buffet was great, with at least 20differen options, if not more, everything delicious and fresh, everyone very kind. We also got a free airport transfer from the hotel. Impeccable services in every sense and would certainly recommend and would go back again! Thank you all and thank you Cindy!

First time in Da Nang

Hotel room is clean and have a great sea view. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Cindy) she have provided lots of info and assistant. Time taken to walk to beach is less than 5 mins. High recommendations.

Located right in front of the beach with restaurant stalls and bars walkable. Staff were the most accommodating and friendly that I have experienced. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary we brought champagne to have on Bana Hills. The staff were very thoughtful and allowed us to borrow their ice bucket and champagne glasses to bring there!! They also made our room up to be very romantic on the first night. The front of house staff gave us a very helpful map and recommendations on where to go for food and drinks. The rooms were refurbished and nicely decorated. They are currently refurbishing some communal areas but I'm sure when they are done they will complete the look of the place very well. The breakfast was decent but for a Westerner could be improved upon. But this is the same for every hotel I've stayed in Da Nang so it's not a critical point. Overall my wife and I very much enjoyed our experience and can't compliment the staff enough for their service. We would stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful. I would have given this hotel 5 stars except for their checkout process. It took 15 mins to get from the 17th floor to the lobby then I had to wait for another 10 mins for house keeping to check our room. I had repeated told them that I need to leave because I was running late for my flight. After 10 mins I just left & told them to call me if they have any problem. If you are staying at this hotel, make sure that you leave plenty of time for their checkout process

Nice hotel by the seaside with great view, staff was incredibly nice. Facilities all seemed fine. However, there were few cockroaches in our room that made our trip less pleasant. Nonetheless, the experience is satisfactory and the morning buffet is highly recommended. Definitely would recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Thank you to all the staff that’s made our visit a memorable one

Really nice hotel right on the beach. Not far from the buzz of Danang. Staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Really good value.

Room is good, view is nice, close to the beach just 2 mins walk. Staff really helpful especially bellboy. Always help me communicate with the driver. Really noisy from the beach at night (live band music and the restaurant music stop@1or2am everyday...), the housekeeping staff keep talking at 8am and their walkie-talkie volume was too loud, the renovation start at 8:30am, can’t take a good rest if you need... Breakfast taste not good...

Hotel in a good location, within 100 meters of the beach. Room was clean and minibar was well stocked with items at reasonable prices (500ml water was less than a dollar). Only minor complaint is the water from the shower tended to pool at the bottom of the sink, so I was brushing my teeth while standing in a very shallow puddle.

Had a great 2 night stay at least Le Hoang. The staff were great, friendly, and professional. Check-in was a breeze with a welcome drink and snacks. Got upgraded to a beach view room, excellent view. Room was clean. The breakfast selection was good. It might be that I went towards the end of the session, the food started to get cold. Didn't use pool but fitness room adequate for a workout.

Great location right on the beach!

Last Minute Find

I booked a hostel in Da Nang that didn't live up to expectations, so I made a reservation here for the following night. The other place was so bad, that I went to Le Hoang unannounced that same night. They gave me that night at same rate as Travelocity. Communication was good and the staff was wonderful...the kind of place you get a photo with staff when leaving. They made my five days a warm and wonderful place to stay.

Nice & Cozy Hotel in front of Beach

If you prefer to stay along beach side rather than the river side in downtown, this hotel would be one of good choices though it is not a luxury resort hotel. You only need to cross the street then will already see the beach and popular seafood restaurants. If you choose an ocean side room (which I would definitely recommend), there would be nothing to block the ocean view and you can get a whole site from the window and the balcony. You can also go up to the top floors where has a rooftop swimming pool facing to the beach and a bar facing to mountain side to see sunset. My husband and myself were basically very satisfied about this hotel, but if I have anything to comment about the room, I would say about the bathtub & bathrobe. The bathtub was too design oriented: no where to put shampoo and body soap and very easy to get wet everywhere in the bathroom, and bathrobe should be better to replace every time after one customer is gone...I believe it was not a used one but one of the robes there had a hair of unknown person and a dead & dried small bag stuck to the surface...probably kept in the closet for a long time.

