Overall was good.. Reception was nice and polite only thing is when i request for adaptor socket for my phone charger they dont have any available, take note that the resort was not fully booked so Imposible that they dont have any. Breakfast included only corned beef and sunny side up egg when you ask for xtra egg and rice they will charge you extra. When we arrived to our room and put all our things down air-conditioning is leaking so we need to move to other room..
I didnt like the breakfast they served, no available food for dinner, we were not informed.
Poor Menu Choices
The menu is very limited to filipino pork and chicken cuisine and not worth it for its price--600 php.
I might visit the resort again next time. The peacefulness of the place gave us a break from our usual work routine.
The staff of the resort were all friendly and accommodating. However the surroundings of the resort is stinky. The horrible odor of the sewer is all over the place. Our view from our room was garbage and not garden view as specified in the details of the room. Rooms are poorly lighted. Toilet in our room was clogged when I checked as soon as we got there. Al throuoit our stay the stinky sewer system of the resort filled the bathroom. Room has no closet nor provisions to hang clothes. We were there for a wedding destination event and not simply to swim. The owner of the hotel should improve their facilities with the needs of their guests in mind. That’s the most important factor to consider primarily. To satisfy the needs of your guests.
A nice resort
It was good the resort is nice and quiet.
Awesome stay!
If you are looking for quiet, peaceful and relaxing place, Laiya White Cove resort is recommendable. However you need to improve some facilities and add some beach activities. Also foods are so pricey. There was also sudden electric interruption on the time we been there.
I like the staff. Accomodating and friendly. I dont like that there is no chair/s inside the room. No complimentary coffee/ water
We stayed for two nights and we enjoyed the serene environment. The staff were amazing. They did a great job in assisting us in all our needs. The facility was clean and safe for babies. The breakfast was delicious. They have Pinoy and Continental options. Nevertheless the room that I booked was smaller than I thought. I think the price is too much for the room. There is no fridge nor microwave but they have a kettle that we used for the instant noodles. We needed to ask for another television because the first one was not working. Plus points for the restroom because of the heater and the space. There is also a scented humidifier. Overall it was good but again pricey.
We enjoyed our one night stay. Staff were accommodating. Services was superb! Surely will be back soon!😍
I was surprised by how spacious the resort was. The rooms were bigger than I expected and everything was neat. Our family loved it here. The area was really quiet and it wasn't crowded when we got there. All the staff members were courteous and very approachable. Thanks for the great experience! We will definitely be back.
Banquet services could be greatly improved —- quality of food was so-so, but overly priced
Nice place with good breakfast and accommodation
Not friendly and everything has a charge
Arrived late got the smallest possible room... Thankfully for second night got shifted to a decent room. For the price I paid it's not worth. Few hundred here and there you get better room in the vicinity... Food options are limited and expensive.. group menu which says good for 2-3 people hardly sufficient for one person .. drinks are exorbitantly expensive... Went to Blue Coral for lunch paid half of what I paid in there... Apart from courtesy from staff nothing is worth it...
Food was not as varied as in Menu. No ammenities. ...
Having stayed at great hotels and resorts, i found the place a bit lacking and disappointing especially considering its price. Rooms were not that big. Toiletries were also not enough considering the price they charge. They dont have coffee facilities in their rooms. No refrigerator and no drinking water. It’s inconvenient to go to the resto to get water. The canals of the property smelled. Liked the beach. Food was over all just so-so. Liked that thru allow you to bring in your own food without corkage fees. Also liked the fact that there was a convenience store very near the property.
Upon arrival our check in was not a very good experience from the long trip from Manila to Batangas. The receptionst "Maril" was at first not very friendly and little bit rude and started to charge us some unexpected fees!!! The property is right on the beach but you will need water shoes because it is quite rocky until you go further on into the water. The sand is white and the view is beautiful with Mount DaGolden in the back ground with calm waters. Jet skiing is also available for 2500 php for 1/2 hour or 4500 php for a whole hour. This was quite enjoyable for the whole family and JC who was responsible for the seadoo was very informative about safety and patient with picture taking. This was a very quiet resort catering most to seniors because there is not much night life or entertainment. We would recommend this resort to those who want peaceful and relaxing experience.
Not internet connection No wi-fi For the rest is good
