They never came cleaned are room never changed the sheets on the bed or got new towels

5 day stay, room was never cleaned, never say house keeper, clean towel shortage. Steve at front desk was nice.

The staff was so friendly and the hotel is just like the pictures! Nice and clean!

Lady in the front desk at night, was extremely rude, didnt greet me when i walked in, just asked for my name, and I. D, gave me my room key, and she walked away...

Started off had to call the front desk for someone to check us in along with other guests behind us. We had a 3 day stay. The room was clean, but there was a constant smell of “skunk” in the hallway. We saw employees cleaning the lobby area daily, but the carpeted hallway is the area that smelled. The breakfast was ok. They had biscuits, bread for toast, hot items such as premade reheated egg patties, small sausages and oatmeal, make your own waffles. Fruit option apples, and they had yogurt. I would have liked to have seen individual servings of peanut butters, bagels and cream cheese. Scrambled eggs. Beds were high off the ground and a little high for me making it difficult to get on/ off. On-line it says queen size, but they were double sized. We have a queen at home. My husband is over 6ft tall so the size of the bed matters to us. The A/C in our room was top notch. We could lower and raise the temp and instantly feel it. The shower water temp and pressure was great, but the sink water pressure was super low making it hard to clean the soap off your hands. The lobby women’s restroom did not have soap. It makes me wonder when they clean the restroom why they would not refill the soap? Hotel was conveniently located and had gated parking area. As with most hotels, some guests were louder than others, not much that can be done about it. I usually don’t say never, but I don’t think we will stay here again.

It was the worst time I ever had experience with an hotel staff. I will never return!!! And DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! They are rude, disrespectful, rooms are dirty, housekeeping manager is stingy and rude. Front desk is very rude and not helpful. Please do not go to that hotel , you will regret it.

The hotel is located around restaurants and retail stores. Good location.

We stayed for a weekend get away with the kids. This property did not disappoint. The front desk was accomdating when we needed towels and unexpectedly needed to change our stay to a leave day earlier. I wish i could have caught the gals name. But she was AMAZING! The parking lot is gated! The rooms clean and breakfast was very very good! Will stay again for sure.

The only con was that breakfast ends at 9am on the weekends which is early for us since we were on vacation and trying to sleep in. I’ve been to other properties and it typically ends at 10 am. Overall the hotel was great. If I return to Houston I will definitely stay here!

I don’t know why I got so many charges but not told once.

Everything was great except the shower was hard to operate and I had to go downstairs for ice because the ice machine on the third floor was out. I was very comfortable there and would definitely stay there again.

Asked from day one for a extra blanket and everyday after and still never got one. Breaskfast is usually pretty good but for some reason it was not that good this trip. Other then no extra blanket and the breakfast it was a good stay!

A little run down

The internet barely worked, and it was just a bit shabby overall. The tub faucet seemed about to fall off, and there was a coffee cup left on the floor near the elevator on the 3rd floor that didn't get cleaned up up for a long time.

This property is horrible. Dont believe the rating. I had my family from out of town stay here. Rooms are filthy, bedding is old. Do not stay here. The desk agent also told me over the phone that the bartender died so the entire bar was closed

Every was wonderful until the night time when I had to call front desk because it was a party o the hall of my floor kids running and yelling and having fun I guess, but i needed to sleep it was 1 am when this occurred and that is the only not so good thing that happened to me. Room 219 Guest

There was no issue with the hotel but guest during my stay. Guest in room 219 were extremely loud and yelling to 2:30 am. It was impossible to get any rest. I think it's inconsiderate for them not to think of others.

We have stay in the same hotel before but this time was disappointing. The mattres for the sofa bed was nasty, the 3 floor smells bad, now they refuse to you clean towels unless you give them the dirty ones and they can give you only 2 so you have share towels. This time they also came to remind us to check out that day which is quite rude. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Friendly staff places to sit outside, covered clean

First impressions of the lobby- Very Dated and the lobby sofa was filthy dirty. The staff at front desk were not friendly- never acknowledged us walking in because they were always on their cell phones. Our room had a stale musty odor. The walls in the bathroom had hair all over it and the shower had hair all over. The water was a trinkle. Barely enough to brush your teeth. The bedding didn’t seem crispy and white. I covered it with my personal blanket. I’ve stayed at this same location 3 times over a 5 year span and it’s a dump now. The free breakfast was awful ! I will never stay here again! A DUMP!

The check-in & check-out process was pretty easy, which was appreciated, our room was spacious enough to accommodate 3 people comfortably which was a plus. We enjoyed the fact that parking was secured with a gate, the pool was indoors, which was appreciated even more since the weather was unfavorable to being outside majority of our stay. There were very few issues during our stay, however they were ones that were just plain out annoying and didn’t make sense. Upon arrival to our room, there were only 2 sets of towels, rather than 3, even though it states there are 3 ppl in the room. I called to request another set and was told that they wouldn’t be able to bring any extra until the morning. The morning came, and no 3rd set of towels, nor had the old ones been replaced after housekeeping came & left. We had to request towels again, and this proceeded to be an issue until the last night of our 3 night/4day stay there. The A/C unit also stopped working after maintenance said they were just replacing the battery in the thermostat, but it was resolved by the time we returned to our room after going out. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and reasonably priced considering the duration of our stay and the amenities. I’m willing to stay here again, but please do better with the quality of service, and preparedness of basic essential items to accommodate your guests.

Halls swelled like marijuana- dirty laundry was picked up but not replaced so no clean wash clothes night 2. Definitely not worth the cost per night. Would not stay again.

They gave away my room even though I checked in online, and didn’t bother helping me look for other accommodations.

