Best hotel in Israel! Best service from all the staff everywhere, great food, great facilities, spacious rooms, clean.. really dobr have anything bad to say, loved it!

There was a holiday on the days we stayed, so more people than usual. Hotel was under stuff. It seemed as if they didn’t care about tourists staying at their place. Wouldn’t turn on the espresso machine to serve coffee as they usually do, due to the holiday. Luckily, we had the best waiter and waitress for breakfast (Mila & Aleksey). They they made us feel welcome and top priority.

Good hotel, tho on the expensive side, makes me wonder how so many Arabs could afford it. Parking was also extra and a bit far to walk to.

The hotel was not cleaned well. The pool area was dirty from the prior day. It should be hosed down daily bi found myself stepping on crumbs and food from the prior day. The bathroom flooded easily due to the shower stall

Nice but not really 5 Stars

We stayed for 1 night to at this hotel. The check in took a bit of time but that is expected on a busy Check in day. The pool is a great place to relax and has a nice view of the water. Everything was great until I tried to make a cup of coffee and found out there is cleaning chemicals in the kettle. When I called to complain that treated it like its no big deal that I just drank a dangerous substance and switched the kettle. After that we decided to have breakfast and leave early. Since I drank that chemical that was in the kettle i couldnt really eat breakfast but it looked good atleast.

The hotel is very comfortable as you can spend time in several different areas, it's child-friendly and the food is really excellent. The sun bathing area around the pool is very good too. There aren't enough parking spaces - we had to park the car across the road away from the hotel.

Breakfast was especially giod. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi was not open to guests without additional payment.

very pleasant stay. The room was big and very clean. super friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing, varied, and very tasty, everything we ate was just great. The pool is very nice. great location. 2 minus: 1) the hotel doesn't have its own beach so you have to pay for a bed on the beach 2) no parking available. we parked in sandy parking and got a traffic report. I would suggest updating on parking options during check in..

The King Shlomo Hotel Eilat is a highly recommended hotel, we enjoyed every moment, the food is delicious and fresh, everything is clean, the spa is highly recommended, great service, will recommend to friends and will return myself soon❤️

The staff was trained very well to accommodate their clientele. Parking was indeed difficult, but that's all Eilat NOT unique to this property.

They didn't have air conditioning in the rooms. It was very hot but no air conditioning. The bedroom was boiling even with the fan they offered.

King Solomon - Hotel Review

I stayed at Isrotel King Solomon hotel last weekend. The hotel serves great food as far as quality and quantity are concern. The hotel is located 5 min walk from the beach and Ice-Mall shopping center. What I did find annoying is the fact that it was very noisy. My room faced the pool and it was impossible to get some rest during the day because of the loud music around. In addition to that, the hotel itself is very crowded (even for August days), the reception area is full with people and the areas around it are unpleasant and noisy.

Hotel is overall Ok. The room was clean, yet needs to be renovated. We didn't even get a bottle of water. The breakfast was pretty good, some of the food did not feel fresh though. There are almost no parking spots within the hotel, so bear in mind that you'd probably need to add 60nis a day for parking on the street. Not sure I'll be back again.

Hotel location is perfect, at the center of the promanade shopes of Eilat. Very close to the beach. Big pool and a lot of bads all around the pools. Very clean and staff are very kind and helpful.very reach and good breakfast

המלון היה במיקום טוב ממש ליד הטיילת...נושא החנייה מאוד משמעותי..לא האמנתי שמלון כזה מכובד פשוט כמעט וללא חנייה כלל לאורחיו...שתי שורות רק לצד המלון שתשעים ותשע אחוז ממנו תפוס...ואם ברצונך לחנות צריך לנסוע לחנייה אחרת שגם היא וכמעט בתפוסה מלאה במלון רויאל גארדן...לא מתאים. המלון עצמו מכובד...ארוחת בוקר טובה אך היו חסרים בה גבינות....בסך הכל היה טוב.

בהגעתנו לחדר ראינו כי המיני בר אינו עובד, וכי קיבלנו מגבות מלוכלכות, התקשרנו לקבלה וביקשנו שיביאו לנו מגבות חדשות, כעבור 10 דק שלא קיבלנו את המגבות התקשרנו בשנית לבקש מגבות ורק כעבור רבע שעה קיבלנו את המגבות, ירדנו לקבלה לדווח שהמיני בר לא תקין אמרו שישלחו טכנאי לתקן את זה אך שום טכנאי לא הגיע בנוסף הזמנו אוכל בבר של הבריכה, האוכל הגיע שרוף ולא ניתן לאכילה, שביקשנו להחליף את המנה ביקשו מאיתנו תופסת תשלום,

נגנב לי 400 שקלים מהחדר ובית המלון לא עשה כלום בנידון

שירות מצויין של חב' ישרוטל. ארוחת בוקר מעולה. מלון מעט ישן- אך מתוחזק ברמה גבוהה. מיקום טוב מאוד. ללא חוף ים צמוד\פרטי.

