Great

It was nice just to far from downtown SA, but that was my fault, I don't really know around SA.

We had a great stay! Check in was extremely easy and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was great with the exception of the noise from our upstairs neighbors.

San Antonio work trip

Quick trip to S.A. everything was close by

Just a few things. First, I was charged for having my licensed service animal with me which is a first. I have never been charged for having my service animal with me. The property isn’t in the best area. We were put on the 2nd floor and could hear people walking and banging around upstairs till 3am. Walls are paper thin. 1 star but added a star for breakfast which was decent.

The desk chair could use a cushion and the couch a foot rest. A bit picky but that would be an improvement.

Came for a swim meet. Close to the pool. Breakfast served early, even on weekends. Lots of restaurants in the area. Our room faces the hotel behind and not the highway so it was quiet. Bed was comfy.

The room smelled good when we walked in, unlike a normal hotel room.

We thought this property was great. Clean, updated rooms. Happy with the breakfast. Brought our dog and they had a dog run that he enjoyed.

Damaged truck

Truck was broken into. Glass broken and damage to trim. Not a very secure location. Won’t stay at this location again.

Met my needs

Beds were not that comfortable but loved having no carpet.

Only issue i had was pillow cases were stained or maybe not cleaned or changed

Relaxing accommodations

Have stayed at this facility a number of times. Have appreciate all aspects of the room, lobby and food service area. This trip was particularly enjoyable as we were assigned a suite to accommodate my wife's physical disability

Rooms are nice. Clean. Quiet. They accepted our little dog which was very important for us.

I have stayed here twice.. and has always been pleased, however, this time was not so great! The staff was immature in customer service, gave you an unpleasant welcome, I waited 15 mins in front of the service desk , no staff was present due to they were busy in the back taking care of housekeeping. I stayed there 2 days, Never had housekeeping unless you request it! Had 2 dirty towels on arrival. The area around the hotel had people staying there drinking and listening to music outside in the parking lot! Overall, not the La Quinta I expierence the first time! Will never go back!

Hairs in the tub and the water wouldn’t go down when showering. Water stood still for over 40 min and I can’t get a refund. I have photos of these occurrences with times. I’ve never had issues at a La Quinta. Was told by manager named Mike i’d be refunded just to call Expedia. I then called Expedia. They called the hotel and we’re notified that I wasn’t allowed to be refunded.

The room was nice but the hotel is starting to show its age.

The room was comfortable and clean, but the carpeted hallways were very dirty and in need of vacuuming.

Very close and convenient to our daughter's home where the family was all visiting.

Having stayed at another La Quinta the night before, this was a stark difference in cleanliness, staff friendliness, and overall attention to detail. Everything was clean. Even the toilet paper was folded pretty. The previous hotel the night before had roaches. Yes, multiple. It was a La Quinta in the same town, that I will not mention the location of, but I was so glad for this refreshing clean La Quinta.

Since my last stay approx two years ago the rooms have been upgraded/remodeled. At least the room I was provided. Very clean and comfortable.

Hotel was super clean, smelled great as soon as you walked in. Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and the room was cozy.

Stay was great. If going to a show in Helotes, this was within 10 minutes. Easy drive. Hotel was clean, comfortable and cozy. Typically wouldnt stay in a La Quinta but this one was amazing.

Sporadic sounds

Really don’t understand why every night they have the fire alarm go off for a few seconds and they had a group of 100 kids making lots of noise running up and down hallway housekeeping did a great job

Our stay was very calm and comfortable.

The staff and property were nice and clean. We had issues with the amount of noise at the hotel due to a large group of teenagers that came in around 11pm each night and ran the hallways screaming, cursing, banging doors until 130am in the morning. We called down to the front desk to complain but this happened nightly for our last 3 nights that we stayed.

We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Bad experience

You can hear everything going on around you.

This was my second time staying at this location and my first time in a king suite here. We loved it!!! Its super spacious and had all the feel of a home away from home. I will be booking this hotel again this week and requesting to stay in the same room for my business trip.

The room was very comfortable. The walls are very thin and every night was noisy from hall and neighboring walls.

The hotel is very convenient to everything. Staff was amazing and let us do an early check in. Definitely would recommend!

