Muy linda la propiedad. Sin embargo, el check out era a las 12pm y nos dijeron que teníamos que salir a las 10am porque el hotel tenía un evento privado el siguiente día. Terrible. Aparte que es muy ruidoso.

good hotel in zone 10

everything was good, the only thing is that my reservation was for $91 and change and they charge my credit card in local currency and the total was $5 more than the original price. they should allow you to pay in dollar instead or using a higher currency exchange.

The hotel was very pretty and perfect for our quick stay in the city before we went on to explore Guatemala. The staff were very nice and helpful, and helped us with the hotel transfer and a ride to the bus station in the morning. The room was lovely and very clean. We had an amazing dinner at a restaurant that was only a couple of blocks away. We would stay again.

Perfect location for Guatemala City stay

The hotel and grounds were very nice. The room itself was a little old but still perfectly fine. The area around the hotel seemed safe as a solo traveller.

I had a nice stay for one night. The room was comfortable and loved having an iron. Check in was quick. The rooftop restaurant was great and convenient, I was able to have a glass of wine with a view and go to my room. Breakfast was really good. . A couple things could have been better. I arranged for a shuttle from the airport. I was at the back of the plane so it took a long time, long line at the restroom, long line at immigration then I had to fill out a form using a QR code to leave the airport which wouldn't work on my phone. I finally got it to work then another line to get out of the airport. I get to the meeting place and no shuttle. He left because he waited an hour. The bathroom was not clean. The shower had several dead dry bugs and a lot of black hairs in the shower and toilet. Otherwise a pleasant stay

I will have stayed three times in this hotel by November. I choose it as it is clean, attractive, in a safe zone with wonderful staff always ready to help.

Exceptional

The service was exceptional. The property is gorgeous. The location is great. I loved my room. It was large enough for me to do yoga every morning. The floors in the entire property are wood and so this caused a bit of noise when people were getting in and out of their rooms in the morning. The price is exceptional. The staff were great at arranging taxis, tours, food. The rooftop bar has a gorgeous view (and gorgeous staff, too) and the food was nice for a little in between meal snack. I don't know when next I will be in Guatemala City, but I will stay at this property again if I am.

Great value for the stay! Stayed for a business trip. Very kind and accommodating staff. The Luxury room was large and had plenty of storage, but note no coffee machine or fridge. No place in the shower to place toiletries so they went on the floor. The hot water only lasted a few minutes. Turning on the lights upon entering the room is also not very intuitive. The included breakfast starts at 7 in the hotel restaurant and is made to order-very tasty!

Despite being entitled to VIP benefits through Expedia, there was confusion regarding complimentary beverages. While the receptionist mentioned these perks, we did not receive coupons and had to clarify the situation with the restaurant staff ourselves. Unfortunately, this led to unexpected charges due to discrepancies in what was communicated. Additionally, there were oversights such as forgetting to arrange our transportation, resulting in a rush to the airport. These lapses in service were disappointing and not reflective of the hotel's standards. Furthermore, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor in the room, particularly in the bathroom, necessitating the closure of doors and opening of windows. Navigating through the city with rideshare services like Uber proved challenging during peak traffic hours, with many drivers canceling trips. This resulted in wasted time and frustration, highlighting the importance of planning outings during off-peak times and seeking recommendations from the front desk. Sensitive to scent?? Otherwise fine stay

The bed was comfortable, room spacious and clean. My one complaint was that the scent that they were using was overwhelming. As someone who is sensitive to scent it was challenging. Also bring your earplugs as if the people above you are noisy ( mine were) there are hardwood floors and you will hear everything!

The information online is a little bit confusing than when you get there in regards to what is included in breakfast and what is extra. That was my only issue. The property does have an elevator although small.

This place is so nice and cozy, quiet, conveniently located near lots of restaurants and shopping centers, and their staff is the friendliest, most helpful I have found. I definitely recommend La Inmaculada.

Safe and clean hotel to stay.

Rooms were outdated . TV did not work in my friends room. I payed for a Deluxe Room and was downgraded to a smaller room because of availabilty and was given free breakflast as compensation.

Lovely property and staff. Very conveniently located.

Room was right on the street side so you could hear all the traffic noise. Also you could hear all the talking from the other guest in the corridor. Not sound proof doors. So it was very hard to get a good nights sleep. Restaurant food was very nice but very limited selection like for dinner you couldn’t get a glass of wine as they didn’t sell wine in there. Also found a pair of dirty socks in the room from a previous guest that stayed in there even thought the room was clean already by housekeeping so don’t know how they missed that. But the staff was very great and helpful just the facility is starting to show its age and needs a bit of a facelift.