Old hotel, needs renovation

Nice place with cosy rooms and good sleeping facilities. We had a room facing the swimming pool enjoying amazing view to local marina bay. Great location right in the center within walking distance to most famous eating places and night entertainment. Parking the car at a nearby underground garage was not a problem to us. Breakfast place needs to be managed better though. We experienced long waiting in queues to get a table and simply to get a cup of coffee. Getting plate with food to the table walking through overcrowded hall was a quest, we would recommend to come for breakfast either early or as late as it almost closes at 10-30. Wonder why not to put an automatic coffee machine like this is in most other hotels? And the cantine hall needs to be larger for that amount of visitors that we have seen.

No sign of management either at reception (where, on our early arrival, we were promised an SMS message to tell us when our room would be ready and that our bags, which we left in reception, would be automatically taken up to our room - NEITHER OF THESE PROMISES WERE KEPT) or in the dining room where there was general chaos at all times.

nightwear of my girlfriend was taken by HK and I could not get it in time before I left hotel . Nobody did anything to sort it out. I had to tell that story to 10 people as staff was changing there all the time. I will never come back to this hotel again .

The customer service was excellent and the buffet breakfast was beyond my expectation. Room was average in size with a bathroom that could use an upgrade in the shower area.

I love this hotel

The staff made this a great stay. Jade handled everything upon my check in. She gave the best restaurant recommendations and off property activities. The hotel is so kid friendly, it should be listed as family’s only. As a single traveler I was disappointed at how the children were playing soccer in the lobby to screaming and running about. I know the hotel couldn’t manage how parents raise their kids but if there were a kids designated space or more of them: it would have made the experience a lot better. However the staff was sympathetic to the other trackers with the same issues.

Much needed very early checkin.

We checked in at ca. 8.00 am (checkin is normally from 15.00) since my wife flew in overnight from Europe to Ben Gurion and we picked up an early morning flight to Eilat. We were very happy since we were able to checkin early after a wait of only 30 minutes without any extra expense (we were expecting a much longer wait). On the downside, we got a room on the 3rd floor facing the pool. Normally this would not be a problem. However, in the afternoon we arrived, when we were trying to catch up on the sleep we missed that night, the music from the pool (and especially some live performance/speaking through speakers) was very loud, in spite of double glazing and closed windows. I suggest this could be toned down a bit without inconveniencing the people at the pool. Other than this single and specific complaint, we were very happy with the hotel and would be happy to go back - only we would ask for a view not over the pool or a high floor.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel- Food excellent. Service, except in dining room excellent. Property excellent- some rooms in the process of being redone.

Bad parking

There is one thing that makes the stay bad and it is the parking lots. There is no parking lots in the weekend.

Location, location, vacation

An established hotel located in a great position overlooking the harbour and a 5 minute walk to the sea. Service was great especially from Sabiana who worked in the restaurant. She went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I had all that we needed for our meals. The only downside was the extensive refurbishment to the restaurant, it meant eating in the conference room which had no windows. The hotel made no reference to this work being carried out. Quality of the food was very good, despite my issues with the restaurant location.

Good location, parking was not available at the premises but in another hotel. Dinners are expensive at the hotel.

Great hotel 2 minutes from the beach, pool view rooms have a great view across the marina. Pool side has lots of different atmosphere depending which section you choose. Would recommend for families, couples and also noticed they seemed to cater well for those with disabilities.

Hotel is central to the Marina

We stayed one night and everything was OK. We returned two days later after a tour in Jordan and our room could not access the internet router due to poor signal. What was disappointing was that the hotel staff said an outside service was responsible for the internet and they could nothing. What a disappointing way to pass the buck!

The bar and restaurant close far too early for a hotel in a resort area. Some of the policies about room occupancy don’t make sense. The rooms with patios are nice but the jacuzzi should be bigger.

