Quick and convenient

The room was amazing, housekeeping service was amazing, location was amazing, pretty safe and very friendly people around. Everything was great. They answer pretty fast if you have any issues. The room is beautiful, modern design, new-looking building, close to Calle Cerra, one of the best streets in San Juan to hang out at night for drinks. You might get bothered by the loud noise from the bars late at night since it is a busy point of San Juan, but it was just a factor in between so much satisfaction with the hotel. I’m glad to have chosen this company for my two-week stay in Puerto Rico. Hasta luego!

Area was very scary, room was very small, no space to walk. Bed smells so bad , bedsheet not change even. Hotels.com should remove this kind of listing. Bikers drives crazy till 2 am , loud scary noise coming from outside . I was lucky enough to get out in middle of night

There was a club downstairs, the place was small, and I was told to walk with caution in the area. Also parking is not included.

2 Night Stay B4 Cruise

Room was clean, a bit on the smaller side but it was fine for our two nights before our cruise. Bed was okay, we did enjoy the spacious shower. I was unaware that your room is not in an enclosed building. Be aware you will have to climb stairs, we were lucky to be on the first floor. There is also a gap between the door and the bottom so you do have to stuff a towel in the space to keep out mosquitos. Otherwise, it was a nice stay! Found some nice food in the area and the locals were very nice. Very simple check in and check out. Would stay again.

Really bad neighborhood and didnt check in on us once

I was never given a code to the hotel. I was not able to access my room and had to sleep elsewhere. Nobody picked up my call - so could not get in touch with the staff to receive the code to the premises.

Am I would wish that you guys could atleast add some more amenities like Colgate an soap an stuff but other than that I loved the place.

The 1st day it was clean, but nobody came to clean after that. There was no soap only shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. There's no microwave or refrigerator, or a small chair to sit down. The area is extremely seedy extremely, run down. Homeless people hanging around

I gave it what I thought it's worth for one night * I did like the small space * I also think that this location gets what it gets on rating depending on the month and by day .I didn't pay any parking but if your smart you will find one that's under lights* don't park in the blue lines they are faded so look carefully. Overall for the night on the run or when you need a one time stay it's decent enough . But this poshtel is a virtual desk user so please use your codes ask questions . Is not to complicated .

The property is great, clean rooms and staff is nice. Things to notes: there is no lobby so check in you’ll get a text with the entry and door codes. Also the restroom is shared per floor. So no personal restroom. As for local stores and restaraunts its a small walk. There is a walgreens and walmart nearby.

The room looks nice but has a strong mold smell. Provided towels no wash cloths and doesn’t have an elevator.

The area was a total hood. The room was so small, I could touch both walls with my arms stretched out ( and I'm only 5'8). The TV kept loosing visual. There was NO wifi, though it was promised in the text. There was no table and chairs. The place is over totally over priced!!!

Very nice and simple property. Just how I like it.

The stay was wonderful. I felt safe due to the keypads for each room. I like the fact the fact I didn’t have to wait to go in. The fact that they send me instructions prior to my stay was convenient. The only issue I had was one of the doors gave me a hard time when punching in the code, but overall I do recommend this place for anyone who are traveling alone or as a couple.

First, management was on point. If I ever needed anything i.e. clean towels, trash removed etc. once I called them they were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfy. Lots of ecology reminders neatly posted on the walls about saving water and electricity. Very smart! Please remember Posh is more of an Eco minded guest’s house than an actual hotel/motel. The area it is located is America’s typical inner-city experiencing lots of gentrification with out with old and in with the new. Hopefully gentrification wont displace as it usually does the vibrancy of the community which I felt safe in and had no problems with the people in the area. I did enjoy the local bars and great restaurants that were an 8 to 15 minute walk up the street. The neighborhood is definitely alive and the people I met very friendly and helpful along the way. All in all I loved my 2 night stay on the 2nd floor with only one problem which was the internet was never stable even after management would reset it. The problem could be the area as Porto Rico has many energy challenges by the U.S. government not doing what they should by fixing the electric power grid and gouging the people with high electricity costs or even something simpler in the building management investing in a newer and better internet router system etc. I eventually gave up calling management albeit they would always reset it for me. Thanks again Posh for the great experience and that I didn’t let what others wrote!

Great overall experience.... Room clean, spacious with balcony.... Also, restroom big and clean.... a little issue with cold water not running, mainly is hot water available.... i hope they fix this small problem...No room daily cleaning service.... probably you have to ask manager for someone to come to do cleaning.....No towels change.... probably you have to ask for it as well....Walmart is super close.... around 20 minutes walk to nearest beach... Overall all great experience, worth the value and price... For sure, would definitely stay there again...

privacy and no parking

The place was great and comfortable.

