Clean hotel, very nice service, good location!

Main restaurant closed without advance notice. Breakfast restaurant waiting list only. A lousy hotel but expensive.

Gorgeous hotel and fun vibe on a great beach… excellent view from the room of surfers and beautiful beach, beautiful pools, wonderful restaurants, very friendly staff.

Good staff and great food. Room needs to be more highstandard at the same level with the price. Is not as neat as is suppose to be.

We had a room at 11th floor with the view of condos a beach and that was awesome! Staff extremely friendly and helpful, food is nice . We had an excellent stay

Our stay from check-in to check-out was amazing. The employees outside are welcoming and the staff at the front desk greet you with a smile. Rooms are cleaned daily and they provide amenities such as makeup removers and mouthwash. The bar has delicious drinks and the service at the pool and beach is superb. We were lucky to experience a concert in the lobby where guests were dancing and singing together. We were sad to leave but the cookie from La Concha made it a little better. We cannot wait to visit again!

Convenient and good value

Loved the property, easy access to the beach, and walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Close to Old San Juan with a short Uber ride. Great housekeeping service. Several pools however we did not use them as we spent hours on the beach.

I loved the room I was in . White clean beautiful design . Wall closet , safe , fridge, espresso machine. Open window doors for a full ocean view. Clean sand beach and pool area . No smell of vapes or cigarettes, mold or urine. No biting bugs or insects. Casino was a good activity on rainy nights. Liked the key wrist band to open doors. Live bands on Sunday had the house dancing. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was referred to me. Great location and amenities. Wish there were more at hotel games and pool activities to get first to mingle. We had an early check in from an early flight arrival. We ended up falling asleep on the deck chairs lounges. Wish they could’ve put us in a temp room to nap and shower until the room was ready. basically spent the day waiting around tired and then they forgot to call us when the room was ready over an hour until I went back to the desk to nag them. Traveling with a teenager so it made it uncomfortable. Thank you to the valet and front desk for locating my bags that were left behind in the taxi. Amazingly the taxi man returned it all the way back to the airport. Great job guys. Very honest and professional. My daughter thanks you tremendously so her vacation didn’t end on a bad note. Thank you to the concierge man for finding me tours and activities after being told they were all booked up. Of course only the most expensive ones were available. I had concerns after reading the property was under renovation but I am not sure what phase they are currently in. My room and stay was not affected by renovations. Stayed in a two queen oceanfront. Room was spacious and although it’s not a balcony, the window opens with a small area to step out to see the beaches which was nice. If you prefer a sit outside balcony I think it’s only for king bed rooms. There were plenty of restaurants and a Walgreens within walking distance. The hotel food was pricey so it was nice to have other options for dining. The beach was really nice, the beach staff is very attentive. I was worried after reading the ocean is not swimmable but it’s fine to go in and get wet while out sunbathing. The waves are big enough that you only need to be in about 3-4 feet to get wet. If you prefer a still shallow ocean this may not be the best fit. The pools and hot tubs were nice and the grounds around the pools were well kept. Plenty of little spots to sit and read or relax outside in a garden atmosphere around the inner pools. Housekeeping did ok with providing towels and water on days we did not want to be disturbed. The AC was loud and seemed to keep running, shut off for a few minutes then came back on again. We opened the window and the ocean breeze was better than having the AC running. It was during Christmas so the property was decorated very nice. Only complaint was a private party on the roof that had really loud music until 1am. I would stay again.

A wonderful destination and nice to be back at a top resort with top service.

The invoice price and the price paid at the hotel were different. The hotel blamed it on a third party for this and encouraged guests to book directly with the hotel. The hotel front desk wasn't a customer's friendly. Too much tax and too many money-making traps.

Everything about this property was awesome to me. We opted for valet so we wouldn't have to worry about finding parking. All staff members from the valet to reception to housekeeping were perfect and very accommodating. Our room was beautiful. The gentleman that checked us in was able to upgrade us to a balcony suite.The area around the hotel was a perfect hub for dining and shopping. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to stay here.

This location has everything you need for fun in the sun! The location is near everything beach, casino, restaurants, and shopping! Every-time my husband and I go to the great island of Puerto Rico we stay here!

