TravellerWe had a pleasant time at this hotel. It had all we needed for our short break in Haro
TravellerStaff were superb, they gave us awesome recommendations for places to go and eat, the only downside was this hotel does not have a restaurant, but there’s one literally next to it, do not go there the owner is a big bearded guy who was extremely rude, we didn’t know what his problem was, we complained to the hotel and they explained it wasn’t the first time the guests had issues with this restaurant, so they refunded our breakfast .

Nice but slightly run down and populated by truck drivers (at least off season). Cheap wine by the glass in the bar and a nice also cheap dinner. It seems someone had an idea of a fancy luxury hotel, but couldnt really keep the clientel or the level up.

The hotel itself was fine, decent bar. The location is handy for a stop-off, but it's basically a truck stop. The worst part of the stay was the over exuberant neighbours running up and down the (tiled) corridor and shouting at 5am. Not the hotel's fault, other than that carpeting the corridors would significantly reduce the problem.

a very modern hotel but not very user friendly. The shower was almost impossible to use easily. The bar / restaurant was soul-less and the location, on an industrial estate and at least a mile from Haro was a problem.
Traveller2 Hours south of Santander
Very convenient, easy to find, and pleasant stay on our way south from Santander. Reception and restaurant staff were very helpful. Menu del dia, (11€), was very satisfying including bread water and wine. Very good quality room, soft matress, and fine bathroom. You take the old N road parallel to the motorway 20 km before Haro down the Ebro valley, then after your stay you travel another 20 km down the valley before rejoining the motorway. A very scenic route past the Rioja bodegas!

Un hôtel propre avec des chambres spacieuses. Des problèmes de localisation via le GPS. Un petit déjeuner au bar qui pourrait être amélioré et une réceptionniste qui devrait apprendre à sourire.

Lo ideal sería que en la ducha algo más de mampara,el agua sale con mucha fuerza al ducharse y se salpica mucho fuera, ayudaría a mantener la estancia más limpia y evitar posible accidente por el agua en el suelo.

Travellermuy mal la relación calidad-precio
El hotel no tiene la categoria necesaria para ese precio. Hasta que llegas e insertas la tarjeta, no se enciende la calefacción, y no es agradable llegar por la noche y que la habitación estè congelada, con 0° en la calle. La habitación muy corrientita, pequeña y no muy cómoda, en el cuarto de baño solo cabe una persona, aunque està limpio. El personal es lo único que està a la altura en este hotel, amabilisimos y ninguna queja de ellos, pero cobrar màs de 50 euros por un hotel de carretera de esta categoria, situado en un polígono y industrial y con vistas a un parking con camiones,me parece desproporcionado. Por ese precio,82 euros sin desayuno, he dormido en hoteles muy superiores a este.