Absolut amheratish disply of hotel management. No welcome. Room was 35 degrees on entry. No cold water. Carried our own bags. Balconey room we booked had no balconey over the beach, No room service or co-cierge. Never recommend or stay there ever again. Went to silk hotel Hoi An and they were brilliant

Great Ocean Front Hotel.

Really great value for a very nice new beach front hotel. Beach was right across the street and the ocean view rooms offer a spectacular view! Front desk girls were always pleasant and welcoming and the bell boys will hook you up with motorbikes, food recommendations, etc. Breakfast was great. Lots of options including omelettes and pho every morning. Gym was okay but not air conditioned so go early. Can't hear any of the construction going on around the area so don't worry about that. Mostly outdoor style mainly seafood restaurants within a stones throw but everything you want is close. The Dawn is a cool outdoor joint on the promenade right across the street with live music every night. I would totally stay here again.

Slidt hotel, bor du til gaden er der meget larm, selv oppe på 14. Jeghavde købt værelse og tilbud om opgradering, selvom vi næppe var mere end 10 mennesker på dette 20 etagers hotel, var der ikke noget ledigt tilbage til opgradering. Morgenmaden var ikke værd at skrive om

가성비 및 해변가 접근성 최고

호텔 시설은 약간 노후 되었지만, 친철한 서비스 및 바닷가 접근성은 최고 입니다. 조식 종류는 다양한 편은 아니지만 먹을만한 정도 입니다. 다만 화장실 변기 수압이 약한 것은 수정되어야 할 사항입니다.

HOTEL REMPLI DE CAFARDS ! Arrivée dans la première chambre : - wifi très faible (même un envoi de photo est difficile) - moisissure sur les murs - papier peint déchiré - 0 isolation des fenêtres (on entend tous les bruits de la rue) - PAS DE PISCINE (En maintenance tout le temps de notre séjour, 0 dédommagement) - petit déjeuner avec vue sur un building en construction - pas de Climatisation dans les couloirs de l’hôtel, dans l’ascenseur ni dans la salle de gym. Matériel de musculation obsolète ou cassé. Arrivée dans la deuxième chambre : - une seule chaîne TV en vietnamien - le lit grince - baignoire rouillée et cassée - pas de papier toilette - UN CAFARD DANS LA SALLE DE BAIN. Le personnel n’est même pas venu s’en occuper, j’ai du le faire moi-même. La manager de l’hôtel a refusé de me recevoir. Cet hôtel est un enfer.