An ok experience but will go elsewhere next time

Was expecting more for an Isotel facility and for the priced paid compared to other options. Location of hotel is convenient to access sites and attractions and pool is large with plenty of seating. The main issues were (1) the outdated room furnishings, (2) all the broken equipment in the gym and absence of any cleaning product to maintain hygiene, (3) Even though there is a great food selection for breakfast, tables/chairs were not cleaned properly in between seatings with silverware, napkins, mugs reused. Restaurant workers were good and kept busy however absolutely no hand hygiene was observed with workers clearing dishes and then setting tables with no cleaning of hands in between.

The Israel King solomon for us was a little disappointing. While it states it is 5* in our opinion it most certainly was not. We found the staff pretty unhelpful and sometimes quite frankly hostile. Service in general pretty poor towels in rooms.. threadbare. Food.. tolerable. We won't hurry back

Good standard of service. A few niggly issues/ lightbulb not working, broken phone in the room - but very good service in the dining room and from the concierge staff.

Never going to visit this hotel again!

We ordered a garden room for our family vacation at Aug but with no possibility to use the garden because the garden of the room was under attack of strong wind all day long! we talked with the hotel management and public relationship manager which didn't offered any solution for us and we had to stay suck there for the whole vacation! Moreover, they offered us compensations during our stay but backed off from what they offered when we did the check out. in addition to the above, the condition of the room was poor (remote controllers were broken/not working, there was no option to cover the children's room with the curtains and more..). we stood in line 1 hour for check in, there was no close parking next to the hotel (only 10 parking slots for the whole guests all other needs to go 0.5 mile to a nearby parking lot), more..

3 night stay

Amaaaazing!!!! Had a great 3 nights there. Breakfast can get a "bit" noisy! Theres an option to have it on kings suite- top floor, might do that next time! Food is unbelievable! Dinner too!

Not the 5 star experience we expected

Summary: food poisoning with vomiting and diarrhea, vacuum cleaners in the hallways, no bathrobes, for those arriving before 1 o'clock the hotel provides no food service and the staff sent us to expensive restaurants where we had to walk in the hot sun with our baby. Other minor things, but still quite annoying were: no coffee or tea during the dinner service, and when we asked, they told us to get it from our room! Aso, a single espresso station for the entire breakfast area creates long lines, furthermore, no fresh brewed coffee is offered.

This is not a five stars hotel

I would say it's a 3.5 stars hotel they need to update the rooms and some other stuff in the hotel . We were amazed that they serve bread in The Breakfast the day after Passover which is okay but two hours later at the pool and we could not get regular ones on the burger and they refused to serve beer since they haven't kosheriz the kitchen yet. I was like a bad joke that one kitchen is ok to serve bread and the other one is not. Wind up going to a different hotel to enjoy a beer at the pool that day

Great Hotel but uncomfortable Bed

The King Solomon is a fantastic hotel however the bed we had was an open coil spring type that was without question the most uncomfortable nights sleepy wife and I have had for a long time. Please please please can the hotel management invest in mattress toppers or else new better quality beds

The room we were assigned smelled of smoke, but the management was very accommodating and switched us to a good room. Comfortable beds with an additional quite comfortable pull-out bed. Excellent, varied breakfast. Good location near the promenade. Loud amusement ride in close vicinity, but that is to be expected in Eilat.

We had a. Room facing pool and Marina. It was breathtaking with the sun shining on the wTer and the boats. We had a wonderful stay at The King Solomon. Highly organised and efficiently Run hotel.

Great place for kids

We stayed here last summer and our daughter had such a good time that we came back here just for her.

Close to Boardwalk

This hotel is family friendly, even though we weren't on a family vacation. Lots of activities and play areas for kids. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, but enjoyed the great pool and close proximity to the boardwalk area. Make sure to ask the staff for fresh brewed coffee at your table if you want it - all they have out is instant. Large selection of foods for breakfast and dinners. Would have been nice if internet was included as it was in all the other 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed in.

A pleasant stay

The King Solomon is a good all round hotel. Perhaps not exciting, but providing all you need to enjoy an event of Fedtival in Eilat. The food, service and atmosphere are dependable and of good quality. I feel at home there.

This is a nice hotel for families - kids activites and kids area were entertaining for my 7 year old son. Pools are terrific, too. - the water slide is a bit small and the hours of the slide are a bit too short, but he enjoyed it anyway. However, this is a very busy, crowded hotel - the lobby in the mid-day was a zoo! Dinner also was very crowded - if you don't have kids you might find this hotel too chaotic. Breakfast in the VIP dining area (an upgrade) was very nice - there is a buffet but the eggs and coffee and drinks are waiter service.
