So many mosquito's in the room
Not at all worth the price they are asking for as they are overpriced is respect to the ambiance provided. Also there were so many mosquito's in the room that I had to leave the hotel and look for an alternative in the near vicinity
Budget 3 Star Hotel
Hotel is good, food not up to the mark, plus point - my room was huge and clean, It was so huge that it can accommodate 5-6 extra beds, location is disadvantage - a bit inside from main roads (1.2 km), Swimming pool is useless,
Great and convenient stay
Excellent and convenient
Good location for flyers
Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The food not so great...
Hotel infested of mosquitoes!
Made a mistake and book the hotel based on the pics shown in their website. Rooms are old, with very poor maintenance. Bed sheets, pillows and bath towels are old and yellowish. After checked in, I had to ask the maintenance guy to change these all. This hotel is mostly for local Indians in a short budget. The area is remote from big avenues or even underground. The most important, rooms are full of mosquitoes, not kidding! Lots of them everywhere, and hotel staff are aware of it, but do not care much. It's your call to stay here, just keep in mind that malaria is a real threat in India. For saving a few bucks you will have big probabilities to get infected by a mosquito. !!
Good hotel close to airport
We needed a hotel as close as possible to the airport while providing good value for the money. Keys hotel Nestor was a good fit. Staff was helpful with our requests.
Good stay
Good stay. Staff friendly, good breakfast, however pool was not in service... This was the main reason we booked the hotel. They were unable to provide another amenity to accommodate us for the inconvenience.
Shabby rooms and poor hotel condition.
The room we were first given was really dirty. The walls had bad patch work and the floor aisle wasnt clean either. That's not all the AC didn't work, neither did the WiFi, the bed Lenin was dirty and the bathroom was in a bad condition too. It was only after I complained, that the hotel management changed us to a cleaner room where the AC worked. shouldn't that be the responsibility of the hotel at the first place. Although the WiFi problem was never fixed.
pleasant stay and excellent hospitality.overall memorable stay comfortable too.
KNestors
WELL UNDERSTOOD THE REQUIREMENTS & VERY GOOD Hospitality
Would stay again. Good location. near to airport. Great buffet breakfast.
Not bad, not amazing - just ok.
Make sure you find the hotel on google maps BEFORE you step into a taxi. Mumbai taxi drivers aren't the best at knowing where things are... It was about 20 minutes from the airport (i thought it would be closer) but regardless the room was pleasant enough. The pool wasn't open while we were there so don't base your stay on that...
room comments
Rooms are too old
good hotel to stay in mumbai
It was good stay
Ok
Just stayed in transit
Decent, but not worth the full price
We booked a double bed room with breakfast and free wifi at a 50% discount on Expedia for two nights; that's the only reason why I'm not that unhappy with the hotel. We stayed in a corner room # 403. Pros: 1. Good food if you make it early during the specified food timings. 2. Decent and clean room 3. Decent, quick and polite reception and service. Cons: 1. I'd rate the beds below average. Their 'double bed room' is 2 literally two twin sized beds kept together side by side. Us being a couple, it was the worst possible thing. On top of that, the quality of the beds was so terrible we could feel the springs below; it was very uncomfortable. We requested a change of room, and they said ALL their rooms are like that, no options in that regard. 2. They claim to have hot water, but the water is really NOT AT ALL hot or even lukewarm. The water feels to be at a BEARABLY COLD temperature. 3. They claim to have free wifi, but I wasn't able to connect either my laptop or my mobile to it. I called, they tried helping but it didn't work out. I don't think the problem was on my side. 4. This con's not that bad... The location. There's hardly anything around the hotel worth seeing. Good for business stays, not so much if you're family/friends/couples. To summarize, I'd say for 50% discount, its good. But if you're paying the full price, you'd be really unhappy and frustrated. I'd recommend this hotel only for a business purpose, not otherwise. Couples please stay away!
Decent hotel near Andheri.
Okay for a business traveler. Checking in was a pleasant experience. But the rooms and bathrooms could have done with better cleaning and maintenance. The breakfast was just about okay.
No value for money
No value for money even smaller things were not available for example shampoo and wen asked for same 4 times hotel staff replied that hand wash gel is same as shampoo pathetic
Okay Hotel
Was an okay Exp.. Bathroom needs makeover... Not the same experience I had keys property in Goa, Mahableshwar and others.. Overall little disappointed..
