TravellerUnfortunately, our stay was not so settling. CONS - The washing machine leaked throughout the garage due to a missing hose connector. Tv would not connect to the internet, no netflix as advertised. Blankets smelt from use of previous guests, due to covid these should also be washed after each guest and couches should be vacuumed in between seatings as there were crumbs. I ended up vacuuming this myself. PROS - We had the best host we could ever ask for. Ivan was very helpful and communitive. Lovely Views of Lake Wakatipu from the balcony. This is a 3 story apartment so there are stairs from the garage to the bedrooms to the living room. Not so great for older people. The advert does state 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, but we found two queen beds in each room. This was not an issue for us as only 2 of us stayed here. We stayed 3 nights out of the 4 nights booked as I felt like I needed to get back home to my comfort as my anxiety started kicking in. It's a nice place, lovely great views, it just needs attention to the cons mentioned above and should be great.
TravellerFabulous apartment with wonderful view of the lake and mountains. Very close in the the main Queenstown settlement (10 mins) one way, and the new shopping mall the other. The apartment was spotless and comfortable beds and a good kitchen. Great for a family.
