I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a 5-star establishment. The cleanliness was a major issue throughout my stay. The elevators were consistently dirty, and my room wasn’t much better – dust in the corners, unclean surfaces, and an overall feeling of neglect. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff didn’t replenish basic amenities like toilet paper or toiletries, despite several requests. The food situation was equally disappointing. Dining at the buffet felt like living the same day over and over again – the same bland, unappetizing meals were served each day, with no variety or improvement. The bars were another letdown. Despite having bottles of premium alcohol on display, these were empty, and instead, the cheapest possible alternatives were served. It felt like a bait and switch. The staff also didn’t help improve the atmosphere, as most of them appeared unfriendly and indifferent, rarely offering a smile or making you feel welcome. In general, the entire hotel felt unclean and poorly maintained. It certainly doesn’t live up to its supposed 5-star rating, and I cannot recommend it.

Amazing place great for families. If I had to say one bad thing I would say the night entertainment could be a bit better I would give it 4.5 stars. At 11 pm the entertainment ends. Instead, I would suggest they have a live DJ after 11 pm.

Great stay

Lovely stay. The hotel grounds are beautiful, room is a good size and the all inclusive offer and food is great with a large variety. Only downside is there is no access to an iron in the room and the only way you can iron clothes is through sending items to laundry for a fee which was an inconvenience

We were in this hotel for about 5 nights, we enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend it, also in the food, the pools, the staff, everything was perfect

It was good, would have been nicer if connected directly to the beach. Food was ok, lots of varieties but nothing tasted really good. For us, breakfast was the best, cant go wrong with an omelette. Staff are great and very helpful.

The reception works very bad.We arrived at 9 a.m and couldn't get our a room until 3 p.m.The man Samir at the reception offered to pay extra money for the view for 10 euros for each day. When we refused, he did not give the room until 3 p.m,although the rooms were ready. The staff is rude and doesn't speack English at all. The food was terrible. It is not tasty, very solted and spicy. Vegetables and fruits are rotten, pasta is cooked in front of you in the same water throughout the day,I mean water doesn't change. There is no beach,really. The hotel is so far from sea. The only one good thing about this hotel is that the hotel is new, it built a year ago. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel.

The reception was good. The restaurant staff is mediocre. There are ants in the room. The mini bar was not replenished during my stay. There was a plate of fruit as hospitality... The strawberries were moldy and stayed in the plate all my stay without cleaning.

Great place to stay, with great service

Zimmer top, Essen sehr gut, Personal sehr nett, im ital./türk. Restaurant fehlt aber eine Serviceschulung für die Mitarbeiter tw. alles etwas zu hektisch, Strandabschnitt vom Hotel nicht schön wir lagen dafür immer beim anderen Kirman Hotel am Strand bzw. Steg! Bimmelbahn Fahrerin super nett und aufmerksam. Rutschen top, Abend-Show der Wahnsinn.

Her friendliness, attention to detail, and ability to make every guest feel special added so much to our experience. Whether she was serving drinks or just chatting with guests, Asli's warmth and charm created an inviting atmosphere that kept us coming back. Our time at the spa was another highlight, thanks to Eva. She provided an unforgettable experience with her professionalism and calming presence. We felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated after each session, and her expertise made the spa a true sanctuary. War toll

Sehr schönes neues Hotel. Die Lage ist gut, es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Altstadt Side ist nur paar Minuten mit dem Taxi oder Bus entfernt. Die Zimmer sind groß und schön eingerichtet wie das ganze Hotel. Wir, drei Mädels haben uns wirklich sicher gefühlt. Die Essens Auswahl war wirklich toll, es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas, das Dessert Angebot war Mega lecker. Zum Strand geht es durch einen Tunnel mit einer Art „Tram“ was super lustig war, die Fahrerinnen waren alle sehr nett, die Fahrt dauert nur paar Minuten. Natürlich kann man auch zu Fuß zum Strand. Das einzige negative ist leider der ganz kleine und enge Strandabteil vom Hotel. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht das ein tolles und neues Hotel so ein Strandabteil hat. Wir haben aber eine andere Lösung gefunden und sind zum Kirman Sidemarin Beach and Spa Strand gegangen, der nur paar Minuten weiter weg war. Da wir zur Kirman group gehörten war das kein Problem. Da war es super schön und wir konnten auch dort essen und trinken. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub, die ganze Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ich hoffe nur das der Strandabteil erweitert werden kann. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Sehr Sauber und zentral gelegen mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Aufmerksamkeit des Personals könnte besser sein, ist immer ein Glücksspiel wen man erwischt. Teilweise wird sehr agressiv versucht einem Sonderoptionen zu verkaufen, besonders im Spa Bereich, auch auf gute Bewertungen wird gedrängt. Ansonsten gelungener Aufenthalt als Paar. Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Bei dem Schowangebot und dem Animationsprogramm hätte ich mir mehr Abwechslung gewünscht, das war doch sehr eintönig

