Wonderful hotel. Very clean and beautiful. The staff is incredibly friendly

Everything is excellent, the accommodation and staff are outstanding, and the breakfast is diverse and delicious.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The apartments are modern, spotlessly clean, and boast fantastic views. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, surprising me by changing my flat tyre – they went the extra mile! It is a truly lovely place, offering a luxurious experience with every amenity you could require. A definite 10/10, and I would absolutely stay here again. I have nothing but praise for this hotel. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway, this is the place. Plus, it's conveniently located just 20-25 minutes from the Croatian border (perfect if you're flying into Dubrovnik) and a 15-minute drive from the car ferry to Port Montenegro.

Beautiful with great breakfast

My partner and I had such a lovely time at this hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. They even left me and bottle and note on my birthday! Will highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was always spotless and in a faultless state of repair, the staff were always very helpful. On arrival they sorted out the parking immediately in the underground park and informed us of all the many included facilities. We enjoyed the spa with pool, water jets and different temperature saunas, also the beach with drinks service and plentifully supplied towels and robes. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection, my favourite hot food being the mini omlettes (ham) or fritatas (veg), my partners favourite was the smoothie/chia seed/kefir bar and both of us loved the home made biscuits. On departure they made us a takeaway breakfast box as we left before breakfast was served. Great location on beach/marina but also really close to a supermarket and local sites (monastery) and within easy reach of other sights in Herceg Novi (forts) and other towns (Kotor and Budva only a modest drive away). We ate at the restaurant for two evenings and the quality of the food was excellent (although not cheap). Good selection of wines including our complimentary glasses. Overall a really pleasant stay.

Everything is great

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, food and surroundings. Big, big downfall was the pool area - full of unruly, very rude / naughty children / teenagers not staying at the hotel. They were extremely rude to us and other guests which left us unable to use the pool due to their behaviour and vile manners. It totally ruined our stay and numerous other hotel guests stay (despite us complaining on numerous occasions). We were extremely disappointed and checked out due to this. Disappointed that a 5* (expensive) hotel allows for outside guests to use the pool area at no extra charge. Totally lowers the standard of the hotel and immediately facilitates.

Great room for our family. The restaurants served the best meals we ate by a long way. High end and good quality ingredients. The staff were very friendly and polite. An amazing hotel.

Lovely hotel & facilities near Herceg Novi

The hotel, the rooms, the grounds, the breakfast, the staff, are all excellent, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded from a superior room with balcony & sea view to a studio with balcony & sea view. It was a lovely start to our visit when checking in. Sitting around the outside pool in the beach area was also very pleasant. Plenty of space on the beach and easy to order a drink. I do however have two slightly negative comments, which remove it from being a perfect stay for us: Firstly: subject to paying a fairly hefty price, the pool & beach area is open to anyone else who isn't staying at the hotel. Which means the pool was very busy and rowdy at times, which didn't make it feel like you were staying at an exclusive 5 star hotel. Secondly: we booked the more expensive hotel transfer (a black Mercedes S class) instead of a regular taxi, to take us to the airport. Annoyingly, our flight was cancelled less than six hours before. I subsequently tried to re-arrange the transfer but was told I could not do this for free as it was cancelled within 24 hours. Essentially I would have to pay again. This was not at all helpful given the already high impact a 24 hour flight delay would cause us. However, to give them credit, after pushing back and discussing with many staff including the hotel manager, they did offer a free exchange and so we drove to another hotel for our last night. Just a shame it left a slightly sour taste.

Had a nice stay at the hotel. Great view from our room that was very comfortable and elegant.

Excellent hotel with superb location, service, restaurants and beach. We had a fantastic honeymoon there. Definitely recommended, suggest paying the extra for a sea view, there’s a busy roundabout at the back of the property.

An outstanding hotel with exceptional facililities supported by professional customer service teams at the reception, spa and restaurants. The Front Office Manager, Sofija ensured we had a wonderful, stress free experience and should be considered a highly valued asset to this well run establishment.

Great Stay

Lazure Hotel & Marina was great! Both the facilities and the staff made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The restaurants onsite are very, very good and great value for money. The spa was lovely - the website doesn’t actually advertise how many facilities are available, but there’s a salt room, two saunas, two steam rooms and two jacuzzis. There should be more tours and sea based activities on offer, however.

This was a fantastic hotel with really high quality service, food and facilities. We had a great stay and it was an ideal base for exploring the area.

What a beautiful property. The room and all around the property were spotless and had a beautiful outlook from wherever you were in the hotel. The staff went above and beyond. Just wish we stayed longer.

Beautiful old building, friendly and helpful staff, relaxing and welcoming

This is a 5* property that gives you an all round 6* experience. From arrival to departure it was truly wonderful. The easy parking, the warm welcome, the highly professional yet friendly, warm and approachable staff, the beautiful buildings, the gorgeous room( recommend the executive suite option!) It was spotless, modern and tasteful. Housekeeping were lovely ladies too! the amazing food- we had the best waiter ever too just so helpful and great fun - the spectacular pool, spa and wellness facilities, the delightful grounds …. And Wow that breakfast buffet was sensational along with the wonderful staff who greeted us with a smile and looked after us every morning. I booked this as a surprise for a 60th birthday and it did not disappoint. There was even a complimentary bottle of prosseco in the room 😀 The atmosphere is wonderful and is perfect for couples or families of any age. The location is perfect with great views over the water and marina. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Thank you so much to all of the staff who made this a fabulous stay.

Amazing property and views with exceptional service and close to everything! This is our second stay so we had a bottle of champagne waiting in the room as an added bonus! Great touch!

Calm elegant tranquil. Two restaurants very good - breakfast is amazing - high quality ingredients- different things to try. It’s a bit of battle to get an outside table at the residence building restaurant. Convenient Location as it is close to Croatia border - 15 mins drive - before Kotor where traffic builds up in the summer. Relaxing private beach.

From arrival to departure we could not fault the staff, accommodation, cocktails or restaurant. It’s rare to find such a well run hotel.

The property is new, clean and nice, the staff are great and the hotel facilities are excellent. this is the first time I actually book a room in a hotel that actually looks better than the pictures. the pictures of the hotel/room do not justify the actual room/hotel. the rooms are spacious, they are more like an apartment. the hotel actually more like a serviced apartments. the only negative thing about it is its location. it isn't in the best neighborhood. trips to Kotor, Porto Budva etc takes an hour . but the drive is nice. didn't mind it. if you are going to stay there without having a car, that could be a problem. otherwise everything was excellent.

Everything was a dream: property, location, hotel staff, food, rooms, bed, pool, bicycles marina, beach, all INCREDIBLE!!! It is rare that a 5 star hotel is this magnificent. I especially want to point out how professional and warm every staff member is: reception, waiters, cleaners, etc. Whoever is training and managing them should be commended. They work with joy from the heart This is the key to good service: sincerity and enjoying your work. BRAVO!!! My only suggestion: welcome drinks and fruit at reception.

Montenegro

No other words, but excellent hotel with attentive staff. We used also a SPA and had lovely massage. Breakfast was delicious. Would stay again here.

Beautiful property nearby Herceg Novi

One of the most gorgeously designed hotel I've been to. Beautiful property, big bright room, and very helpful staff. Big indoor pool, although definitely would have preferred an outdoor pool to enjoy some drinks on the beautiful beach. Nearby Herceg Novi in a 25min walk, and is one of the most charming towns on the Montenegro coast. The smallneach linked to the hotel is also pretty good
