The staff was super helpful and accommodating
The staff was very helpful
Contemporary, yet comfortable hotel.
5 day stay- very nice, roomy suite. Contemporary furnishings that were very comfortable. The location was quiet, near Rue Cler and a Metro stop. The only issue was the breakfast experience. The food was excellent; a lot of good choices, hot and cold. But there was tension between the service staff- one senior waiter berated another for sitting us at a table before it had been wiped down. Another day it took 45 minutes to prepare an omelet, which ended up being cooked by the waiter. Clearly short-staff, one disapproving manager walked through the area, but couldn't be bothered to help.
the staff was exceedingly friendly. Easy walk to Eifel tower and shopping. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
The staff was amazing, very efficient, very polite, helpfull. The room was very clean and in a great condition. Loved the fact that we couldn't hear the people in the rooms near us. Higly recommend this hotel!
Excellent service and very professional staff! Loved the breakfast and warm and wonderful accommodations! Definitely would visit here again. Perfect location
I had a wonderful time, they brought to my service immediately. Within minutes I had all requests, it is a 10-15 minute drive to eiffel tower and Arc. There is no traffic there so amazing compared to other hotels with so many cars running through. Definitely worth staying, I got the duplex room which was big and spacious.
Excellent hotel in the center of Paris, very close to everything. Amenities were excellent. Very unique well designed luxury rooms.
Great room
Paris trip
The hotel was small but had everything you needed. We also enjoyed the restaurant and the food was good and one night there was a jazz band who made the atmosphere relaxing. The neighborhood is quite but close enough to the metro station and not very far from the eiffel tower.
Beautiful spacious rooms
Our room was spacious, clean and in a great lication. Loved the bathroom and having a sitting area. Tons of amazing restaurants and shops nearby. Eine glasses and plates were a great touch as we had wine, bread and cheese in our room. Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location.
After a long flight, it was nice finding a happy birthday wish accompanied by a bottle of wine. Room was a duplex and very pretty. Excellent breakfast. Great staff support..
Great stay
Staff was helpful and friendly. Within walking distance to everything. Clean and cozy. Highly recommended and will be back!
Overall this is a 2/3-star property that somehow achieved France's 5-star rating. Between the MOSQUITOS and EXCESSIVE HUMIDITY, its hard to pick a worse problem of the hotel. Also, the staff walking into our room WITHOUT KNOCKING while we were sleeping was very angering. - Friends' room had MOSQUITOS. - Windows were POOLING with water because the ventilation from the bathroom was NON-EXISTENT. - Staff entered room WITHOUT KNOCKING while we were sleeping and indecent. - King room was two twin beds covered with a thin (not even fitted) sheet. - MULTIPLE requests for refills of coffee and water went unfulfilled. - MULTIPLE requests to address the humidity went unresolved. It was a LOVELY property, and beside the staff not doing what they said they would do (like refill supplies, or come up to the room to examine the humidity), the staff was friendly. However, this felt like I was staying a nicely decorated motel 6. For the price, I would stay absolutely anywhere else.
Hotel including staff and service was exquisite. It is located just walking distance from the Eiffel Tower in a safe location of Paris. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again the next time we visit Paris.
It was great.
Hi I didn’t like because they charge me extra money And they didn’t give me the information why.
Excellent customer service and great breakfast options
Great place to stay, and in my opinion, one of the best locations to stay in Paris. The hotel is close to the main attractions, has a great breakfast. The rooms are max of 2 people), but they are big!
Amazing staff. Super quiet and comfy hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond in every aspect of their service. Also, the location is great, walkable to great restaurants and sights.
Dhdhdh
The property was new and have a modern look. Very clean and immaculate. the room and bathroom was big. love everything about it.
Great location
A Chic and Luxurious Parisian Retreat – Hôtel Le Cinq Codet I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Le Cinq Codet in Paris, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Nestled in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, just steps away from the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, the hotel perfectly captures the essence of Parisian chic. The moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel’s sleek, modern design, seamlessly blending contemporary elegance with the charm of a classic Parisian building. The lobby is stylish yet inviting, setting the tone for what turned out to be a luxurious stay. Rooms The room was nothing short of extraordinary. Spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could wish for. My suite featured floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views of the city, and the attention to detail in the decor was impeccable – every element felt carefully curated to enhance the luxury experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was a personal sanctuary with a rain shower and premium toiletries. Service What truly set Hôtel Le Cinq Codet apart was the exceptional service. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive staff throughout my stay, the team went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Whether it was arranging dinner reservations, providing sightseeing tips, or simply offering a friendly smile, the service was personalized and professional. Dining The hotel’s restaurant offe
The hotel is modern, and the room was very nice. We arrived early before check-in and left our luggage with the hotel staff. When we returned later, we found that some of our luggage had been given to different guests. We later found our luggage when we ran into other guests returning to the lobby with our bags.
