The staff is pleasant, warm and always ready to help you. Jenny provides excellent services, Tú and Lucy helped us to install the sim card efficiently. Overall I strongly recommend La Nueva Boutique without hesitation

Great location in Hanoi, with short walks to Hoan Kiem lake and the Old Quarters. Room was comfortable, with an excellent breakfast. Service was outstanding, with very friendly, competent and helpful staff.

Great location in the Old Quarter of Ha Noi. The staff and service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were knowledgeable and helpful with planning activities, restaurants, shopping etc. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

We have only good to share - sky bar, meals, etc , comfortable beds, nicely decorated, kind and helpful front desk. They even printed our Cambodia visa for us. 🙂

Good service and great value for money

Staff is excellent with helping you get around and making sure you are getting on the correct transportation. Grace at the front desk is fantastic.Spa quality and price is great. Included breakfast has excellent offerings. Skybar is nice at night and bartender knows how to make just about anything you might want.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms

This hotel is perfect if you're looking for 5 star service without the cost. Staff went above and beyond anything you would experience in North America. They helped us at every turn with evisa's booking tours, restaurant recommendations, directions, general inquiries everything really. Same day laundry service, breakfast buffet, lovely roof top bar were also added benefits. Jenny, Jimmy,Tommy and all staff went out of their way to deliver top notch service. I recommend booking a junior suite, it was spacious and very reasonable. Trust me you will appreciate the extra space. Its not fancy but it was clean enough and a great location. 5 min walk to the lake, Metropole hotel, restaurants and shopping in the heart of the old quarter. I strongly recommend using grab or asking the hotel to arrange transport for you. Shop keepers and restaurants all reasonable in my experience. Everything was walkable or a short taxi ride away. I would stay there again for sure. I loved Vietnam and the staff majorly contributed to this experience.

The staff at La Nueva could not have been nicer or more helpful. The location is perfect for roaming around the Old Quarter. Our room was lovely and clean. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Get more for less !!

Everything was excellent - staff were extremely attentive to our needs, rooms were clean and spacious, breakfasts were incredible, and the location was in the Old Quarter, walking distance from most of the important tourist sites !

A very nice hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. The reception staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The Sky Bar and restaurant were also great. Outside the chaos that is Hanoi engulfed us, which was great, but returning to the calm of the hotel was welcoming.

In all of Vietnam, this hotel was one of the nicest that we stayed in. Great location, updated and elegant decor, and incredibly helpful staff who provided great advice and made so many arrangements for us (thank you, Jimmy!). These arrangements included an airport pickup and advice on booking tours such as Ha Long Bay and the Ha Giang loop. The rooftop bar was terrific! Top-notch: thank you, La Nueva!

The hotel was great but the staff was amazing! So helpful; even when my son had lost his contact case one is the girls in the front desk asked someone from her family about o bring an extra contact case she had. Now that is going to way above and beyond, the entire staff is as similar. We were just blown away by the service we received l. I give this place 10 stars

Service was 5 stars. Well located in old Hanoi. Good buffet. Nice rooftop. Only downside was a weird smell in the room.

Staff were helpful facility condition and room as expected. Cleanliness was disappointing although this was raised with senior management who were very quick to act on these issues and have already changed their system to improve these issues. I was advised they will refurb in the first quarter of this year, hence I would expect a much refreshed fabric, continued attentive staff and vastly improved cleaning processes.

Jimmy and Jenny were excellent. So helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for the rooms upgrades too. Lovely rooftop bar and an excellent breakfast choice. Located in the Old Quarter you be hard pushed to find a better hotel.

The Skybar is top notch and one of the best in the city. Great for watching the sunset or watching fireworks on special holidays!

Recommended Value for money

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were briefed sbout the popular eateries nearby and they were all within walking distance. The rooms were a delight, spacious for our family and the buffet breakfast was really good too. Sky bar is nice too.

We stayed here for five nights and are very grateful for Grace's assistance and professionalism. Staff were helpful and approachable even with the language barrier - their English wasgreat. The breakfast was a superb way to start the day. Can definitely recommend.

