Stayed in premium room. Well appointed room but relatively small. Only had instant coffee.
Nice hotel, and convenient location
I spent the Shabbat in the LS hotel and enjoyed the hotel very much. Since there were not many businesses open, they (Reme, I think, but my spelling could be wrong) offered me breakfast that I didn't reserve. The staff were very friendly, greeted me wherever I saw them.
Staff was very helpful and responsive, clean nice rooms, powerful showers, great food
Very helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, powerful showers and great location
So on Expedia it was confirmed that my stay will include breakfast but on the computer Hotel wasn’t confirmed. They accommodate me with breakfast. It’s an issue to be fixed
Great location meters from tram and half kilometer from the central train station. Very nice property friendly and helpful staff
Great hotel and breakfast was really good. The rooms were a little small but everything was very nice, modern, and clean.
Having just returned from my holiday at the hotel and my 1st time staying there, I would like to say how friendly, helpful and caring all the staff are, nothing was too much trouble for anyone. When you needed help or asked a question someone was there immediately. The only thing I missed was a swimming pool. I will definitely stay again. Thank you all.
The hotel was o.k. good location for going to the Market, free parking breakfast was o.k.
Not worth the price. Hotel room and bathroom was not very clean, old towels, no housekeeping done for the first two days. I don’t mind to pay for a good hotel but I think this hotel is over priced.
Amazing place!
Wow !! A great choice. Very comfortable And has a great staff - well trained with love to help. What an amazing stay
What a great choice Clean and nice. Great staff that really look out for you. A pleasure staying at The Lady Stern Hotel
Beautiful clean room with accommodating staff
Everything was great. Especially Mahmoud from front desk is very helpful and excellent person.
A perfect location , the cleanliness of the hotel and above all the hospitality’s of Riad the manager in charge. Highly recommended
The property was a little difficult to access:cabs could not get close to the front entrance
Wonderful location, very quiet. Staff was very helpful. Loved the view of the city. Walking distance to many places. The only thing that I was not happy about was a small cafe to have coffee or a sandwich. The restaurant only served big meals.
Never got checked in. They did see my reserbation. Please refund fast.
The hotel is clean, modern, and well-located, but felt sterile. It was largely unoccupied while I was there, which was eerie and depressing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but there are no other amenities such as an exercise room. There is no information in the room about hotel facilities or local attractions, restaurants, etc. Room make-up service was bizarre, with cleaners knocking at 7:15 am, replacing barely-used soap and shampoo, etc. every night, and providing a random assortment of towels. The mini-bar was empty, which was more of an issue than it might be in other locations because if you stay there on Shabbat would not be able to find anything to eat anywhere, and a minibar could at least provide snacks.
The pillows were the best ones i have ever experienced in a hotel!
Visit to Jerusalem
Mid century modern decor. Very clean and comfortable. Rooms are small but very quiet and clean. Excellent breakfast. Staff helpful. Close to tram that takes you to old city.
A great hotel
An amazing hotel. Great service and in a very good location. We stayed there 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff and the manager Shai are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is unbelievable!!! Very clean and lots of choices. Overall, I would give it 10 stars:)
Find a different hotel!
A very strange and poorly-managed hotel. Stayed four nights. Overhead shower never worked and they didn’t fix it for us. Never refilled in-room coffee and tea packets. Wouldn’t allow my wife to carry her coffee cup from the room into the restaurant. One morning at 7:30 a worker came into our room in spite of us having the Do Not Disturb sign on our door. And the breakfast buffet was very average.
The property is new so it is in good condition, but there are many things that need attention. We would not stay here again.
Brand new property in a traditional neighborhood, several shops and marts around, 6 min walk to station, very convenient
Cold room, very disappointing customer service
I would love to say we had a great stay in Lady Stem hotel, but unfortunately we didn't.. In short: - got a faulty room (very cold with broken AC, cold air inflow and 11 Celsius) - little interest to find a solution from the staff - had to call/ go 5 times before getting a change, after numerous 'repair' intents (3 first visits were different people doing the same basic stuff - checking if the AC is on, and window closed, although we said their colleagues already did it...) everytime having to remind about the situation/ issue myself) - got a single room instead (paying for a double) with a stained bed sheet that didn't get changed - was lied about room availability (was told by a lady that no other room was available, while on the website there were at least 5 "standard double" rooms ready to book, that was also confirmed by the other receptionist) - finally left in a single room as the receptionist stated he would have to call the manager to change our room taking a lot of time, or we would need to talk to him personally the following day). We didn't want to proceed with this hillarious situation and waste more of our holiday, so we gratefully passed on this 'opportunity'. Anyway, if we felt miserably earlier due to having to sleep in a cold room and wasting hours for back and forth 'repairs', we felt much worse after being tricked into getting a single room and cheated about the lack of alternatives...
Well located but unfinished Hotel
This is a brand-new hotel. Very well located on Jaffa St. Close to the bus and new train station. Good Wi-Fi and a lot of dust. We stayed one week in this hotel, during this time, We moved room 3 times due to installation problems. No AC, as it was a little bit hot, we have to open the windows to sleep. The manager Rad Abu, told me; no AC in Jerusalem hotels at that time of the year. ??? As soon as we arrived at room 905, we noted the bath drain was completely clogged, talked with the front desk lady, she told she will take care. When we came back at 7PM nothing had been done. Talked again, 10 minutes later, a plumber knocked our door to fix the problem. After five In/Out on the room he gave up. Then the moved us to a different room(1011). After we complain the AC problem the manager Rad Abu (He was very polite and accommodative), offered us an upgrade to a big room (315). However, this room had the same bath drain clogged, as we are leaving next day we decided to give up. Like I said, this is a new and well-located hotel. However, those problem would be avoided if the manager: 1- Had a check list to assure the room are full functional before put a guest inside, 2 – Put more focus on employees behavior, training them to enhance communication between them and be more polite with guests. These simple actions would avoid a lot of bad review.
There was only what to like... location, staff, design, layout, decor, cleanliness, comfort,price... and I didn't eat but the layout looked quite impressive!
Recommended.
Very comfortable room. Very wide range of foods for breakfast. Highly recommended.
Very Happy
Absolutely loved it! The desk staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. A little dusty because it’s recently a completed construction project. Very beautiful hotel in the perfect location... loved it and I will return.
Five star service, two star price
I will be back again. I received five star service for a two star price. I was so impressed with the staff, the room, the location. I will be back. Great location, and unlike other places in Jerusalem this close to all sites, it was so reasonably priced!!!
The hotel is new. The rooms are pampering. Excellent staff, excellent food and excellent location. The hotel is excellent and highly recommended.
Excelente servicio!
Consider staying somewhere else
Air condition did not work properly in room and kept the temperature between 25 and 27 degrees all night, no matter what it was set to. Also, impossible to get in contact with the hotel via email.
Boutique hotel centrally located with very good breakfast
Good location, comfortable and awesome services
Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome with a variety of selections. Very good location as the light rail station is around the corner. One thing I would like to particularly address was that they sent my lost items in the safe that I forgot to bring back to Taiwan efficiently. Much appreciated.
Sublime. Hermoso.
Espectacular, hermoso hotel.
Me gustó mucho y espero regresar pronto. El persona amable.
service at hotel is awful especially at reception.
great ambient and style. central area. 20 minutes to the old town. market nearby
Hi. All was good. Just at night was veryhopt and the AC only worked on heating