Bad housekeeping
This property has a major housekeeping problem. When we checked in there was no comforter or sheets (even the night manager was shocked). The next day they straightened the comforter but left the bed, unmade with the remote in it.
The concierge was excellent.
It was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and seemed to take pride in the hotel's history and tradition, which left a strong impression on me. If I have the chance, I would like to stay a few more days to fully experience everything the hotel has to offer.
Fantastic property, fantastic staff, wonderful stay. Would fully recommend. They made my daughter’s 17th birthday very special. Thank you from us both.
The staff was really helpful and we received a great customer service. We have an issue with the shower as it overflown a couple of times, I mentioned the issue to the staff at the end of our 2 day stay because I did not wish to deal with the concern on my last days in Paris. The downside for me, was that I felt a bit overwhelmed with the technology to use the tv. The staff was really friendly and helpful but I could not have been able to watch tv without their assistance. In my opinion this hotel is great for a younger generation.
Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
It was our second time staying at Le Cinq Codet, and it was never a disappointment. We got the Dome Suite this time around, and wow. Just wow. It was as the pictures depicted, and better. Like a penthouse, the suite can be divided into three generous spaces—the living room, the bedroom, and an astonishingly large bathroom with bath, shower, and vanity. We really lucked out on the value and amount of space, considering how most lodging options in Paris are said to be cramped. The suite looks out to a verdant terrace that wraps around two sides, with a fantastic view of the neighborhood and the golden dome of the Invalides just across the way. Daily breakfast buffet is an absolute must—careful to leave room for the remainder of the day! We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and a box of fine chocolates. The housekeeping staff is stealthily attentive for the most part, refreshing our room each day with turndown service. I would choose Le Cinq Codet again in a heartbeat, especially in one of their top suites.
An amazing hotel. The service was exceptional. It was our anniversary and the staff were so helpful in arranging a romantic setup in the room which was beautiful. The room was very nice the best room I’ve stayed in and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent having a wide range of cold and hot options.
Rooms were warmer than we would have liked.
The stay at Codet was wonderful!l very attentive staff very professional, complementary champagne was provided for our honeymoon. Massimo (I think that’s how you say it ) at the desk was especially helpful. Highly recommended
Great staff.
Great location - walkable to tourist attractions. Smaller boutique hotel .
Great hotel in Paris
Excellent location in Paris! We walked everywhere. Clean hotel, clean room, nice bar area. Jean Baptiste was a huge help as we navigated around the city.
Clean hotel, wonderful bathtub and shower. Great service. Nice quiet location, but close enough to restaurants, cafes, a grocery store and a pharmacy.
Excellent place, I look forward to return soon.
The hotel was amazing. Definitely worth the price and definitely would stay there again. Welcoming front staff at all times.
What a gem! This hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood yet within 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff goes above and beyond. All amenities are first class. Would definitely stay there again!
Breakfast option is laughable and staff not doing their job. They hang around and chat while customer have to get up and ask them for things while the restaurant only has 5 people.
Nice quiet area but close to many things
It was very clean and the staff was super friendly.
Good location, surprisingly quiet, easily walkable to Tour Eiffel and Hôtel des Invalides. Nice and updated executive rooms. Particularly wonderful service staff in the breakfast area during the week. Management is attentive to service quality and responds quickly and personally. Overall a very pleasant experience and stay at Le Cinq Codet. The gym area attached to the Spa is a bit small.
Was nice
The staff were great!
Hotel was really nice, we got incredible service, but the massage in the hotel was not good for that money. Don't recommend to buy a massage from this hotel.
Great hotel. Unique rooms. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again.
Hotel was quiet, calm, and the staff were super nice. Located just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and across from Napoleons tomb. My wife and I loved all the cafes and restaurants close by. We highly recommend staying here
Very professional reception and beautiful decor. Will definitely return another time
We just spent five days at the Le Cinq Codet and it was a wonderful experience. From the great staff to the lovely suite, it was perfect! Very close to Invalides and Eiffel in a great neighborhood. Highly recommend!
Excellent
Everything nice and clean just room a little too small
Excellent hotel in Paris. We have been here a few times and we love the service and the nearby Rue Cler where you will find many neighborhood restaurants and shops. It must be a quite upscale neighborhood because the shops offer very high quality products.
Beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. Thank you for an exceptional stay.
The elevator button to the third floor was broken from day1 to day4 (the whole stay). We had to walk down from the upstairs. The fresh towels had dirt on them (most of the time) Other than that, the staff were nice and we enjoyed staying there.
It’s ok
awesome
great location
Excellent staff. Kind, helpful, welcoming. Room was exquisite. Very clean, cute. Rainfall shower was heavenly!! Wonderful stay!!