I love this hotel. Staff was awesome. Rooftop Bar staff was Super awesome. Everyone was so polite and very attentive to customer needs. Hotel was walkable to everything. Would definitely stay longer next time.

Our stay at La Nueva was exceptional! The entire staff made our stay, from greeting us outside the front door when we arrived to tea and snacks as we checked in. Friendly, so helpful and kind, and extremely accommodating! The food was excellent and the Sky Bar was beautiful. The wait staff felt like friends. The property was lovely and the rooms were just the right size plus had a great bathroom and shower. They arranged cars for us, had my son’s suit dry cleaned in a day, and even packed a breakfast for an early morning flight. Have never had such incredible service at a hotel and could tell they loved their jobs and working with guests from all over the world. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else and look forward to going back someday. Thank you Jimmy and everyone there for making the trip for our son’s wedding practically perfect!

The staff at this hotel are extraordinarily helpful, kind, and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. The food in the restaurant and the room service is way beyond normal hotel food. I was tempted to stay there and have meals instead of exploring Hanoi’s famous restaurants! À great experience!

Great front desk and restaurant / bar staff. The breakfast has plenty of great options, including an homemade yogurt. Location is perfect, walking distance to the French quartier, old town and Train street, to name just a few spots.

Staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was always tasty too with a range of eggs to your heart's content. The kingsize bed was super comfortable, it felt like sleeping in a cosy marshmallow. Location was ideal! 2 minutes walk to popular places such as night market and train street was only 15 mins away. Would definitely come back here

Nice room and staff are lovely. Convenient trip booking counter in the lobby. Breakfast not great but was enough. Cool roof top bar, place could do with a hot tub or something.

The staff hospitality is above and beyond one's expectation. They are so kind. The location is great. And their beds are probably the best bed in the world as we travel everywhere.

The staff is amazing. We was here for a day then we checked out and went to Ha Long where my wife fell and hurt her knee. When we returned and checked in the staff looked out for my wife and ordered her a cane. They made our stay a happy one!

Jimmy and Jenny were both very attentive and gave excellent service. However, what was unusual to me was that the entire staff seemed to know who we were rrom Day 1 and always stopped for a conversation and to ask if we were enjoying our stay. Even the young bellboy was super enthusiastic. An absolute gem in Hanoi!

This property was a great choice for our stay in Hanoi. It was very well located on theoutskirts of the Old Quarter offering a quiet location with just a short walk to hustle and bustle of a vibrant city full of life. Hundreds of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping. The reception staff are excellent and are keen and willing to offer advice on all matters to ensure you well looked after during your stay. The rooms are looking a bit tired and could do with a bit of a refurb but nothing major. It was noted that the hotel is undergoing a major reno in 2025. Overall a great place to stay.

A great hotel

A great location for the night market. The staff were excellent, the cocktails in the roof bar were a hit (especially at happy hour) the spa massage was fabulous and I would recommend a stay!

Every staff member was amazing! Cute boutique hotel waking access to a lot. Loved the sky bar vibe. The sky bar staff was so cool and we definitely enjoyed their hospitality. I will definitely highly recommend this hotel also airport distance was not bad at all! Love you guys!!

Great staff

Nice clean hotel, excellent location and great staff!

I booked two nights at La Nueva boutique hotel and i arrived right before the Typhoon started and jimmy Qhin and the entire staffs i could not remember their names at the hotel made me feel like a second family and right at home. My room was spacious and the bathroom was big enough for two people. I had a two hour massage it was great. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and many options to choose from. They gave all their guests the loyalty service. I like that the breakfast area is at the top floor. The hotel is beautiful, charming, and clean. I would definitely come back again. Book this hotel and you would not be disappointed.

The room (junior sweet) was excellent. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. We would certainly return and stay were we to return.

