Poor service at high cost

Nice business hotel

Located in 15 minutes drive to nearby industrial estates, nice hotel to stay. There is shopping mall also in nezt door. With clean and spacious rooms, you will get comfortable stay. Also, hotel follows all safety norms. Buffet breakfast and dinner are good with variety of items to select.

Ordinary hotel with unjustifiable tariff

The hotel was just about ordinary for the tariff they charge. It might be OK for one person in a room but definitely not OK for 3 people. The room is too small for the 3rd person. They shouldn't allow the 3rd person at all as the 3rd bed does not allow any space to move around in the room. The location of the hotel might be convenient for the working professionals visiting the nearby industries. Bit, it is not suitable for families visiting for vacationing. There is hardly any footpath outside the hotel premises and the Metro construction is going at immediate outside, one will have to walk avoiding the heavy traffic. It is impossible to cross the road because of heavy traffic and Metro construction. The ambiance of the hotel was ordinary and no so good as some of the Key hotels I have visited elsewhere. Breakfast spread was quite good and buffet dinner was adequate. Service quality in the restaurant was good and pleasing. The quality of food was ordinary.

Convenient location

The staff was helpful and provided information for shopping, etc. My safe was not working and within minutes, someone came to fix it. Staff did not loiter around, everyone moved quickly and efficiently.

nice hotel with disgusting staff

Keys provided while checking in did not work. Room service keeps telephone receiver down during evening and peak hours as they dont want to take orders. Dont have a good menu for for some light food. Huest was asked to go to room directly while checking in. Coffee is brought to room but no coffee cups even after reminding. Disgusting

A very Nice hotel. Good staff and ambience.

Had a very pleasant experience. it was a Warm welcome by staff.

Gym was not available on Sunday morning ,as the place was given for some external seminar.

Small Business Hotel WITH Gym

It's a bit of a mixed bag. Small Room but good location for business. Simple amenities but with a Working Gym at this price point. So if you get to use all the amenities then it's a good value for money but if it's a pit stop, then a tad bit pricey.

Food was not good. Very oily, very badly prepared and not much flavor either.

Disappointing stay at Keys Hotel

We booked Non smoking room but hotel gave us room meant for smoking. When we asked for change or room they turned down our request by saying its not available. Bathroom was not clean and we had to ask them for housekeeping. Chair was so dirty that in then end we had to ask for the replacement.

the rooms was too small and food is very bad no taste. Reception is not helpfull, very rude.

looks can be deceiving

The hotel had a very uncanny similarity to the empire hotel in KL in terms of feel of the interiors. The hotel on face value seemed well designed but as soon as i got into details I found several issues. The lobby had a vending machine with some cheap snacks in it with standard room toiletries like shaving kit! The room was neat and clean except for a part of ceiling in front of the bathroom which had black finger marks. The liquid dispenser in the bathroom had labels from hand cleaner, body lotion to dish cleaner marked on it. Food was not of the quality for the amount the hotel charges. A buffet dinner is 625/- but the food they served wouldn't be sold at 350/- in a stand alone restaurant. Desserts in particular were pathetic. The seemingly choco-chip cake did not have choco-chips but brown tatty -fruity bits and it was very dry. Indian food was ok. Try the restaurant only if you cannot go out. Room service response was quick. there are way too many waiters in the restaurant but only 1-2 waiters actually work, others are seen avoiding guests. Dirty Cutlery is removed but not replaced when one guest finishes meal. I had to ask for cutlery everytime. Ideal for one night stay for business visits

once a year trip

This was 2nd stay at Keys. The hotel staff at reception and restaurant is very polite and helping. Still a lot to learn in the hospitality business for chefs. The breakfast is good but, limited to national cuisine. Room service guys were told many times to please send in napkins when sending food. When gave a feedback before leaving. Everything was different from serving pancakes in the morning breakfast ( which they don't serve). Would like to appreciate staff's politeness specially Sandeep, Sachin, Rajendra, Prima , vikas most os restaurant and reception staff.

Nice Stay at Keys Pimpri

It was a nice short trip to Pune with the stay at Keys Pimpri. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable and the hotel staff is courteous
