Great sunset views and a pool

It was a lovely one bedroom apartment with a private pool and killer sunset views. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to town but coming back is a challenge. If you do not walk, prepare to spend 10-15$ each way. Even then, some of the taxis will not go up to the highest apartment as the hills are too steep. My wife's fitbit said she walked the equivalent of 1.5 Empire State buildings in stairs..... (she would not ride the motorbike up the steep hills) We loved the pool and views. Creature comforts were just OK. If you want to be out of the town and the madness once the crowds return, this is one to consider.

Amazing villa with private pool and breathtaking views. Fantastic service in all aspects. Very accommodating and would definitely stay again. Steep hill as expected for such amazing view.

Fantastic views over Koh Tao. Peaceful location. Clean and very private villa with clean pool. However difficult very steep access to villa via road. The ac only worked in one room at a time which meant that the bedroom and living area could not be cooled together. Very friendly helpful staff especially Nicie. Perfect villa for young couples.

An amazing Villa in an amazing island. There isn't any negative feedback about it. From easy bike rental from the Villa itself to Moka coffee pot. Definitely will be returning again. Easy access to beaches and food nearby with a per entry gym right below. Another important feedback will be, I'm naturally sensitive to "negative" energies and far most to be dead honest this Villa is filled with positive energies and zero negatives. Being super clean. Thanks alot to the beautiful 3 ladies, the team for accommodating us.

The view never gets old!! Whether it be Waking up to it or watching the sun set over the view it’s just perfect. Probably the reason it’s our second time back. Can’t rate it enough and the hosts Dan and A simply can’t do enough for you.

Our stay at Koh Tao Heights far outreaches any expectations. The staff was phenomenal, the room was amazing, and the overall experience was amazing. I would highly recommend!!

Stunning views

This place is majestic. We had to extend our trip as it was so beautiful. You would be paying a few thousand a night if this was in most other European country's. The views are amazing, staff are awesome. Do yourself a favor and stay here for a few nights..

Made our trip to Koh Tao perfect!

What a wonderful find in Koh Tao. Hidden up high, away from the noise of the streets and bars, and with an incredible view of the sea. The private villa was divine - spacious, comfortable, all needed amenities, great A/C, private outdoor area with hammock and pool, overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. Property staff including A., Dan, and Dillon were friendly and very helpful. A. helped us to arrange laundry, excursions, and return ferry tickets. The food delivery service was very easy. Taxis to/from town cost 200 Baht, which is no problem given the rewards of staying in this secluded portion of a lovely tropical island.

Beautiful view, beautiful villa.

Beautiful villa with pool and an amazing view over Sairee Beach area. The villa is up a set of very steep roads / steps. We hired a scooter for 250Baht per day to get us up the first half - the second half is too steep for riding with two Westerners on-board :) 'A' (the staff member who assists) was very helpful. The first rundown of the villa was way too fast (not much was explained) as there was obviously more guests coming she needed to see to, but nothing was hard to work out anyway. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Honest review.

Honest review. Everything about this place looks amazing. The villas are brand new looking. Extremely clean. Pool is pristine. Service from staff was amazing. Ferry pick up and drop off. Ferry ticket bookings, a free cellphone to use to call restaurants and taxis. Now with all things considered it did have three hiccups. With privacy comes distance. Up on the hill do not expect to walk. Taxis or scooter rides only. The hike up a mountain is annoying. However this comes with the territory of being private. Now this second one bothered us a bit. Full disclosure, Koh Tao has power issues since it is such a small island. So we expected some power issues. However when our villa was shorting out... a few others had power. There was only 1 island wide power outage over the course of the weekend. The other shortages were during rain when more then a few neighbors had power. The circuit breaker was going. We were told no two ACs on at once... however we only had the fridge plugged in. Nothing else on the whole villa was on and it was still shorting. This happened every single time it rained hard. Since its wet season it would be all night. No charging our stuff at night, no AC in the bedroom, and no enjoying the tv, movies, and stereo (provided for rainy nights) Not sure if it was our breaker or an issue with the island. However with that happening, the quality of the villa outways feelings on no power. Still 4-5 stars hands down.

