This "hotel" used to be condos so there is no reservation deck/reception which presents a unique problem. Someone meets in the entrance, no ID, no name tag or uniform. They give you two key cards but doesn't explain how you need to use them. You get a phone number if you need anything and i made more calls to that number than back home to my family! 1st room was so disgusting i wouldn't sit on the couch due to the stains. Gentlemen who came up couldn't care less and really didn't understand why! Next room the a/c didn't work and after 3 service calls and half my dayit barely worked so i got a fan! Then the a/c poured water and soaked the bedroom carpet and they used my towels to clean it up! 3 more service calls and finally fixed but wouldn't change my room for the wet floors because i was checking out the next day... Don't walk away from this place, RUN! I won't talk about the mold and bugs!!!

The room is not same or similar as the web site pictures. Very old , no internet connection, very inconvenient. Poor condition

Didn't realize we had to make contact prior to checking in. Security were very helpful. . Great location as close to public transport. Older rooms so were dated. No tea/coffee provided

There was no rooms safe or dishwasher as describe on hotels.com. there was mould on the bathroom ceiling, one key per room, the AC wasn't clean as they were still dusty

The room smelled stale, we were told it had been empty for 8 weeks. Air con vents had mould on them, the sponge in the kitchen was filthy. No tea towel to dry dishes, we had to buy one. No teaspoon,. I found a wet towel covered in mould in the bottom of the wardrobe. Chair with broken leg,

It was hard to find no signage and it’s run by a bunch of people who appear to book out at a floor in a hotel then sub let all of the rooms! Their is no reception and finances like key deposit etc were all negotiated in the room, it’s all very weird.

Firstly, all those exceptional comments cannot be true at all. hotel.com please take action. This is not a hotel. This is a service apartment with a bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone this property unless you are desperate to stay in the area with little cash. Horrible

Not our first time at KL Suites, location is spot on, suites are roomy although they are starting to get a bit tired.

I don’t know why the staff sent me to the room and drew the curtains when checked in, and too much mirrors in the room 🌚scary. But the room is spacious and clean

The room is small and not really in a good condition .

Initial access to property was difficult as no open reception available and needed an appointment to get in. Room was run down and in need of a refurbishment. The door in the shower needed a seal to prevent water leaking into bathroom and the bath leaked badly from underneath the outlet. Apart from that the view was outstanding. Checking out was difficult as a pre arranged time had to be made to get the deposit back and then they didn't turn up until they were reminded (nearly an hour later). Wouldn't stay there again unless they got their act together.

VERY GOOD

The manager Abdul Gafr was excellent. He was very helpful and accommodating with a personalized approach. He was always available to cater to our needs and also made our stay very enjoyable. He also spend those extra effort and took time out to ensure our needs were met . I will definitely recommend the suites to my friends and family. Rooms were cleaned daily and housekeeping staff was great. The housekeeping staff ( I forgot his name) was very accommodating and prompt. Great amenities : swimming pool , gym , Shaun and hot tub. Also suites are attached to the mall so don't have to go looking for food and entertainment. Abdul went out of his way guide us for transporting snd actually went with me to purchase the bus tickets and took us to the pick up area to ensure we got on . Now that's a personalized touch. Thank you vey much Abdul.😃😃😃😃😃

Average for such a big hotel

Hotel was good and clean and spacious. Services left a lot to be desired.No conscierge. Just security people who spoke very little English.Fire safety a problem. Alarm bell rang but no one to show where evacuation area is!no phone in room for any communication. PR system unclear and came after alarm bell had. Rang. No explanation given afterwards for reason of fire alarm. Big let down.

Room was clean and the view is awesome. Location is a plus for this hotel. Easy to access to anywhere.

Check in is swift , wifi speed is acceptable, we were given a nice city view room. Room is spacious , about 600 square feet n above . Air con is cold and comfortable . And the check out day, we can leave our luggage with the office and carry on our shopping . Will definite recommend for my friends to stay. Location is superb, restaurants ,cinemas , shopping all within the same building .

The worst place I've stayed. No phone - hence, unable to communicate. Room is poorly lit, tv channels selection poor

The room is very dirty!!! There are cockroaches over the bed. And even in the living room. I had killed two cockroaches on the bed. And one in the bedroom floor. However, there still has a few in living room. Very disappointed on the room. Air con sound is loud and it take time to cold the room.The floor is dusty. This is the worst room I ever experienced. This is the first and the last for me to choose this apartment!!!! Highly not recommended.

