It was such nice hotel, very clean and amazing staff

It’s a great hotel with excellent staff!

Affordable accommodation with spacious rooms. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Buffet breakfast/ brunch offered a wide selection so there’s something for everyone. Comfortable and attractive seating area on roof top for breakfast. Shaded area at roof top pool was appreciated. The room AC did cool the room down quickly. My only negatives: I use appliances to style my hair and there were no outlets anywhere near a mirror in my room. The TV in the room didn’t offer anything streaming in English nor did it have anything like Netflix app downloaded.

Stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed! Even though we had a late check in, that was no problem and they accommodated really well and guided us to our room by taking our luggage upstairs whilst we parked in their secure underground car park. Housekeeping were really good and atentive and anything we needed they brought straight away and made sure the room was clean ans the bedsheets were made or changed regularly. Overall one of the best hotels ive stayed at. Highly recommend

Great for families.

Great experience with great staff to help. The rooms are well air conditioned and clean. Basic amenities are all provided for and location is great with all attractions a short drive away.

We were under the impression that there is a 24 hour check in, however, that was not true. Their check in time is at 2:00 pm and we were at the hotel around 9:00 am. We were asked to pay 100.00 more on top of our regular payment in order to do early check in. We end up paying 100 riyad more for early checkin. Just want to let you know our experience.

Myself, my mum & my son enjoyed our 2 night stay here at La Maison. We were received by Success & Anita, with kindness and warmth, and willingness to answer our queries. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very well cleaned and maintained. The room was spacious (thanks Success at reception for the upgrade), it was clean and nicely decorated. It would be much better if there were more storage options like bathroom shelving for bath towels and coat hooks in the room. Additionally, we had to ask for extra towels and toilet roll which in my experience should always be available from the start. There are tea making facilities, iron, safe & hairdryer in the room. Also a large flat screen tv with decent channels if that matters to you. Breakfast was nice with both savoury and sweet options, as well as alot of drink options hot and cold. There was an omlette and pancake station, staff are polite and quick to clean up. The rooftop pool has 2 jacuzzis a gym and pool. The jacuzzi is amazing and of course all clean! The hotel is a 2 minute walk to local supermarket and maximum 15 mins walk to a wide range of restaurants. All in all we were quite pleased with our stay at the hotel, we would definitley recommend for short stays. For longer stays more breakfast variety and better storage in rooms would be better.

Wonderful stay at La Maison Hotel Doha. The room is clean and comfortable. There's hot water for shower and good wifi coverage (excellent for those who need to work). The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great - convenient and accessible. There are many eateries around.

Gem in Bin Mahmoud

La Maison is a wonderful place to stay. I always stay here on my visits to Doha. The receptionists are great, always nice and helpful. The rooms are excellent as they have high ceilings. The bed, fridge, restroom were on point. Experienced the breakfast and we highly suggest this as they have something for everyone. Thank you!

Wonderful vacation

I would’ve rated it a 5-star except I booked a smoking room but ended up staying in a non smoking room without any alternative or compensation. Its a nice hotel, just a hassle for me as a smoker during my stay.

In order to maintain your 5 star reviews, the after service is just as important. You have falsely advertised the spa and Swedish massage and are not willing to accept fault. The bathrooms are poorly constructed and my daughter slipped over twice! Your staff are constantly asking what drink would you like so type can make more money. A buffet for 3 cost £100 bearing in mind only 2 people were in the restaurant maybe you should re think your prices. The hotel I have been told opened 6 months ago and it shows due to faults, misleading advertising and structure. The finishings have been rushed and the management are not willing to take ownership of fault. Dont bother booked till they learn customer service skills and are established

The staff are very lovely. Always going above and beyond and have the biggest smiles on their faces no matter what time. The staff are very quick to come if there is an issue and are all very helpful. Very lovely to chat to. The rooms are very spacious too.

Had a great stay in La Maison :) Its a brand new and very clean hotel, with spacious rooms, a nice rooftop pool and very friendly staff. I requested a full body mirror for my room, it was directly fulfilled :) The only minus point for me personally was the run-down area around the hotel. Furthermore its noisy, due to 24/7 constructions around the streets of the hotel.

Too much disturbing even you are sleeping the employees of la maison but front desk are good

A newer hotel right in the middle of town. Many stores and restaurants around the area just walking distance. The staff in this hotel is great! Friendly and attentive. Front desk guy named Mohammad Rashmi went above and beyond! Will recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Overpriced for an average hotel

The hotel had been recently open and therefore had a few things lacking: - no phones in rooms, need to send requests via WhatsApp. - TV installed but not connected. - no safe in rooms! - house keeping very slow and need to be reminded to clean the room. Very average hotel for the price paid. The staff however were friendly, helpful, and apologetic for the downsides of being recently-open.

Staff are truly friendly, solution oriented and welcoming

The hotel was extremely over priced but I was there for the World Cup, so I can understand to some extent the price hike. However, they were still setting up when I moved into my room.

The hotel lobby and rooftop pool and lounge are very nice. The staff was helpful and room are spacious.

Väldigt välkommande personal, hade fint utbud av frukostbuffé från olika delar av världen. Strykjärn, strykbord, hårfön, inneskor, hygienartiklar, säkerhetsskåp, kyl, samt 2 flaskor vatten fanns tillgängligt i rummet. Fanns även tillgång till tvätt mot avgift. Får nya flaskor vatten varje dag utan extra kostnad. Småbutiker och restauranger i närheten, samt livsmedelsaffär i anslutning till hotell. Gym och bassäng.

I highly recommend this hotel, it was great and the personnel and the service was amazing, if i go back again to doha, i will be delighted to stay there again.

Renholderene var svært dyktige og nøye på at rommene ble rengjort til enhver tid. De i resepsjonen gjorde en flott jobb, rask og grei inn og utsjekking. Absolutt å anbefale til god pris og beliggenhet.