Nice hotel, good location

Clean hotel, good location. The room was nicer than we thought. Room was clean and very roomy. Bed was nice. Check in was fast and easy and the young man helping us was great. Breakfast could use some changes as it was the same items on both mornings we were there but still very filling. Definitely coming back.

Everything was super clean and smelled great! Love that there’s no carpet in the rooms but rather vinyl plank. Housekeeping came daily. Staff was very polite. Check-in was super slow because the front desk clerk was away, but he was very helpful once he returned. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here before as it is nice and had great service in the past. The check-in person was very polite the night before. Before 9 am we had a knock on the door for housekeeping. I said through the door that we were not ready for housekeeping but we were getting ready to leave and please come back in an hour. A few minutes later a lady came and told me that I had checked out downstairs and turned in my keys. I let her know that I did not and we had not even left the room. We were getting ready to leave. She let me know that they needed to get the room ready for the next guest. Again before 9 am. We left and went to check out. We expected at least an apology but the lady and another staff were speaking Spanish and the front desk and just ignored us. I said we were checking out and let them know I had never been thrown out of a room before. I understand mistakes happen but it seemed like an apology would have been appropriate. Also, there was no breakfast. Hopefully, this is not the norm, and some training is just needed.

The staff was amazing. They were able to let us check in really early and appreciated that kind of accomodation.

Everyone was nice. The check in was easy. Our dog was fine staying in the hotel and the hotel did not smell like pets! Good experience

The experience is the best one I’ve had in a long time. The room was comfortable, the service was great, and the breakfast was wonderful. They had several choices for breakfast. For it being a part of the cost of the room, you couldn’t ask for more. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. I plan on only staying at La Quinta from now on when I travel!

Desk clerk was new n friendly. Lots of kids running n yelling in the hallway slamming doors to the rooms late evening. Walls are paper thin - we could hear conversations n fights!! Room was clean. Pillows were super flat or just too soft my head sank.

Interrupted by housekeeping due to a mix up in number of our stay. Management finally figured it out😤.

Great 1st time experience! Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

The rooms were nice, the breakfast, the employees (housekeeping and kitchen staff) all wonderful. The management was a nightmare. He checked us in and he was rude and demanding. He wasn't welcoming, and he even threatened us. This is not good customer service.

I wish there were more properties just like this one!! I stay in San Antonio every other weekend and have tried over 20 hotels, this one is definitely at the top of my list. It was clean, beautiful, staff was friendly and I have zero complaints whatsoever.

Clean room

This is a fairly new property. It is clean and modern. My husband and I really enjoyed it. We picked it because it was close to family. We would definitely stay there again.

This property was very nice. We had the king-size suite and it was perfect for the night before my wedding. It gave us enough room the next day to get our hair and make up done as well as get dressed. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel was very clean. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing Place to stay with Family

This was an amazing find after there was a snafu with our air bnb. We are so happy we found this place. The staff was so wonderful. Everyone from housekeeping to front desk, event the security staff. The rooms were clean. The pool area was amazing as well. Great place to stay if you are heading to San Antonio.

I always stay at this hotel, It is very clean and for the most part quiet. They have had a lot of construction going on but I believe most of it is completed. It seems the entire hotel has been renovated and it really looks great. The rooms have beautiful wood flooring, the bathrooms are nice and clean with new sinks, faucets etc. The bed is always very comfortable. The front lobby is very nice as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Decent, good breakfast choices. Would stay there again. Very close to Fiesta Texas. Friendly staff. Only negative is that you can the hear noise the in hallways.

I like the location because traffic is low and stores and restaurants are nearby. One thing I learned about the parking is that I parked under a tree and found that the birds pooped all over my car. I had to get it washed immediately because it was just too much.

All the staff is so nice and friendly,the property manager is so nice, friendly and helpful. Have stayed here 4 times and will be back

The scent they had was to strong and unpleasant but manageable they could have added a second elevator. Other than that it’s a great place to stay newly renovated.

Our stay was only overnight but it was a very nice and clean room. The lady that helped us when we checked in was spectacular! She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. When we checked out the man was super friendly. I would stay again for sure!