Great Stay

Great location. We stayed for 5 days but the sheets were not changed- just beds made. Still it was good value and very clean.

NOT a hotel , Just an apartment

It is an apartment. Not Hotel. so there is NO ReCEPTION. The guy comes and opens the door for you. He will pass on the keys and at the time of check out you are expected to call up the person ( Big Pain) and he will come and collect the keys. Inside the room, there are NO SUPPLIES. I mean NO shampoo, NO bath gel, NO Tea coffee maker, no water. NO telepohone

It’s really excellent hotel, all staff very nice helpful. Room is very computable clean the furniture is new everything is very nice.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THERE IS NO TELEPHONE IN THE APARTMENT. WE HAVE TO USE OUR OWN HANDPHONE TO CALL EVEN FOR ROOM SERVICE. THE TOWEL PROVIDED IS ALSO DIRTY.

stay was good location was good. but becareful of peak hours jams.. you wont be able to move a inch...

The air-conditioning system had many issues, sometimes it works perfectly but most of the time Not. There was no hot water for showering except in one room, although I had a sweet with two bed rooms. But not to mention the good things about the place, location was perfect.

The check-in procedure is not good, security call someone, who phones someone else, who takes you to the apartment and demands a cash deposit not mentioned while booking the room. The property turned out to be a Time-Share unit being sub-let, it was dirty, had many cockroaches present, terrible smell of smoking, cigarette burns in carpets and curtains, dirty curtains and walls. We eventually checked out one day early. Only good thing was the water pressure and the city view from 30th floor.

The room was spacious. It has a nice view of petronas and Kl tower. It was a pleasant stay.

Service apartment - central location - hassle free

So this is NOT a typical hotel. Think of this more like a service apartments. Its a large suite, very comfortable, clean and amazingly located. There is no reception/lobby here. You enter the building and give a call. Some one comes down and takes you to your room. Looks like there are multiple players here and each one of them has 10 to 20 rooms/suites in their custody which they rent out. Overall it was hassle free. Access to a great swimming pool and a gym. Great for a larger family - say 4 to 5 people.

Clean and spacious.

Nice swimming pool & a great shopping mall attached with a really fun indoor playground for my kids. We have had a pleasant time in our spacious Rooms.

Good location.

Was not told, that we have to call the hotel staff to come down to lobby and bring us up to our unit. The staff show an impatient face while doing our check out. Also, we (Malaysians) had a hard time understanding his English.

A fantastic week in great accommodation

This is now my number one favourite accommodation in Kuala Lumpur and I will definitely be booking it again when I return to KL later in the gyear. Great value for money. Excellent location, with easy access to Times Square shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was huge, very clean and very comfortable. Daily housekeeping & free drinking water in the room every day. WiFi. Great facilities to use - pool, spa area, gym and squash. Fantastic views of KL from the apartment. The service received from Md Jasim Uddin was first class. He met me to do check in and was regularly in touch to confirm I was happy during my stay. He was very helpful, and courteous. I would highly recommend Md. Jasim Uddin & this accommodation to friends and will look to stay here next time I am in KL.

Needed a clean

Room itself was a fantastic size. we had a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and with 2 bedrooms plus living area it was fantastic. Biggest downside would be the state of the room. it was very dirty, the towels had holes in it and bedding had cigarette burns in it. Housekeeping came daily, although that was just to empty bins & replace towels and water, no actual cleaning was done. Check in process was a litter onerous, but once that was sorted it was esay, check out process was great. Owner was just a quick whats-app message away. Wifi was super fast. Location was ideal, upstairs from the mall and a monorail stop across the road Pool was freezing! The kids playground was out of order, and the only towels were provided were bathtowels needed to be used for showering. Adjoining hotel wouldn't let us hire/borrow theirs

Unorganized

There isn't a front desk in the hotel. Once I arrived a random man without uniform came to me to ask what hotel am I staying in then he called a worker who also didn't have a uniform to meet me and give me the room key. Very unprofessional and disappointing, I expect more from a 4 star hotel

room for improvement

the single bed in the room was not in good condition. this shoud be some wood work issue that should be fix and check daily before guest arrival

It was nice hotel inside Berjaya Times Square. Value for money. Good Sicurity nice people. Everything was very nice. We are come back this hotel very soon.

