Wonderful hotel in a great location and a super friendly staff

The staff was amazing and the hotel very stylish and comfortable. Everyone was very welcoming and supportive. We didn’t get a room upgrade because they were fully booked but they went above and beyond in other ways- transferring our luggage to their sister hotel, booking spa treatments and their unwavering cheeriness. Highly recommend staying with these spectacular hosts.

This property is superb… convenient location in Hanoi city… restaurant served great breakfast as well as excellent dinner menu and service .. the staff in the hotel are excellent. Throughout the hotel all staff were friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile by welcoming smiles and outstanding service. The rooms are so clean and comfortable .. we lived our stay here and highly recommend when in Hanoi

The decor is sophisticated and stylish and the property it is very clean and well maintained. It’s also well located in the Old Quarter. The best part was the many staff we interacted with who were incredibly kind, helpful, efficient and attentive to detail. They made our stay super. We highly recommend LaSiesta!

Perfection

This was one of the most perfect hotels I have ever stayed in. The entire experience from check in to check out was flawless. The hotel is gorgeous with such a beautiful lobby, tastefully decorated rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff were exceptional and made check in feel very personal and professional. Location wise it is 10/10. Many of the top sites of Hanoi are within a few minutes walk. There is also a lovely rooftop bar. As someone who has stayed in hundreds of hotels, this one is nearing the top of my list, including ultra luxury hotels.

First class service. Team first class. Good quality room. Very central. Super cloud 9 bar, not overly expensive for the view. Highly recommended.

Beautiful common areas, amenities and rooms. Clean, beds are super comfy, great breakfast included. Staff are all amazing. Linh Pham was especially helpful and friendly! She went above and beyond to help me get meds from the local pharmacy when I wasn’t feeling well. Great location and in walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!

A great spot in the Old Quarter

A fantastic spot in the busy and gritty Old Quarter. Fantastic breakfast buffet and great rooftop bar.

It is always a pleasure to stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The location is convenient and the staff always goes the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied.

Exceptional service and a slice of luxury, right in the centre of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable when we asked them for recommendations (thanks Quan!) and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. So good we returned for an extra night after we’d been to Halong Bay (and we booked to stay at La Siesta in Hoi A too!).

This property is in Hanoi Old City. It is beautifully decorated, rooms are immaculate and the staff goes out of their way to help. I would rate this hotel as one of the best places to stay in Hanoi

Perfect location, comfortable rooms

This was our second time here. The hotel is great, in a GREAT location. To save money we did the windowless room which I wouldn't do again. You have no concept of if it's 8 at night or 8 in the morning. Bathrooms are quite small, but the shower is great. Bed is super comfy. There is a mini bar. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff is very nice. Perfect hotel for exploring Hanoi!

Great place to stay!

Hotel staff could not have been better, they always have a smile and willing to help. Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Location was perfect to walk around and see all the shops and eat the local food. Experience was 10 out of 10! I would stay here again if I travel back to Hanoi. Thank you to the staff for a great experience.

The room was clean and very functional. The hotel staff was ver friendly. They greeted you with lovely smiles and served with the highest professionalism and kindness; which made our stay so much more pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The food was fresh and delicious. We still missed the Pho!! Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, superb service! Traveled with my family, 2 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed our stay very much and wished we could stay longer. We will definitely stay again.

We only spent 3 days in Hanoi and wanted to make the most out of it. La Siesta Hang Be definitely set us up for success to do that. The location is perfect, if you can walk a mile you can see almost everything you want in the Old Quarter. Walk out the door and immediately experience the city. They provided services for pick up and drop off at odd times from the airport (which I would highly recommend using) , held our bags all day after checkout, and even offered a place to shower before transport to the airport. The front desk was very helpful and provided a great list of local suggestions and directions on a small map. Phú was our focal point of contact as he checked us in and hit it off immediately asking about his excellent English and American accent. He was very friendly and very helpful suggesting places to visit and directions with our limited tome to experience his beautiful city. The rooftop bar has some incredible views, service, and cocktails too. Always a big plus in our book. If we find ourselves back in Hanoi we will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect stay in the old quarter! The hotel staff were incredible, probably the most attentive and helpful staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel before. It’s right in old quarter which has so much to do. Highly recommend!

Just a wonderful stay

The hotel was in the perfect location in Old Quarters.the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ruby who gave us some useful recommendations and answered all my queries. We had the Veranda Suite and it had a balcony looking over the hustle and bustle outside. Do bear in mind you will hear the cars beeping but that is just part of the charm and it did not stop us sleeping at all. The bar upstairs gave us great views of the City. Also loved the restaurant where we had breakfast, bright and stylish.

With all the great reviews and multiple recommendations, I had high expectations of this hotel. They definitely did not disappoint. The level of service was extremely high quality and very personable. I was very impressed on how several of the staff remember my name, basic information about me and anctivit I was doing and gave great recommendation. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well l designed. The restaurant had really good breakfast, and the roof top bar was really fun

We had very welcome from hotel, all staff are nice and friendly. Easy to communicate with them. Room are clean, nice and comfortable. Hotel breakfast are delicious especially pho ga which one of the staff told me that its chef secrets recipe. Altho 1 night stay i feel everything was well take care during my stay. I highly recommend for this hotel.