Good stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it
As the promotional offer was gng on, it was really worth staying there.. except food n drink were bit cozy... and the coffee served were not hot..other than that complimentary bf was excellent.
Good Budget Hotel
I had a wonderful stay in your hotel. I would definately visit again if i have to come to Mumbai.
Nice hotel
the room was good, staff n cleanliness everything was fine. food was not worth the price and the main problem was that there were two single beds joined, instead of a double bed, which was not comfortable enough for couples.
One of the best budget hotel with least price.
Overall it was a comfortable stay. We got more that we expected as compaired to the tariff we paid. Fodd is really amazing. Complimentary bf has a wide variety. Buffet lunch was superb with minimum charge... Amazing experience......
Nice hotel
A decent and affordable hotel at good location, the buffet preparation at restaurant is good
Budget hotel but desperately lacks maintenance!
Budget accommodation close to the international airport. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money. However I would recommend tho hotel to maintain their rooms and facilities better. Room condition was below average.
Good for a stopover
We booked via Expedia the night before and it was a seamless and quick booking procedure. We stayed for one night and for the price paid was good value for money, however location was a little out of the way from Andheri although a few minutes walk would take you towards the small local market stalls. There was a Baskin Robins not too far from the hotel. The front and door staff were attentive and friendly.our TV was not working and the engineer came in a few minutes and resolved it in seconds. At the time of staying one of the lift shafts was not working, although this didn't really cause any issues with the lifts being extremely busy etc, we always had the lift. Although we didn't use the dining areas, we did notice that the hotel was pretty busy so we were not alone which was comforting as it is slightly away from the main roads and could be difficult if walking at night.. All in all good for a stopover but pay extra for the executive room
Location of Hotel
The hotel was not too far from the airport (about 15-20 mins) and just a short rickshaw ride to the nearest train station (5-10 mins). There are quite a few reasonable restaurants within walking distance, and during the day, there are lots of street merchants selling fruit & vegetables. A few supermarkets are also a short walk away. I found it to be in a street that was less hectic than many other roads I saw, although at peak times, it too got quite busy....
Nice hotel
Front office staff very welcoming & pleasent , smooth checkin & check out . Breakfast is good but some northindian items can be added up. swimming pool is not working though they show it on their website . Its fully ready but staff says they dont have a caretaker & shower facility operational & till they have it, it cant be used . So my son was disappointed as he wanted to spend 5 mins in swimming pool. Room was big but curtains were having dust .
Good hotel but....
hotel was really good. Good breakfast menu. Courteous and helpfull staff. Only issue I faced was, washroom was not as good as hotel. Shower area had stain marks on the walls. Toilet didn't look as clean as it should be. Overall bathroom needs renovation.
good
Good for money
Reasonable price, good location, excellent staff
Everything about the stay was overall great. Pros: 1) Close to the airport 2) A lot of shops at walking distance (needed a sim card since I was traveling to India for a few weeks) 3) Excellent service 4) Great breakfast (was included for us with the total). 5) Very reasonable prices even in December Cons: 1) Found the rooms to be clean, but the first room we rented, we found a bed bug. The staff immediately moved us to another room. We inspected it and didn't find any bugs there. 2) A few facilities were missing like hair dryer, but not a big deal. I just thought that its something very common in all hotels 3) Breakfast had over boiled eggs pretty much daily. I informed them, but not sure if they took some action. Lunch buffet was also so so for the price we paid. Overall, very happy with the stay.
A budget hotel at a good location
Though the hotel is in Marol, it is nicely located in a secluded corner, but close to the bustling commercial centre of Marol/ Andheri. The complementary breakfast has a good spread. Specifically S Indian dishes taste S Indian (!!!). The restaurant is a tad expensive, considering the quality of food that is served. Wish the waiters are in a better uniform, instead of dirty jeans. Jeans are OK, but should be smart and clean. The rooms are quite functional. Cleanliness can be a definite area for improvement. Wish the housekeeping staff clear up the used plates in the corridor on time and also look at corners and behind the doors in the room while cleaning.
A stay for a week...
I stayed there for a week and overall the stay was good. The room service is aa boy slow, but the staff is helpful and efficient. I had request for adouble bed but instead got two single beds. The beds were too soft to be comfortable. There is abit of aa problem for transportation because it is a good 750m away from the main road. overall it was a nice experience....