Leaving is the only downside

Can't speak highly enough of this place. Was on a bit of a tour with just two nights at each location. That generally suits me and I easily tire of a place, however, I could have happily stayed here a week or even longer. Everything you need an a superb view of the bay. The caretaker is an English bloke, Dan, who couldn't have been more helpful. Will go again.

Amazing View in an Incredible Villa

Stayed here for 2 nights while diving in Koh Tao May 2016. It was our favorite place to stay in Thailand. The view is amazing and the villa is just as nice. Very well designed with beautiful bathroom and decorations. We had an infinity pool to cool off in, sun chairs to tan on, and a nice couch and hammock in the shade for when it got a little too hot. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We were provided with a cell phone to make local calls for preferred taxis, emergencies, restaurants, asking the staff for their assistance. In terms of dining there is no restaurant but we were provided with menus of popular places that delivered right to our door. This place is perfect for a couple looking to have a nice getaway that is a little quieter and very relaxing.

An amazing hotel with the best views!

This place was so cool! We had a private infinity pool which i'm pretty sure was available with every rental unit. The staff was very professional and super helpful getting us set up with activities. Plus, all the staff we engaged with spoke fluent english which was rare for the island. They even provide you with a Thai Cell Phone upon arrival for making local calls which was very helpful when organizing excursions. I highly recommend this place for trips to Koh Tao.

Best stay for honeymoon

Dan was an awesome host and have loads of info to make sure we got the most out of our 2 night stay!! Wow what a view could just chill here for 2 days if you wanted to! Highly recommend the long tail boat hire for the day best way to see the whole island. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and memorable stay. We will be back one day

Fantastischer Ausblick und eine tolle Unterkunft mit netten Angestellten. Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass der Aufstieg recht steil und mühsam ist. Daher ist es ratsam einen Roller im Hotel auszuleihen.

Fantastisk poolvilla med en ubeskrivelig udsigt

Dette ophold har været det bedste ophold jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Det var en den dyre ende ca. 1700 kr pr. nat, men alle pengene værd. Personalet var søde, serviceminded og kunne hjælpe med at arrangere alt. Vi fik vores egen mobiltlf, som vi kunne bruge til at ringe lokalt: til hotellets chauffør vi kunne ringe til og få billig transport, til hvis vi skulle have mad leveret udefra eller hvis vi havde have spørgsmål eller noget andet der skulle arrangeres. I villaen havde de lavet en mappe med anbefalede restauranter, ture/oplevelser mm. Selve poolvillaen var fantastisk. Poolen var større en forventet. Ren og pæn. Udsigten var ubeskrivelig. Villaen var stor, funktionel, vedligeholdt og ren og pæn. Villaen lå et godt stykke oppe i højderne, så vi fik god motion, når vi skulle op og ned. Intet problem for os. Hotellet havde tilhørende scooters man kunne leje, hvilket kan anbefales, så man kan køre rundt og se den smukke ø. Vi havde 4 nætter på Koh Tao i denne skønne villa. Vi kunne sagtens have haft flere på øen, men som sagt var villaen lidt dyr pr nat. Alt i alt en fantastisk oplevelse!