호텔의 위치는 좋습니다. 해수욕을 즐기기 위해서라면, 추천을 할 수 있는 위치입니다. 호텔들의 시설들은 낡았습니다. 유지보수가 되어있는 상태이긴 하지만 군데군데 녹이 슬거나 먼지가 쌓여있는 곳이 많습니다. 호텔 내부는 객실을 제외하고는 에어컨이 운전되지 않는곳이 많아 매우 덥습니다. 콘센트들에 녹이 슬어있어 위험했습니다. 곳곳에 녹이 슬어 있습니다. 어제 채워놓았던 주전자의 물은 체크아웃때까지 그대로였습니다. 내부에 물때가 있어 불쾌했습니다. 해당 호텔을 예약할 때에 관광보다는 휴식을 위한 목적으로 예약을 했습니다. 그래서 일부러 풀장과 마사지 서비스가 제공이 되는 호텔로 예약을 했습니다. 하지만, 제가 호텔에 도착하여 체크인을 할 때에 풀장이 수리 중이라는 것을 알려왔습니다. 금방 끝날줄 알았지만 지금 리뷰를 작성하는게 체크인 전날인데, 아직까지도 준비가 되지 않았습니다. 데스크에서는 예상 완료 시간을 알아보고 연락을 준다는 말만하고 연락을 주지 않았습니다. 응답하는 것에 있어 귀찮아하는 느낌도 받았습니다. 마사지 서비스는 오전 10시부터 제공이 된다고 되어있지만 실제로는 그 시간에 가면 운영을하지 않습니다. 따로 프론트에 이야기를 하면 마사지사를 보내서 받을 수는 있는데 내부에서 샤워를 할 수도 없고, 사우나도 사용할 수 없었습니다. 마사지의 질도 떨어져서, 족욕을 하라고 받은 물은 미지근했으며 그마저도 1분도 안돼서 나오라고 했습니다. 그 이후에 마사지를 받았지만 마사지방 내부의 샤워시설은 이용할 수 없었습니다. 마사지사는 끝나고 난 이후에 팁을 요구했습니다. 2만동정도를 줬지만 상당히 불쾌했습니다. 방안에 셀프바는 매일 보충되지 않았습니다. 지금도 프론트와 연락을 하고나서 5분안에 다시 연락을 준다고 했으나 1시간가까이 답장이 오지 않습니다. 매니저와 이야기를 하고 싶다고 했지만 출근하지 않았다고만 했습니다. 호텔의 대응이 매우 끔찍하고 시설은 낡았습니다. 만약에 풀장이 제대로 작동을 했다면 이런 리뷰를 작성하지 않았을테지만 현재 저는 매우 불쾌합니다. 마침내 마지막 날에 매니저와 통화할 수 있었습니다만, 매니저는 단순히 수리계획이 잡혔었다는 말만 반복할 뿐, 그 어떠한 보상도 해주지 않았고 단지 12시에 예정되어있던 체크아웃을 14시로 연기하는 것을 무료로 해주기만 했을 뿐이었습니다. 프론트에서는 여지것 제 방에 5번이 전화했었는데 당신이 받지 않았다고 상당히 불쾌한 어조로 저에게 말했습니다. 확인해보니, 제 방의 전화기 알람이 고장나서 울리지 않았습니다. 잠시 방안에 있는 동안 작업자가 멋대로 들어와서 전화기를 교체 했습니다. 이 호텔은 제가 받은 휴가를 완전히 박살냈고 유린했으며 그에 대한 어떠한 보상도 주지 않았습니다. 해당 호텔 근처에는 좋은 호텔들이 많이 있습니다. 다른 곳을 알아보십시오. 부디, 이 리뷰를 보신다면 해당 호텔이 아니라 다른 호텔을 예약하여 주십시오. 10%정도의 좀 더 비싼 가격을 지불한다면 훨씬 더 친절하고, 깨끗한 호텔에서 잘 수 있을 것입니다.

景色が良く気持ちよかった。

Not bad experience

every staff is pretty kind but room is not much clean and smaller than I expected. One thing I strongly recommend is, you would better to arragne a hotel shuttle(van) if you need to travel far places such as bana hill or else. Of course the charge of hotel shuttle is more expensive than grab charges but not much. the van is enough big and pretty comfortable even for 6 members. i arranged that for airport pickup and far-travelled places and all of my family was so satisfactory for this.

英語も良くわからない私にホテルスタッフが親切に対応頂きました。 お部屋も清潔感があり大変満足でしたが、シャワーの使用中にしばらくするとお湯の温度調整がうまく出来なかったので、そこが残念でしたが、 ロケーションも良いホテルでした。

ホテルはビーチフロントで部屋からのオーシャンビューが素晴らしい。滞在は満足度満点です。スタッフも笑顔やレストランのサービスがとても良かったです。 浴室のお湯がすぐぬるくなるのとビデの水漏れが不満でした。

とても良いホテルです。 ただ中心地までの距離が遠く徒歩では無理です。ビーチは目の前にあり海水浴を楽しむには最高だと思います。 冷蔵庫が潰れていましたが心良く交換してくれました。スタッフもとても丁寧でした

ビーチが近くてすごい便利だった！ ベットも広いし清潔！

スタッフは親切なのですが、チェックイン時に何故かパスポートを預けなければならなく、後にカジノに行く際わざわざホテルに取りに帰るハメに。その場で宿泊費を払ったのでパスポートは返却されましたが、それなら最初に払うのに。。と思いました。あとは、部屋のセキュリティボックスが壊れていました(パスポートを預かったのはこのせい？) 部屋の電気もひとつ消えかかってました。プールは、まあギリ使えるけど…という雰囲気です。

ジム、プール付きでビーチが目の前のホテルを探していましたがその中ではこのホテルが最安級だと思います。スタッフは基本的に英語が堪能で愛想も良く、朝食も無料、部屋の無料アップグレードもしてくれて最高でした。部屋からの眺めも格別でいつも良い朝を迎えられました。またダナンに来た際には絶対にこのホテルを利用しようと思います。

