Good value for price

nice place and location. Rooms are bit smaller and not high end but it worked. The bathrooms are very nice but small. The room was just used for sleeping so can’t complain. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Nice bar and lounge area with Peruvian artifacts.

We enjoyed our two day stay at La Hacienda. Great location in the heart of Miraflores, friendly and very accommodating staff, comfortable room and great breakfast. Convenience of the attached Casino for late night snacks and drinks (complimentary if you’re playing). We will be back and highly recommend this property.

Great Location, Fabulous Accomodations

La Hacienda is always our first choice of hotel in Lima. It is half way between Larcomar (the big shopping center) and the Indian Markets. There is a casino next door if you are so inclined. We got a beautiful two room suite on the top floor for less that a run of the house room would cost at most other downtown hotels would charge and it included free WiFi and full breakfast. We will continue to stay there each time we visit Lima.

Wonderful location , understated luxury . Grand enterence scattered with Peruvian antique artefacts . Extremely efficient( English speaking ) and helpful at reception , enormous sitting room area and bar . Good size bedrooms & bathrooms supplying everything you could possibly need . Minibar well stocked . Just visited for the second time .

A very grand and formal hotel . Good old fashioned polite service . Extremely helpful reception . The building and facilities second to none . A collection of exquisite ancient Peruvian artefacts on display as part of the interior decoration. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay

Amazing place in the heart of Miraflores, neighborhood is awesome

The hotel is in a great location in Miraflores walking distance to the Larcomar Mall and lots of shops and restaurants. There is free parking across the street from the hotel. The staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet includes an omelette station. The room and bathroom are both spacious.

Great Home Base while in Lima

We spent three nights at this hotel while in Lima earlier this month. Loved the location - can walk to many of the sites in Lima.

OLD hotel in teh middle of the city

Hotel needs renovation. Smells old and it looks old.

Everthing was great but the running water for bathing was rusty at the beginning; one needs to run water before it gets clear.

Business stay in Miraflores

Had to make a booking at short notice and i stayed in this hotel 6 years before. i booked a normal room but i was given a great room with self catering facilities. Very good bathroom and bed.

Beautiful hotel. Great neighborhood. Do not eat at the restaurant, plenty of options around the corner.

It was a short stay but the hotel was clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast could use some work.

Everything was fine. Staff were great. Internet was terrible and for me that was a big problem as I needed to work from the hotel.

Amazing end to our holiday

We had 2 nights at a suite in La Hacienda for a special treat after the inka trail and the jungle. Hotel was fab, rooms lovely - great way to end the holiday.

Staff was fantastic in helping with questions and suggestions! Our first time in Peru would not have been as enjoyable without them!

A very nice hotel. Despite it seems old in the outside, the room is super comfortable with comfy bed and a renewed bathroom that, for me, it´s very important since you don´t feel like it´s dirty. Breakfast is ok, not great but ok to start the day.

Atencion poco amable

Desayuno no acorde a buffet ofrecido. Mejor decir que es continental y no se presta a confusion. Cero disposicion a conceder un late check out.

A localização do hotel é excelente, perto de bons restaurantes e também do Shopping Larcomar, muito gostoso de se passear a noite. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Só o café da manhã que precisaria de um up grade, mas não é de todo mal.

Hotel velho e decadente

Quando cheguei no hotel disse que queria uma suite tranquila e me deram uma suíte no oitavo andar. Cheguei por volta das 15h, ao chegar no quarto ouvi uma bateção de martelo ensurdecedora. Descobri que estavam realizando obras nas escadas (troca de corrimãos) e no nono andar. Imediatamente liguei para recepção pedindo para me trocarem de quarto. Disseram que iriam me contactar em poucos minutos. Se passaram mais de 40 minutos e nada. Então peguei minhas malas e desci na recepção e pedi que fizessem a mudança de quarto. Disseram que não havia outro quarto e iriam parar o barulho. Voltei indignado para o quarto e levou mais de 30 minutos para efetivamente pararem o serviço. Não há respeito pelo cliente. Se o hotel está em manutenção deveriam fechar os quartos que ficam sujeitos aos incômodos das obras e não aceitarem hóspedes. Paguei mais de R$600,00 por duas noites neste hotel, que, na melhor das hipóteses, vale R$100 a noite... Para piorar ainda mais a rede wifi do quarto é de péssima qualidade, conecta e cai toda hora, impossível de usar profissionalmente. Péssimo hotel!

Muy bien ubicado

Excelente. Muy buena experiencia. Me sentí totalmente a gusto durante mi estadía, me trataron muy bien, la habitación era grande, limpia y cómoda, la cama era maravillosa y el desayuno abundante. Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, justo en el punto medio entre Larcomar y el parque Kennedy. El único problema que tuve fue con el wifi que se caía fácilmente o simplemente no tomaba, ni siquiera en el lobby.

PUEDEN MEJORAR

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, pero el precio es muy alto comparado con el tipo de hotel que es, es un hotel de 3 estrellas realmente, hay muy poca diferencia en el precio entre un hotel 5 estrellas y La Hacienda y es distante tambien las diferencias del confort y comodidad de un hotel por de lujo 5 estrellas, ademas en el hotel 5* te cobran lo mismo si vas 4 pasajeros a la misma habitacion y en La Hacienda te cobran extra por cada persona adicional por lo tanto terminas pagando mas que en hotel 5 estrellas. Es un hotel que maximo debería costar siendo generosos $100. Las habitaciones no estan bien, el bano tampoco... el comedor es oscuro y no es buena la comida, tienen un solo ascensor para todos los huespedes y es un hotel que por su afluencia de clientes requiere de 2 ascensores. Volveria por la ubicacion pero en tanto y en cuanto las tarifas las reduzcan. Buena suerte!
