Conveniently located near the Hualien train station. There are some restaurants near the train station, but not too many options. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, so keep that in mind when booking. Otherwise the room was clean and breakfast was decent.

Nic hotel

Nice hotel, close to train station but in a quieter part of town The hotel is strange as we ended up staying across the road from where we checked in which we were told was the same property. I can’t comment on the building that we physically went to reception in only the one across the street. The building is very clean and well looked after. The shower could be modernised but other than that it was great

Conveniently located very near to Hualien station and on the same road as the Giant bike store (if you're on a cycling trip), clean, spacious rooms and super helpful staff. Quite far from the night market and restaurant area, and no dinner options are available for individual guests. (The banquet hall is reserved only for large Chinese groups)

Overall great deal

Overall great experience and had no issues. Rooms were clean and the hotel was not too far from Hualien train station. However it’s not close to the more popular areas of town and have limited restaurant selections nearby. Considering the price, this is still a good choice.

noisy n smoke smell

hotel itself was ok but lots of chinese group tourists occupied the hotel making noise n smoking here n there even though the hotel was smoke free.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, and nice and big rooms.

Great value for your money

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The location is good, as it is very close to the railway station and to the buses going to Taroko. Rooms are big and very comfortable, and the staff very helpful and nice. I definitely can recommend this hotel!

Great location close to transportation

KKS Hotel was a very clean comfortable stay. The proximity of the train station and to the Taroko shuttle stop was perfect for us - we were able to go from the train station straight to our hotel to leave our luggage at the hotel and hop right on the bus to the gorge. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, although English was limited. One of the concierges who was working in the evening (didn't get his name!) spoke good English and gave us great directions and tourist info. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. Refrigerator in the room was very convenient, and the obvious upgrades in interior were nice. The hotel (and this whole area) is under the landing flight path of the fighter jets though, which was rather noisy (we were on the 7th floor). The night market in Hualien is amazing - spacious, cleaner, more lively and less crowded than Taipei markets.

The pictures of hotel in here looked that they have a gym and breakfast for buffet but it doesn’t have any gym and they didn’t inform us during the check in and when I ask them , they said it’s under construction. And they let us stay another building which I have different pictures of booking because no guests. What a worst experience here. Fxxxx

conveniently located a few minutes from the train station. the hotel is a bit old but overall we had a great stay. breakfast was very big and staff was very nice

飯店老舊.床太硬.房內插頭孔少.冷氣是中央空調無法調整冷氣溫度.吹風機還在使用達新牌.吹不到一分鐘就斷電了

標準雙人房 房間裡面 沒有可以調整屋度的選項 只能調整風速 浴室很小一間 沒有浴缸

登記入住時，櫃檯人員說網站訂房已經折扣價，不能再使用國旅券，後來有另一位女性服務人員打電話問主管確定可以，表示櫃檯人員專業不足，方案都搞不清楚。隔天的早餐竟然因為入住房客太少還從自助式改為套餐式的。雖說餐廳的接待人員很熱情親切，還是覺得有點可惜，希望他們可以把房門的鑰匙改成比較安全的感應式

駅近、それなりではお勧め！、個人感想。。

口コミに記載されていた、ウォッシュレットは部屋にはありませんでした。 ユニットバスタブもありませんでした。 朝ごはんは、バイキングでパンもあり子供たちにとっては大変助かりました。 とにかく、近郊ホテルと比べ安いので駅近では、それなりでは、お勧めです。

房間異味很重、紗窗又破洞，櫃檯有協助但問題沒解決，只是虛心接受意見，態度不ok，非常消極，我來放鬆，碰到這種服務和糟糕的房間，不會再來了。

很棒的體驗

客房的感受還不錯,雖然不是頂新穎的走向,但也沒有老氣. 空間夠大,床鋪舒服,房間都還蠻乾淨的. 廁所/浴室的部分就比較中庸一點,但是蓮蓬頭的水壓很夠,這點比較重要

It 's not a very new hotel, but it's ok for business trip. There are everything one need in hotel, but not luxary items. It good for business trip.

還不錯的選擇

冷氣太冷..其他都還不錯，不過可能因為主要房客以旅遊團為主，早餐只供應至0930，而且沒有現煎的荷包蛋(有白煮蛋、茶葉蛋)，如果是想要慢旅遊的可能會覺得稍微早一些，房價一晚2500，還算是可以

價格便宜、地理位置很好、住房很舒適且空間很大、早餐很好吃，很適合家庭旅遊

房型與照片不符，騙很大

房型老舊 ，床太硬， 插座太少！ 櫃台接洽人員態度不友善！

跟網路上看到的感覺不太一樣，廁所乾濕分離做的不徹底，所以整個地板都濕的，吹風機也是壞掉的，連住兩晚也沒有補充礦泉水及收垃圾，很明顯訓練不足。

Wygoda i dobra cena

Z powodu dużego obłożenia, zakwaterowano nas w pokoju o podwyższonym standardzie, z dwoma podwójnymi łóżkami. Pokój duży i wygodny, czysty i w bardzo dobrym stanie, mimo że nie najnowszy. Śniadanie typowo chińskie, z małym wyborem dań, ale serwowane już od 6 rano.

花蓮市靠近火車站的老式飯店，雖然設備比較傳統，沒有時尚的裝修風格，但是空間大、乾淨，價錢便宜，CP 值高。 比起市中心的民宿旅館，好太多，除了逛街不方便之外， 但是如果有交通工具的話，這點倒是還可以。 櫃臺小姐不夠暖心，太想表現專業 專業並不能拿五顆星

市内中心部から少し距離はありますが、部屋は広く清潔で、アメニティ類も充実しており、快適な滞在となりました。チェックインの手続きは迅速、スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧かつ親切でした。部屋には無料の水やジュース類、ちょっとしたお菓子などが置いてあり、軽い朝食代わりになりました。コストパフォーマンスが非常に高いホテルです。

2박 3일 숙박

밤에 도착해서 깜깜했지만 역에서 나와서 kks가 보여서 바로 찾을 수 있었습니다. 건물이 오래되서 처음에 방에 들어갈 때 냄새가 좀 났구요. 환풍기 틀고 창문 열어 두니까 다음날은 괜찮았습니다. 직원분들 굉장히 친절합니다.

This hotel is very close to the downtown, the life of the function is very developed, shopping is very convenient, I like it.

地段距離火車站很近，交通很方便。房間乾淨又舒適，服務很好。

喜歡寬敞的住宿空間，服務人員也不錯，唯一缺點是增床位之毛毯有跳蚤，建議儲放之毛毯可按時再清理，謝謝!