7泊朝食付きでの滞在で唯一レストランスタッフの笑顔とサービスは大満足でしたが設備の古さやルームクリーニングのバスタオルの交換､枕カバーの交換がされてなかったりの怠慢にははガッカリさせられました。 また､極めてガッカリさせられたのは予約時記載されてたレイトチェック､アップグレード無料､チェックアウトの日､月曜日で宿泊者も殆どいないのにフロントより有料との電話､レイトチェック、アップグレードの無料サービスの記載するべきではない、出張最終日でガッカリ、

ダナン空港から、迎えにきてもらえる様にメールでやりとりしていましたが、待っても全くこず。仕方なく空港にいるタクシーに乗り向かいました。ホテルに着いてから、時間を間違えていた。と、軽い感じで謝られました。 スウィートルームに泊まりましたが、スィートか？という感じで、ビジネスホテルとあまり変わらなかった。 使い捨てのスリッパはなく、薄汚れたビーチサンダルが二足。部屋の中は4泊5日自前のビーチサンダルで過ごしました。 4泊5日の中でホイアンなどに行く際はタクシーを手配してくれ、ぼったくられることはありませんでした。

サーフィンするなら最適です。

今のところロケーションも良いですが、隣に何か作ってます。それでも海に行くなら文句無しです。あと、朝食が豪華でした。ディナーでもいけそうな充実ぶりでした。

ビーチからも、近いし、朝食も大変おいしいかったです。また、利用します。もっと、長い滞在をしょうと思います。

ベトナムのホテルでは、お湯が出ないシャワーや毎日部屋が掃除されていないことが多いのですが、このホテルは毎日清潔で、温かいシャワーが出ました。 また、2泊した中の1日が、私の誕生日で、部屋にサプライズでバースデーケーキを持ってホテルの方が祝ってくださったのがとても嬉しかったです。

Good rate with excellent services

The hotel is closed to the beach and in general clean and tidy. The breakfast is overall OK during our stay, in which acceptable in this hotel price. Staff is friendly and helpful, the front desk can speak fluent English and willing to help, they offer me a free ride from hotel to airport when we back home.

특가 아니었으면 돈 아까울뻔

오션뷰는 좋았지만 밤엔 좀 시끄러웠습니다 조식은 뷔페로 많이 나오긴 하는데 맛은 그냥 그랬고.. 체크아웃할때 공항셔틀 무료로 해준다고 해서 탔는데 돈을 요구하더군요. 그리고 국내공항에 내려달랬는데 국제공항으로 가질 않나.. 호텔 자체는 깔끔하고 넓고 좋았습니다.

숙박시설 사용에 큰 어려움도 문제도 없었다. 바닷가 옆이라, 시원한 파도소리가 좋았다, 단하나 아쉬웠다면, 파도소리에 잠을 자면서 살짝 깨워 있더라. 좀 잠자리가 예민한 사람은 고려할 부분이다. 그러다, 호텔 모든 서비스를 이용하지 않았지만, 나에 대한 서비스는 만족도가 높다.

저희는 2019년 10월6일~11일까지 베트남 다낭에 머물렀습니다. 여행을 계획하면서 가장 신경썼던 부분이 바로 호텔이었는데 여러 여행사이트를 돌아다니며 검색에 검색을 거듭한 결과...우리들의 원픽은..바로 리 호앙 비치 호텔이었던 것이었던 것이었습니다아아~~~ 왜냐하면 우리는 호텔을 옮기지 않고 5박을 쭉 머무르는 계획이었으니까요! ^^ 1박에 5만원대 저렴하고요. 빠방 스텝들의 친절함은 기본! 빠방 그중에서도 사진으로 보시는 신디(Cindy) 갓! 신디! 빠방! 호텔 방에서 보는 바다 뷰는 정말...빠방!! 호텔 내에 스파&마사지/ 꼭대기층 바(Bar)/헬스장/풀 은 완전사진같진 않지만 나쁘진 않습니다.^^ 우산/자전거/얼음/공항센딩서비스는 무료로 이용할수있어요. 얼음은 객실 냉장고가 시원치않아서 필요해요! ^^ 이 호텔 정말 강력하게 추천합니다.