Scary neighborhood unless you like to party & drink,wifi was no good TV did not work as result room was low cost ,on the bright side the small studioette did have nice tile floors & clean bedsheets, & nice bathroom

I have trouble with the room tv but out of that everything was good.

The location is not the greatest, literally had a homeless man right outside the doorstep high as a kite. The inside was very nice and clean. The room was a nice set up, ac worked great, the restroom was a cute set up with the open rooftop shower. The only bad thing about that was the flying roaches that came in (2 of them). The bed was comfortable. It’s not a bad place, just in a bad location. Also there’s a lot of stairs to climb, so be prepared for that especially if you have a lot to carry.

Lovely place, very comfortable

The place has potential but the humidity smell is very strong. Note that the bathroom door is Clear glass so the room is good for one person or a couple that don’t mind not having any privacy whatsoever. The space it’s great to shower and sleep but that’s about it. Not much space in the room, nice size bathroom and they provided complementary bag storage at another location.

The homeless man sleeping infront the door was a bit concerning, the limited parking, property is ok inside and good proximity to Walmart. The general location surrounding the building is a 1 star

The air conditioning was great, but I would say the dirty sheets and covers were the tip of the iceberg. Also management was very disorganized , other guest had arrived and were stating that our room was their room. The pictures do not match and we had no balcony that is why I booked.

The location is horrible. People roaming around and being loud at all hours of the night. Due to the lateness of when my family arrived, we decided to have food ordered in. When my husband and son went downstairs to meet the delivery person, they witnessed people sitting right outside the door using substantial unlawful substances. We definitely didn’t feel safe there. The room was decently clean, but there was something in there that caused me to have a severe allergic reaction. My eyes swelled up, I couldn’t breathe out my nose, and my throat started obstructing. I was fine until we started messing with the ac unit, so we believe there may have been mold in the filter possibly. I’ve sent two messages through hotels.com for the property managers. I’ve also made numerous calls and have spoken every time to Ricardo who keeps saying he’ll get back with me the same day, but I never hear back from anybody. I’m asking for a refund for my stay. We spent one night out of the week that was originally booked. I don’t think that asking for a refund for the unused days is too much to ask for all things considered.

everything about that room/hotel was GREAT we stood in Room C everything was great beside we wish we wouldve gotten a little curtain on the window and the far light in towards the shower was working, everything else was really great

Great service, room stay was really nice with 24hr working ac and bathroom was always clean with hot/cold water. Parking was a little bit of a hassle but since it’s public parking it’s first come first serve.

I had a two night reservation. I got to my room and it was extremely dirty with roaches roaming in the bathroom. I called and requested that they change my room, they attempted to but couldn’t even guess the password for the room they were supposed to change me to. I ended up staying at another hotel the first night due to the uncleanliness of the room. I called the next day, they agreed to give me a clean room, which they did and they would refund me the first night that I missed due to the dirty room. No refund as of yet, and Expedia doesn’t make it any easier to request one. Personally, a bad experience and I would light my money back for the night that I had to stay at another hotel.

It was beautiful and everyone was so nice! I strongly recond the room with the open roof bathroom! Its beautiful but it does get humid.

Best Puerto Rico Stay for the Best Price!!

I loved the fact that our room’s bathroom had no ceiling, My wife and I are both people of nature as you can call it so it was a perfect fit for us! Although it was tremendously hot outdoors the room was very cool and calming. Tv was broken not beyond repair, still manageable but i think it’s a good thing to know before coming and expecting perfection! I would rate this stay a 9/10!

The property is suitable for the price. The room was petite but nice. We had a bathroom in our room. It was cute and better then I expected. Neighborhood is a little sketchy. Though we were only there for one night.

When we first got there the area looked sketchy and we didn’t get a text with the codes to get into the building and room. We had to call to get in which they did respond right away and was able to get in. However, there was a couple arguing for hours and could hear everything. It was noisy and barely got any sleep.

This is my second time staying and I love the room and how clean it is. Unfortunately they don’t have control of the people that trash the streets, but I do recommend that you experience it you self! I love it 😍

if you have a balcony the outside is really noisy. there is no staff there you have to text but overall comfortable stay.

Convenient

Very dangerous area. Didn’t even make it inside the apartment. Drove around for 10 mins looking for a parking spot that we never did find and saw enough to book a new hotel in a safe area for the night.

After explaining to the property management about my health condition, I was still placed on the 4th floor with no handicap accessibly. This property was across the street from 2 high rise buildings that were not well kept. It’s not near those colorful homes and was just an unsafe environment.

Great place, bad neighborhood

The area where this hostel is located was really scary, when I got there it was a drug addicted sleeping next to the entrance door, there’s no parking; once you get in is really nice, room was clean, bed was comfortable and I love the bath tub, I would love this building where in a better neighborhood.

There were people doing drugs in the front of the property. I had to go a day without toilet paper, The room had bugs & it was dirty.