Comfortable stay
We had a comfortable stay at the Keys Nestor Hotel. The hotel is located in a congested neighborhood and is difficult to reach if you have no clue about the landmarks (note: the landmarks are not mentioned on the google maps). Considering the fact that our taxi driver was new to the town it took us a huge amount of effort to locate this place initially. The place is well connected to markets, shopping spots, airports etc. (This is the prime reason we chose to stay at this place) and taxis and auto-rickshaws are readily available for hire from this place. The hotel has an impressive lobby but the hotel rooms itself are not commensurate with the lobby. The hotel room that we stayed in was clean but surely it needed a renovation. The split A/C was leaking into the room. There were clear signs of water seepage on the walls. The furniture was old. The bathroom area was very small. The good thing about this hotel is that the staff was very polite and very obliging. The hotel features an on site restaurant where the food is very good. They serve a variety of food choices complete with shakes, juices, assorted fruits, desserts. Our breakfast was complementary, we bought lunch for ourselves which is Rs. 399/- per person (fairly priced). Overall we'll say we had an okay time, can't complain... It's a good budget hotel.
Great hotel near airport
Stayed here only for a few hours before our flight. Clean and very nice and modern room with new furniture and fixtures. Wifi worked well. Clean and updated modern-looking bathroom, hot hot water that lasted for a long shower. The restaurant was convenient and tasty.
Key's Nestor review
Not worth for the money we pay
Need to check as per your requirement & access
Old styled 1 BHK flat , old lighting , Old fan , loose fitting in toilet. Morning water dirty. Food not Ok for vegetrains..non vegesss can have a hang on here. locality is not ok to roam around
A good stay near the airport
Our room was furnished with old and tattered furniture unlike the picture online however it was very clean. I think there are more modern rooms available and I would suggest you check out your room before settling in. Overall staff were very friendly. They have a buffet available for breakfast so you can always find something to your taste. There was good wifi signal in our room, passwords our changed every 24hours so you have to go and ask the desk. Transportation wise it is quite far from Colaba and a taxi ride does take about 45 mins if you're lucky. However it's very close to the airport. Overall for prices in Mumbai this hotel is good value for money. I would stay again.
Yes, We Have No Bananas!
Also, we have a pool, but you cannot use it because we have no license...And you cannot see it because there is construction and you might get hurt. The pool was advertised and that was one important reason why I picked this hotel. >>>Expedia beware and inform all prospective guests!! Between internal and external construction and noise from the road, there is always something disturbing going on. Occasional crashing noises in the middle of the night and a plethora of mosquitoes 24/7 left me sleepless and uncomfortable. Internal construction included installation of the second elevator which meant extra time waiting for the single elevator. Another major problem with the hotel was the cold water. Except for the wee hours of the morn' there was no cool water! When you need it the most there was only hot water during the day!!! Please note: The windows are locked shut or do not open at all. After complaining vigorously and repeatedly they unlocked a window, whence the handle came off in my hand... There were a few other minor, annoyances... Caveat emptor.
Good for long-term stay
This hotel is a 5-minute cab ride to the domestic airport, and about 10 minutes to the international terminals. Its located on a fairly quiet street in east Andheri, close to some shopping and restaurants. The hotel has its own restaurant, which is quite good but pricey. One of the nice features is 24 hr. room service. The staff is pleasant and helpful, everything "works" like the TV, A/C, and plumbing (which is not always the case in India). There is a nice pool here also.
Not Satisfied
Not satisfied. The Photo shown while booking is of new building but the rooms of old building are poor especially bathrooms. Buffet service poor in the restaurant.
Great stay
One night stay, good price and 10 minutes from the International airport. Clean and comfortable. Taxi struggled to find it but i think that was more a language problem .. Advisable to take the hotel address in Hindi
Learn business and then Serve.
Have stayed in Keys Bangalore but this one was unexpectedly pathetic. Worst Service. Good eatery area. Room provided was not even 10 percent of charge paid for. Dissapointed. The outlet is running due to its good business at other locations.
Good Hotel to stay near Marol
Overall experience was good. The hotel is professionally managed by always supportive staff. Hotel is located on a less busy road so its good.
Surprisingly modern, clean, comfortable property!