工事していたので、エレベーター横は臭いがする。 また、部屋でも隣のビル工事て音がうるさかった。 でも、タクシーの手配などホテルの方たちはとても親切でした。

スタッフの方はみなさんフレンドリーで良い感じです。日本語を話せるスタッフもいるので色々ときけて助かりました。 価格から考えるととても良いパフォーマンスです。 朝食はおいしいし充実してました。卵料理も好みを伝えて作ってもらえるのでgoodです。プールもジムもスパもスカイラウンジもあり、この星でこの価格でと思うととっても満足です。

미케비치와 아주 가까이있아 바다전망이 환상적이기 때문에 돈 더 주시더라도 발코니거 있는 곳으로 예약하세요! 이불과 베개는 푹신하고 언제나 깔끔하였습니다. 특히나 이 호텔은 직원분들의 서비스가 아주 마음에 들었어요! Cindy는 언제나 조식을 먹을때 안부를 물어보았으며 여행지을 추천해주었고 Daniel은 체크인을 할 때 객실까지 안내해주었고 밤에 들어올 때 언제나 환영해주었습니다. Shine과 주차장을 관리해주는 관리자분들은 오토바이를 대여했을 때 친절하게 사용법을 알려주고 도와주었습니다. 20살에 혼자서 온 첫번째 베트남 여행이었지만 리 호앙비치 호텔의 도움덕분에 외롭지 않고 정말 편안하게 쉬다가 가는 것 같습니다. 돈안받고 협찬없고 거짓없이 정말 좋았어요! 정말 꼭꼭 가세요! 아 조식도 맛있어요!

리 호앙 비치호텔은 미케비치 바로 앞이고 해산물 매장들과 해변이 바로보입니다. 비치뷰가 보이는 12층 에3일 지내고 왔어요.청결.친절.마지막 까지 공항샌딩 까지 넘 만족합니다.조식 부페도 맛있고요 특히 샌디매니저 매일마다 친절하게 챙겨주고 덕분에 넘 즐겁게 쉬고 왔어요

ミーケービーチの目の前で部屋からの景色が良かった。 周辺にもチェックしていたレストランなどあったが今回は使用せず。 部屋には浴槽もあり快適に過ごせたが、浴槽と部屋の間のガラスのブラインドを閉めようとしたところ、カビがすごく断念した。これだけは残念なポイント。 2泊したが、朝食ブッフェの内容が変わり、飽きずに楽しめた。

周辺ホテルよりも親切、融通が効く！

近辺の Daiamond Sea Hotel や Adamo Hotel では、Early-Check-in や Late-Check-out に対応して頂けないですが、ここは融通が効き、さらに格安マッサージの予約、ゴルフ場への車の手配など要領よく対応してくれます。また、フロントは元よりボーイやスタッフが積極的に英語で話しかけフレンドリーな雰囲気で良かったです。また、空港への送迎サービスも嬉しいですね。

スタッフの皆さんから気遣いの声を何度もかけてもらい、気持ち良く滞在できました。

部屋に人数分のコーヒーカップがなかった。ティッシュとゴミ箱も二部屋なのに一つしかない。立地と受け付けとドアマンが良かったのにもったいない。

좋은 위치, 친절한 직원, 깨끈한 방, 좋은 아침식사, 시원한 에어컨. 다음에 또 이용할 예정입니다.

Toppenhotell, men trist med trafiken.

Hotellet är, liksom alla hotell i området, nytt och fräscht. Personalen är fantastiskt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Vi bodde på 16:e våningen men stördes ändå av alla tutande bilar. Att ta sig över gatan för att komma ner på stranden var ett spännande äventyr. Gångtrafikanter verkar vara lovligt villebråd, inte minst på övergångsställen. Det byggs väldigt mycket vilket också kan upplevas störande. Kommer säkert bli jättefint när det är klart. Rummet med utsikt över havet var annars helt ok. Men efter tre nätter kändes det ändå skönt att lämna för Hoi an.

スタッフのシンディさんが色々と声をかけてくれた。私が英語が得意でないため丁寧に話をしていただいた。 また、帰りの空港まではホテルの計らいでタクシー費用をだしていた抱きました。 今度ダナンに行く際も泊まってみたい。
