I was surprised about the TV I was disappointed I ate in restaurant was excellent Bath tub looked old Noise level a factor I think take more time signing in older people we don’t always understand; would stay again; inside room

Friendly staff, food was good, no complaints. Just your average hotel. It’s getting outdated but very clean.

Staff were excellent but especially fitness center not clean. Lysol wipes dry and dust bunnies on floor.

Heating system in the room I stayed was not working, internet was disrupted, breakfast was charged again although it was included in the the room rate. Housekeeping does not come to my room.

Check in was instantaneous, courteous and efficient (past midnight). Very convenient for late flights' arrivals

It’s an airport property. The rooms are dated and well kept, but don’t look like the photos on the website.

Staff is always great, and the rooms are nice. This time the only bothersome thing was used meal trays etc. that had not picked up from the hallway near my room, for many hours.

Loved the location to the airport. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The windows were completely frosted up and made our room soooo cold.

Our flight got cancelled twice due to weather in eastern Canada. The hotel was willing to move the reservation up two days for when we were able to rebook our flight. Expedia would not however so we went home. We will book direct with this hotel next time

We enjoyed our stay

to check into the hotel...we had to sit and park on a lane...the parking lot was tight for parking with a truck...room was great and nice and quiet..

For being right at the airport, it was very quiet. Clean spacious rooms. Was offered a wake up call which we took! Shuttle to departures was available at 3am.

Great customer service

We were traveling with my 82 year old father. The woman working the front desk and the gentleman working in the lobby/shuttle van were both extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.

The air in the room is very dry. There are breaks and scratches by the window, and in the bathroom. The beds are vert comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful, courteous and respectful.

We had a great day in the bar and restaurant was very nice with great workers. The only thing I would suggest is new pillows.

Good for early morning flight

It's a slightly older hotel, but clean and fine for what we needed. It was cold out, but walking out through the Grand Hotel brought us just a minute outside of the airport entrance, so we hardly felt the cold. Would stay here again if we have another early flight.

Super fast and easy check in. We stay here often if flying out…so we are on record so that helps. The room was spacious….and super clean. Large bathroom. Breakfast in hotel in morning was excellent. Our server Anna was the best…. Came quickly….warm and perfect.

We decided to stay here to catch an early flight. Check-in was quick and easy, beds were very comfortable. Hallways and bathroom showed their age, but staff were friendly and helpful, and it was super convenient to walk right over to the airport in the morning. Kids really liked the big window looking onto the airport too.
