The room we got had some kind of weird smell. It also felt humid if we did not keep the room extra cold. The refrigerator was unpluged when we arrived.

Room not ready & couldn’t get keys from valet.

Close to all the river walk and Alamo

This hotel was way better than the $450/night Marriot on the riverwalk and the price was awesome!!!

Quick stay

Nice and clean. Great amenities, breakfast was a little crowded with not enough tables, food was ok.

There are a lots of public parking around if you want to walk and Be careful if you park under the big tree. It’s easy to walk to the Alamo and River Walk.

Great hotel for our quick vacation. Staff were great and upgraded us to a king suite for free without even asking! It was kind of chilly during the morning/evening but, great news for my kids bc the pool was perfect warm temperature! I don’t know if the pool is heated but, it sure felt like it even when the temps were mid 50’s-60’s outside.

I loved the included hot breakfast every morning, but the added $32 a night for parking at the hotel was an unexpected expense.

Great service and comfortable rooms.

They had a room ready im about 45 minutes when i was checking in like 3 hours early. Fast, great valet they took care of my luggage while I was waiting on a room. Room very clean and great views, mini refrigerator, table and microwave to heat my food. Great and friendly staff. Easy to check in and check out.

All was good, except the charge for parking. Don’t charge so much.

Frustrated

My stay was average. Hotel was crowded. Long check in lines. I was charged $30 more than the agreed price. On top of the extra $30 charge that I assume was for parking, even though the check in staff told me parking fee would be deducted from the deposit,a $100 deposit was taken and still has not been returned to my debit card. One of the only 2 elevators was not working for several hours and caused an even bigger back up and there were long lines and long wait times for the other elevator. Very inconvenient for the high price.

Great customer service and staff. Property is super clean. Breakfast is good with cute Texas shapes waffles. Our room needed some minor cosmetic repairs but was comfortable and nice. Would stay again.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Considering how crowded it was and obviously fully booked we had no problems and rested well.

The staff was courteous, polite, and helpful. The parking was good. The location for excellent for the purpose of our trip! The breakfast was excellent!!!

Excellent location

Very close to the Alamo and Riverwalk.

My family was in town for state finals and chose to stay here, it was a nice, clean hotel near the riverwalk. The bar downstairs was great, the bartender was friendly and made amazing drinks. We would definitely return.

Hotel is a fantastic location for conventions and the Riverwalk at an affordable price. It was clean and staff pleasant. One thing that could have used a little improvement for our party was the hot breakfast buffet options. They have scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles every morning. While they were done well, there is no variation from day-to-day. It's fine if you are staying only a day or two. Beyond that you are wishing they changed it up a bit. For instance, bacon one day and sausage the next. Also, similar hotels offer potatoes of some kind. Beyond that, this hotel is a thumbs up for me.

Good location to get to the Riverwalk. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms were full of animal hair even though i asked to be put in a non animal room due to being highly allergic, and one girl there was super rude and hung up on me and I did not get her name. Won’t be back.

I did not like that the price I got from Expedia was not respected by the hotel..they charged 25 dolar extra. Also I did not know that the hotel had no free parking and they only offered valet service which was 40 dolar plus tip for one night. At that price I would reserve a different place.

Clean beds, good breakfast, not great location

The Breakfast was really good. Fresh food lots of choices. The Pool was clean, pool slightly heated and hot tub not overly hot but nice. Long lines at check in had two rooms-one with broken fridge, one with broken shower faucet, dog damage to trim in bathroom, mold under sing rim, stained carpets in hallway. Description deceptive not on riverwalk several blocks away and not a pretty walk. noisy and dirty. Not enough parking spot in parking lot.

Valet made parking easy. Pre-checkin was a breeze. The experience made rhe trip so easy.

surprise check-in, nice stay

Hotels.com booked the wrong night, so I was told I had to call Expedia to get the reservation changed to 2/17 check-in date. I could not understand 3/4 of what the lady (apparently from India) was trying to say to me. Luckily the young girl at the hotel check-in desk was extremely nice and helpful; she spoke with the India lady and 15-20 minutes later the reservation was finally changed. I then learned that the rate of $114 shown on googlemaps does not include tax, guest service fee ($28+),or parking ($32+tax). Grand total therefore became $180+/- for one night stay. Room was very nice, and quiet. Thermostat can be set to the temp you want, but there is no option to have the fan only come on when the unit is making cool or heat; fan runs continuously. Breakfast was very good, but there is no bulk half&half offered, only the tiny plastic containers. Only 2% milk for cereal, no whole milk.

The room was dingy and toilet was not working. I had to ask to change rooms.

I liked the walking ability that we had. We were able to walk to the Convention center and to all the restaurants we wanted to eat at.

Our rooms were great, amazingly quiet even in the middle of downtown right by the freeway, staff was superb, gym was good as was the pool with plenty of towels made available. If there were any room for improvement it would be more elevators…really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great, other than the sink in our room being clogged. We couldn't use the sink due to this.

Everything went well, except in room 414 there is a bed harder than a rock, other than that the stay went well. Good breakfast, good location and the fire alarm didn’t go off on us this time..3rd times a charm😆

Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. Wall in the bathroom and bathroom doors were dirty. All things that housekeeping should be looking for when cleaning.

Sleeping approved…that’s about it.

For the amount of time we used the room, it served its purpose. The showerhead could definitely use a cleaning or be replaced, the dead bug on the wall was an interesting touch and the absolute NIGHTMARE that is parking are the drawbacks for me. If I’m required to pay $35 for parking, I’d appreciate mandating that all occupants park in one spot and straight. Not being able to get out of my car through the doors and having to crawl out of the back is not ideal. Also requested a late check out but they deactivated my card at 11am and didn’t let me know I’d have to come back to the desk to have it extended until we were locked out. Parking in downtown is not great but we stayed at a different hotel for night 2 and had a better parking experience (free) at a cheaper rate nightly, cleaner facility and larger breakfast area.

Sandra and Lydia took very good care of my family and I. It was a wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended.

I didn’t like that the hot-tub and pool were so dirty. I felt uncomfortable going into the hot-tub with how dirty it was. My room seemed a bit dirty as well. I was not a fan of the pillows. They are very small, flat and uncomfortable. The staff were very kind and polite, and the breakfast was decent.

The hotel needs to be updated. The bathroom is really old and dirty looking. Not enough elevator that’s worked for the amount of hotel guests. Long waits for elevator. Outside traffic noise was very loud and woke me up several times in the middle of the night. Will not stay here again

There was a problem with Expedia and their “virtual card” and the amount charged. Hillary at the front desk and the manager were efficient and professional and resolved the issue quickly. Our stay was comfortable, restful and pleasant. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
