We got to stay here with our extended family to come to our nephew 30th birthday party in Cedar Park. The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating, when we asked them we wanted a different room because we were too close to the public restrooms dowstairs. Thanks!

Room heater did not during my stay. When I inform the front desk when checking out, they were aware of the issue even BEFORE I checked in. Not even a credit or apology was offered. Definitely looking elsewhere when working in town.

The facility itself is nice, modern and clean, but they only have local TV channels in a lot of the rooms, no cable TV at all. I haven't seen or heard of that in years, certainly not in a better hotel like this! We were told we just happened to be in one of the rooms that didn't have cable, but they are trying to update all the TV's. I would suggest asking for a room with cable if that is important to you.

The front desk staff were awesome. One young lady helped me late one night to get the kids in the room above me to stop stomping on the floor. A pet friendly hotel. It was a great stay.

Everything was nice and clean. Room is starting to show some minor signs of aging, such as broken trim on cabinet, small hole in curtain, door doesn’t close all the way unless you pull/push it. Staff was friendly, breakfast was hearty and always stocked. Exterior was clean, well lit and made me feel safe.

I never stayed at the LaQuinta because they say they didn't have a reservation for me. I'm sure they sold my room before I checked in!

check-in experience was terrible. The young man at the front seem to have no clue what was going on. Had to wait at the counter five mill minutes while he texted on his phone. We were finally checking in. We were supposed to have a room with a tub and he did not know which ones they were once he gave us our key we went into the room. It only had a shower, went down to another room and they didn’t know if they had any tubs available and may not be able to have one I explained to him I had already paid for a tub. He finally found one and give us the key for those in the room, the remote control for the TV did not work , and as we just let down to take a rest after our trip housekeeping knocked on the door and disturbed us and said that they had this room ready for check out, and I totally just checked in not a real great experience will not be

Only reason for 4 stars on some items = they’re in renovation process on lobby (which will look great when finished). Room could use a renovation as it was “well loved”, but clean.

TV did not work on arrival. When house keeping cleaned our room they threw away all of our soaps and did not leave new ones and did not leave any towels. We had to go down and ask for some. Lighting in room was not great.

For one night stay, everything was good.

The hotel was clean and hotel staff was attentive and friendly. We have an issue with a locked bathroom door that was taken care of by maintenance. I certainly recommend this hotel.

Staff and guests were smoking cigarettes inside the building and directly in front of the entrance. The ENITRE building smells like a wet cigarette. Breakfast bar was so dirty i just bought food every morning.

WORST HOTEL MANAGEMENT EVER. I’ve stayed at this hotel 10 plus times. Never had a problem, and now on my last stay they charged me for smoking $250 FEE. I tried to explain to management that I DID NOT smoke in the room. They were so unprofessional and wouldn’t even listen to me. TAMMY and DANIEL are the worst. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO.

Booked this hotel because the pictures didn’t look bad but as soon as we arrived it was completely different especially inside. The elevator was extremely hot and smelly. The room had the absolute worst lighting, and it was very muggy even when we turned on the AC to the lowest setting it’s still felt nasty and had an odd smell. Breakfast was to be served at 6 AM, but didn’t come out till 6:20 AM on our first morning there. We were disappointed so we didn’t try it out the following days of our stay. We stayed there from Thursday to Sunday. The price was good and the employee at the front desk was also nice but in general for us at least, this is a three out of five stars.

I had just been camping prior to check in so I appreciated the cold ac, the comfortable large bed and the great shower with no mosquitoes in the hotel! I also enjoyed the breakfast and coffee the next morning. The front desk staff at check in and leaving were both friendly and polite.

If you happen to need to stay in Far North Austin/Roundrock area. Good, basic, clean, comfortable hotel, room, and bed. Breakfast buffet was OK. Well-stocked “market” in the lobby. Helpful and friendly front desk. Convenient access to major highways. Good location near Lakeline Mall and restaurants and shopping.

Check in was very smooth front desk ppl are very nice both shifts. Be prepared to have 50 taken off card as hold chsrge but they will make sure ur money is refunded after the stay. Breakfast was a plus room was clean safe parking matters time great food selection n stores nearby target and Walmart. I will stay again if in Austin. Clean all the way around like i love it. I must add there was a Hispanic maid that cleaned she didn't spesk English but it didn't stop her from assisting me she got her ph n communicated w me through a language app made me feel special she was the cherry on top sorry didn't catch her name but worth acknowledging ty all.

This hotel was located in a good part of town. However, it’s an outdated hotel. It smells old & feels old when you walk in. Our room had ants on the window sill. The bed we had still had springs, and felt like we were gonna sink in the whole night. If your a man making a solo one night trip this could be for you but don’t recommend for a family.

Loved that this location is pet friendly, breakfast was great and it’s near a lot of stores. Parking fills up fast but there’s more in the back. Beds are very comfortable.

Ok for a 1 night stay, but needs updating.

Stayed here 2 nights for surgery at TX Children's Hospital. It's practically next door, so great location if you are going there. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had a nice vanity, but are small with only shower(no tub). Coffee maker in room didn't work right- turned on, but water came out and a few coffee grains from K Cup, so not sure what's wrong with it. Light on extendable makeup mirror didn't work. Hotel needs an interior facelift-renovation of floors, walls, etc. It is right next to a busy road, so isn't the quietest if that's important to you. The coffee was always available and had several flavored syrups, which was nice for those who like flavored coffee. Breakfast was fruit, yogurts, bagels, toast, eggs, sausage & potatoes, as well as cereals and waffle machine. One downside is there is only 1 elevator.

Tabby is by far the best. She goes far and beyond to provide the best customer service. Along side, Eric and Gage. The entire staff alone is reason to stay here. The property is Amazing. The rooms are perfect.

The property was nice and the room as well. The gym left much to be desired. The entry door lock was broke, treadmill kept blowing a fuse, the exercise was missing a pedal and there was missing weights. My kids and I like to go to property's with a gym. Not sure if I would return.

My boyfriend & I stayed here for 1 night for a comedy show! Check in was quick and easy, I wish the breakfast had more drinks than just hot coffee. The room was nice, bed was comfy, and the overall stay was great!

Property was a bit run down. I wasn't impressed with the barking dogs. I was disappointed that the gym was closed.

The staff from the front desk receptionists to the caretakers to the cleaning staff is excellent. They work hard, are conscientious, and focus on the needs of guests.

Great Room, Excellent Service & an Affordable Rate

The hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. I had a very minor problem with the room which they fixed right away. The room was comfortable and clean. The area where the hotel is located felt safe with a lot of dining options nearby.

Nice stay

The hotel was incredibly clean, parking lot was well lit and felt safe. The only complaint I have is that a gentleman for house keeping knocked and immediately opened the door with no time to respond which was really alarming since I was traveling alone with my child and we were trying to get dressed.

Overnight stay

Great service. Easy check-in and everyone was very friendly and attentive. Also loved that they are pet friendly! Location is also great. There’s a Target, H Mart, and Sam’s within 5 minutes, plus many other dining and shopping options.

This hotel is very nice. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was very nice. Very good value for the dollar. I will stay here again.