Basic clean and comfy beds. Would be nice if rooms have more hooks or means for us to hang up clothes to dry. Blinds were a bit worn and spoilt. Other than that all was good.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. One of the best hotel service you can get! Location was excellent. We can get picked up by all tours we booked from the hotel.

Great place to stay with a fantastic location on the edge of the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake. Excellent spa services on the 2nd floor and big breakfast spread in the restaurant. The best part of the stay was the staff - just wonderful and welcoming.

Very well located hotel. The staff was outstanding. Great food at decent prices. Room was quite dark. There was a small window that looked out on to a wall. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Loved the attentive staff, where the property was situated, close enough to the old town and lake. Very quiet room all the usual facilities you would expect.

Amazing hotel and staff

This hotel is perfect. Unfortunately, I came there with a broken bone in foot from last place and staff, particularly Lily searched medical facilities in Hanoi and organised a fracture boot for me to be delivered. I also got very sick and the staff went above and beyond to help get the doctor out, pick up medicine for me and just so much more than I would expect. The room itself was fabulous and my husband tells me the restaurant food was fantastic. Tom and Thu(Grace) were a couple of staff that all need individual mention for their care and help. If I come back to Hanoi, I will 100% stay here. Cannot imagine there is a better hotel in Hanoi.

Unfortunately only stayed here for 1 night and wished I'd booked the rest of our stay here. The staff make the stay here enjoyable. They are friendly, welcoming and professional. The beds are super comfy and the restaurant serves incredible food.

This place is located in a great area with easy access to food and shops. The lake is a minute walk with lots to do around the area. The hotel itself is old but well kept. The rooms were nice, clean and included some toiletry essentials. The mini bar items were all quite cheap - approx $1usd so we had plenty of drinks/snacks. The rooftop bar was really nice- drinks were good and the food was tasty too. We had a group of 7 and were all pleased with what we ordered - from American to local dishes. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are all so nice and friendly - from the front desk to the dining and wait staff - they definitely helped make the stay more enjoyable. Tip: Using them to book the taxi made it easy for us - approx $25usd from the airport. Someone was waiting for us with a sign when we got out of customs. Made it nice not having to worry about transportation when we first arrived.

This hotel was our favorite in Hanoi! We stayed at other hotels for the same price, and weren't nearly as good as this one. The room was clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, market and Hoan Kien Lake. The breakfast had SO many delicious options, including vegetarian choices. In addition, the staff was helpful, cordial, kind and professional! We highly recommend this hotel!

Clean, excellent service and friendly staff

First time in Vietnam

Jenny and staff were all very sweet to us. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need, from the fantastic breakfast to the sky bar, everything was wonderful! We would definitely recommend staying here, it’s convenient to everything!

Best hotel I've stayed in

We loved our stay in Hadana Boutique Resort. The staff were so friendly, gave us recommendations and booked everything for us. They were always on hand when we needed too. The hotel itself is in a great location as well, about 20 minutes walk from the main Old Town. We're already planning another visit!

Amazing staff & Lovely Skybar!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff are extremely accommodating and we received a super friendly welcome with helpful tips of the area. The staff truly made our stay - Jimmy is great! We got a free upgrade for Valentine's day which was a dleight - the room was lovely with a balcony and view of the local area. Good amenities and fruit provided in the room. We visited the skybar and enjoyed the happy hour. We would certainly recommend staying here as it is also conveniently located in the old quarter.

Very friendly and helpful

It was excellent, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Miss Lily arranged the booking of our motorbike quick and efficient. And Thom on arrival was a great help too. The room was very clean and spacious. A huge variety of food for breakfast and delicious. Thank you all.

Excellent hotel

Overall stay was 10/10. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They noticed it was my partner's birthday so they made it extra special for us by setting up the bed with a happy birthday decoration and they gave us cake.

Great place to explore Hanoi.

This was our favourite hotel in our two weeks in Vietnam. The staff were amazing - helpful, courteous and sincere. the rooms were nicely decorated, fairly spacious and the mattress very comfortable. We could walk anywhere for both sightseeing and souvenir shopping. A hidden gem.
