Not worth… cleanliness is terrible.

Cleanliness was terrible; carpets were extremely dirty. Breakfast was not good.

Limited access to anywhere as you can't walk, no footpaths/sidewalks.

Get exactly same room as before. Check in and out was fast. It is just the leaking theough the ceiling causing moist ceiling prone to fungal. 😅

Everything seems not clear at all. Especially the bathroom. Bed sheet

1. Check in quite slow and the malay guy staff unfriendly (seem like i own him money) when I asked about the deposit. Please train ur staff.. We are the customer.. If he feel don't like to work, just stay at home. 2. When we booked the room, I did mention the room I want, but then when thhe room is given is not what I want, they say I didn't write it whereby I did mention, then they ask when did I book the room. COULD U (HOTEL) READ OUR REMARKS BEFORE U PRCD... NEVER EXPECT A CUSTOMER TO REMIND U FEW TIMES. READ..... READ... READ. DO I HAVE TEACH YOU. DON'T EXPECT US TO TELL U AGAIN AND AGAIN. 3. ROOM is super unclean, towel is old.. The side yarn all are torn out.. Bed sheet old and yellowish.. Like never change before. 4. There is so many cockroach in the room whereby I need to kill it by self.. I really disappointed with your hotel.. Please train all your staff..

We had a quiet and pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was a bit disappointing.

Deluxe family room was confortable. Was my second stay. Room ammenities was not standardise, my first stay no face towel at all. Parking system need to improve, very inconvinience.😏

For the price, the place is really neat. The staff are very accommodating.

with the addition of a 7-11 store in the ground floor definitely a plus point to the convenient of guesses.

The pillow were a bit smelly, room a bit dark, and saw a bit tiny hair on the bed

Staff was unfriendly and was very unwelcoming. Could see drinks on counter which was very unprofessional. Furthermore, i had booked room with king size bed but staff provided room with tein sharing bed and was a very dissapointing experience

I like that the swimming pool opens till 10pm and is partly shaded so that while it's raining, the pool can still be used. The gym also opens till 10pm, so that's good. However, some of the equipments are faulty. At the pool area/outside the gym, there is no "No Smoking" sign. This should be implemented because people go there for recreation, workout and don't want to smell cigarette smokes. Also, there are children there, and it is not appropriate and smoking should not be allowed. The website stated that newspapers will be provided daily, but when we asked the staff, they said they no longer do so. The website should be updated. Parking is good and ample. The first room provided had several things that weren't working, but the staff was good enough to allow us a change of room which was much better. The bed was comfortable too.

Actually we came there to stay for our photoshoot.. But when we entered our room, there was no amenities like fridge, toothbrush, conditioner and even a cupboard. This is because its a 4 star hotel and we expected all these to be there.. But there wasnt where we had to purchase from the 7 eleven. In house kitchen, guess should have more varieties.

Overall its okay, except fewer choices of breakfast served

A wonderful stay

Well maintained hotel, with spacious clean rooms. Beds and pillows were ultra comfortable, and the pool was among the cleanest i have ever swam in, such clear water! Staff and housekeeping were friendly and really helpful and responsive. Design and decor were modern, chic and contemporary, with a 7Eleven outlet attached to the lobby and also an inhouse restaurant which serves meals with great prices. The KIP hotel in Selayang - a wonderful short stay with the family!

Nice hotel but terrible experience

This is a relatively new hotel and the rooms are quite clean and well maintained. But few things happened which ruined my experience. First room I was given had strong smell of cigarette smoke. Requested to change room and got one within 15 mins but this one was just right near the lift so I had to put up with everyone walking past my door. The hotel has busloads of China tourists so you can imagine the mayhem whenever they are back from their tours. I could hear shouting across the corridors and loud noises throughout the night. The breakfast buffet was patheic. Just nasi lemak and fried noodles. Everything was cold. They had porridge too but that was just a cold sloppy mess. I couldn’t tell the coffee from the tea coz they both tasted the same. Overall I would say the design and layout of the place is great but it’s a shame coz I’m sure all these negative experiences can be easily rectified if there were proper management and planning.

Nice hotel, value for money... It just the location to access is quite difficult and heavy traffic. Have to make such a long way to get to u turn. Overall hotel is good. Teh Tarik Place downstairs food is affordable.

Aircon is not really functionable

Air-con shows 19c but not really feel the cold. On whole day aircon but not cold at all. Overall experience is fine. Kindly improve in air-condition and food provided. Breakfast not nice and limited choices.

The pros are clean, simple yet elegant design, at kopi time food are affordable and also tastes good, even the food at buffet breakfast, the also have nice pool and other common areas. The only cons are, they don't provide tooth brush and room slippers.