Great place to stay
the gym is not good some equipment is not working and no attending service people
Fabulous
Stayed at Le cinq Codet
It was a great location & very quiet, service was excellent in all areas,
This hotel is one of the top hotels I have stayed in over the past 30 years of travelling to London. Great area with good access to nice restaurants and attractions The hotel architecture is amazing. Treat yourself to an upgraded room. You won’t be disappointed
Room layouts are not comfortable. No space to keep a big bag. Bathrooms feel like you are on the plane. Not much space to hang towels. Electronics are an issue. A lot of switches and some lights would turn back Hotel has noce decore and vibe but lacks functionality in the design.
All good but the bathroom at the restaurant smells sooo bad ! They sprayed perfume but like ….it needs to be clean with water and cleaning products. Super strong bad odor ( every time the doors open the smells gets to the people eating - like not good for a 5 stars
A wonderful modern hotel with a boutique atmosphere on a quiet street in the 7th. Great staff, good restaurant, rooms with all amenities, 2 blocks to the metro and the local shops and restaurants on Rue Cler. Many good restaurants some with michelin stars within walking distance We would like a more complete gym but it includes a steam room and outdoor hot tub and we hardly missed it since we walk so much in Paris It has become our first choice of hotels when we visit paris
Super hotel and service !
The property was beautiful and very clean and rooms were great. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again!
quiet
Definitely treated like a VIP
The property is great, the staff was wonderful as well. What i didnt like was that I paid for a Deluxe room (which is the 4th room up from the least expensive) and it was supposed to come with a bathtub (i specifically booked this category because of the tub). I also emailed weeks in advance inquiring about the VIP upgrade and was told that would be done upon arrival. Upon arrival i was assigned a room without a tub and it didnt look like a deluxe (the view was also of a back alley). When i voiced my displeasure with not getting a room i paid well in advance for (never mind the upgrade) so then after being told nothing else was available i made a face and the woman who was checking us in was kind enough to find us a proper room. Also there was no bottle of champagne just a voucher for a glass. Other than that our stay was wonderful and i cannot fault the hotel in any way. Rooms are beautiful and clean, staff super friendly and helpful and location is great.
Loved it all
All the staff were excellent and always on hand to assist whenever required. I also really liked the personal touch of the WhatsApp messages. This allowed me to ask questions when I was out and about to plan out the days ahead.
Clean, quiet and close to many great restaurants in the area
Beautiful room in a quiet area with walkable delicious cafes and necessities nearby. Not quite in the city center but 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and metro transport 20 minutes to shopping centers. Very walkable and safe. Helped us navigate the New Years holiday with concierge service. Will be staying here when we return. Thank you for a great stay in the most wonderful city!
Fantastic!
Fantastic stay. We stayed in the Duplex Suite with lovely views of Invalides. Second time at this hotel, would come back again!
First of all the room was bit too small , all the amenities provided just 2 paper cups and stick - not in a proper glass or cup - reception staff upon checking in wasn’t friendly, yes we’re in France but being 4 or 5 stars hotel surely you will provide English movies on tele - 2 nights in Paris is just enough - laundry service need to be bit more flexible with fast service. The only positive staff from the cafe morning breakfast very friendly. Lot of wasted and unnecessary spaces from the room walking to the lift - why have 2 doors security before we enter the room ?
Great location, hotel is clean and spacious rooms. Everyone was very polite.
Room was spacious and very comfortable. Location is outstanding. Service is also outstanding. I wish they had smart TVs.
Highly recommend
Absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend. Staff are amazing and the rooms are unbelievable.
Great service and facilities! Modern. Great location as well.
The hotel staff were always smiling; very helpful!! The food was of excellent quality (the breakfast buffet had an exquisite variety). The hotel is spotless. Highly recommended!! I will be back!!!
Great service! Modern room and amenities. Good location.
Wonderful staff. Great location near Rue Cler and area
Friendly staff and excellent service. Beautiful hotel
Le cinq Codet is serene and homely
Good boutique hotel
Fantastic hotel in a great area and amazing amenities! We had the Codet Suite with a HUGE terrace and hot tub on the terrace overlooking the invalids. I would highly recommend this hotel! I will be back soon bringing the kids.
Wonderful staff. A great area for relaxing and convenient transportation
Home away from home in PARIS!!!
Wonderful Cozy and Homey Boutique style hotel. Definately upgrade to a Junior suite!! It''s worth it especially with a terrace. Staff is terrific...from check in to check out...Couldn't do enough Daria, Noelle and William the bellboy was so accomedating... Friendly in a quiet neighborhood
Welcoming staff, very clean. Would love to stay there again.
Great boutique hotel. Had a great stay. The rooms are nicely designed and very clean. Staffs are very nice. 3 minute walk to metro stop and about 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Would recommend.
Room very nice and spacious also clean Very attentive staff , with a prime location close to the Eiffel Tower Lots of amazing restaurants and little cafés within walking distance of the hotel as well as supermarkets if you’re looking to stock up your fridge while you stay Easy to catch a cab and the cab rides are relatively close to main tourist attractions €10 for each ride