Traum Villa mit Albtraum Service

Wir sind 2018 das Erste Mal im Koh Tao Heights Pool Villas gewesen. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld lief über Dan, er hat uns am Pier in Empfang genommen uns alles erklärt und sich perfekt um alles gekümmert. Dieses Jahr lief der Kontakt über Nicie&Chalita und es war genau das Gegenteil. In der vorab Email stand: “In effort to ensure that you journey is smooth we can assit and arrange your transport to Koh Tao…. Das Gegenteil war der Fall. Die Fähre kam verspätet und wie versprochen warteten die Beiden Damen auf uns. Da wir nach der Ankunft in der Villa nicht vor hatten nochmal ins Tal zu gehen wollte ich noch schnell im nahegelegenen 7 Eleven etwas einkaufen. Das passte einer der Damen überhaupt nicht. Kann leider namentlich nicht sagen welche von beiden es war, eine der Damen war sehr nett aber hatte offensichtlich nichts zu melden. Sichtlich genervt stimmte sie zu mit der Ansage das ich mich beeilen soll. In der Villa erklärte sie erklärte sie schnell das nötigste und verschwand. So ein Desinteresse habe ich noch nie in einem Thailändischen Hotel erlebt und das für über 150€ die Nacht. Am Abreisetag haben wir uns selbst um einen Transfer gekümmert und ich habe unser Gepäck zu Fuß ins Tal getragen was auch niemanden vom Hotel interessiert hat. Die Villa selber ist ein absoluter Traum, der Infinity Pool, die Aussicht und das Ambiente sind einfach unglaublich. Der Empfang und unsere Ansprechpartnerin dagegen in diesem Jahr leider eine absolute Katastrophe.

Lovely stay in Sunset Villa

We had lovely 4 nights in Sunset Villa. Place was just like in photos. Pool was really nice and clean. Air conditioning worked fantastic!! Only minus that getting somewhere else was difficult. If you don't drive scooter, you need to use taxi. There is no restaurant nearby. We got a file which include some restaurants's menus and we bought food with delivery. Staff was really nice and helpful.

Ein absoluter Traum!! Alles perfekt und 100% Privatsphäre. Alles war sauber und in einen sehr guten Zustand. Einfach nur atemberaubend mit der Aussicht von der Terrasse und super freundliches Personal. Es ist an alles gedacht und sie bieten viele tolle trips die man sich direkt im Hotel buchen kann, ohne dass es einem mehr kostet, als wenn man es selbst direkt buchen würde. Taxi Service ist sogar billiger als wenn man sich selber ein Taxi bestellt. Wirklich alles perfekt. Und man kann sich Essen liefern lassen "The Gallery" ist sehr zu empfehlen - tolles Thai Essen!

Séjour inoubliable ! Vue à couper le souffle, villa magnifique, personnel très accueillant. Villa très bien située (seulement 15min de la plage) malgré une importante montée ça en vaut la peine. Entièrement satisfait du séjour, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et sans hesistation.

Amazing stay in all ways. The view was like no other with the help of your own pool and hammock. The pick up from the pier turned out in the end to be a bargain. Definitely use their taxi service and borrow a moped for 250baht a day without having the leave your passport. Kitchen had everything you needed. Just be aware of just how steep the hill it is on. It is doable to walk to from town for people of somewhat good fitness. Would love to stay there again.

Fantastisk villa med nydelig utsikt og perfekt beliggenhet! Anbefales virkelig. Eget kjøkken så du kan lage mat dersom det er ønskelig, finnes også flere restauranter som leverer mat helt på toppen og på balkongen din.

Une belle résidence des villas avec une vue incroyable sur Koh Tao et Koh Nan Yuan. Par contre, il faut être sportif pour monter et descendre car la résidence se trouve sur une montagne.

REVE DEVU REALITE!!!

Que dire de plus tout est dans le titre! On a passé 8 jour de rêve dans cette villa avec piscine, paysage à couper le souffle, chambre super confortable avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour faire une coupure totale et enfin se relaxer. Fini les soucis du quotidien ! on ne s'occupe de rien, on a même à notre disposition un carnet de restaurant pour commander nos repas qui nous seront livré! On a plus qu'à se détendre et attendre dans la piscine. Un rêve !

Unglaublicher Ausblick, super Kommunnikation

Schön ausgestattete Villa mit unglaublich schönen Ausblick, sehr sauber und super Service!! Dan hat alles, vom Roller über Wäsche, bis zur Fähre, für uns organisiert. Also wenn wir mal wieder auf Koh Tao sind, dann auf jeden Fall wieder im Koh Tao Hights!

Villa avec piscine privée juste le paradis !