Bad and disappointing experience

Only the location was good. Everything else was poor. The room is poorly lit and is old and run down. The bed is uncomfortable and there is a creaking sound when lying down. It seems like the bed is going to break. There are little channels available on the TV and the reception is poor making the image quality bad. There is no proper and stable wifi. We had to request from the agent when we checked in and even so, the wifi is not available 24/7. We had to make use of the SIM card which we purchased. There were only 2 x 500ml bottles of mineral water available during our 3 night stay. The toilet ceiling had a big hole which was not mended. Some of the lights in the whole room were faulty and the bulbs had not been changed. The chairs look dirty. I shall not name the room number. This is such a bad experience and it is my worst booking with hotels.com. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE as the only consoling factor is the location.

Dirty room

Carpet very dusty, aircon leaking resulting in wet floor, bath tub leaking, no toiletries, no hand and face towels, main door cannot lock, bed not properly made.

The room is very old types, room lots with spider webs, not really comfort for us... A bit disappointed with the room cost me Rm814 for 4 night.. Not really value for money.

A 4 Star service suite-Over rated

Check-in & Check-out process was quick and easy. There should be improvement in their service staff presentation such as proper uniform to present a professional image. There is no proper reception desk at the lobby. WiFi in the room was not workable and we did not bother to seek assistance from the service staff as we had purchased SIM cards at the airport earlier. Room are furnished with old furnitures, old bathroom , TV signals were average...unclear pictures, Kitchenette was average. Not recommended for guests to stay and we regretted for not changing our accommodation despite reading negative reviews on line. As a frequent traveler-Disappointing!

Too many foreigners

Too many foreigners walking around, up & down in the lobby and building. Just like we stay in foreign country.

Not a hotel, it's a serviced apartment

First of all, it's not a hotel with regular staff. When you arrive, and I was lucky to arrive at a decent hour, there was no one to help you/check you in. All they had was the regular bldg. security staff that are not part of the rental property and had no clue who I was and they didn't care. You are on your own! No signs, no instructions, no phone numbers or people to call for check-in. Security finally gave me a number to call, but if you don't have a local phone, which I didn't, you are screwed! I noticed several times, people, with luggage, that came in late for check-in standing outside the building doors with no clue what to do. Finally this guy showed up and showed me to my room. After getting to apartment, you can tell that most owners are cheap and put in their old discarded furniture in the apartments. No cable TV, only aerial antenna, which gave you 4 snowy channels. Internet slow or non-existent at times. After unpacking, went out and the door wouldn't lock. Asked same guy to either move me or I would move to a real hold tell and not pay them or Expedia. He moved me to a decent apt. Don't know why Expedia sells these type of properties!

AVOID LIKE The PLAGUE

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in firstly the check in process is in one tower where you have to call a number and someone will come meet you then a 300m walk to the other tower to the room, room deposit cash only no Credit card.the room is filthy the walls the bathroom would have been end of life 15 years ago half the lights didn't work no lamps fitted and 2 of the sockets were broken exposing live electrical wires and a plug at the side of the Bed where you will be feeling around in the dark had no cover on it with 220v exposed to the touch luckily i didn't touch it The toiled leaked water in the bathroom and thru the main bathroom roof all these points have pics attached for your reference but worst of all neatly arranged in a row adjacent to the toilet were used cigarette butts ! how can the cleaner miss these well simple they don't clean this apartment is in Times Square complex but it must be owned by private and just renting out trading off the name of a half decent hotel it shares the building with check out you have to call the same number as at check in where 10 minutes later the staff appear and escort you the same 300,m back to the other tower to retrieve deposit the only positive note was the young guy who met me on check in and check out was very efficient . I have stayed in places like this and at 70 SGD a night in KL you expect a lot more on the Avoid or spend 25 dollars in China town for same experience

4 days 3 night at Malaysia

I have to say Thank you for good room actually I want to say thank you for the hotel staff he gave me the name card but I can not find it now maybe it is in some bag. super location

the stayed was amazing, location is extremely good for food, for shopping, for monorail. Bukit Bintang Jalan ah Lor is just a overhead bridge away. I will be back to here again.