Ein insgesamt schönes Hotel mit guter Auswahl an leckeren Speisen und Getränken. Highlight ist definitiv der unterirdische Shuttle vom Hotel zum Strand - ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Das Hotel wirkt neu und modern. Die Die tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Außenanlage ist viel zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste und stellt somit das größte Problem dar. Für Menschen mit Platzangst ist es total ungeeignet. Es ist sehr eng und man bekommt schnell ein erdrückendes Gefühl. Die Liegen sind sehr dicht aneinander gereiht und schnell vergeben. Nach dem Frühstück sind meist nur einzelne Liegen in schlechter Lage verfügbar. Die Hotelanimation ist sehr bemüht aber es fehlt durch die kleine Anlage an Möglichkeiten und Abwechslung.

Could be better

Upon arrival the minibar was empty and was only filled once the entire week we stayed there. Only got cleaning of room one time on day 5. Speakers located right next to kids pool area. Too loud overall. Would prefer to drive 20 minutes more to Kirman in Side as service was much better here last year.

Super tolle Anlage! Nur zu empfehlen! Das Essen sehr vielfältig und sehr lecker. Man weiß nicht, was man überhaupt essen soll, da es soviel Auswahl gibt. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Ich war sooo begeistert, dass ich nochmal dahin will. Es war sogar die beste Anlage, in der ich bis jetzt in Side Urlaub gemacht habe. Man kann es gar nicht in Worte fassen, weil alles perfekt war. Ich war sehr begeistert.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und voller Unterhaltung. Unser Zimmer war groß genug, sauber und der Balkon toll! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Die Restaurant- und Küchenchefs Ismail und Yücel sind sehr aufmerksam und daran interessiert, ob das Essen den Wünschen der Gäste entspricht oder ob es andere Wünsche und Anregungen gibt. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist sehr groß und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Die Animation ist sehr unterhaltsam, Mehmet macht einen tollen Job! Das Einzige, was zu Wünschen übrig lässt, ist das der Strandabschnitt bzw. das Strandcafe. Die Tram zum Strand ist super, aber der Strandabschnitt des Hotels ist sehr klein und das Cafe ebenso.

Zeer nette accomodatie, beleefd personeel. Eten op meerdere plekken op de accomodatie, erg heerlijk. Ook bij het strand wordt alles netjes gehouden door personeel.

Das Hotel Kirman Calyptus in Antalya ist ein wahres Juwel an der türkischen Riviera. Mit seinem atemberaubenden Strand, exzellentem Service und einer Fülle an Annehmlichkeiten bietet es ein unvergessliches Urlaubserlebnis. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet, das Essen ist köstlich und vielfältig, und die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt

L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique, nous avons adoré les animations, il y a à manger à tout heure ( restaurant snacks bars…) le hamamam et le sauna juste génial. Le personnel était au petit soin malgré le monde.

Super ny hotel som ligger meget godt. Maden var god og servicen i top. Eneste minus er pladsmanglen ved poolen.

Jeg vil absolut på ingen måder vende tilbage til kirman igen, jeg har opholdt mig sidste år der var den nyåbnet alt var fint men i år var det forfærdeligt dårlig service og dårlig mad.

Super Hotel, alle waren sehr freundlich und nett, die Wellness-Tante war ein wenig aufdringlich, die Pool Bar hat leider keine so gute Getränke gemixt (jeder Cocktail war anders) die H2O Bar war die Beste.
