We loved this property. Located in the beautiful countryside of Pergusa, La Casa del Poeta is a great place to unwind after a day of site seeing. It is centrally located between Enna and Piazza del Romano and only an hour from Agrigento and the Valley of Temples. The host, Guiliana, was wonderful sharing information about the area and providing recommendations for food, sights and travel. The breakfast is included with lots of options to choose from. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful place near Enna

A one night stay near Enna - very beautiful spot and very welcoming hosts. Stayed in the loft family room as a family of 4. Beautiful old building, stunning artistic interiors.

Poetic retreat

Lovely quiet location in the countryside outside Enna, spacious room adjacent to a comfy common area, whimsical decor, beautiful swimming pool and nice breakfast.

Vacation

There was nobody there when we arrived. Got someone on the phone thanks to a workman but nobody would be there for an hour. Went to Enna for a drink and lunch but absolutely nothing was open. Really disappointing.

True Agritoursim

The hotel owner, Guiliana was wonderful. She could not do enough to help us. The venue was in a very quiet and peaceful area and the facilities were clean and comfy and decorated with incredible Italian style. The food was simple but amazing and we had dinner at the sister Agritourism hotel which was an excellent meal. Would definitely return!

Very special place located in the county. Great to get out of big cities. 30 minutes from Piazza Amerina.

Quirky and lovely country stay!

Charming spot in the country, as long as you've got a car. Unique style, loaded with books and fun details. We had a HUGE room with lovely views.

Wonderful place in Enna, Italy

Had a wonderful stay. The place absolutely clean, very welcoming. The staff was wonderful and helpful - Greeted is at our car and helped take our luggage in without asking. Breakfast was scrumptious - enjoyed the eggs!!!

Peaceful retreat in the heart of Sicily

We were warmly welcomed and very well looked after throughout our stay. This hotel is located very centrally within Sicily and would therefore make a great base from which to explore the island.

Nice and quite location

Nice location, great service - including the breakfast. Very nicely decorated and very spacious and quite rooms . A pity however that the pool was not open and the Wifi did not work.

This initially was an odd place to walk into, and we were the only guests, being December, but once you 'get' the place, you warm to it, and Redden, our Filipino host was excellent - the breakfast laid on was perfect and to be experienced.

Great vibe and wonderful stay.

It was a good omen when we were greeted by a double rainbow arcing from the hillside as we arrived to the villa. The building is neat, clean and whimsically decorated and furnished. Small and simple, our stay here was a welcome break from staying in cities and fighting for a parking space. The villa is not walking distance to dinner or activities, but is is so peaceful and relaxing that it just doesn't matter. There is a town nearby with a decent restaurant for dinner, or just bring some wine, bread, fruit and cheese to have a quiet stay at home meal. Extremely nice and helpful staff.

La struttura ha soddisfatto lei nostre aspettative, l’abbiamo trovata pulita ed il personale attento. Per chi vuole un po’ di relax è consigliato.

De accommodatie ligt iets afgelegen van het dorp. Wij vonden dat fijn en genoten van de stilte. Zwembad is een mooie plus, zeker als het warm is. Verder is het een oud pand die heel mooi is opgeknapt. Wij raden deze B&B zeker aan.

Logement dans une belle maison rénovée avec goût et qui donne sur un joli champ. Le personnel est très attentionné et les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et copieux. Malheureusement, l’isolation phonique est mauvaise: le moindre bruit d’une chambre à côté est perceptible mais surtout lorsque les personnes du deuxième montent l’escalier.

Très beau lieu, calme et reposant. Personnel accueillant. Décoration soignée. Je recommande.

Ein Kleinod im Herzen Siziliens

Wir waren leider nur 2 Tage in dieser schönen „Casa“ - haben die Zeit aber sehr genossen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus liegt inmitten schöner Natur - und doch zentral für Besichtigungen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst, hatten ein tolles Zimmer, und konnten im gesamten Haus die liebevolle Einrichtung incl. Bücher bestaunen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit Rührei, Joghurt, Müsli, frischem Obst, etc. Das Schwimmbad konnten wir leider wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen - doch es ist sehr einladend. Wir können die „Casa“ auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!

Ottima struttura con piscina in posizione tranquilla per chi come noi cercava un posto per stare in tranquillita'.Personale gentile e disponibile.Abbiamo utilizzato gratuitamente le bici che ci hanno messo a disposizione per visitare il lago di Pergusa.Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Kunde inte bli bättre! Hotellet var så himla mysigt med fin pool och vi fick ett fantastiskt fint och stort rum 👍 De som jobbade på hotellet fick verkligen en att trivas. Frukosten var superbra! Tyvärr stannade vi bara en natt.

Cet endroit est magnifique. Tout est beau, raffiné et poétique et on se sent immédiatement chez soi.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Hier passt einfach alles. Unser Zimmer war hell, gross und individuell eingerichtet. Ebenso das Bad mit Tageslicht, dass über eine Doppeldusche verfügte, in der man auch bequem zu zweit duschen konnte wirklich außergewöhnlich. Alles ist mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet und die Unterkunft strahlt zudem durch seine Lage eine unbeschreibliche Ruhe aus. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und sehr hilfreich für Informationen, den Aufenthalt betreffend. Auch das Frühstück ist einwandfrei...frische Produkte jeglicher Art wobei auch Sonderwünsche gerne erfüllt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un super B&B qui porte bien son nom

Au coeur de la Sicile, voici un havre de paix, aux chambres décorées de façon superbement "poétique"; des livres partout; un petit salon avec encore des livres, une chaine Hi-fi et un ordinateur à disposition; à quelques mètres de là, une belle piscine entourée de pelouses; et le matin super petit-déjeuner dans une salle à manger au décors d'une sobriété moderne... la décoration est partout extrêmement recherchée mais sobre

Biblioteca nella natura

Villa deliziosamente immersa nella verde campagna ennese, arricchita da un interessante patrimonio librario. Una piacevole biblioteca nella natura. Gradevole rifugio per poeti ed artisti, perfetto per un benefico "otium litteratum"

Très bonne nuit mais...

La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable, le personnel très accueillant. Seul petit bémol, des chiens ont aboyé toute la nuit !

Unser Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und, so wie das gesamte Haus, liebevoll renoviert, das Frühstück vielfältig und vor allem; die Casa liegt wunderschön. Sehr zu empfehlen!