It is a nice hotel, small but comfy. I love my room, spacious! The bed was what I need for my sleep as well as the pillows, nice and fluffy. The bathroom is also spacious (well at least in the room I stayed). Feel safe and I had a good sleep, hardly heard my neighbors. Overall, excellent experience.

Nice hotel in Zona 10. Easy to walk around to various restaurants and bars. Great water pressure in the shower but room, bathroom, and bed a bit small. Walls are paper thin and you can hear people walking around and talking in the morning. Still enjoyed our stay here.

When you look at a map of Guatemala City, you realize that it is a huge place. However, the district the hotel is in is very walkable or a short drive to the nicer shopping areas. All things considered, a good value. The beds are firm, if you like that. There are no refrigerators in the rooms.

La Inmaculada is a great choice in Zona 10. I arrived at about 9pm and the staff was super helpful in getting my car parked and getting me checked in quickly. I didn't get to enjoy the garden because I had to leave early in the morning. Again the staff was super helpful in getting me on my was quickly. The room is super clean and I love the products they have in the bathroom. My only suggestion is to make outlets more accessible. I had to move a nightstand to get to the outlet and plug in my own extension for all my devices. Though I didn't get to enjoy the area this time, there are good restaurants nearby. I would stay here again.

It’s a comfortable property. I experienced two different rooms. The first one faced the Main Street and it was too loud (car noises all night) so I asked to be moved. The back room was way nicer and quiet. The wifi throughout the property is very weak; definitely do not choose this property to work remotely

The staff was very friendly and able to accomodate requests. When we had to add on an extra night or change rooms, the front desk staff was able to change it immediately. The hotel was clean, and we enjoyed our stay. We didn't have to worry about anything while we were there.

This is a small boutique hotel in a central, safe area of Guatemala City. The staff here are fantastic and go out of their way to ensure your stay is the best it can be. There is a small rooftop restaurant with a delicious breakfast menu as well as many other restaurants nearby.

Excellent stay

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is a bit of a maze but once you figure it out, it works. The breakfast was delicious and everyone was very friendly. The bed was super comfortable including the beautiful pillows.

Updated property, courteous staff, spacious bedrooms, blackout curtains, even accommodated for our late arrival and managed to send us private taxis to the airport. Overall great stay!

Found this place very last minute and I am so glad I did! It was just wonderful 💫

I recently stayed at La Inmaculada and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, the wifi connection was extremely poor and unreliable, making it difficult to get any work done. Secondly, there was ongoing construction work that started very early in the morning until late at night was incredibly loud, which made it impossible to sleep in or relax. To make matters worse, the hotel staff did not communicate any information about the construction or its schedule, so I was completely caught off guard. Lastly, on one occasion, the hotel unexpectedly closed its entrance and left me outside the building for 40 minutes without any communication, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, I found the lack of communication and consideration for guests' comfort to be unacceptable. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The Room had mold growth the smell is terrible I have upper respiratory problems after expending 20 minutes inside the room I started to feel dizzy and I could breathe I had to go to the pharmacy to buy some allergy medication because the smell of the mold gave me sinusitis and I had to spend more money in booking another hotel for the next day witch was an unnecessary payment because my mistake was prepaid the hotel for 5 nights but the smell of the mold was soooooo terrible that I stayed only one, I tried to tal to Expedia if they could reimburse me at least 3 nights since I had to stay o other hoyuelos but Expedia couldn’t resolve nothing apparently is the hotel policies, my recommendation is book another hotel at the end Expedia and the hotel don’t help you in nothing

Hotel was nice and in good location for my needs. Front door staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had strange smell of cat urine and there was no hot water in shower. But I'm not high maintenance. So, if met all of my needs.

Muy bien localizado, servicio increíble, nuestro cuarto ola a humedad , pero el cuarto es amplio sus camas muy cómodas, el baño amplio, con champo, gel crema ecológica y de muy buena calidad. Tienen que cambiar las toallas están rotas y percudidas, eso no me gusto para nada. El roof top super agradable y a walking distance de centros comerciales, restaurantes y a 15 minutos del aeropuerto.

This place is beautiful. What I loved the most is the fact that it’s gated. As a woman, traveling alone can be scary and the fact that it was gated and locked eased my mind. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel is gorgeous and it is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Guatemala City. There are many restaurants and shops nearby and it is easily accessible to a bunch of other places. My only concern is that I felt it could have been cleaned better. The floors looked dirty and so did the shower, but everything else was excellent.
