Signing in was a breeze and I will be back.

Pretty good

Hair in the drain and on the floor in the bathroom, tub stopper didnt work, just little things that need fixed. Bed was hard as a rock. Other than that very nice and friendly staff.

The motel is very nice, clean, and recently renovated. The staff were all friendly and professional. We will definitely stay there again.

Coveniently right off the interstate. Very clean and quiet.

The only bad thing was that out. Air Conditioner was loud. I finally turned it off at 3am.

Cleanliness was pretty good. The building seems to be relatively new so that makes it feel a lot cleaner. The staff is kind and helpful. Feels safe & comfortable: had a nice stay.

We love this hotel. We stay here every time we visit our daughter at SEMO.

Well kept & clean. Good value for money. Standard breakfast items well presented. Room was good size with a better than average mattress & pillows. Will definitely stay there again.

Check in was very simple. The room was nice and clean very quiet. The price was very reasonable. Very safe.

Super clean and in great condition. Bed was firm for my taste. Breakfast and pool were great. Terrible placement as there is really no dining or shopping nearby.

We had a short one night stay due to weather and it was overall a good stay! The microwave in our room didn't work! And the bathroom was dirty had to clean it before we used it!

Our only issue was that breakfast was from 6-9. We arrived down to the eating area at 8:00 and almost everything was gone. The girl working was standing there with her coat on like she was ready to leave. Then several others came down wanting food as well. She wasn’t happy that she had to get more food out.

Everything went well except for check in and the bugs. Reserved two identical rooms with twin beds both with early check in. One room cost $214 and the other $126 per night. Found stink bugs in both rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was really good. We were passing thru and am glad we were able to stay here. Very clean. Room was a nice size, bathroom was good. Quiet! That's a big plus! I missed breakfast so can't say anything there. We stayed actually 2 days and it was a pleasure.

Coffee pot was really slow

We stay here multiple days several times a year. This Christmas, we had to cut our stay a day short. They refused to credit us for the one day we didn't use. Not a very friendly occurence. There is a Comfort Inn just down the street!

The staff was amazing! Would definitely come again due to the front desk!

Hotel itself was very nice and clean the rooms were huge and clean only compliant was the bed was horrible thank goodness it was a one night stay.

We stayed in a non smoking king room. The room was huge. Really needed more furnishings to fill the space. The sheets could be better. But for the price this is a steal. Very clean, wonderful front desk assistants.

Bathroom was not clean…toilet looked like someone had an accident. Bathroom floor was dirty. Bathroom sink drain was super slow. Instead of offering to have the bathroom cleaned, I was given a rag with bleach instead. I didn’t request another room because I had already unpacked and I didn’t want the hassle of moving.

Front staff was nice but no elevator.

Very clean. Had a decent breakfast Room was wonderful except people next door watched tv until 2am and noise was enough to make it hard to sleep. Otherwise wonderful.

It was a very nice hotel. I’d stay here again the only reason I gave it a 4 star is the beds are very firm with no plushness to them. I’m a side sleeper and my hips were achy when I woke up. Otherwise great place

We were supposed to stay 4 nights, but left on the 3rd night. During our stay, hotel only ever appeared to be 1/3 filled, yet they put everyone on the 4th floor together. When we initially asked for a 1st floor room, we were told No. They were putting us on the 4th floor to avoid us having to listen to people walking above us. Instead, we were surrounded with blaring TVs all night and all the way until we left the in the morning, loud conversations/yelling through walls and hallway, and slamming doors throughtout the night. After the 3rd night, when we finally complained, we were told our neighbors were not staying another night, so we decided not to check out early. However, when we returned in the late afternoon, well after checkout time, the neighbors were still in the rooms blaring their TV. So we packed up and left, ultimately being charged the extra night because we were lied to in order to keep us from checking out early.

Convenient

The young man that worked at he evening of his he eighth was absolutely stellar. He would absolutely be a reason that we would return to this hotel….he was very pleasant, informative and was willing to help you any way he could!

Our stay was over night. Room was very clean. There was not enough pillows and the bed was too firm to my liking. But overall good.

Great hotel, clean, modern decor, pleasant staff, very accommodating. Pet friendly rooms on 1st floor which makes it easy for walking my dog. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I was put on the 4th floor and the elevator sounds like it was about to Break so i used the stairs to go outside and smoke and now going on day 3 and still have not returned my 50$ deposit after making me walk up and down 4 flights of stairs because the elevator sounded like a death trap! literally!trap!stath3tsrstniu

No wash clothes. Since the guy Manding the desk was by himself I ran down to get them. When I got back to the room bathroom light was blinking off and on all night.

Amazing Stay

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The check in person was amazing, had a great attitude. The room was clean the mattress was comfy and I slept well. I didn't eat breakfast as I had to get back to Illinois. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Noisy exit door by room banged constantly with people going out.

Staff member and the location of the building so quiet.

The hotel is amazing! There was some kind of issue with a breaker to my room! I had to go to the desk 2 times to get it fixed! I called on Monday and they called an electrician! They stated they fixed the problem!

The bathrooms have been dirty with hair and stuff in toilets

Got a two queen room. Sheets on both beds had hairs, it was clear that the sheets had been flipped, not cleaned, as they were inside out on the bed and dirty/hairy. Asked for a new set of sheets, one was clean, the other had white a few hairs. The beds were uncomfortable, i woke up at least once every hour in discomfort, sometimes with back and leg pain. Smell of weed in the hallway, people arguing loudly. Not a pleasant stay.

Awesome hotel. Very friendly. Great check in. We were down for basketball tournament. This is were we stay every time we come down. Soft beds. Very spacious rooms. Complimentary breakfast.

Clean quiet place to relax

Our stay was alright. Asked for more pillows and they only had two extra pillows in the whole hotel. The room was clean and the people working were good!

Beds on the second floor had Roly Polys all over in the bed. Other guests had the same issue.

Had late check-in which went smoothly. Room was clean. Staff was attentive at check-in, breakfast and check-out.

Eclipse viewing at it’s finest.

Visiting to observe the eclipse, this property was dead center on the line of totality. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was super clean and fresh, and the common areas were well appointed and very clean as well.

Perfect! Clean, comfortable, safe, super friendly and helpful staff! It was a sellout weekend but the staff was still available, working hard, and everything flowed great! Also, great choice for EV drivers; their level 2 charger is free with your stay and the staff said very few people ever use it, so you will probably not have to wait. Other pay to use chargers are nearby at another business.