Everything was great but service from staff outside restaurant needs to improve. Had our breakfast wrong after waiting an hour twice

The entire staff at La Concha is wonderful. All are welcoming and friendly. The facility is always clean and well maintained. We return every November to celebrate our anniversary, and we are never disappointed by the caring and warmth by the staff at the resort.

Ruby was the most amazing staff she was pleasant and willing to help make our experience the best! There was another young lady tall black hair who worked at the restaurant as well she was amazing. It’s unfortunate everyone else was rude at the restaurant.

Simply amazing. The club needs a thorough cleaning as there is very pungent scent in that area. It possibly could be mold and cigars but every where else was amazing.

I can’t say enough about this resort. It’s amazing!! First impression was the beautiful lobby. The check-in was easy. Jean helped us & he was SO HELPFUL & accommodating. The room was big, beautiful & clean. The pools are large & clean. Lounge chairs at beach are complementary. We went to the jacuzzi in the evening. It was so nice! Ubers are always 1 min away to get around to other areas, which are all very close by.

I loved the updated cabana rooms, and as always friendly service. I did not appreciate the amount of dogs in the hotel, particularly those allowed by the pool areas.

Nice place right on the beach lots of pool options staff is very friendly and helpful. Dining on the grounds is pricey but lots of options. Having the cosino on site was goid and bad noise late into the nigh. The live DJ on the weekends extremely loud could hear it in the room. Overall nice place with friendly staff

Went for my Anniversary and we had a wonderful experience, Genesis at front desk greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. During our stay staff was very friendly and we enjoyed pool, bar and nightclub. Recommended l!

This property was very nice! They was doing some repairs which is needed, only down side was that the bathroom in the rooms could've been cleaner, i saw grime on the sink and shower..other than that i was very pleased.

I love this resort

Great location and super friendly staff in the pool area and the front desk. The Solera restaurant was hit or miss for both the staff/service and the food. It was overpriced and the staff was slow even when they weren’t busy. But there are more than enough local restaurants within walking distance on Ashford to grab a bite, so after a poor experience at Solera on Day 1, we just ate elsewhere and it was great. The location of La Concha is excellent and extremely walkable, we’d definitely stay again!

The hotel amenities were great. It was clean and modern. The only thing I did not like was how noisy it was. We arrived on Friday and every night we did not get a good night sleep because you can hear music all night. The music would finally stop around 6:30a-7a. When I brought it up to the front desk they confirmed that music came from club/lounge at hotel or a special event on the premises. Definitely not the place to stay if you’re looking to get some rest. We were on the 4th floor.

We stayed from 9/12/24-9/16/2024. This Resort has everything to need. I only had one problem but really not a problem but a suggestion. The club you have to be dress!! No shorts, flip flops, sandals, shorts, and no crop tops. This club is on the resort but most guess don't attend. Have hours for guess instead of catering to others. Oh, this is also music in the lobby when you can't get in the club. I love be back!!

Beautiful beach front resort. Rooms were small but I had a great Ocean view. Pool amenities and hot tubs were awesome. My concierge, Ninoshka, was excellent. She helped me plan surprises for my wife on our wedding anniversary and then again on her birthday. Hotel has free bikes to use, which we rode to Old San Juan. Best trip yet!

My wife and I had an amazing time. The staff were wonderful, food was great and the facilites were clean...I would definitely recommend this place and I would love to come back

I absolutely loved this property . The amenities was absolutely amazing . I stayed in the suite on the 12th floor , the ocean front view was cherry on top for the entire stay. All staff members are very personable and helpful . I will be returning again soon .

The property was in perfect location, very clean & i love the casino. One thing that stood out most was the staff remembering my name from the front desk to the bar & casino. Yadiel, Pedro & Ralphy i believe were their names. Im thankful for the way the treated me and made my stay an excellent one. Thank you to all staff at La Concha!

I really liked the fact that the hotel is walking distance to everything you need, food, convenience stores and even little shopping. Great location and the casino adds the best touch.

Beautiful resort with fantastic employes/service. The suites building and main, formal dinner restaurant are under renovations but we wanted for nothing. Very walkable location as well with lots of places to eat/drink outside the hotel.

This place is so family oriented and beautiful atmosphere I wouldn’t stay any where else when im back in Puerto Rico
