Great place for families.

Very convenient location in San Antonio. Getting to the Riverwalk and the other popular site was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast made the stay very nice. HEB right across the street was great for groceries and other stuff. Will come back again.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. My family and I were very pleased with our stay. it was very close to everything. H-E-B is across the street and the river walk is small walk away or a short Lyft ride away.

This is a top-end mid-range hotel. Excellent value in downtown San Antonio. And the bathtub in the deluxe suite was terrific.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was so convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The service was great, the housekeeping kept our room clean and refreshed. The breakfast each morning was hot and the selection was wonderful. We will for sure stay here on our next visit.

Room service obviously didn’t come before we checked in. There were panties left in the bathroom from the previous guest

As we got off the elevater it smelled of mildew. At 5:58 AM the fire alarms go off and everybody leaves the rooms to walk downstairs to go outside, including my senior citizen mother who had trouble getting down the stairs. After waiting for 5 min, another person walks in to see what's going on. They didn't even walk outside to tell us it was a false alarm. After we walked in they told us it was a false alarm from the kitchen. We go back to our room to lay down and at 6:22 AM the fire alarm starts beeping again and we could no longer go back to sleep. As we checked out, I asked about a discount and was told since i booked with Expedia i would need to contact them. After contacting Expedia i was told i needed to contact the hotel and was sent in circles. This hotel doesn't care about its guest at all and i wouldn't recommend ever staying at this location.

It was very comfortable and close to downtown. The room was very spacious and clean. Beds could be a little softer but enjoyed our stay.

we had a nice time in your hotel... the location is great we had a mis-hap in our room 414 (sewage smell) we moved to another room (your maintenance, front desk, maid) were so helpful.

Our room had a very musky smell not sure what it was, but after we sprayed Lysol it kinda help. Otherwise Staff & Breakfast was great.

This La Quinta was very very nice, the Christmas decor was beautiful, the rooms were amazing, convenient to downtown San Antonio and very reasonably priced.

The noise from the hallway was extremely noisy and the pull-out sofa bed was horrific. Luckily we brought a blowup mattress and air plugs or we wouldn't have got any sleep.

The hotel and room was clean. There’s a grocery store within walking distance. Close to everything downtown. Staff was pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean hotel, spacious rooms, quiet and the staff was polite, also very convenient location close to the riverwalk. A lot of the hotels in that area don’t have parking but this one did have parking on site which it was a plus for us.

Great location and convenient to the Riverwalk and Historic Market Square. There's also plenty of free onsite parking - a plus. The room was comfortable and spacious with the usual amenities: coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. The desk staff was friendly and helpful as well. We'll stay there again.

Only one elevator working. Had to wait in line evey single time. Or we had to take the stairs with luggage. Horrible!! Did not see anyone fixing the other elevator either.

Lovely staff and a warm greeting. Room and bathroom could do with some maintenance. Also wondering about the insects that were spotted in the room. Complimentary breakfast was welcome but was shocked at all the disposable plastic.

All things about La Quinta Inn is great except the elevator, only 1 is working and it’s not convenient for us which room is on the other side specially traveling with family. Your going to wait for 10-15mins when going to use the elevator around 9am-11am(check out time)..

Very close to River Walk

This property was so convenient to walk to the attractions within 20 minutes, yet away from the downtown hustle and bustle. It has a grocery store in over the road which is great ! Parking was included and the breakfasts in the morning were great. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in San Antonio.

Poor breakfast with poor quality food. Few tables for the number of guests. No one to clean the tables. Only one slow elevator that required a long wait time. Few services. The location is inconvenient, especially if you want to move in the evening. The area seems uninhabited and is poorly lit.

Good location. Heb Market is right next door. River walk is within walking distance. Free breakfast was good. lots of options. Room was clean and roomy.

The property is conveniently located near downtown, just a short walk away (and near the Riverwalk also). Parking is free, which is a plus, as parking is limited downtown. The facilities are showing a bit of wear - bathtub drainage was a bit slow, and carpets a bit worn. Walls are very thin, and you can easily hear conversations in the next room. Staff are great - very quick checkin and checkout.

Overall it was great we even extended our stay a couple nights. The only thing was the bathroom flooring in front of the bathtub was coming up and kept water in the cracks and would seep through (Room 105) everything else was pretty good.

Great hotel for the price. Would stay there again.

No cleaning service done in any of the two rooms we stayed. Front desk also rude.

It was close to attractions. One elevator was not working so the wait was long to go up or down.

This hotel is in a convenient location for visiting many sites around San Antonio. If unable to walk, an Uber is reasonable from this location to the Alamo. A grocery store/market is right across the street. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Very well located place within walking distance of everything for tourists, very nice hotel, room and clean, on the other hand a smell of mold emanates from A / C that we had to close it and open the window so the maintenance is poorly done ... and the wait for the elevator is very long

I always use La Quinta Hotel in my travel around USA.

Upon arival the staff saud that they tried to get ahold of me because there was a problem with my room. I said okay no problem as long as i still have a place to stay. They said of course and asked if a double bed would be okay instead of the king that was reserved. I said no problem at all. Well long story short they surprised us and put us in a king room. It was very nice and we were very pleased.