I booked on May 16,2024 due to the power been out at home. When i got to the hotel their power was out so i askdd for a refund. I was told that the owner would have to approve and would be in the next day. I didnt get a response back until Monday and I was told the owner did not approve my refund , I then called hotel.com asked for the manager told him my problem clearly I didn't stay at the hotel cause they didn't have power and hotel.com refunded me my money. I will never book at this hotel again

We only stayed for a few hours because the power went out after the storm and it never came back Which sucked .

Absolutly horrible

Not sure how this hotel got so many good reviews. After check-in we complained about hair all over the furniture, as well as the towels. Even though we were promised that housekeeping would take care of it, nothing was done. We had to complain to get a new room. There were bugs in the rooms and the pool was extremly dirty. Pool was cleaned after complaint. The only plus this hotel has is a gated parking lot. As far as staff friendliness goes, half the staff was friendly, while the other half was very passive. The breakfast buffet was as ecpected for this type of hotel, but they still use styrofoam plates and bowls, so not very eco-friendly.

Great stay. Wonderful experience. Stayed a long Easter weekend and have no complaints.

Our room was clean and ready to go for check in. My daughters really enjoyed the stay!!! The staff was very helpful and nice.

When we got there and got in our rooms , we noticed our tv was not working . The first night we didn’t say anything because we were tired , the second night we asked about it and was told basically it was nothing that could be done cause the maintenance man was off on the weekends.. The other issue was room service lied on my mom and said she turned down services and that we also had the do not disturb sign on the door . When we asked for new towels we literally had to argue to get them all because the room was not cleaned which should have nothing to do with towels . Will not be coming back here EVER.

Easy and fast check in. Very nice staff. They allow pets here and our room smelled like dog urine so bad. Lots of sprays we had to use. We asked for another blanket for my elderly mother. It’s winter and it’s cold. They told us they didn’t have anymore. Our room was not cleaned for some reason. So I asked for more linens to change the linens myself. Our son was sick and had soiled the linens. I was told to bring the linens down to the lobby and they would give me more. Very unsanitary but..ok. Breakfast was great. Close to a lot of places. Felt very safe. Shower was hot.

There were no trash bags in the trash cans and the carpets were sticky. I think our refrigerator was barely working. Other than the carpets everything was very clean and everyone was very accommodating. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Weekend trip

Check in was easy. There were six of us in one room & we got FOUR towels & TWO washcloths, went to front desk to ask for more & had to bring some dirty towels down to get enough for all of us to bathe. The next morning I let the front desk know we didn't need housekeeping to come by, but for them to change our towels out. Housekeeping didn't come by at all. So again, we had to bring our dirty towels down to get clean ones. Breakfast was good, just not enough room. There was constantly a line for food, the kids didn't get to make waffles the second day because of the line. Swimming pool area was nice, chlorine was VERY strong.

They accepted our payment when other hotels have declined because of the type of card we use.

Our room was great, the only thing i can say is that when we called for a extra blanket they didnt have one. Breakfast was ok just not enough room for everyone trying to get their breakfast at once. Love that there was shampoo and conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower,it makes for great convenience for ppl that dont bring their own. We stay here every time we come down and we will continue to stay.

This location is convenient close to restaurants and stores! Front desk was a bit rude checking in but the hotel itself is clean and updated. Parking lot is fenced and you need hotel key to enter at night—safe overall!

We’ve been staying at La Quintas on our cross country trip and this was one of the nicest ones yet. Clean, new, and friendly staff.

Great amenities, such as wireless charging for my iPhone in the room and Tesla charging in the parking lot. The indoor swimming pool was a plus. The area is very busy, right off the freeway. The room was not what I expected. Had a stain on the comforter, burnt out light bulb in lamp and broken on the other side of the bed. Check in was okay. The girl (with glasses) sitting at the desk didn’t welcome me. The other employee, black female that came to help her, seemed much more knowledgeable and greeted me. She was very professional compared to the other employee.

No one came to clean not make beds or change linen’s. We had to request clean towels.

We spent 9 days here while in town attending to a sick relative. The beds we’re comfortable, the staff was kind, breakfast was basic but tasty and the business center came in handy! The pool was chilly but it felt refreshing in the Texas heat!

Good hotel

The hotel was clean and the staff nice. The deluxe room was very spacious we loved it. The gated parking lot was very helpful because we had things in the back of our pick up truck and in the gated parking lot it was safe to leave it there. The mini fridge and microwave were very helpful. The room had a coffee maker but did not have any bottled water to use so we used it the second day when we bought some water bottles. We should have bought some milk or creamer and sugar packets because the room only had 2 sugars and 2 creamers which did not help with the coffee because it was very strong.

Once we entered our room, with notice that the cover of one of the beds had blood on it, I reported it to the registration counter, and the employee asked me to send the picture to an email that she gave me which I did. She did not apologize, and neither did she offer me anything for this disgusting moment.

The booking itself, check-in, check-out and everything in between went smoothly! I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options available each morning. The queen beds were very comfortable and ample pillows provided. I can see why this location has high ratings and agree with the positive reviews!

We booked the hotel for the summer to go swimming and couldn’t really use the pool due to the temperature in the pool as well as the room the pool being extremely cold. It felt like it was about 40 degrees in there. The kids couldn’t stay in more than 5 minutes due to the weather.

Probably the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel! I do have two complaints however — the noise level from the floor above, and housekeeping knocking and interrupting my sleep early in the morning when I was scheduled to check out. At least she had a beautiful smile on her face!

Just disappointed that my card was charged 3x so funds was (and still are) held. Not sure why and how that would happen. Overall stay, good!

I like this property being gated

This was a very nice hotel they were very accomodating, friendly, clean, and the pool was nice ss well. Room was comfortable and clean and well appointed.