We've had such a good stay here we've extended our original 2-night stay by 3 more nights. It's as clean and well-appointed as any midrange hotel you'd find in Europe. Rooms are very modern. Bathroom gets an A, with granite tiling, a nice large walk-in shower with a waterfall/rain showerhead, and a large, clean sink (and yes, a nice western toilet). Beds are nice and firm with European duvet-style comforters (a plus), and the a/c works well. Plenty of light and ample power plugs abound. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets (charged separately, at least in our package) that were quite good with many selections of mostly northern but some southern vegetarian Indian food. The only two annoyances were that the hotel wifi requires a lengthy code, which is only good for two hours. They don't seem to mind giving you a code any time you ask, but it got annoying to have to ask every two hours when trying to work. I wish they'd give codes valid for 24 hours. Also, the hotel water did go out for about 15 minutes one day, but it was fixed very quickly. I'm not sure if the tap water is filtered and safe to drink, but they do provide two water bottles each day. The only other consideration is that while this is close to the airport, plan on a lengthy commute into town if you're doing sightseeing: it's a 15-minute, 60-rupee autorickshaw ride to the Andheri railway station and then another 40 minutes (although only 10 rupees) to Churchgate in South Mumbai on the express train. This hotel makes a good base for airport stays or business in the Andheri/Marol areas but may be inconvenient for sightseeing the major sights of Mumbai, although the price for such a clean and modern property can't be beat.
I stayed in this hotel recently for a 3 day business visit. On day-1, I was allotted a room in their old wing, which took me back atleast 2 decades in time! I felt I was in some ordinary property on the country side, Then I shifted to a room in the new wing and Viola! It was very contemporary and more spacious too! So, Lesson-1 : Ask for a room in the new wing! Then comes the WiFi - the hotel gives only a 2-hr usage as complimentary. On persistent requests, the front office folks gave upto 7hrs a day complimentary ! Lesson-2 : Negotiate! The room service is on disposable ware - you get a feeling you're in a railway station! Lesson-3 : Don't order in the room! Going to the restaurant is a good way to digest what you eat! The food in general is pretty good, but the replenishment takes time. Lesson-4 : Go early so that you can hog much! The main USP is the bedding - it was excellent in all rooms - takes you into a deep slumber within minutes! The reception folks were very friendly and helpful with a smile! Areas of improvement for the hotel : Renovate the old wing, make WIFI fully complimentary , provide more TV Channels and invest in cutleries for room service :) Overall, my rating is around 4 - a VFM hotel!
Good hotel near airport, helpful staff, good value
Needed a hotel for couple of days near the airport. Was asked for my passport when checking in. Asked them to make a copy instead of keeping my passport and they did that. The restaurant on the first floor was nice, with good variety. I thought there was complimentary breakfast but found that meal is charged to your bill, including breakfast. The staff was very helpful.
Close to Airport
Njoyed the stay.. If you go by some travel sites, make sure you get complementary breakfast ! Facility is pretty good, calm and accessible.
Not worth staying
Not a worth staying in comparision of facilities its very costly
Nice hotel close to the airport
It was nice except that there was no airport transfer
Fantastic service
Very nice & clean hotel. all staff are very kind & helpful. I was very happy with Kulpesh he was my room cleaner
very good
Excellent Staff and service, worth spending more in tariff as services are paying off Location is just good from Airport, Powai and Andheri Food is also good
Good Stay Option
It is the Best Value for Money you would find in Mumbai especially in the andheri area. The personal are pleasant. Courteous staff, and is very convenient as the infra is comfortably close to the airport.
Nice place to stay
Nice place to stay, Quality of service and support from hotel staff is really good and room are of enough space but Rooms and bathroom are looking old need renovation.
Above average stay.
Food is too costly. Location is best. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is too small. Parking is good.
it was nice but was bit far away
Pretty good.
Pretty expensive and would have been better if it included a free breakfast but a pretty good place. It is a bit difficult to find and I had trouble getting there with autos and taxis a few times.
worst hotel
worst hotel that i have ever been as well as seen their is no proper response from the hotel staff i hate this kinds of hotel i will never refer this hotel to any one. thanking you vishwas.g.k vpr suites propreitor.
Disposable plates in room service is discusting...
Room is ok...staff is good but the food u order in ur room will be served to u in third class disposable plates ...and this is the worst thing i feel......
Fantastic Service.
I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a comfortable and elegant place to stay in mumbai. It is only about 30 mins max from the airport in a relatively quiet locality , with warm hospitality and all modern amenities. The food is superb too and all taken into account it is a lovely place to stay and worth the money that might initially appear to be a little pricey.