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits à la villa Oasis une vue imprenable sur la baie de sairee beach ! Un bonheur de se lever le matin face à ca... Le staff est très à l’écoute de ses clients mais dommage qu’ils fassent des horaires de bureau 8h12h 14h 17h pas pratique si besoin d’eux... L’état de la villa est très bien, lit confortable salle de bain grande et une cuisine bien équipée ! Ils ont eu en plus un petit geste super mignon car c’était notre lune de miel ! Merci Koh Tao Heights et à très vite :)

les différentes villas sont sur une montagne et pour y accéder sans se fatiguer, il faut une voiture ou une motocyclette. nous avons reçu la villa la plus élevée. la vue est très belle mais : - wifi ne fonctionne pas bien - endroit pas très sécurisé - coupure de l'électricité - plusieurs lézards pour manger, il faut soit cuisiner soit même ou commander auprès de restaurant de l'île il y a une liste de restaurant. lors de chaque commande, nous avons attendu une heure environ pour être livrée.

高台にあるので、眺めが最高です。 携帯電話を貸してくれるので、基本ホテルの方に頼む事などはそちらでやり取りします。 その為、英語が話せないと難しいかもしれません。 朝食も、電話でデリバリーを頼みました。 お部屋毎にプールもあり、外にソファースペースもあったのでそちらご飯を食べたり、のんびりできました‼︎ また、こちらのツアーを利用しタオ島やナンユアン島などにプライベートツアーを頼みましたが最高でした！ 送り迎え、ボート貸切なので自分達のペースで楽しめました。 お部屋も広く、滞在するのには最高の環境です。 ホテルスタッフとは連絡を取らないと、顔を合わせる事がないので本当にプライベートです。 大満足でした！ 一つだけですが、直ぐにホテルスタッフが居ないので夕方ご飯を部屋で食べていたら泊まっている？私達とは異なる国の人が、入り口にきて、「下でパーティーをしているから、下にきて！」といきなり来られました。 初めは何を言っているか解らなかったのですが何かの感謝祭だったようです。 なぞだったので、お断りしました。 異国の地で、スタッフも近くに居ないのでそう言った点は少し恐かったです。 ですが、ホテルには大満足です‼︎‼︎

Paradis au coeur d'Ile

Quatre jours de rêve dans cette villa / chambre avec piscine privée. La vue époustouflante, le calme, la terrasse... tout concourent à rendre l'endroit exceptionnel. Mention spéciale pour A et Dan qui se mettent en quatre pour répondre avec justesse à la moindre demande.

Superbe vue mais attention !

très bel hotel avec superbe vue mais cette vue à un prix : il faut monter des pentes à 20% pour y acceder et si vous n'avez pas un taxi 4x4 (plutot cher à koh tao) vous arriverez en sueur dans votre chambre. l hotel loue des scooters mais aucun de disponibles lors de nos 2 nuits. dommage

supermooie en comfortabele villa

supermooie comfortabele, luxe villa met een schitterend uitzicht op het strand en de geweldige zee! Je hebt een eigen zwembad waarin je heerlijk relaxed van het prachtige zicht kan genieten! Er zijn genoeg leuke en restaurantjes( met heerlijk eten) en barretjes in de nabijheid ( bij het strand) Deze prachtige villa is hoog gelegen en het is een aanrader om een scootertje( kan bij het complex voor zeer weinig geld gehuurd worden) te huren. Personeel van het complex is zeer behulpzaam en prettig in de omgang! Kortom echt de moeite waard om hier een week te verblijven!!

Traumhafte Poolvilla

Traumhafte Lage, unglaublicher Ausblick, toller Infinity Pool, sehr gute Ausstattung der Villa. Allerdings haben wir nicht wie in vielen Kommentaren beschrieben Gutscheine für Frühstück und Taxi erhalten. Das ist zwar prinzipiell ok da es auch nicht im Angebot stand, war aber für uns doch eine leichte Entäuschung da der Preis der Villas doch sehr hoch ist. Die Taxi Fahrten sind für thailandische Standards extrem teuer (200 Bath für eine zwei Minuten Fahrt ins nächste Dorf). Da die Straßen aber extrem steil sind, mussten wir oft auf das Taxi zurück greifen. Abgesehen davon würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.
