Gave me the wrong room with 2 beds instead of 1. Not the room I asked for. Bedrooms were different than phot descriptions. Would want my money back…

Our room was in disrepair, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the walls were very thin. The guests in the room beside us had an argument and we could hear clearly every profanity right through the wall. The bathtub drain backed up when we showered. There was a crack in the shower wall that wasn’t repaired. Mold appeared to be growing on the vents. The fridge was dirty inside. Our stay was so bad we couldn’t stay the second night we left that evening and drove four hours home.

Convenient location, busy area. Parking space is limited, so we found some difficult in parking out car inside the premises. Breakfast is the standard-type for US hotels and our room was equipped with all the items we needed. It’s a good hotel for families and business people. An extra elevator would be really useful since this hotel is usually fully booked. We could have a good sleep without noise around.

Hotel was awesome just the shower head was broken that was the only problem we had.

This property had great breakfast and convenient parking. However, our restroom had a lot of stains in the tub and I hadnt noticed until the last day all the stains around the bottom side toilet and inside the rim. Our towels had an ugly smell. The panel of the walls also seemed to be falling apart.

This was a great hotel. We usually love LaQuinta. Our only issue was the air conditioner was very loud. Breakfast was great with good options. Excellent location.

The area good location

The room smelled dirty, the staff in the front desk seemed distracted and not helpful.

The room was decent. A few cracks in the ceiling. The closet doors was broke & they only cleaned our room once. The bathroom had a HORRIBLE sewer smell the moment we arrived. The sink had black sewer dirt in it. We called maintenance & they “fixed it” however a few the next few hours the smell was got worst. The free breakfast was ok. The free parking was first come first serve.Honestly I would not recommend staying here just because the bathroom smell lingered throughout our room.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The living room area in the suite was humongous, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was to die for! 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely return! Friendly staff all the way around as well!

Everything about this place was nice

Convenient location and very clean. Only recommendation would be to change the small pillows on the King bed to larger ones.

We found roaches in our room when we woke up in the morning in our food. And their was cigarettes ashes on the couch when we first enter the room and hairs in the shower. When we brought it up to the front desk they told us there was nothing they can do.

Stayed in this property several times.didnt have reservations here so clerk recommended me to save money go to Expedia.com for better rates. The clerk assisted me with my reservation to stay at this location. When we booked our reservation for Thursday and Friday the clerk accidentally click the wrong day. After seeing this the clerk canceled the reservation right away but I was still charged for the xtra night. If I knew I would loose 157.89 I would have stayed the xtra night. Expedia and Management didn’t try to work this situation out so I am very disappointed as a return unsatisfied customer.

Staff helped with minor first aid issue. HEB market next door is awesome!!!

I booked via expedia and when I went to check in I realized I was a day early. I had booked the room for the wrong date. I was able to book a room for that night but when I asked to have the credit card credited for the wrong night, The hotel refused to credit my account I don't understand. They got their money. Why are they so greedy!

The staff was amazing - from check in to check out! The breakfast attendant ALWAYS had a smile. The room was MUCH bigger and better than we imagined. Would certainly stay here again!!

1 elevator broke down. Pillows go flat due to them being feather so woke up both days with a sore neck. A/C wasnt keeping room very cool kept turning off while set @ 70'-73'. Ceiling in bathroom looked like it had been leaking bubbled paint and discoloration. Room was clean, breakfest hot fresh and good. Staff was polite. Not much parking availble considering the size of the hotel either. Crack in wall behind bathroom door under what looked like a large peel & stick door stopper.

Great stay

Good stay, bed was small for 2 people. We had to move from one to another due to bathtub not draining. One elevator kept breaking down but they did have another elevator. I understand things happen that is out of their control. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful and polite. We did not have to pay for parking and only had to pay a $50 deposit. Will stay again.

The room was very spacious and the staff was great. Elevators are real slow and stairs are not located very well. But other than that, it’s a good property.

Hotel off hwy 35 crowded loud and uncomfortable.

