Very good hotel

hotel staff was not friendly

Somewhat dirty, but there were no rooms available until the 3rd and 4th floor and elevator was broken. Carrying luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs was not good. The shower head spread water everywhere and the hallway was always pungent smelling. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Great place to stay

We had a very nice stay here. We got in very late for check in, but they held my preferred room request for me. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and modern. Everything was great about this stay.

Beautiful and spacious room with a large walk-in shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Great grassy area all around the hotel ideal for walking my dog.

Previously, during my stay, everything was fine, but this time the elevator was not in service, and it was very annoying to go up and down the stairs several time with the luggage I hope that next time it is repaired because I do like the service and the area.

It was very clean and liked it. AC noise was so bad and refrigerator noise make me keep wake up, finally bath tub drain clogged and water goes down super slow. staff was nice, breakfast was good

Train Wreck

The toilet in the room was missing the screw and nut which caused the seat the move when sitting down; there was someone elses hair in the shower very noticeable, the breakfast sausage and eggs were very hard and rubbery. I brought all my concerns to the front desk and was told I needed to call Corporate. Oh and not to mention, I had to bathe with shampoo because the room had no soap or body wash but did have shampoo and conditioner.

It's great for a short stay. Breakfast isn't ideal lt is very dry

It was a very pleasant and I enjoyed the reception. Parking was good except that Handicap parking not enforced. Fluffy and clean bed. Breakfast on time with varieties of fresh fruit

Staff texted me if I needed anything and I did. They never bothered responding back or anything.

This is my 2nd time staying at this particular location and has nothing but great things to say. Also the employees are very friendly

Overall, a good reasonably priced place to stay. Located in a commercial area next to the I35 access.

Location to where we were going

Horrible wifi signal

Overall stay was comfortable, the only complaint will be the wifi signal. In town for business and couldn’t get a strong enough signal in room to do my work on laptop or phone. Wifi rating 0

Sleepful night

The sleep I got was much needed. A soft bed, warm sheets and blankets and cold ac. Allowed me to sleep great and no noise was heard all night but the tv I had playing in the background.

Beds were super comfy. The room was spacious and clean. They have a waffle station for breakfast.

Ok for cost. Ask for handicap bathroom, but did not get. Employees were friendly.

Bathroom lock was not working, first room had issue with the exhaust fan and lock so moved in to the different room. New room had issue with the lock in the bathroom. Customer service peoples helped us to movr to the other room.

Everything was good beside our room. It smelled like urine throughout.

Great stay! Enjoyable breakfast. Hallways and room looked and smelled clean. We had a restful nights sleep.

The Worst

After driving all day, we arrived at 11pm and proceeded to receive a 20 minute lecture by the desk clerk about why we should have called them first. 20 minutes about what his job is. 20 minutes of my like that I will never get back.