The service at this hotel is the best that I’ve had anywhere in the world (and I have travelled extensively): the staff were attentive and exceptionally helpful, remembering who we were and what we had planned. Lam in particular was brilliant from start to finish, offering us advice, messaging us with useful information, helping to troubleshoot when we had issues with our e-sims and Grab, and getting us tickets for the Water Puppet show. We booked a junior suite which was spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented . The bed was fabulously comfortable with high quality bedding, and the aircon was good and powerful (which was a relief as it was very hot and humid during our stay). Our room had a tiny balcony overlooking the street - not big enough for chairs, but a good spot to watch the world go by. The door to the balcony was badly fitted so we got quite a lot of street noise, but you expect that in the Old Quarter. The location was excellent for sightseeing in the Old Quarter and there was a huge choice of cafes and restaurants close by. The lake and water puppet theatre are 5 minutes walk. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit. The views from the rooftop bar are excellent and there is a happy hour (5.30-6.30 I think). The prices are a bit expensive compared to the bars on the street, but cheaper than other rooftop bars I’ve been to - would be a great spot to watch the sunset.

Kind and caring team that exceeded all our expectations. We traveled for a month throughout Southeast Asia and stayed at many hotels. La Siesta Hang Be’s team and service was unmatched; we couldn’t have asked for better service and care. Just WOW!

Hotel was beautifully decorated including our room. Staff were superb, attentive, polite and most helpful. Breakfast had lots to offer. The rooftop bar had a great atmosphere.

All the staff were very welcoming and I can feel that they are genuinely concerned and care for each guests. It’s our first time staying in this hotel and definitely won’t be the last!

Fabulous hotel in Hanoi

We had a wonderful time staying at La Siesta Premium Hotel in Hanoi. A great welcome and first class service the 3 nights we were there. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and a special mention to Quan and Ngan who really go out their way to ensure all is perfect and to your liking and help booking tours etc. It was so good, we are now booked in to La Siesta Saigon for our trip to Ho Chi Minh.

Very nice hotel with great location

La Siesta Premium Hang Be was the best hotel we stayed at in Hanoi. After our trip to another part of Vietnam we stayed at a different hotel when we came back to Hanoi. We wish we would have stayed at La Siesta Hang Be again. The service/staff members were amazing. The complimentary breakfast was the best we had during our time around Vietnam. We arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. I highly recommend staying at La Siesta Hang Be. You will love everything about the building and the staff who make the experience so well worth it.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and extremely accomodating when we experienced some noise issues with our original room. They fixed the issue in a very timely manner and ensured that we were comfortable and happy! We received some great restaurant and tour recommendations as well as a wonderful spa experience during our stay. This hotel experience was excellent! Highly recommend.

The Hotel is 5*. From the moment we made initial contact the staff, service, accommodation, restaurant, facilities, and decor was amazing. There is nothing I would change. The the restaurant had a beautiful view, service and food were great, and even had vegetarian options. This hotel is in the Old Quarter so easy to walk around and enjoy. We missed a night due to not getting a visa on time and the staff were super helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Perfect stopover and stay for anyone exploring Hanoi and/or planning a trip to Halong Bay. Exceptional service provided by Mr Lam (“Edward”), who offered to connect on WhatsApp upon check in and helped with brilliant recommendations for everything we needed, responding almost immediately each time. Absolutely first class service. Good breakfast, excellent food and service for dinner at the restaurant. Room was clean, laundry service quick and a fair price (especially for a good hotel). The only constructive recommendation if I may, would be to provide larger bath towels as they are way too small. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. We will return.

A Surprise Discovery in Ha Noi

It was an excellent stay. The facility was in good condition. The decor was modern and in good taste. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast served a large variety of choices, both local and western fares.

The hotel is in the middle of everything and completely walkable to all of old quarter. Breakfast was great every morning and we had dinner at the hotel once and it was wonderful. The bar at the top had great views, drinks, & snacks, but we chose to walk around and have drinks in town, much cheaper. Rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfortable. We did book late and the only option left was the windowless rooms so we didn’t have a view in an already dark room. I think a windowless room is doable for 1 or 2 nights, but we were there 4 nights and I was wanting some fresh air and sunlight. Otherwise, everything was great!

We loved our experience at La Siesta. The hotel staff was very helpful when it came to arranging our trip from before our arrival to our actual stay in Hanoi. The concierge was amazing at helping us with recommendations. The hotel itself is also beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Great location too.

This hotel is in the perfect location in Hanoi to explore delicious food and great shopping. The rooms are delightful and the breakfast is so delicious! The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They will go out of their way to make your stay confortable. A special thanks to mIss Ngan Phan who gave us amazing reccommendations on what to see and where to eat. We had a wonderful time and we will dedinitely stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect 10/10. Exceptional stay in the old quarter of Hanoi. Can’t wait to return. Rooms clean spacious and well appointed. Hotel amenities are excellent. From the spa on the ground floor to the Cloud Nine restaurant and lighthouse sky bar. Phu assisted us at check in and throughout our stay. We dinner reservations, recommendations. Excursions Water Puppet theatre show tickets and more. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of travelling to Hanoi for the first time.