Great hotel for passengers in transit
Great place to spend the night between flights. Bed was comfortable enough. Hotel is reasonably priced and close to international airport.
Pleasant Stay
Though I just stayed here for a day, my stay was pleasant.
review
overall good
Really Impressed
From the moment I walked in to the lobby, the staff of the Keys Nestor impressed me. My check-in (at 2:30 in the morning) was quick and painless, and you know that if you're a foreigner in India, this is rarely the case. My room was clean, large, and had amenities such as a coil mattress and an actual shower (again, rare in India). My stay included a complimentary breakfast buffet and the food was excellent and the restaurant staff was impeccable. When I inquired as to how much the WiFi was, I was given complimentary passes. They also allowed me to check out several hours late with no additional charge and the lobby was comfortable enough to sit in for another couple hours while I finalized my plans. I hope to stay here again the next time I come to Mumbai.
Great clean hotel in perfect out if town location
We stayed here for 6 nights. Perfect location away from the Main Street. Good restaurants around and easy access to transport links.
Mumbai hotel
In my experience, Mumbai is a difficult place to travel to as a foreigner. It is really hard to find a decent hotel at a decent price. This is one of the better ones at the 'basic' end but for the price point it is still poor in international terms. The rooms are ok (but tired bathrooms, sad old fashioned furniture), breakfast is ok, transport from/to airport is efficient but relatively costly, the staff are helpful. I have used the hotel twice with no problems (I just wish I could find a better alternative)!!!
Great Place!
This was my 4th visit at this hotel and we love it here. I have a 5th visit planned also. The proximity to the airport is very good and the staff are excellent with a decent breakfast included.
Horrible stay- Please avoid!
I had requested for a king bed during booking. While promised, what was offered was two single beds put together. Even after complaining to change the room, the same bed was offered. Exasperated, I dropped my request. A horribly small bathroom though clean. The TV was beyond bad as well. Do not get fooled by the clean front desk and reception!
Good hotel near the airport
The staff were very welcoming and helpful, attending immediately to a couple of problems in my room such as thenhot water not working properly. The room was clear and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and clear with a reasonable range of food. Only real challenge was the taxi driver did have a little bit of trouble finding it but after a couple of stops to ask for direction we got there. It outdo recommend this hotel if you want something close to the airport.
Can't go wrong here...
Would love to have stayed longer. Used as an overnight between flights. The staff and accommodations were exceptional on all levels. This was a great experience. The only thing I would have liked would for the hotel to have been a bit closer to the airport, but driver had no problem finding it. Thanks for a great stay!
Great hotel, comfortable stay
Hotel was good. Rooms are neat and clean. Although when i checked in there was a damp smell in my room, due to seepage in one of the walls. I had booked a double bed online but when i got to the room, they had very cleverly just joined 2 single beds to make a double bed ! I was not provided any toiletries for the first 4 days of my stay, and then out of the blue I guess the house keeping guy decided to come and leave a toothbrush, soap, shaving kit and a shower cap for day 5 & 6. (how very kind) Breakfast was complimentary and had a decent spread. Lunch and Dinner where pretty much similar on all 5 days of my stay. A lot of dishes were repeated during lunch and dinner. The dessert were the same for all 5 days (Gulab Jamun and Carrot Halwa !!!) Over all my stay was pleasant. I would however want the hotel staff to take a little more care of guests in terms of comfort and housekeeping needs to be more efficient in their work. I would recommend this hotel to people who want to stay close to the airport. I would definitely come back to stay
Great Experience
Everything else about the hotel was great - the only issue was with the basement parking. It was very dingy. The roof and pipes seemed like they were leaking. Overall, very happy with the hotel and the staff. Perfect value for money
Excellent Service
Good hotel, good service and courteous staff. I quite enjoyed my stay. I will recommend Keys Hotel Nestor to my friends and colleagues.
easy access to east, west and south Mumbai
Nice hotel for all and businessmen in particular. Few more conveniences like toothpaste, toothbrush and disposable shaving blades are advisable.

Infested with Cockroaches
Pathetic hotel with even more pathetic staff. There were cockroaches in the room and also in the food (breakfast buffet). When I pointed out the cockroaches, their GM had the audacity to say "Dont worry they wont bite. Dont be scared"