Hotel was really packed. PARKING LOT very full, but was able to find a spot. Rooms were clean but beds and pillows seemed rough and hard. Woke up several times couldnt get comfortable. The roughness of the pillow cases and sheets made it seem hot sleeping. Breakfast did not seem as good compared to other hotels but also for a Sunday morning to have Breakfast only till 9:30 and to fit and serve that money people could be adjusted. No room to.sit so took it back to room. The lines very long to wait to get to food made our food cold while standing around. I would recommend having more choices of muffins danishes, have some oatmeal. More choices of meats ...this is what you competitors have for bigger weekend crowds. Have some.hot chocolate for guest coming in late in freezing weather. I dont feel comfortable saying i would stay here again when there are nore choices. This hotel might be winning because of area but comfort and using your time management can help get the lines down for breakfast, get softer sheets and pillows. The whole part of doing a get away is the sleep and the breakfast when choosing a hotel. Front desk staff are not personalble or friendly...your just another guest hotel was pretty loud, since so many guest..if this is only choice i guess you could stay here just for me didnt fit the bill for me.

Overall was great but the zing in the bathroom was clogged. Other than that it was Excelent.

Good stay. Breakfast was a little crowded. I get that it was a weekend but there should of been more tables out. Other than that no issues.

Excellent hotel stay

This hotel is an excellent choice for your budget on a trip to San Antonio. The riverwalk was close, across from an HEB market, historic walking tour nearby! We had the king suite and it was wonderful! All staff was very helpful and it was clean and smelled amazing the entire stay!

The stay was okay booked a King size bed and paid for it just to end up with two twin or full size beds and wasnt able to sleep together on our couples trip. Breakfast was decent but food area had a lot of little black looking flys around.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Additional help for breakfast staff is needed.

Room was ok , but it really is far from everything and had no clean or refresh of towels in the days and NO refresh of toilette papier - brutal ! Breakfast basic and packed could not keep up with Coffee demand . Emoty coffee urns at 9 am

I stayed one night on the fourth floor, every time I had to go down the elevator has a defect... the door opens again even though there is no one blocking the entrance or knocking from outside, the door closes (to go down to the 1st floor) and the door opens again, two or three times and you have to force the door to close with the "close" button and that is annoying and wastes time going down. I am not an expert but I think they should fix the sensitivity of the door lock sensor. Also there was no orange juice and when they replaced it the machine that mixes it with water is poorly calibrated, more water than juice, in short it was undrinkable. In all other respects it was excellent, clean, comfortable, good parking, great reception staff and breakfast.

Great place and very friendly staff. The mattress didn't have a cover on it, just a sheet. Then the room door had no seals around it anywhere so light shined in all night. My computer monitor is bigger than the tv they have in the room also. But the desk and layout of the room was great. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, and I would consider staying here again.

This is a safe, central location in the heart of downtown San Antonio.

Very good for the price, spacious room.

Very nice room. Had a little trouble with sink not draining and poor flushing on toilet. Housekeeping did not keep us supplied well nor did they clean the toilet without us asking. All in all, good, one of the few hotels with free onsite parking. Big plus in SA.

Roaches

Had great expectations for this hotel based on reviews just not a place I would stay at again. Mold in the bathroom shower, sink and ceiling. Also bathtub drained so weirdly so we were standing in nasty bath water while showering. Hotel is on a louder street so bring ear plugs. These issues are not the reason for my negative reviews though, the baby cockroaches in the room are. First noticed them when i saw one crawling from under our bag shortly after we arrived. The bag was on the counter that holds the coffee maker. Didn’t think too much about it until I saw many throughout our short stay in the same area. I did speak with the front desk shortly before checkout just to let them know they needed to spray.

My family & I really like this place. It’s very hard to find a hotel that can fit a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) comfortably. This hotel was spacious enough that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other the time we were there. Would definitely book again.

Terrific stay

Hotel was terrific, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Lots of people around...traveling, sight seeing. HEB right across street is a plus. Parking is available with the room. Walking to the Market Square is pleasant using the lit walkway. The Riverwalk is a 12 minute walk...not to bad. I will definitely use this hotel my next stay in SA.

Place was close and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The HEB market was very convenient for us and it was right across the street.
