The location was great, close to the station but the facility is very outdated. You can hear neighbors taking showers! It was okay for the price but I will not return.

Enjoyed two weeks staying here staff very welcoming and helping with any needs. The bed very comfortable and shower is very relaxing highly recommend

Kuretake Sakai branch's rooms are more spacious compared to another branch I stayed on this same trip. They also have free onsen shower on the first floor.

Hotel had a damp smell once you entered the reception area and got worse when we went to our room . The room was so dusty and I felt so uncomfortable sleeping there we had to leave even though we paid for 5nights .

Very high CP, close to Nankai Sakai Stations and easy to reach airport

The room was little small but so clean! There is an onsen downstairs. It was good too! Only one woman stuff attitude made me uncomfortable because of her rudeness. It is very rare happened in japan though. I felt she just didn’t respect customers. She didn’t feel thankful to customers at all. That how I felt. I don’t care she likes the job or not but she should respect and act polite to all customers especially the customers are polite to her. Except her, everything was awesome!

my lovely stay

i love my stay in kuretake inn.. it is so near the train station. the room is very cozy. amenities are complete. i love their breakfast. the lobby area is clean and plus factor for the massage chair there.

Convenient, no frills, clean enough, nice bath

I chose this hotel over more expensive hotels because it was highly rated for cleanliness. It was acceptable. The room was overall pretty clean but the "unit bath" smelled of mildew. And the carpet under the beds has lots of dust balls. Look at your own risk! The Japanese breakfast was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised by the public bath. The water temperature was hot and relaxing. The changing area does get crowded, despite their cutting down lockers as a Covid measure. The staff were professional and helpful. (I spoke to them mostly in Japanese.) I would consider coming back alone, but won't take my mom back here because she didn't like the mildew smell and the room was cramped for the two of us plus all our luggage.

An excellent hotel right across the street from The train station. A big surprise was the happy hour included from 6 PM to 8 PM. The Breakfast is Japanese oriented but the western entrées are sufficient. The pajamas provided for in room use werr comfortable Overall an excellent experience. I would stay here again.

Great Location new hotel, but a noisy

Overall, it is a great location and new hotel. However, the sound insulation is not great. A lot of noise when customers are talking at the corridor.

Daily buffet breakfast was very good. Adequate pillows, but bed was extremely firm.

2 min walk to shopping center and train station. Perfect spot.

The property was a very nice distance from Kansai Airport by train and was very nice. Super easy to find as they have their name in big English letters on the building. Room was kind of small but the property was very nice otherwise.

Very nice hotel right across a train station and shopping centre. Not part of subway line but convenient access to airport, mount kongo, mount koya, sumiyoshi taisha and other destinations. Nice breakfast selection, free drinks every afternoon and also nice indoor onsen.

this is the second time we (2 adults + 8yr old) returned to this after 2 nights in other hotel. At first it was the price which was relatively reasonable. However, given the location next to the train station, staff, room conditions. It was worth our stay.

Quick check in. Staff can speak english. VERY clean room and bathroom. Location only 200m from Sakai station. Several restaurants nearby within a few hundred metres. Free internet. Realtively room rate is not expensive.

今回1人利用でしたが客室はツインで広くて快適で良かったです。

駅からも近く、清潔で部屋も広く快適でした。朝ごはんもごはんとパンが用意されていておかずもいろんな種類があるバイキングでちょうどよかったです。

レストランのスタッフさんが大変感じが良いです。ただ、ビュッフェの所でマスク無しで大声で話す中国からのお客様には辟易しました。 廊下の音が部屋の中まで届くのが毎回残念なポイントです。

ドリンクサービスなどあって 良かったです。

Excelente hotel! Está a unos metros de las estaciones principales de metro. Las instalaciones muy limpias, habitaciones con todo lo necesario, cama muy cómoda, diario hacen limpieza, el personal es muy amable y se preocupa por lo que necesitas, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

何もかも満足だったが部屋にあった湯沸かしポットの機能が一部壊れていた。つまり，沸騰しても自動的に電気が切れず沸かし続けていた。傾けても湯が出ないようになるロックをかけて蒸汽を逃さない状態でも症状は同じ。 回りに高層建築がなく，窓から周囲の街並みが見えて朝になると日差しも入ってきた。安いホテルだと窓の前は隣のビルの壁ということがよくある。 他の電鉄系のホテルに泊まることが頻繁にあるが，比較にならないくらい良かった。

如果大浴場晚上可以延後1小時關門便更好。

駅に近く便利。エレベーターが1台しかないのが、どうしても不便である。エアコンの冷房の効きが悪いのが改善されれば良い。全体的によく掃除されてると思うが、水回りの掃除は再徹底を希望する。

それなりに清掃はされているが、換気扇も掃除を希望したい。外気温が昼間36度のとき、深夜にエアコンを22度に設定しても寒くならず、手持ちの温湿度計で25度が限界で暑かった。壊れているのか、制限をかけているのか、マルチエアコンの限界なのか不明だが、暑過ぎた。

総じて満足していますが、リフトが一台しかないため、待ち時間が長く、場合によっては、一回で乗れないことがあります。チェックアウト時には、下層階は乗れない人がいました。

與車站非常近，附近有商場及超級市場方便購買日常用品，而且酒店設施良好，雖早餐食物款式不多，但味道非常不俗。

難波から電車で一本で行けて、駅からも近く便利です。近くの川の臭いがちょっと気になりますが、値段も安く大浴場付きで、無料の朝食も美味しかったです。

値段の割には大浴場や露天風呂もあり、必要十分な設備が揃ってました。駅も近く、スーパーも線路の下にあるので、いろいろ便利でした。

If you are looking for one of the most valuable investment choice, this hotel is your solution in case you can wake up within 08.00am to enjoy their breakfast and also you have only 2 members per 1 room But if you have more budget and looking for excellent hotel this may not answer Location is great, but we bought the wrong ticket , it would be JR Nankai 2days rather than Osaka loop anyway another Kansai 3 days is matching for travelling from here to Osaka neighborhood cities like Kyoto etc…

従業員の方はとても良くしていただいて、素晴らしかったです。 部屋のユニットバスだけが残念でした。掃除が行き届いてないのか、カビの匂いがきつかったです。

駅近であることでスーパーもあり飲食店もある。特に困ることはないです。 唯一、部屋で上着をハンガーに掛けにくい。ロッカーのようなものがあれば良かった。しかし、朝食もついてこの料金なら文句なし。

駅から近くとても便利でした！ お部屋も綺麗で、小5の娘とシングルに2人は少し狭かったけど3泊しても苦ではなかったです。 子供が内から鍵をかけて寝てしまい困りましたが、スタッフの方の対応も丁寧ですごくありがたかったです。 また次回も泊まるならここだな！と思います。

Perfect for one night, arriving in KIX by night

Easy access from Nankai Line Sakai Station from the Kansai Airport. Very conveniently located, and definitely cheaper than staying in any hotel in Dowtown Osaka, if you are planing to move out of Osaka in the next day. The breakfast was simple, but it was a real meal

廊下での話し声と隣の部屋からのイビキがとてもよく聞こえましたが疲れていたのでよく眠れました。　お値段もお安くありがたかったです。

位置堺站旁邊，由機場到酒店，約30-40分鐘，步行2-3分鐘即到，非常方便。職員也很有善，check in 當日剛遇大雨，職員馬上主動借遮給我們，非常細心👍
