My room was very small but clean and have a problem the hoste forgotten put roll paper for washroom After text them for bringing they replay after 2 hours and we have sleeping and morning early we checked out

One Star Bliss

La Estrella de Tarifa is a cheap and cheerful one-star hotel in Tarifa that I cannot recommend enough. I had the penthouse which was perfect once I got fit enough to take on the stairs three or four times per day. I was attempting and later completing a swim of the Strait of Gibraltar and La Estrella was perfect as the budget base to work from.

Close to restaurants and the port. wonderful location and hotel. very clean and bright. no parking onsite and public lots were full. we drove until a spot opened up on the street and walked a mile to the hotel with luggage.

It was simple for a three day stay. The receptionist was great and accomodating. I stayed in the penthouse. No elevator, so if stairs isn’t your thing, don’t stay at the penthouse. it was perfect for me

Hidden Little Gem

This hotel was a nice little hidden gem,clean very friendly welcome, just disappointing we booked double room and got twin.Parking was a big problem, wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Could find better in Tarifa

The area itself is great but the room wasn't that clean. My friend and I had allergic reactions to the blanket put on out beds.The bathroom smelled and the shower would start leaking randomly at night.

We stay in hotels all over the world every 6 months or more. Our budget has been low, mid and high over the past 15 years. I must say if you adore 5 star accommodation this is not for you. Personally I love the quirkiness of this hostel. The room is clean, big enough and has Wifi. The bathroom is extremely small but adequate. The location is awesome and the staff speak English. At night, when you leave your room, there are candles, lanterns and incense to guide your way to the front door. We loved the change from he sterile 3/4 star hotels

Ein Hotel mit sehr viel Charm. Die Zimmer sind individuell und der Zugang ist auch etwas speziell. Eine schmale steile Treppe führt zu den einzelnen Zimmern in den verschiedenen Stockwerken. Man bekommt das Gefühl von 1001 Nacht mit viel Arabischem Flair. Wir waren begeistert vom Zimmer, obwohl es nicht modern eingerichtet war. Natürlich gab es aber auch WiFi und einen kleinen Fernseher. Diesen brauchten wir aber nicht, da es schöner war in der Altstatt zu flendern und die verwinkelten Gassen zu erkunden.

Hotel sympa très bien placé dans le centre , dommage car quand nous récupérons la chambre le drap était sale avec plein des poils et des cheveux……. la fille de la réception nous as donné des nouveaux drap mais bon pas sympa avoir à refaire le lit

Hôtel sympa bien situé dans le centre historique

Charmant petit hôtel joliment décoré, plusieurs appartements disponibles de tailles différentes. Vue sur les toits de la ville depuis ma chambre, pas d’air conditionné, un ventilateur seulement - j’ai eu très chaud certains jours. J’ai passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel, proche de tout, mais dans une rue calme. Le personnel est sympathique.

La situación es inmejorable y la atención muy buena; la habitación es muy pequeña y en el baño no se cabe. La nevera es ruidosa y apenas enfría. Pero, en general, bien para estancias muy cortas.

Nulla di eccezionale, non pulitissimo tanto che le lenzuola a volte presentavano delle macchie, tende piene di polvere e bagno non pulitissimo. La titolare l ho conosciuta l'ultimo giorno alla consegna delle chiavi, leggermente inesistente.

Hostal super cuco y muy céntrico. Lo bueno que tiene es que aunque sea céntrico no se encuentra en las calles donde están los bares y restaurantes, por lo que no hay ruidos molestos por la noche. El personal super atento, nos recomendó muchos sitios para visitar y dónde comer. Si volvemos a Tarifa, sin duda repetiremos.

Ubicación perfecta a 1 minuto de la zona de copas, pubs y restaurantes. Muy cerca de la playa

Great place to stay in the center of historical town. Room need some refreshment but was ok. Bed was smal and hard. Room was on top in a typical Tarifa style building with small stairs and candle light. very nice place tasty with beautiful nature and restaurants ,bars and shops bohemia style. Great stay

Omöjligt att köra bil dit. Trevlig receptionist Standarden på rummet motsvarade inte bilderna och för det priset vi betalade hade vi förväntat oss mycket mer. Ingen AC och mycket liv utanför gjorde det väldigt svårt att sova. Området i sig är fantastiskt!

Dato il prezzo la sistemazione era assolutamente insufficiente. Non molto pulito. Il letto matrimoniale (stanza da 4) era un brandina molto instabile.

Una bella settimana

La posizione è perfetta, in pieno casco antigo ma non nella zona dei bar de copas, quindi silenzioso. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Manca un po' di posto per appendere le cose (asciugamani, teli e costumi) ad asciugare. Carina l'abitudine di lasciare frutta fresca anche in camera!

Emplacement central

Bel emplacement dans les petites ruelles typiques de Tarifa, dommage que la surface de la chambre qui m'a été attribuée soit si restreinte, cabinet de toilette très étroit, chambre sur ruelle assez bruyante, sinon petit hôtel sympa, décoration marocaine qui m'a beaucoup plu, si je reviens je verrais à réserver plutôt la suite qui semble beaucoup plus spacieuse et avec vue.

Klein und süß.

Nettes kleines Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Tarifa. Mal abgesehen vom winzigen Bad, war es ganz ok. Etwas fülligere Leute sollten es nicht buchen, da die Toilette dirket vor der Dusche ist (Standardzimmer) und man echt Probleme hat, in die Dusche zu kommen. Nette Frau an der Rezeption, die gut Englisch konnte. Ansonsten absoluter spanischer Standard.

En pleno centro

El hotel es muy bonito y la decoracion muy lograda. En temporada alta la relacion - calidad precio es inaceptable. Nos toco la habitacion 4, que era enana; ya que esta en el centro por la noche no se pega ojo por la marcha que hay. Al cerrar la ventana ya no se oye, aislan muy bien pero te asas. Por la mitad de precio ( pagamos 90 Euros la noche) hubiera estado bien. Por este precio al menos se podía esperar espejo en la habitacion, aire acondicionado y opcion de desayuno.

Relación calidad-precio buenas

Hotel situado en el centro de Tarifa. Habitación correcta siendo optima su relación calidad-precio. La habitación es mona y cómoda para un día o dos. Situado en el centro de los locales hosteleros. La persona que atiende muy atenta y servicial y además al tener horario de cheking, te llama si no llegas a la hora y te espera.
